I'm a garden and have been for years. I have always purchased the garden products from Lowes Home Improvement. You should and I will find a new place to do business with. This year as always purchased Hay to retain moisture in the garden soil. I now need to take a mower to it for the Straw has grass seed in it. I can't kill the grass without killing the plants.
Also purchased Bonnie Red Bell Pepper plant and received Jalapeno Pepper with the red pepper tag in the container. Instead of looking at pictures that shows Jalapeno pepper and the receipt the shows red peppers plants purchased and no Jalapeno peppers purchased they will not give me the plants I purchased.
Manager Jay at the Kernersville store (27284) never called me back. Edith at front desk put me on hold and never came back to the phone and the Corp office Kierra was not help at all. I'd like management to look at my receipt and pictures and provide the service I sought.
Desired outcome: I'd like there to be trust and respect for the loyal customer and management provide me with the plant I thought I was buying. I like a full refund on the on the hay that I purchased for purchase and outcome that has ruined my garden.
Delivery and installation
Ive been helping my mother finish her dream home that has been under construction for 22 years andtoday carpet layers servpro showed up to install her master bedroom carpet, when we purchased at the store we specified 15’ stock we didn’t want to look at anything else, only what was avaialable is 15ft wide so we could have the room done with out seams, well needless to say the installers show up with 12ft and have multiple seams in it and that is not what we ordered, greg the associate at 2490 that we purchased from that we asked numberous times n” now this is 15 ft roll” yeah yeah, now tells us when servpro comes out they detirmine what to order size wise. That’s not what we asked for, we will not accept this, this is not what we ordered and requested. Not to mention we went through 2 orders of solid wood doors 12 doors over 3000.00 dollars that once painted the vener was peeling off, ii finally got my money back on both orders but wasn’t remimburst for the 10 gallons of wasted primer, not to mention on the first load of doors the driver hit the house, busted brick and instead of team carrying the doors they packed individually and damaged the sheet rock. This was in october last year it took 2 to 3 months to get a contractor to just quote the rework and bid was given in january to insurance and here we are first week of june and I havent been paid back yet for having what yall screwed up fixed. My mother after a 30 minute hold has finally got some one on the phone for lowes installs
I do a tremendous a, ount of business with lowes personally and with my construction account as well, if there was a job to screw up on which almost never happens well it has on my mothers for sure. If we can get something resolved on both avenues I will quit keeping my mother off of social media and let her start. 80 plus hours it took a 67 year old woman to paint the first set of doors (that not to mention is in very bad health)

On May 25, 22, I placed an order for delivery of 20 sheetrock to be delivered for Friday, May 27th between the hours of 8am-12pm. Received a confirmation call stating that the delivery was enroute to my location. Its now 4pm and my items was NOT delivered. I tried calling the Lowe's location in which I spent hours trying to get someone on the line to no avail. Called the customer care # and was able to reschedule my delivery for Monday, June 6th. Now its June 6th with 0 items on my door step. Tried calling the store to which again, NO ONE is picking up the phone. I then reached out to an employee whom I met while I was in Lowe's on May 25th. Luckily, he apologized and was able to schedule the delivery for Tuesday, June 7th. I received a confirmation for the delivery scheduled between 8am-12pm. As I sit here typing, it is now 1244 and NO DELIVERY! I am calling the store and the phone is either ringing out or someone is putting me on hold for NO ONE to pick up the phone. Installation rebate not being honored
This seems to have happened to a LOT of customers. I purchased a Bosch Dishwasher with Lowe's Installation on 4/9/2022. Complied with all the requirements of the rebate offer #17463 as verified by local Lowe's Store Manager. Online Rebate Center keeps rejecting my submission for "Your Sales Receipt does not indicate a qualifying purchase" (It shows the purchase for $649 plus $189 Lowe's Installation plus tax.) Called on phone to Rebate Center but they were unable to help.

Delayed granite countertop measurement
When I signed up for installation on 5/17 (#[protected]), I was told I would get a call for measurement in a day or two, but now it is 6/3 and I have not been told a specific day yet that Lowes will send a technician over for the measurement despite my several fruitless calls. The reason I chose Lowes was because I trusted Lowes and in addition I saw a big sign at the countertop service area that "the granite countertop will be installed in 9 days" (I took a picture of it). Note: I tried to cancel the project due to the delay but later I changed my mind but still I am waiting for a call for a confirmation date. Can Lowes respond to this issue soon?
Desired outcome: If Lowes can not install the countertop in 6 weeks, I would like to cancel the project please! This is the second time to be so frustrated to cancel.
Ariens IKON XD52 inch riding mower
We purchased this mower in April of 2020 and purchased the extended warranty (EPP) through Lowes. On May 26, 2022 the transmission failed and the wheels won’t turn. We replaced the belt (which had slipped off the pulley). Still broken and the one year product transmission warranty has expired, but high means the EPP warranty takes over. We called for warranty service on May 31 and given a claim number for service. The guy, Kenny, said a local service company would call in the next two business days to schedule pick up. Never happened.
Called again today, and Shea said give it to the end of business today. Still no call.
A lawnmower that won’t run is useless in summertime. A warranty not being honored is equally useless. I have no idea who to reach out to for service.
And my yard (more than an acre and it’s 97° here this week) is being ruined. We need the mower fixed. And for Lowes to honor their contract.

Washer return/replacement policy
purchased maytag washer in store 5-21-22 it worked for 3 loads and then refused to spin. Called lowes and they said we could return it. After going to store, they said no return after 48 hours and we'd have to contact maytag. Talked to an additional employee later who said the manager would call me back and likely help. Manager didnt call back. Called Zach the manager he said no return and then we were "disconnected". Called lowes home office and was told no return. Maytag serviceman diagnosed bad motor control board and parts would take 3 to 4 weeks. Called Zach again he still said no return. Called lowes customer service again... she said returnable for thirty days. I asked for an email to that effect and then explained why. She checked further after asking if I had the store phone number and came back with no return. I was polite in all of the many phone calls. So $650 for dead washer and even worse the uncaring

Military discount
I recently purchased a dishwasher in May. I was told that Lowe's was no longer giving veterans a discount on appliances or lumber. These items are the most expensive in your store and what the veterans would need the discount on. He did not decide to put his needs first when things got rough in Vietnam. He didn't change his allegiance to protect your freedom.
I understand the economy is affecting everyone. But I feel there could be inside reorganization or restructuring without the customers ultimately being the ones to pay the price.
We have been loyal customers for many years. When kids ask what he wants for Christmas, it's always Lowe's gift card.
You are only forcing customers to find other alternatives.
Desired outcome: Re-instate military discount on appliance and lumber. Our Veterans deserve it.

We ordered a Maytag refrigerator on Lowes.com via A&E Factory Service. When it was delivered, they could/would not take the doors off to get it into the house. I had to take it (myself) through another door, had to move my island with granite top (myself) and unwrap it, only then to find out there was a shelf missing. We reported the missing shelf to Lowes who assured us they would get one delivered. That was Good Friday. Having not heard from them since, we stopped at Lowes, New Braunfels, and inquired only to find out they would/could not provide on from the floor model. They said they could not show the refrigerator without the shelf. I'm thinking the customer would actually get to see what they are really going to get. Even speaking to one of the employees who claimed to be one of the managers was no help. All I am asking for is a shelf to complete my purchase. $1500 is not much to Lowes, but is it a lot of money to me and I feel completely powerless as an older consumer living on a fixed income. I was a loyal Lowes customer, choosing to drive to the store 30 miles away when we have a Home Depot right here in Seguin.

We purchased a Kobalt Electric Lawn Mower on 9-28-19. It worked great. The last 3 months the battery hasn't been holding a very good charge. Now it will only stay charged for 10 minutes. I have contacted Lowes to exchange the battery because the warranty said it was a three year warranty on the battery. They gave me the 800# for Kobalt and said I'd have to contact them. Kobalt gave me a reference #3793757 and said I'd have to send an email to [protected]@lowes.com with all the information of the item. I've tried, my daughter tried and it says search not found. I had bragged about this product to my neighbors but now am very unsatisfied with this warranty return service. I need some answers as to where I go from here. 3rd party delivery
where do I begin! into the 6th day my washer dryer unit was "on it's way." as of 7:57pm on Sunday 5/29/2022 it's still "on it's way" according to the third party. and delivery driver will call you with an ETA, they say. This is by far the best customer service I have received from Lowe's yet. No one from Lowe's calls me back after they said they would once they get an update from the third party. I have been available for every window since May 25th and all they do is tell me I am the next customer. Does anyone else see anything wrong with this picture?
Appliances
On February 21st 2022, we purchased a set of four appliances: 2 laundry machines, a Frigidaire fridge, and an Amana Stove. The fridge was set to arrive that first Thursday, and it never did... Delivery claimed to have called and even showed up, but none of that ever happened. After numerous calls (one totaling an hour of wait-time before speaking to someone), I finally got ahold of the Appliances department, and they rescheduled the delivery for later, and took down my number again. Apologies were not forthcoming.
The next week, the laundry machines arrived. No complaints. The delivery went off without a hitch, and the machines are flawless. The delivery teams, like every time I meet them for this order, were cordial, professional, and efficient.
Once the fridge arrived, however, it did so damaged: There is a considerable black gash inside the freezer, and I noticed it only after the delivery team packed up and left. This was in March.
Fast forward to May 19th, when I called again about the stove I was supposed to receive. I had called numerous times again throughout the months of March and April asking about it, yet never received an answer - and in some cases - being outright unable to contact someone. This time I spoke with the (assumed) head of the department, and she confessed that their records not only had the stove just sitting around (likely for months), but that they had not attempted to contact me about the stove at all.
At all.
At any rate, they delivered it - at last - yesterday, May 26th. However, the plug they sent along with it was the wrong one, and they would have to return to install the right one. And so, we finally arrive to today, the 27th.
For the last hour and forty seven minutes, I have been on hold listening to scratchy elevator music. At the hour and thirty four minute-mark, my hopes were yet again dashed when I did hear someone on the other end, telling me to continue holding.
I must emphasize we purchased these appliances on February 21st, and it is now May 27th; more than 3 months later. As noted previously with the delivery crews, the fault is on Lowes and Lowes alone.
Desired outcome: Compensation, explanation, possible returns.

Bought this about 2 years ago. It's the top of the line. I paid over $4000.00 for it. I bought a 3 year extended protection plan.January of this year I started having problems. Entire ice maker storage and components had to be replaced. April the refrigerator started turning itself off completely. I would only know this when I opened door and no lights were on. Service parts were ordered and installed on April 28th. I went out of town for 3 days and when I returned the unit was off and had leaked water all over floor and ruined the cork floor. It will have to be replaced completely,kitchen and dining room. we lost everything in the ref. None of it was any good. Another several hundred dollars. Called 5/2 and was told complaint would be escalated. Never heard back from them. Called and was told they had no record of the call. This seems to be their fallback response. I have been told that a couple of times. Placed a service call . Rep came out ordered parts. That was over 3 weeks ago. Called on the 20th and was told it was escalated and I would hear from someone within 48 business hours.Today is the 26th and I still hadn't heard from them.I called and after 30 minutes or so I was told my request for replacement was denied. Parts are on order and no idea when they might arrive . I was told by service rep it may be 3 months. Still have the same problem, and I don't know what these folks think I am supposed to do without a refrigerator. I cant put anything in the freezer. I omly put a minimal in the fridge. Ice maker is leaking like crazy. I placed another service call. I will never buy another appliance from Lowes and certainly would not think anyone should invest in one of the extended protection plans. They are worthless

I don’t know where to start with this-misinformation and lies, not to mention 30-40 minute hold times to connect with representatives. Protection plan should have covered washer repair. Took forever to get a claim, but there was no clarity with next steps for scheduling a repair service provider. After days of waiting to get next steps, I contacted an approved LG provider to complete service. After they came out for diagnostic, which was $130 out of pocket, I get an email from LG with a service repair date. I called Lowes PP to inquire and they had no record of scheduling the repair? WTH! LG said that’s the only way they would have even had my information to send the email about the scheduled service. I talked to 2 Lowes PP reps on the same day- 1 said send receipts for 100% reimbursement up to $400 per my plan benefits; the other said the reimbursement was max $50, but it wouldn’t be a reimbursed service because I scheduled my own person (mind you they never told me anything about next steps for the repair). It’s shameful to see how companies hold consumers hostage with these [censored] plans and incapable outsourced customer service centers. I’m praying that the $300 that I’ll have to pay will be reimbursed.
Desired outcome: Fully reimburse the cost of my plan protected washer and get your [censored] together around operating systems and consistent information.
Door installation
Ordered a storm door and entry door for $4000.00 First of all the installers were unprofessional. Taking items that came in MY door in packaging stating I do not need these things in a bag they can use them for another job? One door was missing a part which they stated they will be back in a day to install. Been 4 weeks still nothing. My door handle was installed crooked as well. I contacted the "project specialist" "Chris" that came to my home and ordered these doors 5x's without a response. I contacted Lowes Customer Service with no help. I went into my Local Lowes store went to Customer Service and asked to speak to a manger. Per them the manager is in a meeting will call back...well that has been 8 days. This is very upsetting and aggravating as well. I have a nice door I paid good money with a crooked handle, and a storm door that the screen does not stay up because it is missing a piece. I think I have been very patient.
delivery service not dependable
Washer delivery: 3rd party delivery on Lowes contract employees. Not very customer service friendly. Lowes said, be home between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. No one ever showed up. I called l Lowes at 4:30 PM. They canceled the delivery 8:00 am the same day of delivery without letting us know. Well, I canceled my appointments day waiting on them to deliver. Just be aware their word is not that sound and a person or company is only good as their word. today I give Lowes service and contract a (1) star.

Unit was picked up by me. I got it on 9 May. It was unboxed that week. My son did the unboxing and noticed a blue chalk or something mark on the back drum and then saw the cover for the hot air was bent and not attached properly.
I called ge and they sent a repairman. He looked at the unit and told my son and I that this was a factory defect. He told us to return the unit to Lowes, he said there could be anything wrong with this unit. He said if there were any issues call him and he would help us. My son left him a message but never heard from him.
We loaded the unit in the truck and took it to Lowes. The girl at the desk ask to see our receipt. She told us they will not take it back as the return policy is 2 days. We asked to see the manager. She arrived and I tried to explain what ge repairman said. All she kept saying it’s a 2 day return policy and we were past that. She kept pointing at a board hanging in the returns area that had their return times for everything. I admit I was irritated at her using her flight attendant hand gestures toward that sign, and never acknowledge that the unit was defective according to ge repair. All she kept saying is 2 days.and point with both hands at the sign. I flipped her the finger on the way out over my shoulder. She then told me that yes I was number 1. I did stop but I left without further frustration.
The part that bugs me the most is I bought this unit online, during the whole process there was not a sign hanging on the web page or even a just a short note saying the 2 day policy. Anyway I now have this unit out in my garage and another guy from the repair place called me and asked if I wanted him to order the parts it needs. I said yes I do.
I can’t even sell this with good conscience because what he said about could be anything wrong.
Just 1 last thing. My daughter has been in contact with ge customer service, and they are having her call Lowes and talk to the manager and have him tell the ge representative for our area to get a return number for it. So far today is day 5 with no response from Lowes.
buying countertops
I purchased countertops in April 2022 from Lowes. They were to be quartz eternal bella. It was to have a waterfall feature. Schedule date of install was 5/20/22. The company sent over pictures a day before and the markings did not match up. I complained and the 3rd party company said that Lowes should have never sold me this type of quartz as you can not make the lines match. Lowes was to send me over what can match up. I was on hold and then the line disconnected Friday at 4:50 pm. I called back and it went to answering machine saying they were closed. I called Monday monring and now it is Tuesday and no one still has returned my call. I wrote a complaint on Twitter to Lowes Customer Care with no response. Now Lowes has taken 12,000 dollars that I am paying interest on yet I have no counter tops.

Extended warrant on appliance
I have an extended warranty on my appliance and have been waiting 5 weeks for a fix.
Lowes will not resolve the issue and has said this is normal service. I am unsure how waiting 5 weeks for a major appliance is acceptable. Imagine if it was a fridge and you had a family?
When working through this I am either on hold or trying to track down parts and service. When I do get some they tell me this week it will be fixed. Those dates come and go.
Desired outcome: Give me a store credit for the washing machine purchase price and warranty so I can purchase a new one
