I contacted the above (info@justanswer.com) to find if if there was anything on the market that would unclog a stopped-up kitchen sink other than the standard Drano, Liquid Plumber, etc. because I tried everything I could purchase over-the-counter and nothing worked. I waited and waited for a reply to my question and nothing happened. I finally sent them an e-mail asking them to remove my question from their service and to refund the $9 they charged against my VISA card. Instead, they charged an additional $15 for my asking them to remove my question and refund my money! I couldn't believe it! They do not post a phone number or mailing address where I could contact them. Now I am stuck with no answer and a $24 charge against my VISA card. I must be a fool to trust a company like this on the internet.

Some used my credit card to make unauthorized purchases and my credit card company sent alerts and then cancelled my card.

I signed up for 7 days trial help with Just Answer ti get an answer for a legal question but did not get a satisfactory response and now cannot find a way to stop a recurring debit from my account. Can you me find a way to srop them from removing money from my account>

They charge my account without authorization.
I called and spent half an hour, and had to fight the entire time.

They said they will credit my card.

I don't know how they sleep at night.

I accepted a seven day trial on just answers for help on a auto problem but i was not informed when they were going to deduct money for a membership that i don't need I did not enroll in no membership and have been charge twice.

Contacted JustAnswer, and after hearing their response determined that it wasn't something that I was interested in. Tried to cancel, and found that they had made the process difficult and time consuming. I was finally able to cancel, but they billed my credit card anyway.

I cancelled my membership within the seven days free period yet i was still being charged. I didnt signed up for any monthly membership payment. My money was just enough for an automatic payment on my account, which you took it. Pls kindly give it back, i need it.

I used just answer for the trial period only. I was not notified of a pending subscription charge. I don't want to subscribe to just answer. Please cacel the subscription and issue a $28.00 refund.

I asked a question with a $10 dollar fee about a rash on my dog. Just answer is taking a monthly fee from my credit card and I cannot find anyway to cancel this subscription with them. I have never asked them another question and did not subscribe or have any intention of subscribing - Please can I get this cancelled and refuned

This site charged me extra money when i did not use it again. Please refund my 46 dollars. This just answer site i feel like is a scam. I dont want my bank account to go bad again. So id appreciate it if this site deletes my card number info, or im afraid im going to have to change my card number.

So I needed help on my car on August 15, 2019. But I canceled my order and my account so I got my 5$ plus the 21$ back that's fine and now its October 4th and I just got charged 36$ for NO REASON.

didn't get answer to question submitted and had to join a trail subscription before I could get an answer. so I joined and the subscription stated at any time. Tried to cancel to found out there was no way to cancel. I HOPE YOU can get this matter resolved as soon as possible.

In September 2019 I asked a question of Just Answer over the internet. On 7/10.2019 you debited my account for R599 as a registration fee. I did not apply for membership. This is a disgusting act of fraud. I notice that many others have similar complaints. Kindly credit me with the R599. I do not wish for any further services from Just Answer

I tried the £5 limited offer and didn't like the service provided so cancelled right away, how ever iv since been changed £80 (£40 on 2 occasions) iv tried contacting you on so many occasions and haven't be able to get any contact ... the £40 you have taken today was all I had to feed my 3 children...

I asked a question which was not answered. To my surprise they billed me $66 for what I don't know (In addition to the $5 deposit at the beginning).
Called customer service and they told me that I should have read the full expalnation on website regarding the 7 day period which I did not see. I am sure it was in some fine print elsewhere.

These people have been charging me for months for a single question. They do not respond to emails or calls. I'm out about $300. And I don't want this service. I have been hacked and I'm not sure it wasn't these people from this site. They should not be allowed to have an app.

why am I being charged 66 dollars for something I didn't authorise, when trying to cancel my account I was informed I didn't have one under my name and e/mail, I would like the 66 dollars refunded .
Your methods of doing business is fraud.

it took 5 emails to cancel and still no refund. Then my debit card info is stolen the next day, it was a brand new card, of course they would have a cheap security system. You will not be able to cancel your membership you will have to call them. Avoid

So, I needed assistance with my device and when I was put through to someone to assist me according to my understanding ther ewas only a once off R59.00 requested. yesterday 10/11/2019 my account was debited for R599.00 please advise why and please could my money be reversed as I only used this service once.

Please see above. When I gave the lawyer a 4 star for good service, and wanted to lock out, they kept on trying to keep me on line. I declined the monthly fee. I am retired and have no money to spend. The R69 was urgent as my daughter was in dire need of help. Yet they went ahead illegally to defraud me.
