I've had this service for over a year. On 4/17/2024, my account was debited $86.52 for my scheduled mowing on 4/18. However, 4/18 was a no-show. I called to complain and was given a "free" mowing as an apology. The free mowing took place on 4/25. My original 4/17 payment was not refunded. The rep I spoke with suggested I leave it on my account for a future mowing. The next regular mowings were all no-shows. I terminated my service with them. I called several times to get my 4/17 no-show payment refunded. I was told each time that it went toward the "free" 4/25 mowing. I have tried unsuccessfully to get my money back. I have an email from them advising me of my upcoming "free" mowing. Angi

It was not. My 86.52 was not refunded.
I was not contacted by Angi's List or the Complaints Board about a "resolved" complant.
