Hi my name is Joe Rosalez on August 22nd I won $100, 000 on lucky landslots when he came down to taking money off I would put in a redeem for $8, 000 they sent me my email and I filled everything out when I was done I went to go sign back on my account and for some reason I could not get on it so I put in for a new password then customer support got to me and told me they could not find my account after some hours of going back and forth they finally told me that there was an update when I signed up and I was on a test site so they told me they couldn't honor my redemption then they give me $50 and said it was a gift and gave me some b******* [censored] rule they have basically the rules tells me they can do this to whoever they want and there's nothing we can do about it.

6.15. We reserve the right to declare Participation in a Game void, partially or in full, if, in our sole discretion, we deem it obvious that there was an error, mistake, misprint or technical error on the pay-table, win-table, minimum or maximum stakes, odds or software. What I want to know is how the hell can I sign up for a game and end up on their workers test site when I don't f****** work for them I think they are a fraud and I did seek legal help

Desired outcome: I would like to get the money that I won but I feel I'mma have to fight for it

Terrible! This site is a total scam. I’m sorry this happened to you. This just happened to me last night. I am so devastated. I won $3900 last Wednesday and then they deactivated my account. They sent me a paragraph from their agreement saying it was my responsibility to keep my account information safe… I have never shared any of my account information ever with anyone! This is a complete scam. They stole my redemption and they’re sending me some [censored] excuse. I wanted to ask you for your attorneys information? Or who did you contact to seek legal help? Any advice? I plan on doing the

that is terrible that they did this to you! this just happened to me too but I only had $3900 they stole from me! they said that apparently I canceled my own cash redemption,(and requested the gift card amounts instead of cash out prize..) the is such [censored]! I believe they are looking for reasons not to pay out therefore coming up with all these reasons.. completely breaking the law! I requested proof that my account was broken into and they cannot prove or provide any of this to me! its a complete lie! a reason for them not to pay out. I am collecting information from other people such as yourselves for a legal battle against them. please prove me your email address so I can connect withy you. what they are doing is completely illegal!. they need to pay for it! they are stealing from us!

did they ever end up paying you out? if not, this exact issue happened to me and I am gathering information from people like you and Im filing a action law suit against them. please send me contact info like an email or something. thank sand im sorry this happened to you. Luckyland needs to pay for their [censored] lies!
