Delayed Delivery
My package was shipped out of Syracuse on Wednesday 12/28/2022. FedEx gave me a delivery date of 12/30 (today). They even said on their tracking page that "shipment arriving early". Then my package actually sits in Syracuse for a full day and doesn't even move! No weather events at all!
I will be contacting the company I purchase my auto parts from and ask them to switch to UPS, when they promise a delivery date, IT'S THERE ON THE DAY THEY SAID IT WOULD BE!
Now, here is the kicker. I received a text this morning 12/30/2022 from FedEx stating my delivery will be tomorrow 12/30/2022. Today is 12/30!
This is not my first bad experience with FedEx. They are very prone to putting a delivery on the wrong truck and causing me to wait an additional day.

Not receiving package
I ordered a new phone from Xfinity on Friday, December 23rd. It was shipped on the 24th. To this day, December, 30th, I stlll have not received. I get notifications each day and on Tuesday it said would be delivered bewtween 9am and 1PM. NOTHING! It is now saying pending. What is going on! I am without a phone. It was shipped from Texas and has been stuck I Memphis, TN. I have called and no one can give me an explanation.
This is UNACCEPTABLE!
Desired outcome: Some sort of explanation why this is happening. Want my phone, now!!!!!
ARC Insurance
I will try not to be lengthy. FedEx driver broke my gate. My neighbor saw him go up the stairs and he was pulling on something. I came home 15 minutes later and the wood was on the ground, the post was loose due to his pulling and right inside my gate was a package delivered by FedEx. I filed a claim with the ARC. Linda is a horrible employee who cant remember what was done last. I had to pay to have my gate replaced as it would not close and I am disabled. My claim # is [protected]. I have pictures and a receipt for the replacement. ARC is a joke. Last time, when a driver hit my balcony my HOA had to pay for it. When I reported the gate in September 2022, I asked about the other. Of course, it was my fault. I received payment a year and a half after. When I purchase items on line, I ask them who their carrier is because of this. Recently, I caught a FedEx driver leaving a very heavy package in front of my gate. I couldnt open the gate because it was blocked. I caught him and asked him to carry it to the door. He acted like I was bothering him. I am signed up with FedEx with specific directions that no one reads. My next step will be an attorney. My gate cost is $1,760.00. Is there anyone that knows customer service and its meaning? Overnight early morning delivery
On 12/06/2022 I sent a package for an overnight early morning delivery, tracking number [protected], however, it was not delivered on morning of 12/07/2022 as scheduled. I have been checking the tracking number and all I am showing is it is in transit, held in Mount Vernon, NY. It was already 12/10/2022 and the status of my package ha not changed so I called Customer Service and requested that they return my package as soon as possible as I have already missed my deadline. The Customer Service agent gave me a reference/ticket number, C91824161. 12/10/2022 was a Saturday and I know nothing happens on a Sunday so I waited until Wednesday, 12/14/2022, but still did not receive my package back. I called Customer Service but no one can tell me where and what happened to my package; I was told I need to talk to a case manager but my call cannot be transferred because they do not do that, the case manager will call me but that week passed and no call from a case manager. I called again on 12/15th, 12/16th, 12/17th but all I got was a run around from all the agents I talked to. I sent an email for FedEx cargo claims but instead of telling me where and what happened to my package I am told today, 12/28/2022, to request for a refund of the $101.73 I paid. I responded to that email that I want my package back. Obviously as some people have complained, nobody cares about their customers and their service. You can talk to a live person and no one even reaches out to you about the issue.

Phone service
I had to call Fed-Ex 5 times yesterday to try and get someone on the phone. The automated refused to transfer my call, the reason for my call was that i had two delivery dates given to me the first was Dec 23,2022, December 27th, 2022, now no date of delivery. When i finally got through the rep was unable to tell me where my package was? I feel like they don't care what happens to your packages, that you just have to kind of deal with it. I will never use Fed-ex on my deliveries for sure. UPS all the way!
Desired outcome: They need to update the phone center to connect to rep when requested.
Package delivered to Wrong Apartment
On December 26, 2022 at 12:29 pm a Christmas gift over $100 was delivered to the wrong apartment building. Although we have signed in our account and repeatedly asked that our packages be left at our DOOR, half of the drivers refuse to do that. They continuously leave packages at the mailbox, so that anyone coming through the front door of the building can pick up the package. The complex I live in has FIFTEEN buildings, so only God knows what building the driver left my package in. I got a reference number on December 26, today December 28, 2022 I have not heard anything from FedEx.
Desired outcome: It is highly unlikely that the package will be found in the apartment. It was stolen. I want the cost of the item $190.00 to be FULLY reimbursed to me. Their company RUINED my Christmas.
I want a full refund. Two days and FedEx has not given me the courtesy of calling about something I bought and paid for. This company has continuously not been held accountable.
2 Packages left in wrong place
We had two packages that we just found yesterday hanging on a fence by a rural road that connects with our road. That had been covered in snow and were hung on a barbwire fence along the main rural road 1/4 mile from our house. One package was has a date of 12/21/22. We do not want them left there. If they can not get to our place because of snow they need to take them back and deliver another day. Anyone can just pick those up on the fence along the road. Then one packs had rips in it and wet.
This does explain why a shipment a year ago of over 800 dollars what marked delivered, but we never got and there was no recourse for it.

Import consignment not received
we received letter from your end dt.13.12.2022, with refrerence Air Way Bill Number [protected], on 22.12.2022 stating that our import consignment reached Chennai. On seeking the letter we contacted your toll free number on 24.12.2022 and got the reply that the consignment is out for delivery. Everyday we are contacting you and getting the same reply. We fear, what happened to our consignment and why you are delaying the delivery. You are not giving contact number of the delivery department. We are helpless where we have to contact to get our consignment.
If you couldn't deliver to our point. please share your location we shall come and collect.

Lying about attempted delivery
I live in a secured apartment building with a security panel to allow entry. The instruction on the panel are clear. To gain entry all you have to do is dial by last name and the tenants phone will ring. For 7 days in a row, FedEx claimed to attempt deliver but no one was home or business was closed. I work from home and so I was there each time. When I received the notifications of the attempts, I immediately called FedEx each day. After waiting for 20 minutes on hold and having to provide all of my personal information multiple times, they apologized profusely and assured me it would not happen again. They said they would send the driver a note with my phone number but still no calls. After the 4th so called attempt, customer service provided me with an address for the local facility so that I can pick up the package. When I arrived, it was a warehouse that does not allow customer access. Christmas came and went, leaving me without my wife's present. Unbelievable!
Desired outcome: I can't see how they can make this right. I didn't lose any money but I was humiliated. I would like to know what consequences are for the driver or drivers that lied
Scheduled pickup of a return - fedex never came
My scheduled pickup never happened - Fedex just did not show up. I live in Los Angeles, so the bad weather in the rest of the country is not a factor.
I need to return a chair to the vendor (Steelcase). I printed the return label e-mailed to me, and scheduled the pickup for December 23, 2022. Fedex will not provide a window when they might arrive to get the item; instead, they tell you they will arrive between 8 am and 8 pm, which means I had to wait 12 hours at my house. Fedex never showed up, never notified me of the status, and has not contacted me at all about this pickup. That is inexcusable since they have my cell phone number and e-mail address, and notification could be provided automatically. I don't know if they will come on December 24. Trying to get a human is unbelievably difficult, and when I finally was able to get connected to their office, the recording said the office was closed and to call back "during business hours." Of course they don't even bother to tell you what their business hours are. Unbelievably terrible customer service.
I believe I am still within the time period during which I can return the chair to Steelcase. If not, that will be another problem caused by Fedex that I will have to deal with.
Desired outcome: Please inform me of the pickup date, with a shorter window (morning, afternoon, evening). Please inform me whether it will be re-attempted and when, or whether I need to reschedule.
Delivery
1. I received a Fedex letter delivery on 12/13/2022 from a business with the Fedex envelope already opened, & I called & reported the issue to Fedex.
2. As a result, the business sent me a 2nd replacement delivery which was never delivered, although the Fedex system claims it was delivered on 12/15/2022 @ 4:52PM. I called & opened an incident which was assigned to Fedex case manager - Ragan who I was informed had contacted me to ask me if I had located the package. Under no circumstance was the package located because it was NEVER delivered as reported. Additionally. even though the Fedex driver took a picture of the 1st opened envelope delivery, there was NO picture of the 2nd missing delivery. I was told to call the case manager Ragan back during her working hours, and when I attempted to, I was informed the case was CLOSED, & I therefore could no longer speak with the case manager - Ragan, & the Fedex system still reflects that I received the 2nd package which I NEVER did.
3. Now the same business is sending me a 3rd replacement package, & who knows if I will ever receive that. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was informed that the only issue that warrants speaking to a supervisor would need to involve medication. I am very shocked & disappointed at the service provided by Fedex. There service in the past has always been above reproach.
Desired outcome: I want to make certain I receive the 3rd package, credit the business for 2 packages, & an explanation.
Package delivery
On December 21 and 22, the FedEx tracker states "attempted delivery", which is a flat out lie! I never left my house on either one of those days. Where I sit in my living room is right next to the front door, which was kept open (with only the screen door closed). Nobody came to my door! This item was a Christmas gift, so now I have to drive 12 miles to their facility tomorrow after 6 pm to PICK UP my package. This same thing happened to me with FedEx this past August. So it's a pattern with FedEx. If given the choice, I would NEVER choose FedEx... they may ship, but they DON'T DELIVER, and they are dishonest!
Desired outcome: FedEx should fire (and stop hiring) drivers who lie because they are too lazy to do their job. And to compensate the customer for the gas and time it takes to retrieve their packages. You're supposed to be a DELIVERY service!!!!!
FedEx Missing items and Responding Service
We dropped off two packages at Cary IL FedEx service center. Our items were scanned in on December 8, 2022 and we were told they were marked for ground service. The ground service for our area is Grayslake, IL. They have no further records. How do two packages go missing between two of your local service centers? We have filed a claim but did not receive confirmation within the 24 hour window and had to follow up one our own. Upon a follow up call to double check we were greeted by unhelpful responses and ended the call with very little information regarding a resolution. The representative even suggested that we would need to return to Europe when we shared that some of the missing items were from our recent trip to Ireland. Really not helpful or a reassuring response. The tracking numbers last four digits are 5169 and 5170 as they were heading to Lexington KY.
Desired outcome: Find items and deliver packages since mailing date was well before holiday rush. Interview FedEx employees, packages went missing between two of your service centers, to discover chain of custody.

Delivery
The last few orders delivered at my home were set on my porch steps, whereas, I have a sign on my door that specifically asks that pkgs. be left in front of my door, as I'm disabled. Twice they were rained on bc of this. It's only 6-7 feet more to my door, and they could have easily been slid across the porch if the driver was too lazy to walk those extra steps. These deliveries are especially worrisome, as they're out in plain sight and easily accessible to steal. I'm on a walker and oxygen and have to go down a steep step to get to the porch.
Desired outcome: Just let the driver(s) know to read the signs posted on people's doors/ windows.

Driver lied. Tracker said attempted delivery - no one home. We were home, he never showed up.
On 12/20/22, we we're expecting a package. A cell phone. We had been watching the delivery tracker all afternoon. The tracker said it would be delivered before 8pm. At 5:30pm we went outside and sat on the front porch.
As we were outside on the porch, we received a notification from fed ex stating that the package would not be arriving tonight because they tried to deliver it at 6:39pm and at 6:55pm, and at both times, no one answered the door.
We were sitting on our frront porch with a non-obstructed view off the street. No fed ex truck ever came down our cul-de-sac.
Yes, we live at the end of a cul-de-sac, and we were outside waiting for the truck.
It never came into view where the cul-de-sac intersects with a main road ito our subdivision.
How do I know? I was outside on the front porch with a clear view oof the intersection. Your driver is lying and telling you that he tried delivering it twice within a half hour time period. At 6:39 I was on the porch. At 6:55 I was on the porch. It's astonishing that a major corporation like fed-ex would assume customers are going fall for that garbage.
You're dishonest people without character and without integrity. Especially your management team. You are all degreed professionals who were schooled on ethics and responsibility to the customer.

Package that is not delivered
FedEx keeps lying about an attempted delivery.
I live in a building with 24/7 concierge, camera footage, and I work from home. Every attempted delivery there were MULTIPLE PEOPLE HERE WHO COULD HAVE SIGNED, AND LO AND BEHOLD UPS WAS ABLE TO DELIVER. This is now the 3rd attempt where they supposedly could not get a signature. It's a lie. I am so upset right now.

My wife and daughter are (and have been) home all morning today, and I also have a Ring doorbell. There was no doorbell or a video capturing any FedEx driver attempting to deliver my package, and yet their delivery exception reason says that no one was home. A complete lie. It was supposed to have been delivered yesterday, and the status said “out for delivery” since 1:09 AM, then it went back to the same warehouse at the end of the day, then it went to delivery exception today with an attempted delivery was is a total lie.
Desired outcome: I need my shipment delivered ASAP with an apology.

fedex office in broken arrow oklahoma is refusing to deliver my package
tracking number [protected] is at there location and they will not deliver to my location? I receive deliveries weekly from fedex,amazon,ups, and usps. I received a delivery from fedex as recently as 12/15/2022 with tracking number [protected]. They now want me to pick up my package and will not deliver it to me? I pay for delivery as I am disabled and don't understand. This office in Broken Arrow is unacceptable. What can you do to resolve this problem.
Didn't wait for me to open door and didn't leave doortag
On Tuesday and on Wednesday someone from FedEx knocked hard on my door, but left before I could get to the door. They didn't ring the doorbell on either of those days. I only knew it was FedEx because they drove off without even bothering to leave a doortag.
On Wednesday, right afterwards, we tried calling but met an immediate problem since we didn't have a tracking number. The AI simply would not let us talk to anyone and there was no recognized option for a missing doortag. Eventually the AI automatically blocked that number and we cannot call from that line anymore. We then tried from a different line, this time I tried a different set of options and was finally able to reach someone with whom I opened a complaint.
Since I was told that I would get a 3rd delivery I waited around by the door only to get a call from nearly an hour away telling me that a package was waiting for me to pickup by Tuesday. I'm guessing they got the number from the complaint I filed. SInce the call was from a different state and didn't have caller ID I didn't think to answer it, but got the voicemail later. I tried calling back, but there's no way to talk to anyone at that center. I got through to someone else and they told me that without a tracking number or doortag there's no way to pick up a package.
I then spent the next few days trying everything I could, contacting everyone I knew, trying to figure out what the tracking number was. Eventually I remembered about a package I ordered a few months ago from another country and I just didn't know they already shipped. I checked their tracking and was finally able to determine the tracking number for the package. I then had an option to select a pickup location at least so hopefully I will be able to pick it up locally. Of course, since I never got a Doortag, I can only hope that it will be possible.
I noticed, however, that the tracking number shows that a delivery attempt was also supposedly made Monday. This was a lie. No one knocked on the door that day at all. The tracking also said I had to pickup within 2 days (so by Monday instead of Tuesday).
So, to recap:
A FedEx driver allegedly came to my house, but did not knock on Monday. Then on Tuesday and Wednesday a FedEx driver definately came to my door and knocked, but did not remain long enough for me to open the door and did not leave a doortag. Then FedEx as a company refused to assist me in locating the package for pickup and, in fact, if I was unable to locate the tracking number never would have allowed me to have my package by any means. Worse still is the fact that if I wasn't home to hear the knock and if I didn't actually see the FedEx vehicle drive away I wouldn't have even known that a delivery attempt was missed because no evidence was left by the driver.
If this was just a problem with a single driver not doing a proper job I wouldn't be this upset, but FedEx has absolutely no procedure in place to ensure that recipients are properly notified of a delivery attempt and no way for customers to report that no doortag was left.
Making the situation even worse is the fact that we receive medical and legal packages, oftentimes without prior notice, so we can't just ignore a package we aren't expecting. In the case of medical equipment a failure to properly receive can mean medical equipment can stop functioning properly which can mean that lives will be endangered.
Desired outcome: Unblock and stop blocking customer numbers. Provide a way for customers to locate a package when a doortag is not left and implement a policy where drivers will be required to prove that they put a doortag by taking a picture.
