ktm sungai petani (attitude of worker)
When I buying the ktm ticket from sungai petani to butterworth, the worker, an old uncle who responsible for selling the ticket throw the ticket and the money change for me. It is such an impolite attitude for customer. I am very unsatisfied with your worker attitude. Please improve your worker service attitude and please inform the old uncle be polite towards customer. Thank you 🙂
payment not received
To KTM there is no shame in outsourcing your ticketing process and website to someone who knows what they are doing !
I just purchased a ticket through the "eticket.ktmb.com.my" website and after selecting the date and my seat I reached the payment step and I chose to pay using Maybank2u. After making the payment I returned to ktmb website to find out that the payment was not accepted. So, I gave them a call and after talking to them for around 10 minutes, giving them information about the ticket and the payment, They told me they can't do anything for me and I have to wait for an hour and call them again! If the ticket is successful then they will give me the details if not then I'll get a refund within 14 working days.
Now, I can't buy a new ticket cause I don't know if the other one is successful or not and the operator that I spoke to was more than useless.
I don't get this! How hard is it to just ask for the payment reference number and if it matches then just email me a ticket ! Online shopping is not magic !

your ticketing machine system
On 4th April 2019, I went to Keretapi Tanah Melayu station to fetch my sister. But the touch and go machine place at the entrance D. So I punch in with touch and go machine at roughly 3pm and waited my sister at platform 1. When I wanted to leave, I tried to to punch out, it doesn't allow me to do so. Then I go out from the side of the door as I saw some of the passers-by take at the side of the door. And today when I wanted to get monorail, it says my touch and go is invalid as still stuck at your KTM. May I know, if you had a faulty machine, can you fix it? Or u may place at the appropriate place rather than for me punch in just wait for my sister?
poor schedules and services
Lastnight you cancelled the last train 1036 from nilai to pulau sebang which left me stranded for the whole night. Today i took the 838am train from batang benar to pulau sebang and the train stopped at sungai gadut. When i confronted the operator he said to wait for the next train to come and look at the monitors for the arrival schedule but all your monitors at sungai gadut station were not functioning!
So i went down and asked the counter and he told me the train stop here and had to wait till 1011am for the next train. So i went for the washroom. When i got out the train to tampin has arrived and left at 935am. Left me stranded for another hour. What are you guys doing! This service is totally unacceptable!
charging extra fare
I have submitted a form to the KTM counter complaining about the extra charges of my fare. They told me it will take almost 30 days for my money to be refunded. It's almost one and the half month but I have not received any contact from KTM. I have the student concession card so I'm supposed to get a 50% discount on my fare. It should only cost me RM 1.80 from KTM Setia Jaya to KTM Segambut. However, on that particular day, my journey from KTM Setia Jaya to KTM Segambut costs RM10. Please refund my money as soon as possible. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
sudah renew ktmb i-card student, tetapi tidak boleh digunakan
Assalamualaikum, tuan. Saya ingin membuat aduan mengenai kad ktmb student saya. Saya telah memperbaharui kad saya pada hari isnin yang lepas kerana kad saya telah tamat tempoh pada1 Mac 2019. Maka saya memperbaharuinya dan saya telahpun memperoleh virtual card bagi pembaharuan kad saya tersebut. Maka, itu telah menjadi bukti bahawa saya telah berjaya memperbaharui kad saya. Namun begitu, sebentar tadi saya ingin membeli tiket ETS daripada Perlis ke Taiping, dan saya menggunakan aplikasi KTMB MobTicket, saya telah mengisi maklumat saya, dan saya mengisi maklumat Ticket Type itu dengan "KTMB I-Card Student". Semasa saya ingin membuat pembayaran, saya telah mendapat notis bahawa Ticket Type saya tidak valid dan ia tulis KTMB Card saya tidak sah. Saya telah cuba banyak kali namun masih berlaku hal yang sama. Saya harap pihak tuan dapat membantu saya. Terima kasih, tuan.
how do I need to kl from jb by using ktm?
The only train from jb to kl is taking train to gemas then take a transit to kl, but the problem is when I take train from jb 0215pm to gemas 0656pm, there is no train to kl? I need to wait till tomorrow for the train to kl? What the hell? How is the routing planing like this? Kl is a main city in malaysia, but then the train service to there is so suck?
There should be a direct train to kuala lumpur form jb or other place. Kuala lumpur should be the interchange, not gemas!
delay and didn't have proper schedule
For your information, I'm daily traveling to Alor Setar from Sungai Petani using the KTM train. It's been scheduled for every hout got train from AS to SP vice versa. But than today when I came to take train to SP at 10am, there were no service that particular time. The staff claims usually like that, 10am won't have any train to SP. Why on earth you guys put hourly service, then particularly no train at 10am. The staff in AS can't give the answer as well. You see, this is really irritating you know. I've planned my journey ready and came here no train, it shows inefficiency and inconsistency in your service. We all try to reduce feul consumption and try to our best to support public transport, to promote more eco and economical transport services, but with this kind of unnecessary delay and inconsistency will lead people to loose trust on your service. This time it's really get me to nerve
impolite staff
I'm asking to the staff either I can topup my ktm card..and place the card on the counter. Then the staff just push it back until at the end of the counter (almost fall) 😠 With a blur face..I give back the card to him then he topup the card without an appology, words and even smile. It was like I'm talking to a wall or robot, well at least a robot can talk & give some response 😠😠
train schedule (rush hours) inconsistent
My hubby has been using ktm service for years. Recently, during the rush hours the schedule for your train really really suck. He depart daily to kl from seremban at 5.30 am every morning. Transit in kl sentral and at many occasions his transit train to sunway will require him to change to another train when he has already waited 20 mins on that train. The express train to seremban was even worst! It serve no purpose even though ktm offering was to stop only in nilai and seremban from kl. My hubby reach seremban at the same time. And this express train are made available by ktm 'once in every blue moon'. Yes! People want to travel fast. Express train should be made more frequent especially during the rush hours. I would love to see the service render by ktm being upgraded. At this era, public transport are moving at fast speed to stay align with the demand. And extra service that they could consider is too dim the light during morning (with security measures and preventative being consider). I hope that the service of ktm to be at the best knowing its responsibility functioning as a public transport bringing people from the rural area to the city to work.
bad customer service at departure gate
To whom I may concern,
I am first timer to tale ets train from kl sentral to ipoh, when I show my ticket that I purchased thru online, the person name faizul asked me why i'm late as the train going to depart soon.. Just to highlight that the time is 2.39pm and that is the train to butteroworth, but be dint see properly and asked me run to the ticket counter to print put the ticket.. After I reach to the departure gate, he asked me quickly proceed to the train.. After I reach, I asked the staff there and they it's not my train depart yet.. So I proceed back to the departure gate and faizul show me the face and said : "you ni...".. Is that my fault? I'm first timer and he dint even check the ticket buy keep on show me the face and said me angrily! What service that you have provided to your customer? Should you treat the passenger this way? We are customer, you shall respect and check properly before guide passenger to proceed to the train! His name is faizul, who are the one have bad customer service!
pending refund
Hi, I wish to lodge a complaint to ktmb pending my refund from 25 dec 2018 until today 5 march 2019. My case number is [protected]. Ccc0023. I have been calling to call center many times to ask for the status, but the answer is always the same "belum ada jawapan dari pihak kewangan"! I am very angry for the progress which took almost 3 months to refund back my rm49.00 and yet nothing feedback from ktmb. Money was deducted from my bank account but no ticket was issued. How long I still have to wait to get my money!?
lateness of the train
I would like to complaint about the lateness of the train from sungai Buloh to Tanjung Malim. The train are super late and it is very inconvinience for people especially people that have time restriction. This is based on my personal experience and I waited for more than 2 hours for the train and yet the train have not yet arrived. This is a shame for a malaysian based transportation system and I hope that this problem can be looked upon as soon as possible because it it getting worse and worse.

On a saturday real morning, some of us need to go to work. We woke up early and went straight to the ktm station hoping to get to our destination in time. Who does not want to maintain their kpi, right? Everybody does. And I am one of them.
7:06 a. M was the time arrival written on the schedule board at platform 2 ktm serdang, I was waiting for the ktm seremban to kl sentral. We waited. 15 mins has passed, not even a sight of the train I could see. After 20 mins of waiting and wasting time, a train arrived and worst the train was heading to sg gadut that usually uses platform 1 as their route.
7:30 a. M, our train arrived! Yay! Passengers sigh heavily but it's a good thing to hop on after tired of waiting and hoping riiiight. The train moved happily and stopped at salak selatan. Well I smiled knowing i'll be arriving kl sentral soon, it's a few destinations away.
Okay now the door has closed. Who would have guessed the train moved backward? No one. Moved backwards.. Stopped. Repeat for 3 times. I saw this one girl almost cried, maybe it was her second day of working dude, we never knew. There were to akaks, whispering to each other that they might be late. To the girl who was sleeping soundly, you were lucky. Me? I was texting my boss about the train that obviously was not my problem to begin with.
This is on sat. Should I tell you mostly on weekdays it will be 7-10 mins late? It's okay pejam mata sajalah, being rushing is our food.
Ktm, this is out of passengers' control, hence this complaint. Thank you.

1. Napa bila beli tiket ets (ktmb mob ticket), ruang isi tarikh lahir full auto? (jika hari ni 22.2.19.. Saya perlu klik hingga berjumpa tarikh lahir saya - 6.5.1982. Bulan ke bulan sebanyak 37 tahun! Maknanya 444 kali (anggaran). Sebelum ini, kita isi tarikh lahir manual, kemudian akan keluar auto - mei 1982, klik sekali sahaja pada nombor 6.
Itu baru satu tiket sehala.
Sesungguhnya.. Ini amat menyusahkan. Sistem telefon pintar sepatutnya memudahkan. Bukan menyusahkan.
Lagi satu jika beli melalui ktmb mob ticket, kenapa tak ada button perjalanan 2 hala? Maknanya saya perlu beli sehala.. Isi details.. Bayar.. Lepas tu log in semula, isi details segalanya dan beli lagi satu tiket sehala… jika guna komputer, website tu tiada masalah pula berbanding beli online melalui telefon.

2. Napa train pkul 6.42pg-7.00pg dari ipoh ke tanjung malim dah tiada? Sebelum ni ada.. Adakah tiket utk waktu itu bermusim? Bolehkah saya tahu bilakah musimnya?
Saya amat berpuas hati dengan kebersihan ktmb dan servis yang disediakan. Cuma agak kecewa denganpenumpang yang tidak mengikut sit nombor yang telah mereka beli. Dah lebih 5 kali orang duduk di tempat tiket yang saya beli. Baru-baru ini saya terpaksa berkeras kerana penumpang tersebut menyuruh saya duduk di tempat lain dan agak kurang beradab. Perkara ini tak sepatutnya berlaku. Dalam audio yang didendangkan di dalam keretapi, tolong ingatkan semua penumpang agar duduk di tempat masing-masing mengikut nombor sit sendiri. Terkilan juga kerana yang suka tak ikut peraturan itu adalah bangsa melayu kita sendiri.. Naik pulak ketapi tanah melayu.. Geram sungguh! Ikutla peraturan.. Huhu...

Saya beli ticket ets melalui apps tetapi ticket tiada dan duit telah ditolak. Cuba call center tapi macam biasa kena tunggu lebih dari 15minit untuk tunggu staff angkat. Dan one of the staff boleh cakap system slow kalau beli ticket waktu pagi. Jadi staff nasihatkan saya untuk tidak beli ticket dari pukul 8pagi hingga 1 tengahari. Tidak munasabah alasan yang diberi. Kalau ticket sudah habis siapa nak bertanggungjawab? Apa guna ada apps tetapi tidak boleh beli online? This case dah jadi lebih dari 3kali. Untuk tunggu refund mengambil masa 2minggu. Tolong perbaiki sistem anda. Dan tolong angkat call dengan kadar segera. Terima kasih.

1. Call customer service lebih dari 10 kali tunggu melebihi 10min setiap kali call tapi masih lagi tiada makhluk yang jawab
2. E-tiket online bayaran telah dibuat tapi tiket tak dapat nak call buat report dengan customer service call pun tak berjawab
3. Refund kena tunggu 2 minggu itu pun kalau dapat balik setakat ini tak ada pun lagi refund yang telah saya dapat report dah buat pihak KTMB kata refund dalam 14 hari bekerja setelah 14 hari apa pun tak dapat call beberapa kali pun jawapan 14 hari bekerja. KTMB kena tingkatkan lagi tahap service untuk customer jangan tahu nak ambil duit customer sahaja tetapi perkhidmatan masih duduk di kelas D
Ktm berhenti lama sangat sampai orang lambat ke kerja. Servis ktm tak bagus sepatutnya dah 2020 makin maju tapi masih mundur kenapa eh?
