Orders no. [protected], [protected] BUSINESS tickets from Tel Aviv to Budapest with stop at Bucharest and received business ticket until Bucharest.
After Bucharest eDream decided to give tourist class.
Have paid close to 2000 $ for the tickets.
Folowing my complaint, Edream answer was that I oredered tourist class from Bucharest-which is absolutely untrue.
They also advised me to contact them by phone in order to discuss the issue.
This means more money spent on this very expensive order.

I booked a flight from Gatwick to Lagos to depart on 11 August 2017.However, the flight was cancelled and rescheduled for 12th of August. However, when I called the customer service they advised me that the flight was not cancelled . I horridly rushed to Gatwick airport only to be told that the flight was cancelled. I called the customer service that evening to cancel my flight as my flight arrangement has been affected and to ask for a refund. Since then, I have been on the phone to the customer service every other day each time spending well over 35 minutes
and all to no avail. After all the delay on the phone, they'll get back to me that Hann air have not responded to their email. This is getting so frustrating and I need an urgent action. My

I booked a flight a couple month ago for my summer vacations, when I booked the flight I also paid for extra luggages. When arrived at the airport, the airline wouldn't accept my luggage, so I had to pay, for the second time luggages fees. No big deal: I contacted Expedia to initiate the refund process (August 8th). Within the same day, my request was approved and I received an email explaining that it could take up to 15 days before seeing the refund appearing on my credit card statement.
I checked regularly my credit card statement and after 3 weeks without any refund, I followed up with Customer Service.
Customer service told me that the refund was made. So I asked for them to run a report, because clearly I never received any amount from them within the past month. Customer service said that they would contact me the next day with a solution.
3 days later (today, September 1st), I still didn't receive any news or follow up. So I called:
1) The first person I talked to kept repeating, "In my system it said that the refund was made". I kept asking him to try to work with him, as I understand that it was mentioned that the transfer was made, but that I never received anything. But he kept repeating that he couldn't do anything and he kept talking over me. So I yelled.
2) I was transfer to his manager and I repeated my story. I asked for his help. Again, he kept saying that the system already refunded me, so they was nothing to do. So again, I had to yell to ask him to stop repeating that I got refund, when I obviously wasn't! So I ask him what would be the next step to make me happy as a customer.
3) He transferred me to the head office. I talk with Duygu Canas. She was very empathic and willing to look further to find the bug in the system. My understanding is that it was a bug in the finance department. I'm supposed to have news next week.
It is unacceptable that I had to yell twice to finally talk with someone competent enough to try to understand the problem and find a solution. I spent almost 2 hours following up in emails and phone calls to solve a simple problem. I'm not happy at all with Expedia customer service.
I would like to have a commercial gesture to repair the frustration and payback the time I spent on this matter. A refund of my plane ticket would be a good start. I think that I deserve something for what I have been through.

I booked a ticket to bangkok and paid online. I immediately notice the departure dare was wrong. MI2PKC... REF2964085925. I clicked on the ticket to change the departure date and it took me through the whole procedure again and ended up paying twice. I canceled the first booking...within 8 hours. 2 days later I still got no Cancellation confirmation so I went to the airport and cancelled flight with kenyian airline. I had contacted edreams via their website to book a family holiday flights to visit my estranged father in california. I made the purchase and received a confirmation email in which it stated I would receive confirmation of my eticket within 24 hours.
In my booking I had requested special assistance as my son is disabled, this is not an issue as the flights are with british airways, we have flown with them before with him and they were great.
I received an email from e dreams which stated at my earliest convenience to call them and state what assistance was needed and if using his wheelchair the dimensions.
I rang the numbers given on the email for both uk and spain and was told the first number for u. K. Was an emergency number and if not an emergency to call in office hours, the spanish number (As I am in spain) said to call in office hours.
This I did the next day (Monday)', where I was told the flights had increased by over £1000 - I was dumbfounded as I understood I had purchased them the day before. After 4 hours going round in circles between them iberia and british airways (Who were great), unless I paid more money to edreams I had no flights,!
Ba had confirmed the flights were there on hold waiting for edreams to pay for them, but e dreams said not and I had to pay more money or cancel the reservation

fraudulent behavior
I booked a flight to go to Mexico on September 2nd via Aero Mexico to join my family on a vacation. I booked the flight via e-dreams on June 16th. In July, my flight departure time was changed from 14:35 to 6:00am. I cannot make that connection as I am travelling from another country to Miami and I would have to arrive the Friday and stay over to make a 6am Flight.
4 other members of my family were travelling on the exact same flight and got a full refund from e-dreams after cancelling their flight due to the change.
I contacted e-dreams and was told that it was impossible for them to give me a refund. I gave the rep the booking number for the rest of my family who had the same exact travel details and read the email from e-dreams confirming that they would be given a full refund. He confirms it was the same situation but said he could do nothing and that I should call Aero Mexico directly as they are the ones that are refusing.
I called Aero Mexico and was told that the seats were purchased in block by e-dreams and they cannot get me a refund since I am not the client, instead I must call e-dreams.
I called back e-dreams, sat waiting for someone to answer for 25 minutes, when they answered, I was told the system was down and that I should call back in 4 hours.
So far today, I called Spain, no help, they told me to call insurance company in UK, Insurance company in UK told me my insurance policy was no good as I am not in a valid country (per my policy wording) and the insurance they sold me doesn't cover me, I called Mexico, they told me to call e-dreams, I call e-dreams, they told me to call Aero Mexico and round and round we went.
I cannot understand, I bought a ticket from Miami to Mexico for a certain date and time. E-dreams billed my card for that trip, then changed the time of my flight and refuses to refund my money now that I am not able to make a connection to actual make the new flight time.
If this is not a fraud, I don't know what is. I wished I had Googled "e-dreams fraud" before making my booking. If I did I would have realized what a scam this is and never have used their service.
They can keep my $500.00 I am going to document my experience and write about it on every possible public forum to bring awareness to the fraudulent business practices of this company. If you are reading this, under no circumstance should you use their service ... they are absolutely horrible and steal from their customers by frustrating them and giving them the run around.

wrong departure
Last night I booked a flight for September 1st, from Milan Malpensa to Vienna (and Vienna-Milan).
When I received the booking confirmation, the ticket for departure turned out to be from Bergamo Orio to Bratislava!
I called maybe 8-10 times to ask for help, most people told me to call ryanair to cancel my flight, and ryanair told me that they DO NOT cancel flights.
So I called back to edreams for the 12th time maybe, they told me to write my complaint here.
This is ridiculous, I clearly chose a DIRECT FLIGHT from Milan Malpensa to Vienna! How did it become a Bergamo-Bratislava flight!?

just a fraud
These are some reasons not to book through them.
Firstly, there're many other agencies that much cheaper and their service works fine. Even if you book on airlines website it may be cheaper.
Second, not everything they promise is true. Free is not free, some illusion of doing something for a definite fee is just an illusion and nothing more. For example, if you want to change dates and you paid for it, don't think you will really change something.
Third, if you want to resolve your issue, be prepared to the fact that their customer service simply doesn't exist. You can write, you can call, they can call you back, but your problem will never be resolved.
So just stay away from them and choose different agencies.

Due to illness my visit to India on 27/01/17 was cancelled on the 20/01/17. Emirates airline accepted the cancellation & made a full refund to Edreams on 6/03/17.
Since then I have had to make over 20 phone calls to Edreams for them to refund my monies. The call centre in India is inadequate to deal with this issue. I was given all promises, platitudes & calls placed on hold but no action. On 26/5/17 I was sent be Edreams a confirmation of £497.42 refund that was due. I sent in my bank details to Edreams on several occasions when requested to show that payment had not been made. Many times I was told that payment had been made and then again I would send in statements of my bank account to show otherwise. A payment of £132.04 was made and then you took back out of my bank account £7.50. Again I had to send in bank statements to show that the full amount had not been paid & fell far short of the refund. Finally after many more phone calls I was eventually put through to David at the UK office – he was taken aback at the hassle, inconvenience and distress I had been put through trying to recover the refund that was due. The refund of £325.02 was made on the 10/08/17. This leaves a shortfall of £50 plus £7.50 taken from my bank account. E.G £497.42 (letter confirming this 26/5/17), payment £132.04, charges of £7.50, payment of £325.02 0n 10/08/17 which leaves a balance of £57.00 outstanding.
I feel & know that this is a disgraceful way to treat customers 0f having to wait 6 months for a refund(which is still not fully paid) . The matter dragging on & on. Therefore compensation is due for all the anxiety, distress, frustration, hours & cost of phone calls, sending emails etc. to recover what is rightfully a refund due to me.

I wanted to cancel my flights from Israel to Spain and back from Spain to Israel on 5/9/17to 8/9/17/ (order no. [protected])
I am an officer in the Israeli army and I have difficulties to fly overseas.
Because my father died and due to the terror attack that happened this week in Barcelona that was on attempt to hurt Jews, I had to cancel my order (national and personal security)
the agent was lovely but they took my money and when I wanted to cancel my flight, they made me lots of problems.
When I asked to talk to the manager, they passed me between agents and I could not reach the manager.
I will not order anything from eDreams company, and I will recommend people to try another agencies.
That's a shame that no one will use the seats on the flights so the logical thing to do is to let someone else use these seats. The problem is that eDreams does not allow my to change the names of the passengers or to cancel my tickets.
I know that in regular cases maybe I would not get all of my money back, but because this is a special case, I want to cancel my flight and to get my money back. Otherwise the company will consider as a thief.

I am in NZ and need to cancel a flight with eDreams, I have spoken to the airline (Garuda) who say cancellation is no problem and will only cost me AUD$125.00 but I need to cancel the flight via eDreams. I have spent literally hours on eDreams site trying to find a way to email my cancellation request as THEIR 24 HOUR SERVICE AND TOLL FREE PHONE NUMBER DO NOT WORK AT ALL - THEY ARE INCORRECT NUMBERS. The standard phone number [protected] works - in terms of it does reach an answering service for eDreams but I can never get anything other than an outside office hours response.
Given the time difference it is difficult ringing the States, especially given all I get is an answering service. eDreams are basically making it very difficult, infect impossible for me to cancel my flight as you can go round and round their web site page trying to get a contact email and there is no information to be had anywhere - no email address is available - only phone numbers that are either incorrect or not manned.

First of all let me say that your Website is the most unfriendly site I have come across. It is impossible to find a means of contacting you. The Help Centre link at the bottom of the page leads nowhere. Also, it is quite interesting and amazing that you do not list yourself in the Product/Subject of Complaint list of this Page, Submit a Complaint. I failed to find another page on your Website where I could tell you about my experience of booking through you, eDreams.
Second, I'd like to say that booking through you was the worst online experience I had. I never received any information from you regarding necessary details concerning the check in, until I was finally able to get through to one of your agents, the day evening before the flight. The "confirmation" I received from you subsequent to my booking contained data that only related to you. And that information itself was WRONG. The agent whom I finally managed to get a hold of by telephone could not locate the Reference number printed in your email.
For what it is worth, please be assured that I will do my best NOT to book through you again in the future and make sure that others in my entourage are aware of my experience.

changing prices after purchase
A few days ago, I purchased two tickets from Beirut to Boston in the name of Jenny and Jeannette Merhej where the advertising price on your site was 1331 and 1308 US Dollars. You debited my credit cards with 1331 and 1308 Euros and added 20% more to the price of the tickets.
This is unethical, illegal and a rip off. I expect you to immediately refund my accounts with all the extra amounts debited which is almost $700 otherwise, a court case will be filed against your company and your online site.
The reservation codes or booking confirmation are : U6FTR9 and U55lGJ.
It seems that this is not the first time you do this to clients and the complaints are loaded on your site. This time, I will take a court action against you until all the extra money debited are refunded.
