Mohon jasa baik ktm berhad ..utk sentiasa membuat pemantauan d cctv dan membuat pengunguman speaker sekiranya ada terdapat kaum lelaki di tempat koc wanita .. lagi2 pada waktu lewat malam dan sunyi di koc wanita ..teguran telah dibuat oleh pengguna wanita tetapi teguran tidak di endahkan . Keselamatan pengguna wanita amat perlu di titikberatkan lagi2 memandangkan kes terkini lelaki menyamar sebagai wanita berada di koc wanitautk tujuan yg tidak senonoh. Jasa pihak tuan amat dihargai . ktm kl sentrel supposed arrive at station Midvalley 7pm due to ktm schedule, now already pass 20minit, but still not arrived yet, there is no any anouncement at station Midvalley .
Some people need chenge ktm at KL sentrel, and you still not on time, everytime talking about upgrade, what is your upgrade actualy? we still didnt see anything improve on ktm, still delay, still need us to change bus and still not on time without any annoucement, ktm still the same with old time, nothing change.

I am sitting in the train which is going to sungai gadut, the problem is the train stop at nilai without making a clear announcement. I have been waiting for 1 hour. I should be arrived at before 6 pm. Now, the time is around 6.15 pm and the train still not working! Some more the staff doesn't make a clear announcement, the voice of the staff is not loud enough, no one can hear it clearly. It's no point to make an announcement if nobody can hear it. Don't waste my time, please. I believe that most of the passengers are in a hurry. This problem may lead to some serious issue to some passengers, hope you all can take it seriously and ensure that the problem wouldn't happen again.
not getting refund on an unsuccessful transaction and poor service on the ktm call center
I booked a ticket on the 5th of November 2018 through the KTM Ebook page. Cash was deposited from my Maybank2U account and it went through. But I did not get the ticket. So I went to the Ipoh KTM station and they checked and told me my transaction was unsuccessful and I will get my refund within 2 weeks. After two weeks, I still did not get any refunds and when I went back they gave me a number to call.03-[protected]. I tried calling the number for two weeks and all it can say is.."OUR AGENTS ARE CURRENTLY BUSY AT THE MOMENT". I noticed all lot of people have the same problem here on this board. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. Or I will complain to the respective authorities.

Dengan sangat kecewa saya dan sekeluarga nak buat aduan kepada pihak ketua KTM mengenai apa yang berlaku hari ini.
Kami sekeluarga 2 orang dewasa dan 2 anak kecil telah membeli train ticket dari Padang Besar ke Kuala Lumpur yang bertarikh 27/12 pagi 11.15am, total rm320.Kami telah sampai 2 jam awal dekat KTM station dan kami tunggu. Ada papan yang menunjukkan tunggu di platform 1. Kami turun ke tempat naik train platform 1 hampir 45minute awal sebelum train sampai. Sebelum turun, kami juga memastikan ia menunjukkan di platform 1. Kami telah tanya KTM officer tempat yang sepatutnya kami tunggu train. Officer beritahu platform 1.
Kami tunggu sampai masa 11.15am pun tiada train sampai. Lepas itu kami dengar announcement train pergi Kuala lumpur di platform 2 akan berjalan sekarang. Kami lari pergi platform 2, tak sampai 30saat, tak sempat bagi Kami naik train, train sedang bertolak.
Polis yang berada panggir Kami terus pergi jumpa KTM manager yang bertugas, tetapi manager tiada. Pengurus station yang layan kami adalah EN. Basri. Kami sampai telah minta bukti yang menunjukkan KTM ada buat announcement sebelum 5 atau 10 minute awal mengenai tukar platform pergi 2. Mereka ada cadang naik train pergi Buterworth dan naik bus balik KL. Mereka tak dapat buktikan apa apa lepas tunggu 2 jam. Kami tanyakan next train yang pergi KL, Boleh kami naik? Lepas tunggu mereka Check dan tanya orang atasan, lepas 2 jam, mereka kata tak ada ticket pergi KL, dia cadangkan perlu tukar train dekat ipoh dan pergi ke KL. Tetapi semua perlu dibayar lagi.
Soalan kami, kami tiada salah, mengapa nak kami bayar lagi untuk beli ticket baru? Dia kata hanya Boleh tolong bagi free ticket sampai Buterworth sahaja. Orang atasan tak benarkan. Next train pergi KL pada pukul 2.20pm, kami minta masuk walaupun tiada tempat duduk. Walaupun duduk di kantin, kami pun boleh terima. Tetapi, Officer itu kata orang atasan tak benarkan.
Dengan tiada pilihan lain, kami terpaksa tukar pergi Buterworth dan naik bus balik ke Johor. Kami terpaksa beli ticket bus baru yang berharga rm240 lagi. KTM Officer hanya jawab dia tak boleh buat apa-apa. Kami sebagai mangsa, telah rugi wang, rugi masa, tambahan kejar bas di Buterworth lagi. Itu tak perlu cerita di sini.
Kami harap Ketua KTM boleh menyiasat kejadian ini dan memberi kami penjelasan
yang boleh diterima. Di sini, kami juga minta bayaran balik atas kerugian ticket train kami sahaja kerana ini adalah kesalahan pihak KTM. Kalau KTM dapat buktikan ada buat announcement awal memberitahu tukar platform, sila tunjukkan.
Lampiran adalah ticket train kami yang beli dan 1 ticket sementara yang dibuka oleh Officer KTM pergi Buterworth untuk rujukan tuan.
Di sini, kami pun cc bagi Transport Minister, Antony Loke. Harap YB boleh mengenalpasti masalah yang berlaku di KTM juga. Kali ini adalah kali pertama nak bawa anak nak cuba naik train melancong dengan berbesar hati, tetapi kecewa semua orang akhirnya. Apa akan berlaku jika sekarang adalah pelancong dari luar negara? Mereka nak pergi mana buat aduan? Memang kecewa hati terhadap KTM MALAYSIA ini.

poor service
Incident happened at KTM Seremban around 1400hrs on 23rd Dec 2018. There is no top up machine for touch n go card, There was 2 active ticketing counters however only 1 counter has touch n go top up service which another count is only for non komuter train service. The non-komuter ticketing counter staff is just doing nothing.. KTMB should properly manage customer que.. Hopefully KTMB can provide multiple touch n go to up counters. If it's hard for KTMB then better dont use touch n go..
not receive refund on my unsuccessful transaction on 5-nov-2018 until now
My 2 unsuccessful transactions for 3 tickets with value RM186 on 5-Nov-2018 via maybank2u payment platform still not yet refund to my account untill today. I have contact customer services with provide all the payment and refund information, then been informed that the refund will take 14 working days. but now already months ago. I send few emails for ask the status, no respond, no update! What kind of service is that? Customer buy ticket you are asking for immediate payment, but why refund take such long journey to go? Your channel bugs, customer pay the pain. Please escalate my ticket ASAP as it super overdue!

I need to report about my problem in ktm train. I took ktm from Sungai Buloh to Kepong station at 3.04 p.m. and I seat at wanita coach. But then a Indian man seat opposite me, he took his phone shooting me. I turn around my head. Just because I am scary, so when KTM reach Kepong Sentral, I change my seat place to front, it is also wanita coach, there was another Indian man sitting at another coach. He took his phone out and shooting me too. After KTM reach Kepong, I get out from KTM and ran quickly.
I hope this type of problem will not happened again on me and other women who are taking KTM alone.

staff refuse to issue receipt at ktm serdang parking lot
I drive in my car to ktm Serdang parking about 10am today and pay for RM4 for the parking fees. Usually I will get the receipt in green color for the parking fees I paid. I noticed that the green receipt book is on the table but the staff (Malay old guy) refuse to issue any receipt to me after collected my money. When I start to move toward ktm direction with my luggage, he ask for RM8 from me and I was told that per day parking is RM4. I told him that if I park overnight, I will pay for the balance tomorrow when I return and I am not sure when I will come back, as I might return tonight. No point I pay for no receipt for the unsure return date. Pls take the necessary action on this staff.

Saya telah menggunakan kad pelajar ktm. Tempoh hari saya sudah scan kad saya untuk keluar dari KTM Serdang. Hari ini, bila saya ingin gunakan kad ktm tersebut, kad sy tertulis sebagai bermasalah. Saya pergi ke kaunter dan staff mengatakan saya tidak scan kad saya semasa keluar tempoh hari. Dan saya dikenakan penalti rm10. Jika saya tidak scan keluar pada hari tersebut, macam mana saya boleh keluar dan melalui scanner tersebut. Harap maklum sebab rm10 bukan jumlah yang sedikit bagi pelajar seperti saya.

I'm a frequent user for taking ETS from Butterworth to Kuala Lumpur and I was enjoying the convenient and the comfortable, but I noticed that the toilet very smelly in the cabin after departure, the window area also dusty and the tray behind the seat are sticky, there's a small rubbish dropped between the seat also sometimes, wish that ETS may take note on this issued, thank you and I really enjoy my journey always with the polite service from the staff.

The Maps showed that the train was leaving at 6:16pm, but it was already gone when I arrived the station at 6:12pm. I have checked multiple times and the tike on my phone follows that of the station's. This is not the first time such case happened, please be on time and not leave early, it causes a lot of problems given that there are only two trains per hour. My journey could've taken 20 minutes but in the end it took an hour. Please take immediate actions, waiting for another few more minutes will not hurt, not mention it's the destined departing time.

他是站在kl sentral 守 KTM 的人员。昨天下午两点,不知为什么,我要ktm scan 出来的时候, 已经看到了他视乎在只是很大声一点地关心着前面的一些搭客。然后我因为scan不到过不到,就去到他面前跟他说: "Bro, I kad tidak valid" 这时候他一脸没有不耐烦地说 betul kah? u pergi baca betul betul dia cakap apa? 好的既然他如此关心我的眼睛 我就走回去读了一边 ,再走回来对他说 国语的: kad tidak disahkan. 然后他就非常极度很客气地说 Ya la next time baca betul betul. apa tu tak valid? 然后我就 好好的和他说, bro saya cakap tidak valid itu English (有国语的 tidak disahkan, 下面有英文的 not validated) 。
之后印度佬大哥 他带我到机器面前 说: 哪里有 tidak valid? 明明是 card had been not validated. 你会不会看的?? 啊原来 传达card 不能用的意思 并不重要,而是我们要好好地看一遍那个机器上的字然后一字不漏的读给他听才可以, 说 tidak valid 是不可以的。对不起老师我错了。
这时候也有一个马来人 scan 不过 也跟他说,他叫她 再 scan, 她只是scan ler 两三次 也非常极度很客气 一点点很大声地 说: Cik saya cakap sudah la, jgn scan lagi~ tak dengar ke? 她的耳朵也被印度佬关心了。
当他继续要以一大便很舒畅的脸 和笔者仔细教导不可以说 tidak valid 要说card had been not validated才对的时候,这时候笔者就不再和他 继续了,最后和他笑了笑说it's ok走开了。走之前他还在问候笔者。这时候后面也有一堆群众都在看着他。走之前笔者也听到有人说:‘ 做么他这样的?' 可能是在说他那么好还会细心教导别人英文和只有一点点地关心问候他人吧。

train cafe closure on ets 9025 at 10.10 am
Staff on duty refused to serve me coffee 50 minutes before arriving at KL Sentral on ETS train 9025... I am sure you can check who was on duty albeit I believe his name was Razli? I am a foreigner albeit a Malaysian PR living in Ipoh and I travel regularly to and fro Ipoh and KL for the last 8 years and this has never happened before. The staff also told me to " Go away it's alright). Not sure why he is so rude or what training he received? If he treats tourists like this or anyone else it will reflect badly on KTM and Malaysia

Pada 3hb Dis. 2018 sekitar jam 8.00 pagi saya membeli tiket dikaunter tiket KL Sentral.
1. Tiket KL Sentral ke Tanjung Malim jam 8.35 dan return utk 3hb Dis. 14.15.
2. Tiket utk 4hb Dis . Juga KL sentral ke Tanjung Malim jam 8.35 dan return jam 19.45.
Pada 4hb Dis, saya tak dibenarkan naiki ETS 9022 jam 8.35 kerana tiket saya tercatat perjalan pd 4hb Dis dari Tanjung Malim ke KL Sentral jam 20.55.
Dan satu lagi tiket juga pd 4hb Dis. dari Tanjung Malim ke KL Sentral jam 19.45.
Saya diminta beli tiket lain di kaunter tiket. Dan tiket yg dibeli dan KESILAPAN STAFF KTM di letakkan kpd saya kerana saya yg cuai tidak menyemak tiket saya. Saya sungguh Kesal dan kecewa sikap kerja sambil lewa tanpa menyemak dulu tiket atau menyebutkan dulu jadual perjalanan sebelum diberikan kpd customer. Dan Customer yang disalahkan. Logoknya mustahil saya nak beli 2 tiket utk perjalanan ke distinasi sama, dan beza waktu 19.45 dan 20.55.
Infuture saya harap staff amalkan sikap menyemak setiap tiket, sebelum issue kpd customer.
