keep delaying and do not depart on time!
Each train supposed to come 15 mins to 20 mins. I had waited one hour for waiting a train come. The train keep delaying besides the weather is hot! We suffering the degree of hotness to wait for the train but the train do not come on time! Poor services! Currently, each train take 1 hour to reach the station. There should be another train to reach the station! And for today, the train keep stop at the lane for few minutes! After a few minutes, it stop again! Terrible! Please fix the problems

7.27am at klang KTM, your worker is [censor] rude!
An old Indian lady tanya baik2 a worker beside a train, "train ini gerak ke tak" because almost everyday, the train will come, passenger goes in and then ktm worker will ask us to get out again. The train won't move and ask us to wait for next train.
The male worker shout at her âkau masuk jelahâ!
After that, an old Chinese lady came and ask direction, whether this is the correct train to kl. That stupid worker berat mulut sangat, taknak beritahu. Lepas tu, ketuk Kat signboard/map dalam train tu suruh customer use her own eyes.

15june, What a service klang KTM still has. Train always not on time.
If it comes on time, it doesn't departs on time, making so many people late for work!
Before that usually we have a train at 730 where all passenger can sit comfortably all the way to kl sentral. Nowadays the workers are so lazy, the train that comes at 730 doesn't operate, they let us squeeze at another train which is do full and so packed.
Please so something about this [censor] service.

I must compliment KTMB for implementing the system of checking names on tickets issued against passport / IC of passengers taking the JB-Woodlands shuttle. It has certainly reduce / eliminate the problems of touts who buy the tickets in bulk and sell at profits to other passengers. It has also resulted in a fair system for online booking of tickets. Good move!
ktm klang
Dear KTM,
Please review the services at KTM klang. The facility is so broken already for months.
Their toilets are not for public use, what for we pay our tax Money for? KTM klang they place someone there to collect door charges, and the person don't feel like working, they lock the toilet.
The staff in KTM klang were just bad.
Early train to kl sentral, any announcement the staff just shout at the crowd from the other side, blabber something nobody can hear, the staff then macam lantak lah then walk away.
What kind of attitude is this?
Today is 8th June. Recently the train always come late at 745 instead of usual 725. Do you know how much inconvinience a minute can cause? Please be punctual.
There's a train that comes at before 745, but it just comes, ppl go in, the train doesn't move. Then ppl have to go out again and take another train. This gives impression how lazy KTM staff can be, got train but don't want to function.

Dear ktmb customer service
i am a daily user of the komuter service but i am unhappy with the following areas of your service;
1. It's the fasting month and most companies and the public sector allow their staff to leave early.
However you have yet to reschedule the timetable for your train services to meet this demand. The commuters are left waiting between 30-60 minutes for their trains to arrive which defeats the purpose of leaving our offices early.
2. Why are the timing for the trains schedules not displayed on the screens at the concourse level. We have to go to the platforms see when the trains will arrive and waste our time there when we could have attended to other matters instead.
Please attend to these issues immediately as we are already approaching the second week of ramadan.
technical problem on e-ticket system
On 29 may 2017, I online check for train ticket from penang to kl. I had choose the slot and when I press continue, it shown slot locked but I the no of slot is not same with slot that I choose. I tried many times by changing the slot but still the same message pop out. It didnt save my time but waste my time. Now I need go to counter only can successful buy the ticket.

public transport
I have a friend come from far and she is not familiar to KL public transport system. She is holding a RapidKL card which she thought can be used for KTM as well. As you know KTM TnG lane does not have the autogate and your signage of the "beep beep" is kind of misleading for new people. I admit it might be part of her responsibility but when she get off in Kajang station (reached 20 May 2017, 6.21pm, 5.44pm from KL Sentral), the police officer standing is so rude. Like seriously so so so so rude. He treat her as if she is a criminal. I think KTM should upgrade or make sure your facilities are perfect before giving out compound. And please request your employee or any officer to have a better manner and be polite to the customer. Thank you.

Hi Sir/Mdm,
I am not happy with the services provided by KTM due to the breakdown around ~3:30pm at Ipoh station and the train came to an halt and no announcement to be made and passengers were kept in the dark till we approach the captain and train assistance.
We were promised with a price difference refund but end up when I queried at the KTM KL Sentral service counter, the answer is NO.
We have been stranded at IPOH station for nearly 3 hrs from 3:30pm till 6:30pm.

I was waiting for the refund !
lost my shoe on train
On this Monday, 3/4/2017, I took the train ETS 9215 from Butterworth to KL sentral on [protected]. When it reach the destination at KL sentral, I leave the train and forget to take my shoe that I put on the compartment above my seat. I'm then call to the customer service number of KTM and tell them the situation. They return my call on the next day can claim that they can't found my shoe. But I can remember clearly that I put my shoe on the compartment and it's won't lose until other people took it. I'm request to check your cctv and find out the truth.

difficulties to get connected to the agent via call centre
I would like to refund my money as I wrongly purchased the wrong date for my ets ticket.. It supposed to be on the 1st april but I bought on 7 april 2017 (23:22), fron kl sentral to sg petani.. When I went to sg petani station, the staff told me that the system is offline therefore I should try to call the service centre.. I was unable to go to the nearest station (Kl sentral) due to my army duty so I called the service centre.. I tried so many times but never succeed.. How do I get to refund if there is no agent available even for a second?
cancellation payment & customer services
I purchased a ticket on 12/3/17 via online from BM to Kampar (19/3/17 16:14-18:[protected]) but i want to cancel this ticket due to choosing wrong date. After that i quickly call to center requested want to cancel the ticket on 9.58am the agent told me if cancel the ticket need to go to your nearest KTM counter. Ok I went to Butterworld KTM counter request to cancel. I waiting at there around half an hour more, at the end the counter ladies told me that at this moment she unable to cancel my ticket without any reason and just ask me to give her my contact number and somebody will call me back. Ok fine, after went back to my home i also have called to center to confirm again i want to cancel my ticket is there somebody will take care on my case? I also have mentioned my CIMB Bank hasn’t deducted my money yet can i 100% cancel instead of 70%. The agent told me, yes if the transaction is unsuccessful will 100% refund to me within 14 days. Ok because CIMB Bank hasn't deducted my money yet and I thought she will help me to cancel the transaction become unsuccessful and 100% refund to me. After 1 week ago I checked back my bank transaction there was 100% deduct my money WHY! I have told you I want to cancel my ticket, and you want me go to KTM counter to request for this, yes I did it. At the end you not 70% refund to me is 100% deduct my money? What's going on? I call to center on 20/3/17 4:51 pm to ask about this, the agent said will checked for me and give her some time. Ok, after 1 week i did not receive any response from KTM! I want to know is this kind of services that you give to your customer or because my ticket value only RM25 so nobody will pay attention on my case? Please tell me, if this is the service that KTM provide, yes I will use RM25 to buy your BAD, SLOW, and WITHOUT ANY REASON AND RESPONSE services instead of waiting.

@Anne Voon, you are so naive. Did you really think anyone from KTMB cares about your problem? They just took your number for the sake of it and they do not have the intention of calling you back. They asked you to go back and wait so that you could call back later and tell you the same thing. You are naive. The only thing you could do now is gather all the written correspondence (if you have) and forward your case to the Tribunal Pengguna. Maybe, RM25 is a cheap price to pay for a lesson on how to deal with your 'local' service provider.
online booking
There is something wrong with the online booking for the shuttle train from JB Sentral to Singapore (Woodlands). For one, the online booking starts between 8.35-8.38. By then, out of 320 tickets, there will only be 220 left. Sometimes, there are only 160+ tickets left.
What is more strange is that the seats are locked so the seats cannot be booked online at all. So it appears that there is a limited number of tickets for online booking.
Yet, there are people who are selling pre-booked tickets by agents between 8-10 rm per day, or individuals who have bought tickets over the counter at the about the price of 8-10 rm.
It the intention of KTMB is prevent touts to have easy access to online booking, what of those who pre-book from agents and over the counters? Are they lesser evil?
late payback for the e - ticket fee
I made a purchase of two round tickets on September 2016. That was a successful transaction but no e-ticket was generated. Been to the nearest counter and they said will do auto-debit for the payback within 14 days. Up-to-date, almost half a year gone, I have been to ktmb counters thrice, called to customer service center and email to make this complaint.
