As refer to picture, insufficient train, wasting time, train stopping for signal, delay. arrived batu tiga ktm after work at 6.20 but train only come at 6.55pm so call expected but train stopping at somewhere until 7.03pm still pending for signal, really shame on Malaysia KTM. Never improve on KTM services, always heard about train was delayed, train arrived but not stop at platform, at least 30mins to get in train or longer than 30mins per train, speed slow.

Saya sebagai pengguna ktm yang sering menaiki train ini ingin membuat aduan mengenai masalah di dalam kereta api ini ketika perjalan ingin ke destinasi padang besar - butterworth..
1. Terlalu sesak di dalam kereta api sehingga ada yg terhimpit
2. Keadaan yang sgt panas di sebabkan terlalu ramai

ets platinum snacks removal
On the 27 April 2018, my friends and I travelled to Butterworth via ETS Platinum Class. My friend used to take the train and compliment on the train as it was comfortable, fast and there was free snacks on Platinum Class. However, this time we are not offered with any snacks and the service of the crew was rather disappointing when we ask them the reason. They could not give a reason why the snacks was no more. My friends and I were disapointed with this as we pay more for Platinum Class but we could not enjoy what we enjoyed before.
Could ETS management relook into it.

Berhubung dengan perkara di atas, saya pengguna tren ekspress rakyat timuran no.27. Tarikh 30/06/2018. Tumpat-Jb Sentral. Ingin membuat aduan kerana tiada aircond/penghawa dingin di koc tersebut. Sehubungan dengan itu, saya bertanya kepada staff yg bertugas di situ, beliau memaklumkan bahawa aduan telah dibuat kepada pihak berkenaan..tetapi masih lagi tiada penyelesaian. Mohon pihak KTMB mengatasi masalah ini dengan segera.kerana perjalanan jauh dan tidak sepatutnya koc tersebut dalam keadaan begitu.. KTMB perlu gah di mata rakyat
no more complimentary snacks for platinum seat
I am so disappointed with KTM berhad for charged me so expensive ticket fees and no complimentary snacks anymore..Last time I travelled few times with platinum class got included complimentary snacks. what is the reason of cancelled the complimentary snacks and still charged us so expensive without a valid reasons?i need a explanation for this worse of service.No more KTM for me!
trip to perlabuhan klang and rawang has been new schedule
Really upset of the new schedule because normally im using KTM to go to work but because of the So called 'PROJECT' I always in hurry to catch up last train.. I go to the caunter asking the staff how long it will take tp this new schedule.. He said up to 6 month because the project now effect the railway at Kuala Lumpur area.. Then the staff ask me to complaint about this matter because they already brought this issue to management but they didnt seem to care.. Please do something regarding this matter.. It really dissapointing me!
I have been using ktm service for more than 8 years now and I am just tired. There has been very little to no change except for the new coach and a bunch of other menial things. What needs to be focused on are the punctuality and efficiency. A kind reminder that not only you have jobs, there are people that rely on public transport to commute everyday. Not to mention the involvement of this project has becoming increasingly burdensome. Please don’t make it worse. I will send a letter to the Ministry of Transportation.
perkhidmatan kaunter tiket
Pada 20/06/18 jam lebih kurang 1832 saya telah ke kaunter 3 ets di stesen keretapi tanah melayu berhad ipoh untuk membeli tiket bagi 2 orang anak saya untuk kembali ke kuala lumpur. Saya telah diherdik dengan gelaran "stupid" oleh petugas kaunter 3 tersebut tanpa menunjukkan rasa bersalah serta meninggikan suara dihadapan semua pelanggan yang berada di luar kaunter... Hal tersebut amat tidak mencerminkan mutu korporat dan layanan mesra pelanggan dibarisan hadapan oleh syarikat swasta milik kerajaan. Dari mula saya berurusan hingga ke waktu pembayaran dan pengambilan tiket... Suara dan nada sombon petugas tersebut amat tidak disenangi dan tidak langsung menunjukkan imej korporat ktmb...

improvement to be made in ktmb
So I took ktm on 15th of June 2018, 11.45 in the morning at Kajang station.
The first thing I would like point out is, why there is no live departure boards at the platforms? There used to have fews but there are nomore. There should have live departure boards to keep the passengers updated about the departure of the train.
Secondly, I wanted to address about the lady coach. As you, all know, tgere are fee coaches for LADIES ONLY. Yet, on that day, I saw opposite genders sitting in the lady coach. Not one or two, but few. Ladies coaches supposed to be for ladies only. How come there are opposite genders in ladies coaches? Are there no more ladies coaches? Why there is no people to patrol like before? Please take immediate action on this. y
komplen pasal mesin tiket di ktm shah alam.
Pada pukul 12.30 tengahari, 6 jun 2018, sy telah membeli tiket token di mesin tiket. Pada masa tu, sy membeli dua token tiket ke kl sentral yg berharga rm8. Setelah sy bayar menggunakan duit kertas, token tiket tak keluar keluar. Sy bertanya kt pegawai yg bertugas di kaunter, pegawai tersebut bagitau, mesin tersebut tidak terima duit kertas. Hanya duit syiling sahaja. Sy bagitau dia, mesin tersebut dah telan duit sy sebanyak rm8, takkan lah mesin tu tak terima duit kertas. Kemudian pegawai tersebut memberi jaminan untuk refund balik duit tersebut sekiranya technicians sampai utk buka mesin tersebut. Sy telah meninggalkan nombor hp untuk menunggu jawapan daripada pegawai bertugas. Harap pihak ktmb dapat refund balik duit sy dan selesaikan masalah mesin tiket di ktm shah alam. Thank you.
complaint about stop process
Knew about KTM stop process from 5th of June 2018 cause for the new project.
But it will make biggest trouble for all the people to work or usually use ktm.
And the provided bus just going to KL sentral only, why don't provide other station to stop.
It's make a big problem.
I hope this project can faster run through.
Take note for the bus timer, maybe can arrange more bus and the hour, one hour one bus are not enough. Please.

time table schedule gap long time to waiting for next train & staff at counter
Since the time table schedule was changed if u miss the train u need to wait almost half an hour to wait for the next train. Yesterday, I go to ktm Kajang I need to take 1:16pm's train, when I rush to the ktm station there was almost 1 pm I'm rushing on 1:16 train. There just open one counter at the ktm station but they was a ppl asking at the counter quite long time so I ask another counter can I buy the token from the counter and the staff ask me go to the machine to buy the token even they are so free and just sitting in the counter also don't want sell the token at the counter directly to people who are rushing for the train. Do u know this is very inconvenient to the consumer who are go to school or work by the train, because of the train always delay can't come on time and need to wait long time for the next train.
Kindly make an improvement on tis as fast as possible.
student I card not yet receive
Dear responsible team,
I hereby want to complain about your poor service regarding of posting the card. I already pay on 21 April 2018 and today is 20 May 2018 which means it has been about 1 month already and I still haven't receive my student i-card. I had already bank in the money to purchase this card and it say i would wait for a 20 days to receive it but I didn't receive anything thank you.

staff at counter
I been at kuala kubu bharu ktm station at 4.45 pm 19-5-2018. No staffs at counter until 5.10pm, for take the ticket manually where the the auto machine for ticket can't accept my RM 20 but before that an old malay lady was waited more earlier then me because she don't even know how to use the machine. But when i waited for so long finally the staff came with the face after sleep where i ask the polis bantuan to look after is there any staffs there. Once he came i ask y so late he reply with so rude i been solat and he left the board in 2nd counter which can't see clearly at all and ask me why can't you use the machine at all. When i tell him the scenario where the machine can't accept my note. He told me why not you get the change infront of the shop with irritating voice. Is that solat is half and hour. If i never ask the police bantuan i might miss my train and wait for another 1 hour for next train. 1st he never ask appologise then he speak more rude to me for more over he wasted the ktm staffs quality where he never polite at all. Please try to change his behavior and the staffs to be always at counter when customers need a guidance. Thank you so much.

It shows that train will arrived in 1.32pm but it actually arrived in 2pm, half an hours different. If the train cant come on time as scheduled or shows on the screen, better dont shows the sechedule, it doesn't help any.

Because of this delayed train from sg buloh to kl sentral I missed my bus to johor bahru . And when I called the customer service they just said " we cannot do anything " then I asked them to do a letter so that I probably can claim another bus ticket, you know what they replied ? They said " we can do it but maybe next week you will receive the letter "
stucking inside train
There is suddenly stop in the middle way from Midvalley to KL Sentral... (last train of the day).
I called customer service wish to ask what happens and maybe get some help. But the service until 10pm only.
The train depart from Midvalley station on 11:14pm Now time 11:45pm we are still stucking inside the train and there's no announcement at all.
Helpless and disappointed!

entitlement ets platinum coach
Salam wbt ETS KTMB,
Saya perlukan info berkenaan entitlement bagi tiket Platinum yg dibeli oleh ibubapa sy. Difahamkan drpd mereka, coach platinum yg mereka naiki pagi tadi tidak dihidangkan minuman dan kudapan seperti yg mereka perolehi sebelum2 ini.
Mohon ETS KTMB memberi makluman samada penumpang coach platinum mmg mempunyai entitlement utk minuman dan kudapan ringan ataupun tidak?
Jika benar mempunyai entitlement utk hidangan tersebut, sy di sini ingin memajukan aduan ni di mana ibu bapa sy tidak diberi hak mereka dalam perjalanan pagi tadi (tiket perjalanan seperti di attachment). Seterusnya memohon pihak ETS membuat tindakan selanjutnya agar kejadian seumpama ini tidak berlaku lagi.

ktm from kl sentral to sg gadut
The train was supposed to depart at 1425 (6/5/2018) from KL sentral. En route to Bandar Tasik Selatan station, before reaching Mid Valley Station, the train was broken down for about 30 minutes. The driver was trying to restart the engine but the engine seemed not functioning. Around 3.20pm, the train resumed to normal. The driver did not announce to passengers what was happening. Besides, the delay caused me to miss the bus at bandar tasik selatan which I already bought the ticket beforehand. ( 3.30pm) I hope the authority can give the passengers some explanation at least what was going on and compensation if necessary. Thank you.

staff yang incharge bahagian ticket check sangat kurang ajar dan macam rasa diri bagus agaknya. saya ada masalah dengan i-ktm card iaitu kad pelajar untuk ets, kad mengalami kelewatan sebabkan tu pihak ktm izinkan saya untuk gunakan id nombor kad tersebut untuk beli tiket ets dan hanya tunjukkan IC sahaja. tapi saya cuba jelaskan kepada staff tersebut tapi dia tetap berkeras untuk denda saya dan bersikap kurang ajar seolah olah saya ni tak bayar duit. salah saya pakai earfon sambil bercakap, tapi saya nak buka earfon masa tu kemudian dia cakap "lain kali kalau nak bercakap buka earfon tu" dalam nada kurang ajar. sebagai staff begitu ke nak bercakap dengan customer ? kalau betul salah customer better diam atau cakap elok elok. segala penjelasan yg saya beri semua dia pertikai kan dan bertegas nak denda juga selepas dia selesai semak tiket semua passengers. kemudian dia datang tapi berlalu macam tu saja. taknak denda pula. apa permainan dia sebenernya ? bila saya panggil dia buat taktau saja.
tambahan, sila cepatkan proses penghantaran kad pelajar tu ya, dah 3 @ 4 bulan saya masih tak terima apa apa.
warga asing berniaga di ktm batu 3 dan biadap semasa meminta wang untuk masuk tandas
Pada jam 2.05 saya sampai di stesen batu 3 hari isnin 30/4/2018. Saya tidak mengetahui apabila hendak masuk tandas perlu membayar wang sebanyak rm 0.30 kerana tiada signboard yang terpamer di bahagian hadapan. Saya tidak tahu itu tetapi warga asing yang berniaga di stesen batu 3 yang tiada lesen itu meminta wang pada saya dengan cara agak biadap kerana saya pertama kali dtg ke situ. Inilah kali terakhir saya menggunakan perkhidnatan ini. Dan sya tdk akn mnggalakkan sahabat keluarga yg lain utk menggunakan khidnat ini. Peniaga asing mmg biadap apabila mereka biadap sya pon bertindak biadap dan memohon maaf
