I had them for about 5 months (3 homes). I made one claim, and they did everything they could to deny it. Furthermore, I than asked to cancel my policy (which I just paid for 8 days ago) The manager lied to me and said I was covered until the end of the month only to receive an email saying I was cancelled immediately. I than proceeded to ask for a refund for the remainder that was not covered. They have made my refund request so difficult. I'm not sure how they are ranked so high, they are terrible!
