sellers don't communicate and won't ship orders!
The sellers there 98% of them are low-life crooks. I tried to purchase a shirt on there and the seller doesn't respond and they don't ship! THIS is why Poshmark has a bad reputation. And there's not enough protection for the buyer! They need to put a time limit on these sellers to ship their orders, and they need a better message system! Not public ones for all the world to see. The website is TRASH and so are most of these sellers!
poshmark clothing purchase/return request
I was given the impression that all I had to do was hit "not accept" to return an order, not send pictures which my phone won`t do. I wish to return and item that is in the exact condition that it arrived in but am being blocked from submitting my "not accept". If this is not resolved within 24 hours, I will be contacting my credit card company. I will also return the item with proof of delivery and post my experience on Facebook. Thank you.

Poshmark has repeatedly allowed "Gothrose" to leave harassing posts on other members boards. If she doesn't get
the attention she thinks she deserves, she posts worse comments, and Posh does nothing. No wonder this site has
such a terrible reputation. They really only care about the scams, and making money off unsuspecting victims.
They should be shut down.
The BUYERS ARE THE VICTIMS! Maybe if Poshmark had a better message system and make these sellers ship the items instead of allowing them to sit on them, then maybe it would be a better and safer site. But they don’t offer very much in buyer protection!
Poshmark’s sellers are not the victims, the BUYERS are for not shipping the orders. They also don’t bother communicating. THAT is why Poshmark has a bad reputation! The sellers don’t communicate and they don’t ship and they couldn’t care less! Most of these sellers are low life CROOKS!

rolling loud ticket
Hi, i understand under the circumstances you cannot refund me the money but I'd like to make you aware of the situation. I recently began to purchase a festival ticket from michi_nf, where i paid half upfront then the other half later. She told me i could have a 100% refund if i could not longer attend the festival. When i unfortunately could no longer attend she then blocked me and refused to give my money back. I no longer can get ahold of her. Since purchasing this was off of poshmark i am not looking to recieve my money back but I do not believe this person should represent your company and selling things online if they are stealing from people. I lost $400 due to this and now have to get a lawyer to get my money back.
4 orders being charged to my checking account which I didn't make.
The Fraud dept of my BB and T bank called to verify a charge to Poshmark for 36.79. I told them it was Bogus and I cancelled the Debt. card ending in 6153. They told me there were 3 other charges in the bank, for 25.79, 55.79 and 9.99. We didn't make these charges, the debt card is now cancelled and I want these charges reversed.
the transactions were from yesterday, 3/6/19. The name on the card is Ann Eggleton of
2453 Shore dr. Ashville, Al 35953. She must have misplaced of lost her debt card.

scams and bank fraud
I had a bad transaction through Poshmark.com with an unscrupulous seller who sold me rain boots which were defective and leaked and were peeling at the seams, I took pictures of the item and filed for a return the same day I received the item, using Poshmark's online system. I was denied my claim based on false trumped up charges and false allegations, all which could be proven false by the date and time of the delivery, and time the photos were uploaded. I contacted my Bank and filed a claim with their claims department sending them the pictures of the defective item. The Bank was horrified about the scam, and was very sympathetic to my cause and allowed me to file for a reversal of the funds. The Bank gave me a temporary refund for the amount of the item ($42.49) while they proceeded with their investigation.
When the Bank contacted Poshmark, they falsely alleged they had given me the refund, using a different refund amount of a different item that they had in the past refunded me, and had the money I had received from the bank for my claim removed from my account.
I contacted the Bank and explained that there were two different transactions: one for $35.99 on Jan 16th, that I had been refunded for by Poshmark, and the $42.29 item purchased on Jan 14th that I was not refunded for. The Bank Rep said "yes I can see there are two different transactions, and the dates of purchase and the amounts differ." So Poshmark basically lied to the Bank and said they gave me the refund when they did not, and pulled up a different refund and gave the bank that amount which was then withdrawn illegally from my account. The Bank Rep said, "don't worry we will get you your funds back and continue to investigate your claim."
It is pretty serious when Poshmark attempts to defraud it's customers by giving the Bank erroneous information about different transactions in order to steal from consumers!

This app don't have customer service and customers have to send emails Poshmark don't answer the email my account has been suspended for no reason I'm trying to contact Poshmark but that's really hard if they don't have a real customer support for any issue until now I don't know the reason of why my they made a decision to blocked me I don't have access to make any purchase I totally understand if I had bad behavior with others but I consider it myself as a 5 stars buyer I order every day I spend a lot of money and I don't deserve it they have advice the customer why they're blocking that account and that way peoples can delete the account.
Very simple Poshmark don't have customer service and I email them regarding my account and they never answered me, my account is suspended and until now I don't know the reason because they never contacted me sellers was waiting for me to order from them and nothing go through honestly I don't deserve it because I'm 5 stars buyer .

ALERT! Poshmark retains buyers' personal bank info! I tried to use Paypal and Poshmark would only accept it if I agreed to "auto pay" which means buyers must give Poshmark the password to PayPal! ( or credit card numbers, which they retain). Who would trust Poshmark with passwords? They couldn't possibly keep passwords secure! That's why I use Paypal—so my account access isn't archived by Poshmark or any other company. bTW: Not all companies archive—ebay doesn't.

I received a pair of boots. Was told i have to keep them because i never asked if one of the boots squeaks.
Well, the boot (left )squeaks SOOOOOO bad that i can hear it at the other end of my house.
The owner said they are SO beautiful, she finds it hard to beieve, and she only wore them 2 times...I know why...you cant wear these anywhere.
I have many videos if these arent enough.
I spend my days in Drs offices and I cant make noise.
The seller should have taken care of this hersef instead of instead of getting a bad review on your company.

One of them, the right one is excellent. The left one is defective. I looked up online to see if i could do something about it. They said to return to the store because the heal is on wrong.

I placed an order and have yet to receive it. The $ 14.99 was taken out of my checking account 2 times on 09/19/2018 but i have not received anything not even an e-mail. refusal to release payment for an item I sold through their website
I sold my Hermes Apple Watch Band on September 19, 2018 and shipped it overnight using a tracked Fed Ex package. Because I did not use the shipping label provided by Poshmark, they canceled the order and is refusing to pay me my portion of the earnings. I attempted to contact them through the only means you are able to contact them (I'm thinking that this is due to the numerous complaints they must receive), which is a short contact form that is submitted to them. You receive an automated response thanking you for your email and to let you know that they will be in touch soon. NOPE, sorry, I have emailed them over 20 times since October 5th 2018. It is now October 30th 2018 and still no response at all from Poshmark Support. They will not acknowledge me at all. The buyer even contacted them and let them know she received the item, but still nothing. Buyer states that when the transaction was canceled the first time, her funds were returned. They asked her if she would like to repurchase the item so that it will show as sold again vs canceled, and she told them yes. They have kept her payment and refused to pay me my portion of that sale.

I ordered a jacket on Poshmark 10/18.
After a few days I reached out to poshmark informing them that I have yet to receive any information stating my item has been shipped.
It is now 10/28, and 6 emails later and I have no item, money gone from my card, and no acknowledgement that I even exist.

My account was frozen preventing me from buying anything even though i had earnings a available. Three days for a response from customer service and they told me they need id verification asking to see my card and statement! This is ILLEGAL. It is ILLEGAL to ask for that, its ILLEGAL to freeze money I have earned, it says right in their own TOS my earnings sre mine to use ir withdraw at ANY TIME. Bs. Im suing them

Ordered a dress online marked as medium and modled on modle I thought was the same. However when dress arrived, the style was slightly different and the fit was not how a medium fits on me. Tried to return for a refund but am being denied by seller and poshmark. Why? This makes customers not want to order from sites like this. What can I do?
