My packages yes I said packages plural have been sitting at the FedEx station for the past three days and every time I call they say they are out for delivery, yet towards the end of the day I get notified that they are ALL delayed till the next day. This is unacceptable business practice and should be illegal. They say it is delayed do to the weather yet where I am at and my packages are at the sun has shined every day, so unless they are vampires the weather has not been a facter. remember I said they have been in Kansas City for 3 almost 4 days now and it has not been bad weather. I am not a happy camper at all and I just keep getting the run around when I call customer service in the Philippines or Columbia or whatever off-site country they use.
Desired outcome: I want the stuff I paid for and would like some recompense for the three days I have had to miss part of my workday.
Bad Driver
A Fedex driver has just driven over the lawn causing deep ruts. He got stuck and spun the wheels backward and forward, digging in deeper and destroying more turf. The tires are now in so deep that he and two other employees called to the scene can't move it at all. They eventually called a car hauler to pull the truck out.
The delivery was at about 12:15 pm, on 03.11.2022.

Package delays
The package was scheduled for delivery 3/9/2022 then it was delayed in KY for two days. Finally it arrived in Oregon about 50 miles from my home and then, its delayed AGAIN. I called Fed ex and the person I talked to (from Pakistan) said there was nothing that could be done, I was just SOL. It was delayed because Fed ex had too many packages... WTF?! then why don't they get more help so they can deliver the packages? Isn't that what we pay them for? I should get a refund but that would mean there profit margin would go down. Who cares about the customer or when the package is delivered. What a scam. It's like paying for two day delivery and guaranteed to be delivered in 2 to 16 days. Fed ex is a POS company and should be out of business. FU Fed ex.
Desired outcome: Package delivered..ON TIME!! And compensation for my time, trouble and frustration.
Supposed failed delivery by FedEx
Just had notification that my 2 packages couldn't be delivered because no one was there... meanwhile my van is in the driveway and the main door was open and I've been home all day. No knock, no doorbell, nothing! I tried calling customer service, but they just said it'd be next business day. It's food which I was planning on utilizing today...and this is sadly not the first time.
Driver did NOT stop and deliver the package but kept driving. I was looking out my window at the time.

There was never any documentation left on my door. I watched all of this from my window! Now, I get to go pick up the packages myself. Great 'service'!
Desired outcome: I just want to go and pick up my package. I do NOT wish to wait any longer. It is schedule for pickup at Fed-X San Marcos. Hopefully.

The tracking information is below, says it was delivered , but not to me , it never showed up, says it was given to customer, but not to me as I was the only person there all day. Also says it was on the delivery truck in Charleston. West Virginia and out for delivery the very same day! This is the second time this has happened with FEDEX. The first time FEDEX would not make good on their mistake. They said it was delivered. Well, I think the whole object of this is to deliver the package to the Correct address.! Don't you think!
And while were at it, this order (Tracking NO. [protected]) same thing. I'm' out $145.26 for this one. Same thing, fedex says delivered, no package. I'm SOL. no recourse. Fedex has to be even worse than the USPS. And that is saying a LOT!

Unsafe Driver
#827691 - driving at 1:35pm on I70 WV-PA. tailgated vehicles in front of him, swerved in an out of traffic, almost hit us when swerved in front of us while changing lanes, changed lanes without signaling, speeding (20mph over speed limit), swerved into off ramp and then back again into traffic so as to get around another vehicle and almost hit that vehicle.
We followed this driver for about 15-20 minutes and were stunned at his reckless driving.
Desired outcome: Fire this driver - he's literally too unsafe to be on the road

Last December 11, 2021 I ordered a laptop computer from Coleman Rita Jacqueline for $79.00 plus $20.00 shipping. A few days later I received a tracking number # [protected]. I kept tracking this number until Fedex said that the package will be delivered January 7, 2022. My wife and I were home the whole day and nothing was delivered. I called Fedex the next day with this phone number [protected] and machine answer that they will investigate and locate the package. I kept calling Fedex and I did not received a satisfactory answer. So I decided to file a claim against Fedex with Claim number C-[protected] and until now I have not receive any response of Fedex. I kept calling Fedex regarding the status of my complain and until now no luck.
Unsuccessful delivery after 7 attempts
Driver maintains he has attempted to deliver our package 7 times. We have been home for all attempts. On the last attempt yesterday I watched our entranceway from 4:45 - 5:15 pm in a desperate attempt to receive our parcel.

I live in a 7 story apartment building occupied mostly by old and/or disabled people. Fedex has an abhorrent habit of leaving packages in insecure common areas, rather than delivering them to the apartments they are addressed to. This afternoon, around 4:20 pm est, I saw two fedex guys arrive with two boxes. Seconds — not minutes, but seconds after they entered the building, they were leaving it. I stopped them in the entryway and told them they needed to deliver packages to the apartments to which they are addressed. One said they didn't have time to, they had 200 packages to deliver. (that late in the day they still had 200 pkgs to deliver?) I said that when they leave pkgs in common areas anyone can walk away with them. That has happened a lot here. He countered that packages can be stolen from an apartment doorway, too. "not," I said, "when the resident is at home." he persisted with his whining about having 200 packages to deliver. I asked their names, got only anthony for the one, and kelly for the other. Anthony's attitude was snide, as if knowing a complaint wasn't going to affect them at all. As for the packages they left in a common area, the apartment they should have taken them to was all of about 25 yards from where they'd been left, and the resident was at home. I don't think they ever even looked at the address, beyond the building's address. I'm not attaching a picture of the address labels because of personal information.
Desired outcome: We want FedEx to properly deliver packages, and to apologize to the residents here for the aggravation and thefts that have occurred because of their dereliction.
Awful customer dispute resolution to help boy with cancer
My business, Cereijo & Associates, Inc has been a loyal customer of Fedex for over 17 years. We were sending Cancer medication to a small child and the package had to arrive in Texas next day. We called Fedex and confirmed with the company and the driver the shipment would 100% get to Texas next day if we paid for FedEx First Overnight. Because it was urgent that the package get there on time, we didn't take any chances and paid for the service. The package, due to weather conditions, didn't arrive in Texas until a week later. I understand these things happen but I called and made a simple request for Fedex to charge me for the standard rate of shipping since the package was delivered late. Fedex refused and insist on charging me for the First Overnight rate. It's fine, that is how they retain customers I guess but as a business owner, if it were me, I would have adjusted the charge and kept the customer. They chose not to and now I am canceling my account and moving to UPS for all future deliveries. It's not a money issue, it's best practices issue and they failed me and they failed the boy.

Delivery
My wife's monthly medical supplies from Nu Motion Medical Supply were simply tossed in a stream of water running through the ditch beside our mailbox. Two boxes were in the running stream and one large box was balanced upon the back of our mailbox. This damaged some of my wife's medical supplies.
There is apparently no "effective" way to lodge a complaint on any of this or to be sure that this doesn't happen again. I will be making the hour drive to the nearest FedEx office to chew [censored] and find a means getting in touch with whoever is in charge of the deliveries so that I may go them and chew their [censored] until I am assured that there will be something done about this. This lack of transparency within a corporation and the lack of any meaningful means of dealing with failures on behalf of this corporation is borderline criminal. I intend to chew enough [censored] to solve this where "we" are concerned.
Desired outcome: I desire to understand why this driver behaved so ignorantly and I wish to know what is going to be done to remedy this drivers actions. ie firing, admonishment etc.
Fedex crappy customer service
I called FedEx regarding two different failed deliveries on two different orders. I received email notification stating one of two orders just dropped at my front door . I had watched the status up to now. Nothing at my door.
I told Fed Ex regarding the second of two orders on this same phone call and stated that FedEx needs to do something about this. I asked if they would call the location that had my package on the truck and ask the driver to show the log where he dropped it off or go get it and bring to my home.
FedEx loser customer service woman stated "if you have a complaint , call the sender"
I told that woman, the sender didnt lose my packages, YOU did; she said "thats all i can tell you"
I asked to speak to a manager, she then said "thats a different process"
I said well start the"different process" now and get me a manager.
She said "i repeat, if you have a complain call the sender"
I said once again that I repeat "the sender didnt lose my package, YOU did" and "let me talk with a manager"
She hung up.
FEDEX: Why do you hire people like that and why do you not own up to your mistakes? What if the lost packages were medications or something needed for life sustaining equipment.
This is NOT good customer service and you need to hire professionals who can help customers not make them feel like dirt

I bought a Samsung TV from Best Buy but they were sold out so I ordered one and they would use FEDEX to deliver-please view Delivery Video-I was so upset-I tried call Best Buy to Complain no answer-I tried over and over - then I tried Calling FedEx dead end there also-I gave up because I was feeling ill nauseous and fatigue. My son had a brand computer monitor delivered last year and they simply threw the box out into our driveway in the mud. It was completely ridiculous as two of my sons were outside not far away that the package could have been handed off to. Luckily the monitor was not broken but that was ridiculous behavior for a delivery driver. The most disappointing thing is that there is absolutely no recourse for these types of incidents. There is no way to contact the people in charge of the delivery drivers and explain their behavior and no means of avoiding future incidents like this.
Reported delivery attempt not made
Item reported as on FedEx truck for delivery February 26, 2022, by end of day. Stayed home all day. At 8:02 pm I received a delivery update “ We made a delivery attempt: 02/26/2022 07:50 PM. Delivery will be attempted again on the next business day. Click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s).”. However I was home and watching since I knew FedEx should deliver not later than 8 pm. No FedEx truck even drove down my street, let alone stopped by my house at 7:50 pm. Not to mention my three 70 pound dogs would have gone nuts as they always do when FedEx or UPS stops in front of the house and then there’s the fact there was no attempted delivery tag left (because I was watching and no FedEx vehicle stopped at my residence on February 26, 2022, at 7:50 pm or any other time). The next delivery update stated item to be delivered Sunday, February 27, 2022 even though the initial email claiming a delivery attempt had been made stated next delivery attempt would be “next business day”. Losing a whole weekend because of dishonest FedEx drivers is unacceptable. I don’t mind staying home when FedEx actually delivers as paid to do ($49.00 in this case). When I stay home and they don’t even attempt a delivery and then lie about, that is blatant theft of my time.
Desired outcome: Driver should be held accountable for falsifying records. If FedEx as a company is complicit, they should be reported to the Federal Trade Commission.
I have had this issue as well, I have also had them place packages in the snow bank around my mailbox which then get ploughed over by snow and they call that delivered. No way to contact anyone about any of this to have drivers censured or warned anything.
It is should be criminal for a company to lack even a basic means of directly dealing with service issues.
Property damage
On February 2, 2022 at about 1030a a FedEx delivery truck hit our front entrance canopy. Twice. We heard the crashes from inside and several of us ran out. The driver, Tyrin, said he thought he hit the bollard protecting the canopy pillar and tried another angle but just hit the overhead again. The clearance is clearly posted by a sign.
He gave us his FedEx Contractor ID card, and driver's license which we copied.
We won't post those here to protect his privacy but will supply to FedEx.
We immediately called FedEx, and eventually reached a live person who gave us to an extension where we left a message. Actually we did so twice. We also reported this to our insurance company who also attempted to initiate a claim.
Nothing has happened since then.
Desired outcome: Reimbursement for the entire cost to repair the damages.
Good luck getting anywhere with FedEx! If i cant get Fed Ex to let me speak with a manager regarding a "customer rep" inept and unprofessionalism where i tried to report false delivery messages from Fed Ex when they never dropped my packages off, i wonder if they will own up to your major incident. Looks like a lawsuit to me

We are disputing a re-way charge. We weigh everything that goes out the door and is picked up by FedEx. This was a simple shipment that we have go out several times a week. A 48' blade on a standard pallet is something that goes out from our location and is no way near the 225 lbs. that we are being charged on this shipment. We weight of this shipment was 168.0 LB NOT 225 LB, that's a difference of 57 LB which is impossible for a 48' blade and standard pallet. We use a standard pallet from the same manufacturer on every shipment that goes out, so NO it isn't the pallet. Very frustrating that FedEx is using this as a money grab.
Desired outcome: This is a charge that should be taken off and a corrected invoice would be sent.
Fedex ground distribution
I have had the extreme displeasure of dealing with Fed-Ex Ground delivery on a few occasions over the past few months. In the Atlanta Area, their delivery ability is nothing short of atrocious. Its paramount to gambling. One shipment might arrive ahead of time, one on time and the next weeks to months late. More often than not, the service delivery has arrived late (days) to extremely late (several weeks). Fed-Ex has become akin to that unreliable car, which cranks and runs sometimes, but which also might equally leave you stranded in the middle of the worst section of town… on other days it simply does not operate at all.
Fed-Ex customer service is nothing more than a complaint box. Their operators are not empowered to assist the consumer in any way, and if pushed they will simply shrug it off or laugh in your face. Fed-Ex employees genuinely don’t care about customers, especially the general public. Some of its delivery drivers however are concerned or at least appear to be concerned, as they are the ones bearing the brunt of the extremely late deliveries.
Fed-Ex used to be the glowing pride of package distribution …. What happened?
Obviously, there are two malefactors at work which are destroying Fed-Ex. The first is dialectics and the second is Management implementation of dialect base policies relative to its services and customers. Quite basically, Fed-Ex management has allowed itself to become part of the warring in antithesis against the American People. This shift away from Customer satisfaction and toward dialectic antithesis, has caused deep division within Fed-Ex and its ability to serve its customers. Such fault cannot be cured until the there is a revision at the management levels to expel dialect warring in antithesis. Fed-Ex will eventually close its doors, if it cannot shed itself of such dialectic nonsense within its ranks. Its once gleaming reputation has gone from Excellent to bad to worse and now horrible. Fed-Ex has become the package distribution service provider to avoid at all costs. With a reputation worse than that of the US postal service, who held the historical low for eons.
Desired outcome: Eliminate all internal barriers which are not directly relative to meeting the expectations of its Customers. Reunite with Deming. Stop delivering excuses and start delivering Packages
Drivers never showed up and no door tags but claims failed delivery attempts
This is ridiculous. Fedex website claims package was shipped by sender on Thursday Feb 10th, then received by San Jose site at 5:07AM and sent out for delivery on Sunday Feb 13th. I waited all day at home but the delivery was never attempted. Then the website shows attempted delivery on Monday Feb 14th so I stayed home from work and never got a ring at the door, but upon checking the tracking it stated that at 11:13AM the Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed! I had been home so this is a flat out lie and also NO door tag. I went to work.
The next few days, same problem.
Tuesday Feb 15, 10:34 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx to complaint. They said they will notify the local office.
Wednesday Feb 16 10:35 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/16/2022 10:35 AM. Call 1.800. GoFedEx or click Manage Delivery below to take more control of your package(s). If we don't hear from you, your package(s) may be returned to the shipper within 10 business days. They agree to call the local office and attempt another delivery.
Thursday Feb 17, 10:39 AM Delivery exception Customer was not present or business closed and NO door tag. I call FedEx again to complain because I got the We made a final delivery attempt: 02/17/2022 10:39 AM [censored]. They to call the local office and attempt another delivery the next day.
Friday Feb 18, 9:36 AM Recipient location security delay. Delivery will be reattempted and NO door tag. They promise me that another delivery attempt will be made on Saturday.
Then the website shows package out for delivery Saturday Feb 19 but no one shows up while I wait home all day. Again no tags.
At night the website shows package will be out for delivery on Monday Feb 21 and the same [censored] happens, I wait at home all day and no one shows up. They just arbitrarily lie and keep changing attempted delivery dates without providing even a time frame so that people have to wait at home all day.
Keep in mind that for these past 10 days, there has not a single door tag that has been left.
When I called customer service they said the driver claimed that I had a security gate and they had no access, well I don't live in a fancy gated community and there is public road access. Just FLAT OUT LIES!
I have also never had any problems with Amazon, UPS, or USPS. FedEx only. The Feds should shut them down. This is clearly a shady business who do not care about the customer. My life has been negatively impacted and I will go out of my way to never use them again if I could.

Same issue is happening to me in Upstate NY. I am home all day waiting for delivery and the past two days driver says attempted delivery no one over 18 available to sign-he never even pulled into my driveway. The best part was another Fedex driver and truck had just delivered and hour and a half before and I spoke with him and he had to call to see if he could take a package for me. What a joke Fedex is!
