late train
It is very slow train from Sungai Buloh to pleabuhan klang on 26sept 2019 as I took it at 749am until now.. I haven't arrive (now already 844am) at my suppose Kg Dato harun Station! Ur driver are driving really reckless took! Pls improve ur train timing.. V r living in fast world.. Educate ur employees.. Their lazy Ness others are taking impact of it! Even Japan got better train.. Time is important.. Check my screenshot when I'm typing this complain
men in ladies couch
Hi i hope the authorities will always monitor the men in the ladies coach...i always use the ktm to go to work everyday...and there still be men in ladies coach although there are many empty seats in other coach...when i tried to talk to them they will looked at me with an angry face...so i hope ktm will do sth...what is the use for ladies coach if men are still in it...

This situation makes me very angry. Basically what happened was I forgot to bring my ktm card, so I decided to buy a token. The part that was so disappointed was there weren't a sign to tell that I can't buy ktm token anymore. I was planning to take ktm from Kajang to Bandar Tasik Selatan (it's just 2 stops), so I bought a token that cost me RM5.70(I was shocked by the price but still I paid for it). As I enter the barriers, it says error. I ask the workers for help, ended up they make me buying a brand new card that cost me RM10(RM7 loaded in the card). Just taking 2 stops of ktm, it cost me more than RM10. It's a hell of disappointment.
KTM is not here to help but to make more money out of you. best option for you is not to use their lousy service at all !
the service at counter
We come to buy a ticket to Arau at the ticket counter in KTM Butterworth at 7.20 p.m. on Saturday 21 September 2019. We ask for ticket to Arau at 7.25 p.m. and one of the worker girl there said that the early train will be held on 9.25. But we look at the table shows that 7.25 p.m. should have a train go to Arau. We accept that until around 8.10 p.m., we heard there's announcement train go to Padang Besar. Just to confirm the time, we ask the worker girl and she said inappropriate to us as their customer., Their customer service was very poor. We hope that top management will take note and wish that this will be not repeated. I'm very disappointed with the service. Last but not least to be confirmed, isn't there any train around 8 at Ktm?
unreasonable delay in delivery

Dear KTM,
We have requested for the below delivery to Nenasi, 26680 Pekan:-
*KTM AWB No.: CB [protected]
*Pick Up date: 17/09/2019
*Estimate Arrived: 18/09/2019
However, this afternoon, customer complained they have not received the parcel yet. We called KTM Kuantan branch and were informed that they have received document only, but the parcel was still at warehouse. We contacted KTM HQ Mr. Azimi, were told that the parcel was at warehouse Shah Alam, would only be shipped to Pahang today, and delivery tomorrow.
This shipment consists of 4 boxes, amongst those, there was a box marked "dry ice" worth some almost RM30, 000.00. We understand KTM always loves the excuse of hiding behind the unreasonable clause of max liability of RM200 per shipment. However, it is our opinion that KTM should pull up your sock, be very responsible and professional in carrying out your job.
You should be accountable for the full shipment value should our parcels are damaged due to unreasonable late delivery.

komuter link card double entry
I got fined for numerous time (rm10 per ocasssion) for double entry. I travel to work every working day and the display on the entry always show that i have failed after punch, then i try again second time, it states that i got double entry. The queue is so long but the lousy machine is so slow to give pass. Even i have wait the machine to give pass but still fail.
Called the customer service numerous times but no one pick up. So hard and tiring to earn money already and yet still have to meet this unecessary problem. You want us to go cashless and give us this kind of [censored].
the train left before the departure time on 16 sept 2019 in padang besar
Hi sir/madam,
With reference to the above, please be informed that we are those passengers who have left by the train on 19 Sept 2019, 9:40am train departure time from Padang Besar to KL Sentral.
First of all, we were out from Malaysia Immigration Check at 9:30am and we were being informed by the police man there that the train has left and I noticed that the time at the board is only 9:40am and the train is no longer there which means the train left before the departure time.
Secondly, there is no announcement that informed the passengers that the train is leaving, in fact, all the passengers are in the building already and thinking the train maybe not yet arrive. But in real fact, the train has left us behind before informing that the train is leaving. FYI, when we arrived at the station, we heard there is an announcement to inform that the train is arriving but is in very low volume and many of us do not even noticed at all. Since there is announcement on train arriving but why there is no announcement for train leaving?
Thirdly, we have bought the ticket and with our name on the ticket, the train driver should have noticed that there are many passengers are not on board and should be proactive to make the announcement before leaving the passengers behind. We have bought the ticket at expensive price and this is the service level that we received from your end.
For your information, we have to bring all the kids and "warga tua" to travel to Butterworth and rush to buy the bus ticket which is all sold out and some have to stay there till night to catch the bus. The bus arriving at KL at very late night/early morning in the next day and we have 11 of us that have to rush like this.
We do not expect any explanation on this but we are requesting for the refund on our ticket. We are aware that we are supposed to be in the station 30 mins early and we have did that and the train left the passengers without any announcement before 9:40am which we think this is not reasonable. This is totally not acceptable at all as when we departed from TBS to padang besar, the train was left about 20-30 mins but when we departed from Padang Besar to KL sentral, the train left before 9:40am. Why is your schedule is not reliable at all?
Please arrange for the necessary refund on the ticket.

train leave before the departure time
Hi sir/madam,
Please be informed that we are arriving at padang besar on 16 sept 2019 at 9:30am and by the time we want to take train to KL sentral before 9:40am, the police told us that the train has left before 9:40am. We walked to the counter to ask for alternative and the counter assistant is only asking us to buy another ticket to butterworth to take bus from penang. To be honest, I am not sure how can the train leave the passengers as the train master should know there are many passengers not yet on board the train. I hope there is an explanation from your end as not only one two person affected, there are many of us.
To be honest, when we depart from TBS, the train was late but how come the train from padang besar can leave early from the time. This is really making us as malaysian can not trust the schedule set by your end.

PROBLEMS
1. There is ONLY 1 worker at the counter.
2. The worker is very slow. He took a lot of time to recount money and he even recheck the ticket a few time like if he accidentally wrongly printed out the ticket (but he is not.. I think he had a sort of anxiety)
3. One of the factor why the queue is so long because there are some elderly & person who not experience get on the train keep on asking the worker questions. More questions, the longer the queue.
4. Some of the customer don't provide small change
5. Long queue from counter until the stairs.
SUGGESTIONS
1. Please put at least 2 worker at the counter.
2. Don't take a person with such anxiety to be in the front counter.
3. Provide a auto self service machine for customers to buy tickets easily.
4. Provide a information counter or a information self service machine to help the elderly (others too) with their questions .
5. Provide extra worker on weekends, public holidays and peak hours.

I am now sitting in coach A Seat 3C. The coach is shaking terribly. I am on the way to kl sentral from alor setar. It is one of the worst experience using ets as my transport. Im surely mad because one of the conductor told me that this train should be send for repair but until now nothing happen. It is not worth my money if the experience is like this

Hello. I am here to make complaint about intern student today which is tengah berlatih when they in ets. I with them in coach A. Theyre very load and play lagu quite loud. One of them on the phone since this ets at kepong still on phone even ets arrived at tanjung malim station. They are im total 29 i guess. How can this happen? Furthermore there are quite a lot old people in coach A who distract by them. Please take action. our train is EG9028 1505 pm. They are intern students and how come they did not know the rule? Were pay tickets not for this loud. Dont delete my complaint. Thank you
rude staff and bad service
Hi, now is 6.20am in the morning (9/9/2019). We are taking your train from TBS to KL Sentral. There were four ticket machine at the counter area but no one can use. One spoit, one off, one hang and one just can check fare. Then we proceed to the counters to buy ticket. (All conversation in Malay language) When I told your staff (Malay uncle) to KL Sentral, he just ask do you have the KTM card. I said no we don't have. He continued said this card is RM10 you want? So I said we just come here one and half day so we decide to buy ticket(token) instead of buy the card. The uncle put back the card and didn't say anything. I repeat again we would like to buy ticket to KL Sentral and how much is it. He start reply in rude way. He raise up his voice said just now i ask you want to buy the card or not you said don't want. You don't want but then no need to go la. You want to go you give RM10 and your IC.
What?! I was very very surprised! I really don't know now only can use card? Or they just want to push people to buy the card? The uncle didn't give us any information about that. Is this the correct way to treat first comers/tourist?
KTM staffs are very rude, trains are dirty, their goal is to make money and give you minimum service. Avoid using their service at all cost.

I am nur hidayu razali. I need clarification and refund for this incident. I touched down at kl sentral from ktm serdang around 7.40pm 8/9/2019 sunday. Then, I tried to touch it at the leftside machine, it appears "kad sudah disahkan" (something like that if im not mistaken). After that I used lrt and realize that ktm have charged me around rm30+.. Because I have just reload rm50 my touch n go this morning. Before this it only cost less than rm10 even I take the trip from ukm station to taman wahyu station. I hope you can solve this problem and refund the excess charges to me.. Thank you.

Im writing to raise a complaint regarding ktm bad services. This issue happened to me today (on 7th of Sept at 10.30am)
Im arrived at KTM Arau and chasing for a train 10.44AM.
I came all the way from jetty KP and rushing for a meeting in Sungai Petani, Kedah which will be held at 3pm.
While queuing for a ticket puchasing, i ask someone to help me buy 1 ticket n they willing to help, however a girl at the counter rudely say that she wont sell the ticket and asking me to queue
Its very frustrating that i had to wait another 2hr for the next train and rushing for a meeting. In my point of view, if ur counter person is unable to sell the ticket as fast as a machine, please allocate one machine at KTM for purchasing (like erl or rapid). Its very shameful, KTM which providing malaysian transportation services unable to do like others. Still rely on manual ticket purchasing. Further more, u may improve ur website to sell ticket online or use touch n go system. Ferry service also selling online nowadays.
Please improve if u just can open one counter, n lets the train depart with less passenger, and wasting my time for 2hrs because u said i cannot ask other person help me to purchase.
coach for ladies only
I boarded a KTM Komuter from Sungai Petani to Gurun on 7 September 2019 at 5.59 am. As I entered the 'coach for ladies only', I came upon a bunch of men sitting in this coach. It's supposed to be coach for ladies only! I don't feel safe to sit beside a man throughout my journey, so I kept standing until I reached my journey.
I hope that KTMB hire securities in every train to usher this group of ignorant men to the coaches they are supposed to be.
I dare not took any picture as I was afraid these men might be triggered, thus I am just making this official report.
I hope KTMB will take this complaint seriously and do something about it as it will cause inconvenience to use this public transport if the issue persists. Thank you.
no air condition for ets from padang besar to kl central
No air condition in coach A for my journey today from Padang Besar to KL Central. Complaint to KTM staff during the journey but no action taken. Requestto change coach but no respond/action taken. Ticket price is the same with other passenger in other coaches. What does KTM have to say/do about this? My first trip using ETS after about 30 years or so...& maybe my last.
staffs bad service and attitude
I am a frequent travaller on shuttle tebrau. Recently due to scanning machine spoint, all have to made extra effort to exchange tickets over the counter at johor sentral. Despite of this, we had to face with unpleasant & bad attitudes of staff at counter. To illustrate, this morning i made the effort to exchange 30/08 advance tickets, but while this staff had printed out ticket, she doesnt want to give me and only ask me to take on that day with bad attitude which I am puzzled about her motive behind. delayed refund!
I have been waiting for the refund which I requested since 04/06/2019. The estimated time for the refund was supposed to be 60 days and guess what? It's 21th August 2019 now. I tried calling the ktm hotline and they never pick up the call and every time i spent more than 10 minutes for someone to pic up the call but they never did. The service is pathetic, slow and never punctual. The no borang are 360233 and A1125804. Please for once please do your job properly. Thank you
