customer service failure to apply coupon
My son Matthew Baker presented his coupon for his account in the front at the finger [censored] station. In front they told him to show person in back. He then showed them (I was right next to him and saw this personally). She said it should have been taken at front but she would get entered. It was then entered but won't apply until the next time he gives. They were very rude and tried to say he never showed the coupon until after getting hooked up which is untrue. When he called to figure out the issue they claimed he never showed the coupon. How can this issue be resolved? We are very disappointed in the unprofessionalism shown by the Findlay Biolife employees in this situation.
plasma donation first $20 payment ~ I read it would be $50 with my code.
Yesterday in Mesa AZ ~ this written Fri, 11 Oct 2019 09:29:12 Subject: "Re: John we need your help !" I WAS GOING TO COME BACK BUT, FELT RIPPED OFF ! Disappointed in the $20 1st visit ~ had a code on my iPhone for $50 first visit and was told give it to us *in the end* ((someone new ~ I think)) ~ mislead me. The code wasn't accepted in the end and I had...

I went to my newly opened facility and waited for over 2 and a half hours to finally get seated with the nursing staff for assessment only to be told that since I have been diagnosed with no-polar disorder that I would be unable to donate today and that they would have to contact my psych Dr first to get his approval and then after they receive his approval...

I've e been a loyal donor for a couple of year until recently when I was deferred for my elevated heart rate. I have done everything that was asked of me. It took months of appointments and phone calls and was ultimately deferred due to my medication, propranolol. The doctor, w/o examination, told the nurses to tell me that this medication was not an...

I was told prior to my donation on the phone by a manager that I would be considered eligible for the bonuses for new/returning donor since it was over 6mo since my last donation. He told me to make sure I enter the promo code just in case so I did, however upon completion I did not receive what I was told and am very upset..I might as well have went to another company. Cheaters never prosper.
got permanently deferred
I was in last week and tried to come back to donate and I couldn't cause I gave the wrong date of when my tattoo was done and tried showing proof of when it was done but no manager was around to do so. Tried calling to make sure I can still show proof and cause I couldn't show anyone my proof the day I was in y'all deferred me permanently without giving me a chance to show you.

Bathrooms at this place are terrible. Always out of toilet paper and trash on the floor. You can tell an employee and it still does not get taken care of. Being a medical facility, you would think things would be checked more often. They need someone in charge of keeping an eye on the bathrooms and be ready to restock when needed. As for getting ahold of someone on the phone is a complete joke! You can leave several messages but no one ever gets back with you.
deferred donating
This is a new center for Biolife and I was a founding member on opening day. First of all, that day we only went over paperwork and got physical, no donation. Came back to donate twice and in those 2 times, was stuck twice wrong, re-stuck once, and then infiltrated. I came back today to do my 3rd donation and since I was prescribed a new medication since my...

I received a huge hematoma while donating and the nurse doing it took the tube out of my arm and forgot to shut off the pressure cuff so blood flowed everywhere. It has been a week and it has gotten much worse and very painful to the point i cant really use that arm for anything. Went back in and they didnt have much to say at my local center. When i asked if they would pay for my visit to doctor to have it checked out they said no. I went to doctor and they said i may have nerve damage and are concerned about large clot in hematoma so now i need to go get an ultrasound so they can properly evaluate it. Will biolife pay for this because ky health insurance has a high deductible.
Negligence leading to improperly trained employees
My name is Matthew Aaron Walker. My date of physical in the Casselberry BioLife was 8/05/19. My phone is [protected]. I have been donating Plasma at BioLife Plasma Centers in the Orlando area for the better part of a year and a half. I started off at the Casselberry Clinic and transferred to the clinic in Ocoee on Good Homes road. The transfer should have...

I was in the Onalaska WI branch today9/23/19 as a new donor. I was denied because I had pelvic congestion syndrome & had coils put in those veins. Now those veins are at a normal size instead of being varicose. I talked to my doctor immediately after, questioning this. His response was there are no reasons why I can't donate plasma & faxed a statement to...

My brother has been donating for extra cash... So, I thought i'd give it a try... So, I scheduled appointment, then had to reschedule it 2 or 3 times... So, today (sept. 20, 2019 @ 1 pm) because of my work and also being nerves about it... So, today was my day, to be a big girl and donate... But, had to sit after being checked in... Waiting for 2 manager...

Went to call this location today, only wanted to ask a simple question on whether or not it would be ok to donate at this location even if I went to another location about a year ago. In the midst of talking I wasn't warned I would be put on hold and got put on hold for a brief second and then they hung up abruptly on me. Immediately called back and wa...

I have been going to BioLife for the past six months. Everything has been decent. Until recently, the associates have kept me waiting once I am seated. I literally see the employees walking around while I have to wait 20+ minutes for someone to hook me up. It's ridiculous. What should be an hour appointment turns into 2+ hours because of how apathetic they are. I even missed a college class I had because they were so slow.

I have been donating plasma for a year at this center I have friend who work at this center I have never had a issue until I referred 3 friends in a month and they said we acted in a rude manner and differed all of us so I did not get my buddy bonus or my 80 dollar donation they will not allow me to return to donate and when asked to be provided with s number to contact someone I was told they dont have to and hung up on
Read full review of BioLife Plasma Servicesevery single time my husband gets to platinum status, they have a reason why he can’t donate.
Four times my Husband has reached platinum status, which pays out $90 week for the 2 weekly donations. No issues what so ever, then suddenly once he reaches platinum status...they say something is high or something is low. Every single flipping time, so at this point I'm convinced it's intentional...to bump him back down in status, so that they have to pay you less. Do any of the others reading this, run into this same problem? I am curious if this is an issue, at all of their locations?
I too have been short on bonuses
This happened to both my husband and I! Also I’ve never seen anyone turned down to donate but now the platinum program is here and 5-10 people every time I go are deferred for something to high or low! Came here to see if it’s common!
staff
I scheduled an appointment at 9am the line was out the door I didn't get seated until 11am when I did last time I was here I had issues with a machine I told the staff that and it took 2 hours last time and they said it doesn't matter you have to take it or leave, I don't understand how it should take 4 hrs and how I can be forced by 2 biolife staff menebers to be on the exact same machine that had issues last time while moving the guy behind me when he asked and forcing me her name is Rebecca is the staff that forced me to sit at 105 after me telling her it didn't work last time The 2nd staff members name is kierra she cared about the guy behind be he got to move to section blue for the same reason, I have never felt so disrespected, discriminated again like I did today by your staff I'm reporting this to every female rights activist I can find to the BBB on fb everywhere I can think of that's so uncalled for
computers were down at my location and I was unable to receive my donor fee.
I went to the Biolife Plasma service location at my appointment time and the computers were down. I am unable to donate today and will not receive my donors fee. I am upset about that the computers are down and I am still not awarded my fee because it is not my problem. I should still be paid since I was there for my appointment. That's what good customers service would do!
website, app, and customer service
I set two appointments for this week through the app. I've tried to go on the app to reschedule those appointments all week and the app won't let me sign in. I tried to reset the password and it states that my user ID does not exist yet I have had emails sent from BioLife to that very same address. I went to the website on my desktop and the website won't...

I tried using the app recently to schedule an appointment, and it logged me out of my account and won't let me log back in. I tried clicking the forgot password link, but it is telling me my email is not associated with an account, even though it is and it has been for 2 years now. I'm not sure what to do because I can't sign in to schedule an appointment on the app, and the entire website is down and not working either.
