Poshmark Buyer beware

Wish I had read all of the reviews prior to my purchase. Most of them are about non-delivery.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened to me. I ordered several items two months ago and they have never been dispatched. I don't know why, The order status states that all of them are in stock and are ready for shipping, but nothing happens with them at all.
I thought that maybe customer service would help me and resolve this issue, but they didn't.
Well, I have no leverages...

Poshmark fraudulent buyer

I am an established seller, and per your analytics in the top 10% and have all 5 star reviews. Last week, a seller purchased a brand new MK tote from me and it had tags everything. When it was delivered he complained that there were stains on it.
No pictures were shared with me. It was brand new item, with multiple new tags, & not a single stain. The buyer is brand new, using the site from November 2017, and I also shared with your team the kind of derogatory comments he posted on other seller's site. I also shared the pictures of the item that I shipped. Yet you sided with the buyer. At the minimum I thought that you play neutral and side with both buyer and seller, or side with an established seller with a stellar rating. Very disappointed with the experience.

Poshmark did not receive a louis vuitton that went through a consigliere process @poshmark

I purchased a lv manhattan pm bag 2 weeks ago. seller shipped it to poshmark consigliere in california.. after a few days I received an email with tracking info from poshmark using usps.. tracked package to a brooklyn ny facility where it is now stuck with an alert memo stating that instructions were to forward package to a different address... scam scam scam.. I live in staten island... package is no where to be found. poshmark is very vague, with no care at all. you generate emails with no help at all telling me to wait 2 weeks.. ive waited long enough this is what you call consigliere service? I am no fool. your company is an outright racket of fraudulance. you need to be stopped.. stealing designer merchandise, blaming usps who is probably in on it too... how dare you!

Poshmark never received product

i place an order fro a victorias secert pink nation sweat outfit for 35 dollars FROM SELLER @sgi_usa and when the box arrived to my address i opened it and IT WAS NOT WHAT I PURCHASED! IT WAS 2 MENS BASEBALL HATS ...so i kindly mailed back the hats back to her with a note saying that i didnt received the item that i had purchased there must of been a mistake of puting the wrong shipping lables on the incorrect boxes with the wrong items inside, so she dont me to double check my box and i did there was nothing in there... so when she received the hats that i mailed back to her she LIED and said i sent her back the pink nation sweat outfit ..at this point i am very upset and annoyed by this situation she never sent me the item that i purchased from her still to this day>>> posh mark took my money i couldnt get a refund so iam here with no money and no item ... Poshmark service

Hi,
I am a Poshmark seller and had an issue with a Posh user leaving rude comments. I blocked this user and requested if Posh could delete these comments. They did it for another seller with the same user I had trouble with. Tiffany a customer service rep was rude and literally IGNORED my request. I submitted another email with no response. I feel like closing my entire store and just sticking to MERCARI with such horrible customer service.

Poshmark rising international dress

I ordered a Rising International dress, a brand I am familiar with, in a size Large. Well the seller must of washed it and put it in a dryer or something the caused it to shrink. I set them pictures. Also the measurements are not those of sizing given by company. Also has spots on back. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND I AM 78 YEARS OLD. Poshmark lady selling apple watches - and taking money

spoke with lady about watch and she is lying about her account /watch/etc.
she is stealing money from people. She disconnects her phone - websites/etc.
don't deal with [protected]@gmail.com or [protected]@gmail.com

860 area code -- state of Connecticut (CT). She communicates with texting. I have number if you want it. Now she doesn't except calls she excepted the sale of the watch and i paid her. Never received anything. Got an email from her stating she didn't receive funds. Wrong. Money came out of my account.

Poshmark posh tablet was under warranty but they are asking about charges to repair

I bought a POSH tablet from careforee (Family Mall Erbil Iraq), I submitted my tablet to carefore family mall and they sent it to POSH company, after 4 days i received a call from company that they will charge 10000 IQD to start work and let me know that if i have to pay more.
Today i received again a call and they said i have to pay 50 USD so they will fix mobile.
It has been just 8 months from now, and they give me 3 years warranty.

Poshmark frustrated

They protect their sellers and don't care about the customers. So the sellers do what they want. They may send your package when they want, they don't follow any policies at all. For example, my order was sent two weeks after I placed it, even though I paid for an express delivery. Once they have your money right after you ordered, you should forget about their existence. Because if you need their help, I doubt they will do something for you.
Customer service is a crap, useless and not helpful. Nothing to do here. Absolutely terrible.

Shipping is terrible for sellers too. I shipped an order out to a lady paid for expedited shipping. Sent it out on the same afternoon she ordered it on April 7th and it was finally delivered on the 15th. It was sent all over the place and I had to email USPS.

Poshmark non-receipt of purchased items...

Do not purchase on Poshmark. For the 5th time in 2 months, something I purchased is not shipped. All Poshmark does is send a "reminder" to the Seller to ship. Poshmark does nothing to these negligent Sellers. Poshmark cares nothing about the Buyers, only their Sellers. You get excited to find something, purchase it and then get disappointed time and again when the Sellers are allowed to be non-responsive or respond "I can't find the item so I'm canceling your transaction:.

Poshmark used product with a pubic hair in it sold to me - disgusting!

Warning: plushmark = marked plush. Do not order from this company

I ordered sephora + pantone universe correct + conceal palette for $15 thinking I was saving 10 from the sephora site.

Yeah, right. I saved some money only to have that amount in dispute for a credit. The product I received was used as in you can see metal where there is no product. Who sells someone used make up? Worse? Yes! How about what looks like 2 black pubic hairs in the foundation.

I mean seriously.

Last slap in the face:? I send pictures demanding my money and two days later get an email (Boilerplate) that says I have to submit pics, blah, blah blah.

I am going to the health department, bbb, yelp, you name it, I must warn others. This is a horrible company that apparently allows people to sell other people their trash.

Poshmark harassment

Hello I have been harassed on Poshmark the last few days from a seller under the name @classysassy01 . She made an offer on a bundle & I declined it. She was upset so started slandering my service & Boutique . I was very polite & expressed that Offers should not be communicated in comments . She called me a [censor] & I didn't read the rest. I'd like her account reported and taken down I don't want anyone to expirience what I had to for no reason. Thankyou

Poshmark pair of linea paolo white sandals

the sandals are cute but one shoe was painted with some type of white paint on the inside at the heel of the shoe which came off on the bottom of my foot after the first earing, and both shoes had material peeling off of the inside of the shoes.

I do not want to go through all the trouble of sending them back, but it is unlikely I will wear them because of the condition of the inside of the shoes.

Poshmark ordering and changing product

I ordered a skirt and within minutes I realized I didn't specify size or color. I contacted customer service and they told me where to go and what to do. I'm legally blind and struggled with this. We emailed back and forth like this several times. I even begged them to just handle it for me. Well, my item has been shipped. My xl body will get a size small skirt, I'm sure of it. Can't wait to deal with returning it.

Poshmark seller's attitude

I just started buying on this site and love it! However, my first purchase was from kupakai and when I rated it a 4 star she asked if something was wrong. I said no, I just seldom rate anything at the top. When I went back to apologize as I realized what it meant, she had blocked me! I am amazed at that and frankly, very offended by her poor attitude. I believe she should be blocked from selling!

Poshmark damaged skirt!

I received a skirt that was of very poor quality. Frayed material and stretched out elastic. Neither of which was included in the description. I filed my claim to Poshmark within the 72 hour timeframe, but they continued
to argue receipt of the claim even after I provided back up. In addition they claimed that I had accepted the item and I provided back up that I hadn't done that either.
You can't talk to anyone, because there's no phone #, so you just keep going in circles and lose your money! Horrible process!

Poshmark poshmark

I sold a jacket to a woman. I mistakenly used the wrong Poshmark label and sent the jacket to California instead of NJ. The woman in California was a former buyer of mine who informed me of my mistake. I let Poshmark customer service know, but received no response. I asked the buyer in California to please ship to lady in NJ, send me a screenshot of receipt and I would deposit money on her bank account which is what I did. I paid $20 of my own money to get the jacket to the buyer in NJ in 2 days. I contacted the buyer in NJ and told her what had happened and that I was sending her jacket and it would be there in two days. This woman started calling me a sociopath scam artist who only wanted her money. I provided her with a screenshot of the receipt which had the tracking number. The woman sent me eight messages telling me to just admit that there never was a jacket. It was all just a big scam. She had the receipt with the tracking number. I contacted Poshmark because I did not know what to do. I decided to pay $35 to have a parcel intercept because this woman scared me and I did not want her to have my last name or address. I contacted Poshmark again. No response. This woman stalked me. I am a surgeon-she found me and called all of the hospitals where I am certified to do surgeries and left messages for hospital administrators that I had lost my license in other states-check with the medical ethics board.
She called my parents.
She found out that I had a Tradesy account-
And asked a message, pretending to be an interested buyer-
I had no clue it was her and answered her by text-
She then had my phone number and called me all night long.
I blocked her number-'but she had downloaded an app that gave her different numbers so she kept calling-
I could not turn off my phone because I was on call.
I made a police report because I was concerned for the safety of myself and my family.'
The police and post office worked together to make sure the package came back to me.
I had surgeries scheduled for the next day and I was a mess.
When Poshmark finally did respond-'they told me that it was my fault for speaking to her and I should have pushed the block button on my account.
What?!?
Poshmark is a very very very dangerous place!

Poshmark customer service

Poshmark has poor customer service which causes issues with customers. I sold a pair of shoes to a woman who seemed questionable from the beginning and she didn't want them. She wrote rude comments on my page and I offered to accept the return and she get her money back. I contacted Poshmark and let them know about the situation and received no response! Instead I got a automatic reply that they would get back to me. They then sent the customer a notification that her return was refused. I then found out it couldn't be delivered to me and had to pick it up from the post office. They customer then curses and yells on my page. After picking up the items and letting her know that I was always open to the refund I still have heard nothing from Poshmark! Not only did they cause an issue with this customer by notifying her incorrectly they refuse to answer me. It's been 8 days since I heard back from Poshmark. Their customer service and platform is poor and please avoid using them to sell items!
