tomato price is wrong product code 4799
Today i visited store today i.e., 1st december 2018 at 10.16pm. The price they displayed and the price at checkout is wrong. I never check the price whenever i purchase anything from superstore and I'm a very regular customer for superstore. Today my husband came with me to the store and he noticed the price was wrong. When we are doing self checkout lot of times this happened to me. Today i planned to complain about this. End of the day this happened, that means whomever customer purchasing from the morning this might hav happened that means how many customers would hav been fooled with these prices. When i ask the customer service representative she was rude and said I don't know about the price. How much negligence. Is this the good customer service? I really got upset because almost 3 to 4 times in a week I'm purchasing in the superstore. This is what happening. I need quick action on this.
advertised sale item
I took three busses in the snow to your ne Calgary store today I wanted the Spider-Man ps4 machine that was on sale I was told that none of the Alberta stores received these only Ontario stores did it is advertized in your alberta flyer this is faulse advertising they had nothing to put in its place so I made a wasted trip and I'm angry I wanted this item and they would not compensate me with another product why would you advertise it and not supply this this is faulse advertising I want to be compensated what are you going to do about this I'm very upset I do all my shopping at superstore shoppers and no frills my family prescriptions have a cost of $2000.00 a month maybe I should transfer them to Walmart at least they would compensate me on an advertized sale item I look forward to your reply my name is Linda my number is [protected] the item I wanted was Spider-Man ps4 on sale for $259.99 Black Friday flyer thank you
10 items for $10.00
I was in your store located on king george boulevard at kings crossing. They had 8 bins (2 groups of 4 bins) located in the pharmacy department with assorted items. There was even one bin in each group that was the same, emoji lip gloss. The signs on these bins stated 10 items for $10.00 with mix and match below the price. So I picked up 10 items from these 8 bins; 4-liquid hand soap, 2-tooth brushes, 2-emoji lip gloss, and 2-dental floss. The only bin that was not full was the tooth brushes, so it was not like someone picked up a package of dental floss and changed their mind and randomly placed it somewhere. As I moved thru the store there were several more bins that I saw: 4 bins in the christmas decorations section (one bin had the emoji lip gloss) and 4 bins in the pop/juice aisle (1.25l of coca-cola or ginger ale).
After picking up the stuff that I came to this store for, I went to pay. After paying my bill, I noticed that I was charged the regular price for these 10 items. The teller called the supervisor and the supervisors comment was that I picked items from two different groups of 4 bins. I commented that this should not matter as all 8 bins that I took stuff from were in the pharmacy department. Since the supervisor would not honor this or give me these items for free due to the mistake (like safeway does), I asked for a refund. While I was waiting for the supervisor, the teller must of rung up 6 customer's order. This was not a problem for me as the supervisor had not arrived however, two different male customers interrupted the cashier demanding bags for their order. She gave them each 2 bags for free. When the supervisor arrived, she told me that the dental floss that I picked up from one of the 8 bins were not part of the 10 for $10.00 I asked her why they were under the sign. She informed me that in smaller sign that it explained this. This is unacceptable, I returned these 10 items and received my money back, but this is false advertising and is unacceptable. The coke-cola that was also 10 for $10.00 was 1.25l which I purchased 1. The pop cost more than the package of dental floss that I usually purchase at the dollar store for $1.25
Just to let you know, I was on my way to a friends house for dinner and I stopped at this store to contribute to the meal. I am still upset on how your supervisor would not honor the marked price. So you can be that I will be telling 10 people and hopefully they will 10 more.
false advertising of free item & 2 more complaints...
November 15, 2018, southport superstore
Advertised the "free item" falsely in the store today. After spending $250 as was advertised on the sign at the end of an isle, in the store today, I expected to pick up my new 10 pce ceramic bakeware set. It is advertised as a 10 pce ceramic bakeware set (looked nice - had lids as well). So I budgeted my shopping list to achieve the $250 spending minimum in a single transaction.
I was told I would need to pick up my free item at customer service. One of staff at the customer service counter was absolutley useless and stood there with a bottle of water in her hand wanting to chat with the agent on the till. I asked if she could help me, to which she replied, no. So I observed her, doing nothing and then finally was asked to move away from the counter. I feel she may have been on her break so therefore was unable to accomodate customers. Poor service...
When I arrived to the front of the line at the customer service counter to pick up my free, beautiful, 10 pce ceramic bakeware set I was told I could choose from a serving board set or take 2 boxes of plastic cutlery. I was unhappy. I suggested that they should remove the sign from the isle's end. I said I would complain to management about it. The customer service agent and the customer behind me (who was there to pick up her free item, a 10 pce ceramic bakeware set) both agreed it was wrong. We were then informed that it is managemnt that posts theses signs when there in fact are no 10 pce ceramic bakware sets to offer. False advertising - what an insult to be offered 2 boxes of plastic cutlery! And I don't need anymore wooden serving boards ; (
#2 - I arrived home to open a package of spring lettuce for lunch and it was rotten from the inside out. So disapointed to not be able to eat a salad with our family size sushi tray.
#3 - our famly size sushi tray provided yet more diapoointment as the amount of wasabi they provide for a familiy size wouldn't even satisfy a single size/serving. Atleast they could tell you you need to purchase the flippin' wasabi. We were home already and about to eat before we realized our sushi would be mostly bland today : (
I dont like shopping at the beautifully renovated superstore anymore. Are you ok with that mr loblaw?!
Save on foods is also in our neighbourhood. They have consistantly provided excellent customer service and their employees are happy. Customer service nor product satisfaction has ever been an issue at save on food for us.
customer service
I was in the wasaga beach store tonight and was refused service and told by a young woman (named ryleah) that the 12 item or less isle that she just served a customer at was closed and she would help me at the self check out. I will never use a self check out. So I was forced to go stand in long line at the only check out that was open. I can not believe that your store is going to force customers to use the self check out or wait in long lines because you are to cheap to hire humans. Now I must tell you this is not what made me truly angry. That was due to the fact that after standing in line for a few minutes waiting to be served I happened to look over at the express counter where I was refused service to see ryleah serving other customers that had come after me at the counter she had just told me was closed. At this point I went and asked for her name, after reading it on her shirt I went back to my line and continued to wait. At that point a woman named debbie came and opened a second register and offered to serve the next in line. That was me. I explained to debbe who told me she was the floor manager why I was angry and she was very nice and apologetic. However this did not make up for the horrible lack of service I had already received.
checkout lines
Since implementing the self service checkout at Porters lake Superstore in Porters Lake, NS it has become a nightmare to checkout. Hardly anyone uses the machines because they are a hassle and don't offer cash back. Please have more in person cashiers working as they have been replaced by the self checkouts and nobody likes to use them. To me as a consumer it is extremely concerning to be corralled like an animal to purchase groceries and to also see that staff have been reduced. If the machines worked as good as an actual in person cashier then this wouldn't be an issue. Please speak with other customers about this issue and not just the ones that were coerced by staff to use the self checkouts as that would be biased. Also ask yourself "in what scenarios does it make sense to use self checkouts and does this store have enough of these scenarios to make it cost effective?". I witnessed several people in line just leave their items and walk away rather than using the self checkout while they were waiting for an actual cashier.
Appalling cashier management staff
I am a regular shopper at the Real Canadian Superstore on King George in Surrey BC. I am appalled with the new cashier management staff... specifically Kul and Bindri. I have never seen and experienced such horrible customer service from these two! Kul is the cashier department manager and bindri is a cashier supervisor. However, these two are "just"...

I attempted to buy a Canadian product from your Milton store and was very confused and ended up not buying the product.
The Canadian product was 340 grams at $5.98, non organic strawberries. The U.S product being shipped from California was a $1 cheaper, organic and was actually a bigger size at 454 grams. How does this make any sense? How do we buy the Canadian product and support Canadian farms.? Ridiculous. Do Canadian farmer's know this?
See photos. Never mind. You guys only allow 5 mg for a picture. I guess that means you really don't want to see pictures. I couldn't when add one photo
swiffer bissell steam mop
I purchased a Swiffer Bissel steam mop at the Superstore on Marine Drive in Vancouver. The store did not have any replacement mop pads on the shelf. I used the 2 pads that were with the product, but on returning to the store still could not find any replacements. I have returned to the store every week for 3 weeks and have been told every time that they were on order. My local Friendly Neighborhood store has also never received any replacement pads. Today the Superstore manager - not in person but via the customer service person - said I should look online and purchade the steam pads from the supplier! I purchased a $50 product from a store that does not carry the pads necessary to use the product, and have not received any real assistance from anyone at the store. This is appalling customer service from a store that orides itself on good customer service !
halal meat section
I buy chicken boneless breast club size tray 16 oct 2018 around 20:30 from halal chicken meat section. When I reach home then I see that there is no halal label on it. I call on [protected] & complaint about. She say that she is sending someone to the section for check. After that she deliver my call to that person. That person tell me that section have all non-halal boneless chicken breast trays.
I want you to investigate this incident & find out who is responsible so that next time this thing will not happen.

charmin 20 rolls
I went shopping with my husband and toddler yesterday, we had a big cart as we live on Bowen Island and can't come shopping every week. We bought the toilet paper Charmin 20 rolls, which was on sale at the end of an isle for 24.98$.
I didn't get a chance to look at the receipt until we got home and I realized that we paid $29.99 for the toilet paper. It's a big difference, I'm really not happy.
We hadn't shopped in a while at Superstore and now I remember why. It is not fair to overcharge your customers.
I have proof as I have my receipt and I just took a photo of the price on the website of the North Vancouver store.

unprofessional customer service
I visited Superstore in St Catharines on Oct10, 2018. I picked up two water bottles which were on sale for $2.68. At the check out the price for the bottle came up $11.98. I told cashier the price I saw. She tried to contact someone on phone to check the price but no one responded. She apologized to me that she was not able to confirm the price so she could not change it to $2.68. She said, '' its 10pm that is almost closing time, and no one is available to check the price for me". I asked her if she could come with me and I could show her the price, but she refused and said she had customers for checking out.
I am not complaining about cashier, she apologized for inconvenience. I was just concerned about the management of the store. There were so many employees working in the store at that time and there was still one hour in closing. It was not busy as well. There should have been someone to help us.
service at online pick up area, quality of food from online ordering, lack of produce that was available
I attended Superstore in Thunder Bay on October 9, 2018 as I do usually. I called the online pick up and had to wait for 20 minutes until I received a call back stating that the credit card on file was not available. I advised the worker that there was a hold placed on my credit card for this order, so therefore they had my credit card working on file. The lady continued to laugh at me throughout this entire phone call. She advised me that she was unable to bring me the credit card machine physically, was unable to explain to me why there was a hold on my credit card yet they had no record of my card. She continued to laugh at me. I ended up asking her for her name after a 5 minute and 32 second phone call of her laughing at me. She refused to provide her name and I advised her that I will be walking into the store to speak to the manager and lodge a complaint. She finally told me her name was Soulaki and asked me not to report her to the manager. I advised her I was hanging up the phone as I do not deserve to be laughed at continuously and would like to advise a manager of her behaviour.
Once inside, I spoke with the manager on duty and informed him I would like to lodge a formal complaint. He did not take down any of my information or complaint, yet talked to the worker and had me pay for my groceries exactly how I was telling the worker. He was phenomenal and brought me my groceries claiming that the worker was too "scared" to bring my groceries to me after I lodged a complaint.
Once I got home, I realized that the worker who packed my groceries had placed all my fruit product in a bag with all my canned goods, which ultimately ruined my produce.
Also to be noted, was I was informed via email that there was no raspberries or iceberg lettuce in the store. However, once I entered the store and waited for the manager, I viewed plenty of raspberries and iceberg lettuce available. Yet I was told there was "no substitutions available".
It is my honest belief that the manager did not lodge a complaint on my behalf against this worker, despite her disrespectful and disgusting behaviour. I will probably never return to Superstore again as the only reason I shop with superstore is for the online shopping, however the workers seem to believe that I deserve to be treated with such appalling behaviour. I would like to make head office aware of what is occurring at this store and how customer's must not really matter.
I would like to lodge a formal complaint against this worker, who was in the online ordering section (female) at 8:00 PM - 8:40 PM. She is a disrespectful individual who should not be representing Superstore if she believes it is okay to treat customers this way.
meat department
I went shopping at one of your real Canadian superstore today and there was a roast prime rib and I asked at the meat department if they would cut it up in 1 inch steaks it would've made about six steaks and they refused to cut it as he told me then he would have to charge me the price per steak. I find this very unfair as if I was to be at Save-on-foods or Safeway or Sobey‘s they would've cut them into steaks without a hassle at all Why will your store not give good customer service About a month ago there with lean ground beef on sale and if you bought $25 worth you've got Extra PC points But all the ground beef or packaged to a maximum of $24.50 to make you have to buy two packs to get the extra points. We are not all dumb shoppers and see what you were doing here again very satisfied with the customer service we even asked the butcher to make us Pack worth $25 and he said he cannot do that Since then we have been buying all our meets at Costco and now with this last attempt to have steaks cut this probably will be the last time that we shop at real Canadian superstore as it is not how it was before you believed in customer service and always had the lowest price and that even go as the gas bar a lot of times you can get gas cheaper at Esso I have attached a few pictures of my receipt to show you what store I was shopping yet and who the manager was I would really appreciate an email back to be able to discuss this further if you would like to keep us as customers and to see if customers mean anything to the company

fruit grocery
last weekend i spent $517.00 at superstore groceries .. all of the fresh fruit i had purchased had been previously frozen.. it looked fine until it was cut open .. my nectarines apples and strawberries all had to be disposed of .. what a horrible waste of food .. it was an unforseeable situation of which no one can blame the store for .. in lou of this i would respectfully request that i have the purchased items replaced if at all possible .. i need the fruit for my kids ... ty
store manager; unethical behaviour
I visited the store to returned milk bag which expired before the date on the product. I did not keep the receipt, as this is the first time it has happened. Instead of dealing with a customer politely, the store manager became rude and started raising her voice to get the same bag and I will replace it.
This behaviour is unacceptable. You can be polite, even if you cannot entertain the exchange without the receipt.
rubicon drink
I recently bought groceries at a superstore on McPhillips, Winnipeg 28 Sep 2018. I happened to me twice that I got a product which is expired. I drank rubicon on Saturday and was sick. I did not realize that it's because of expired drink. Later I noticed that my drink was expired, which is unacceptable. Just because of one drink, I spent almost 50 dollars on my medication.
I do not expect this type of service from the superstore. I was sick, anything could happen to me because I had an expired drink. It's not acceptable at all. I still have drinks to give back to the store. but I need you to take action because it's not good for health and safety.
service
Good Morning,
I always do my groceries at Fort McMurray Superstore and similarly this Wednesday on Sep 26 I did groceries of about $250.00 and I knew that there is a gift on the purchase of over 250. But I was told by front counter Manager that I can only get a turkey which had the value of about $30.00.
As I am a Muslim and only eat Halal meat I asked if I can get an alternate gift for the purchase over 250 to which I was told that I can only take turkey or nothing. So I did not take it as it was useless to me.
Here I am putting a complaint as there is no Halal substitution offered on you store for Muslims and also claim a refund or gift item for that money which I did not get.
I will be looking forward to your response.
I have attached the picture of the receipt and you can contact me via email at [protected]@gmail.com or my number is +[protected]
Thank you.

so delicious dairy free soya ice cream vanilla the large 946?? ml size
We live in Comox bc. You have just taken that product out of the Courtenay store. I am allergic to dairy and that was my daily treat. Super Store was the only grocery left in town to carry it.
Yes you carry the small 500 ml size of coconut and almond milk variety but it is so much more expensive per ml. and not as smooth and tasty.
The soya one I speak of was a good seller because often i would go and grab the last two containers on the shelf. Hoping you will reconsider putting it back on the shelves.
Thanks Pam Allison [protected]@hotmail.com
still no product as mentioned

I went to superstore today and I buy something to eat. I cook some of them I made soup im having a suffer right now and my noodle is taste molds and I check the pack of noodles there is molds. And I check the expiry date is untill sept. 24. Why this product has molds? And why is the superstore allowing this kind product? Why is the superstore selling food...
