Course Hero permanently disables my tutor account. I just emailed them a week ago looking for assistance on how to verify/ update my phone number to be able to withdraw my earnings because when I applied to them before, they didn't require me to put a contact number. But since CH has been strict now and there were lots of changes and updates that happened, they are requiring phone number verification whenever doing a withdrawal from your earnings. Was that their reason for disabling my account permanently? There was no clear and specific reason stated in their email. I don’t think I violated their terms and conditions. I’m working/answering student's questions hardworkingly for reason that I would like to help them with their homework to be able to ease the burden at school at the same time this work helps me financially to provide for my family and just because of that, they are going to disable my account permanently? I want them to provide a clear and acceptable reason why they did that. I have a sister who also had a tutor account and they did the same thing. A friend also has one who just got probation once and then got disabled permanently. They should have at least allowed us to withdraw our earnings before disabling it. That was HARDWORK-EARNED MONEY, and because of their very vague reasons, they will take out everything from me. I am so frustrated with what happened. The contact support will tell us the same thing all over again, not even help or support us, their tutors. They will just leave you as is after working hard with their platform.
Desired outcome: I would like to request at least a chance that I could withdraw my earnings if there is no possibility to have my account back.

I really hope they can do something with this. I am experiencing the same thing as you. About the SMS verification thing, it was supposed to be easy without the SMS verification. And now my account got locked twice because my phone number could not be verified, they said, and I'm 100% sure that the phone number I used is the one that I saved in the contact information on the account. This is getting out of hand. I've already emailed their support but cant solve the issue. im waking up early just to answer questions and give my full time on answering questions and now this is happening im really frustrated about this.
