UPS We want packages sent through their service to be delivered to our address and not to have to go pick them up at their shipping location.

UPS has decided to stop delivering to our address. Their online information tracks the deliveries and falsely states that items have been delivered when I have had to go pick them up at the UPS shipping location.

It was claimed that their delivery person felt threatened by my husband. The day that delivery occurred, there was a witness there that could attest that nothing occurred to cause a threat to the delivery person.

All other facilities deliver to our location, but there are some institutions that will not use the other delivery services. They do not call when the deliveries arrive. If I do not know the deliveries are coming, they are sent back, and I am forced to pay additional delivery fees or lose my purchase.

We have discussed this with them and even though delivery persons have changed, they will still not deliver to our location.

UPS Damaged property UPS store #2631 Kingston, MA

I brought 3 packages into to be shipped. Paid $537.57. Three days later I got a call from them and the person said it was an error I needed $300. more. When I looked at the receipt I noticed there was more than one mistake I was now 1,000 miles away the person said if you don't like come get your packages. I was held hostage for my property. I paid an additional $216.60 and asked for a breakdown of how much was the box, the packing material and price to pack and the shipping cost. I got a lump sum answer with all new box sizes. I asked for the receipt and got a lump sum $216.60. The person who shipped and packed was told not to remove the sails off a wooden model ship with 6 sails well that person removed the sales and they are so intricate it is impossible to put back together. I insured the ship and put a claim in for damages for the ship and the shipping costs. I had to send it to UPS they denied it. Now I called and asked where is the ship send it back and am told to contact the shipper. This is the same one who ruined it. This person lied to me and the corporate office.

UPS claims department/ customer service

sent a package, It was damaged. paid for insurance of course. Product was 250.00. it was delivered 7/27/22. First they denied my claim with bold faced lies. once i called them out they approved it. well or so i thought. each time i call theyre is another reason why i havent been sent a check. always a different reason never the same. this is after i talked to three different people that said my check was approved and would be in the mail. want to speak with someone who has some sense preferably not customer service or claims dept because it is an absolute joke.

Desired outcome: to receive payment as well as a response from a higher up at ups

UPS UPS Dangerous Driver

On October 22, 2022 (today), at approximately 2:30 PM, one of your drivers was delivering packages in Hawthorne, Buildings C and B inside Century Village in Pembroke Pines, Florida. The male driver was driving the wrong way and faster than the posted speed limit of 15 miles per hour. He was driving at least 25 to 30 miles an hour. I approached him and told him he was going the wrong way, and it was dangerous, and he can cause an accident. He ignored me and said I made a mistake. Then, I told him to turn around. He went into the elevator and when he got in his truck to leave, he did not turn around and sped down the road the wrong way.

There are elderly people in this community. When they are walking, they do not look for vehicles coming the wrong way. Years ago, one neighbor was hit by a vehicle going the wrong way exactly as your driver did today and later died from his injuries. In addition, the drivers of cars that are backing out from their parking spaces normally do not look for vehicles coming the wrong way which can cause a crash. Our mailman also witnessed the incident and concurred that what the UPS driver did was very dangerous.

Please speak to this driver so that he will not do this again.

UPS Delivery, Customer Service

We requested a 2-Day delivery in the states and the package was lost. UPS found the package and delivered the following week. UPS billed us the full rate. After contacting UPS on a partial credit due to the late delivery, Maria, a supervisor in Cairo Egypt, advised that UPS does not give refunds for 2-day shipments-when delivered late. I am very disappointed first in receiving such poor customer service (after calling/reaching out to UPS over several days), but also to speak with someone out of the country.

UPS use to be reliable. The workers I have seen out and about locally are nice. When there is a problem, customer service is truly 'no service' of which is truly disappointing. We will not be using UPS any more in future.

Desired outcome: We requested partial credit on our bill to fit the 7-day delivery that was completed.

I called customer service as instructed on line on 10/13/22 and spoke too “Adam” about a delivery which was left at driveway next to street. Says on line that was dropped off at garage which is a lie.

Was told by Adam that I would be contacted back within (24) and that never happened!

I have pictures to prove the drop off location.

I am Senior Citizen, former US Marine and my 70-year-old wife with carpeltullel surgery loaded all the boxes on a cart to my garage so no-one would steal them being that they are along street.

I refuse to be treated by this and if I still do not get satisfactory results in my delivery issues, I will not only go to that press which would like to hear my story I will contact every President, Vice Presidents of UPS inwriting to get this resolved.

UPS Delivery

My delivery was scheduled for last Thursday with signature required. I waited all day. No delivery. The next morning delivery time was updated to that day, Friday. I waited all day. No delivery. No one to call or inquire. Cannot talk to a person. Now I’m waiting today, Monday. It’s my birthday present from my husband. Diamond earrings that were shipped via UPS. It’s become a nightmare for us both. Will NEVER use UPS again. They’re stuck in a warehouse 2 hours away and we can’t arrange pick up. Craziness.

Desired outcome: Why can’t we talk to a person at UPS to make alternate arrangements for pickup or delivery??

UPS UPS Canada Claims department

UPS lost my parcel close to 3 months ago and till date I have not had a single person contact me back to update me on my claim. At least twice I week I phone UPS and am promised that someone will phone me back that day and it never happens.

It is absolutely pathetic customer service and I would never recommend utilizing the services of UPS to anybody.

Desired outcome: I would like to be refunded for the full value of the items that have been lost.

UPS Misdelivery

Packages for 15454 Liberty Rd, La Pine Oregon. Last name DALTON (neighbors last is LaFord) have been left at the wrong address three times. One was delivered in BEND Oregon and the last two have been delivered to 15464 Liberty Rd. and left outside their gate on the road. Our property next door has easy access year round and a covered porch to deliver to. Both properties are clearly marked with house numbers at the driveways! I really do not appreciate the inconvenience and possible loss of my orders. I had to reorder the first package because it was delivered in the WRONG CITY! Drivers need to be literate enough to read clearly marked address labels and signs.

Desired outcome: Driver to PAY ATTENTION AND BE ABLE TO READ in order to get the products I order. I know the driver would not like to have to pay for the loss or replacement of the items they don't deliver properly but the customer does!!!

UPS Preferred delivery?

I ordered a package and it was sent via UPS. i paid for 2 day delivery and instead of dropping it off at my address they instead informed me it cannot be delivered and to contact to set up a pick up point. I previously set up preferred delivery to a access point close to where i live which was all but ignored. they instead sent it over 40 mins drive away and when i tried to contact and get that changed to the correct pick up point, they say they cant find it even though it is on the website and im staring at the location. they then say there is nothing they can do and it will have to be picked up at that location. though on the delivery map there was 16 other places closer. your company literally makes 0 sense. I have never in my life complained about a company but holy crap this takes the actual cake. completely inept. DO NOT USE.

Desired outcome: i would like an apology and for the package to be sent to my preferred delivery location.

UPS Charging to recieve prize

2 weeks ago I received a letter saying I won prize #[protected] I got a call about the prize sorry about not being called earlier but get a loan and call me back I went through this 7 years ago lost everything and so I called the 800 number and was told I did not win that you do not send out letters and that its a scam to tell the person that he was scamming me and not to call again

Desired outcome: If this is at all possible I would like to get the prize I was promised 7 years ago because of a leak in personal info I lost everything.I want it back

UPS UPS customer service is pathetic.

Literally 80% of the packages I get from UPS are either destroyed or the contents are laying on the front doorstep. It does no good to file a complaint because all you get told is I'm sorry you feel that way. This place is turning as evil as amazon. If you go into the main office to file complaint or pick up a package all you hear is complaining and griping going on throughout the whole office.

Desired outcome: Drivers who are intentionally destroying packages need to be fired.

UPS Vehicle breakdown in my drive

Tow truck knocked over my mail box and damaged it. I want it replaced. The tow truck just left my property at 8:40pm. He did not come to the house to notify me, he just drove off. I captured him putting it back up on my ring camera and I took pictures. He knocked it loose from the frame and knocked number off.

I watched the tow truck driver pick the mail box and post up off the ground and try to put it back up. Now it’s leaning and loose from brace attaching box to post.

Desired outcome: Replace the mail box with similar box. Replace numbers on box. Replace metal ornate pole

UPS Driver

In January of 2021 A package was stolen or not delivered. I called UPS as well as Rooms to Go and informed them. I had just moved here and brought a new kitchen table and 2 bar stools. I was home the day the bar stools were supposed to be delivered. The window was open, and I was waiting for the stools and tracking them. When I saw it said delivered. I immediately called. Rooms to go did not give me a problem at all however, UPS workers ca me to my home 3 times the third time they attempted to have me sign a form. The worker pointed to an area for me to sign and said that it said I did not receive my package. I told my son to get my glasses and found it said I DID get my package. I looked at the other side and it said I DID NOT get my package. At this point I was upset. I told them what they tried to do to me and signed the correct side. From that time until now I have never had any package issues. The week of August 9th, 2022, I received a note on the door that said I needed to sign for a package. I was home and saw them come to the door, but I thought she left the package. My son was able to retrieve package as she came back up the street, I still wondered why it needed a signature, but I let it go. I had a package delivered a few days later, I saw the driver out my window I said just leave at the door. "I am disabled and can barely walk" and on oxygen" The driver said NO I need a signature I asked her why she said I do not deliver here without. I told her she had to wait while I tried to come down the steps. When I opened the door, I asked her what the problem was, she said Remember what happen I told you. Don't remember having any conversation with her about delivering packages. Never even talk to drivers of any company they leave packages and that's it. We had a heated word exchange. I admit to using some choice words. She told me that she would never deliver here, and that UPS did not pay her enough. I have a package no sitting at UPS in Doraville GA which is more then 50 miles from my home that states customer agreed to pick up package. There is a UPS a mile from my home, but the driver was such a vindictive person she wanted to make a point. I have spoken to approximately more than 5 people including supervisors and have had no resolution. Called JC Penny they have noted issue and when the package is returned to them, they will issue me a credit. The problem with this resolution is the items I ordered are no longer available. I order all my purchases online; I can barely walk as well as stand because my back is bad. I cannot order from any company that uses UPS until this is resolved.

Desired outcome: I would like for my service to be restored to delivery status.

UPS A delivery that I paid for that they dropped off at the drop off station

I purchased a pair of shoes online, paid for the shipping method this particular site uses UPS. On the day of delivery I was at home waiting for the driver to arrive. I never left my home. When I checked the app it stated that the driver had attempted to deliver but no one was home. Which is an out out lie. I was home the entire day and did not leave my home. I called UPS and spoke with customer service rep who barely spoke english who stated that the driver would come back to my home. That never happened. I called back and spoke with a supervisor who advised me that the driver would be coming back to my home to deliver he was very apologetic. After waiting all day the driver never came back. When I checked the app again it stated that they were holding my package at the holding station which I had to wait an additional 2 days. I called back and spoke with a customer service rep who stated that the driver would be coming to my home again. I waited at home all day and of course the driver never came. When I checked the app again it stated that They would drop it off a a drop off point . Which is where my package ended up landing. I can not begin to tell you the unprofessionalism, lies and lack of care these UPS drivers and customer service rep have for the customer. I wasited 2 days of work, was lied to countless times. On top of that I paid for a service that I never got. Because now I have to go out of my way to pick my package up after I paid for delivery. I am very unhappy with this service. Just wanted to make sure that this wont happen again to any other customer without someone being held accountable. Needless to say I will never use them again.

UPS Lost and stolen package by ups

UPS took a $600 package to wrong address and signed by a totally different last name that it obviously of a different nationality. When you track the proof of delivery online or app, UPS does NOT give address sent to but has a last name. I filed a claim immediately and even called that same day! Simply look up the records of the trucker that delivered package and send them to retrieve package but I was told to give ups to investigate, 8 BUSINESS DAYS. You think they will compensate for all the trouble of calling the bank, calling the shipper, calling ups and getting on the computer to try to take care of THEIR HUGE AND OBVIOUS MISTAKE!?!

Desired outcome: I want money for the lost of a days work for calling out to be here for the package and a replacement of product.

I had a courier from india and in transit they have lost one dress which was cost of $50 . I saw the cctv footage from the courier service and they have packed my dress and then seal the package. I can very well see the dress , so i am damn sure the dress is lost in transit . Please help me get my money back

UPS Delivery

UPS delivered 2 pkgs on monday i recieved them they may have been delivered before then both were wet one a canvas picture wrapped in plastic the other was soaked all the way thru the box was crushed one side was so wet bill envelope ads were soaked had it been in front of door instead if set on top step this would not have happened please advise the driver for future deliveries thank you.

Desired outcome: Please advise driver to put packages in front of Door not on first step as it is covered i was a contract courier and i have been told yall need to stop rushing these drivers for safety of products as well as driving safety thank you

UPS Reject packages at UPS Drop Off Point

I'm so pissed I'm going to file a complaint about a UPS drop off rejection at 2151 86th St CVS store. This is the third rejection. It left me speechless and very angry and very dissatisfied. What exactly is the role of this Drop Off Point? ? ? What is the difference between having Drop Off Point and not having Drop Off Point? Might as well close it! Isn't it a waste of customer's time to go there and reject it? The first time she said that my package was too large and that I would not accept it, I had to spend more time and energy moving to a farther place. However, the second time still said there is no place! ! ! ! I made a complaint a few days ago. This time it's just a small package, just a piece of clothing! And rushing to work in the morning, coupled with the heavy rain, the rejection brought me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. So extremely dissatisfied with CVS staff and service. I went there again a few days later and it still said there was no place! ! ! Please tell me what does this drop off point mean? Has she been refusing to accept packages? Or just won't accept my package? Or discriminate against customers of different races? ? ? Really bullying! This really makes me very angry and aggrieved. That employee's name is Andrea. I hope you can take this matter seriously.

UPS Driver said he delivered but he didn’t

I received a email saying my package just got delivered at 8:45 pm. The email says it was left at the front door. I took the elevator downstairs and my package was not there. I asked security if ups came and they said no. They viewed the camera and UPS never came. This isn’t the first time this happened and I live in a senior citizen building. There is a lot of cameras and security. Usually I will the package the next day. I was waiting for this package it contains my blood pressure medicine. I want to file a complaint on the driver. He does this frequently.
