Delivery service
On August 16, my family member purchased crab cakes (perishable) from Pappas in Parkville Maryland. Due to items being perishable the shipping was next day delivery. On August 18, the delivery was expected and I waited for the delivery. No package was delivered and an email was sent to my family stating the delivery was attempted unsuccessfully. However, I was at the delivery location, nor was any sticker notification of delivery attempt left at my door. I called UPS customer service numerous times and was told repeatedly, someone would return my call. No return call was every made. I asked if it was possible to go and pick up the package as it was not delivered. I was told it was not possible as the package was already scheduled for re-delivery the next day. I told UPS customer service this was perishable food and would no longer be viable the following day. I was referred to UPS billing department and again told that my situation was expedited and I would receive a call back. no call back. On August 19, a box was tossed over my back gate, containing $182 of spoiled seafood. I went to my local UPS office and was told there is nothing they can do there. I attempted to file a claim however, I was told if I did not have the item I could not file a claim. I did not retain a box of spoiled seafood. I am requesting a full refund of the item cost of $182.55
Desired outcome: Full refund of item in the amount of $182.55
Complaint with driver's
I was under the impression your drivers are NOT supposed to put the "amazon pickup labels" INSIDE OUR MAILBOX! They are to come to our doors, perhaps even knock, pick up package and be on their Merry way. But NO...Your drivers suck! They leave MY packages wherever they want with no reason or explanation. The packages that actually do make it to the building of which I reside, are left at the bottom of 13 steps in front of someone else's door AND apartment. This is incompetence...this is lazy...this is poor training by other staff members with UPS. What the hell happened to good honest customer service? You present none! Sucks being disabled and having to, sometimes, rely on companies like you. Which it shouldn't matter disabled or not.
People truly suck...have a great day
Desired outcome: Pull it together. Stop making excuses and hire reliable perhaps genuine people.
Documents delivery
I have faced issues with UPS multiple times, I would say more than 15 times. Worst service ever. Rude representatives and I wonder how such a huge business model is still working with such a worst customer service ?
Issue is with delivery ( EVERYTIME)
I have paid services for one day delivery and they take almost 4 days to get it delivered. I wonder what is the use of paying one day delivery few in the very first place when they are providing a regular delivery and sometimes even late delivery.
Package not received despite calling ups 10 times, they are clueless
My tracking number is [protected]
Called UPS many times, lodged complaint, still no sign of package
Horrible customer service, agents are clueless
Desired outcome: Receive my package
Driver killed my kitty
Driver delivered my back on Saturday at 4:33 pm. While my package was delivered to my front door, as the driver went to back up, he struck my baby and left him to die in the front yard. He didn't pull back in to let my family know what had happened. They had to go and watch my neighbors cameras to see what had happened. This was my baby, my everything. The driver should have said something since there were not 1, but 3 cars in my drive way, so it was obvious someone was home.
Desired outcome: We had to have him cremated, this has caused time off of work for me, and emotional trauma for my entire family.
Not receiving my parcel.
My son posted a parcel from Australia to South Africa. I received an e mail to pay the custom import taxes which I paid immediately. Since then I have been calling UPS with no success. UPS constantly has excuses and just are not able to resolve my issue nor delivering my parcel.
Thir marketing gig sound so great but when it comes to delivering on their promises they are useless. I have lodged a complaint by the ombudsman as they are quick to accept payment but not delivering. The supervisor is just never available.
Desired outcome: Please deliver my parcel immediately.Contact number [protected]
Damaged product related to delivery driver
Approximately 4:45 p.m., my spouse and I were sitting in the living room when we heard a crash on our porch, looked out to see a box sitting on the porch and UPS delivery driver walking away. The product was breakable, and as we expected, one of the products (a 3 wick candle from Goose Creek) was shattered (we opened the box on the porch). The handling of the delivery by the driver was inappropriate and careless, and not appreciated.
Desired outcome: Packages delivered intact, as purchased.
Store Manager
On August 15 the I went into the store to drop off some Amazon returns, The store Manger waited on me, I proceeded to leave the store, and was putting the key into my door to get into my car, When the Manager approached me from behind and starting to confront me about something that i said a couple week earlier in reference to the way she dresses in a...

Parcel that was supposed to be initially delivered on Friday 08/12/22 ended up being returned to sender on Thursday 08/18/22 after a series of handling and delivery errors by UPS personnel at the Ontario CA hub. They initially placed a scanning label belonging to my package on a different box that was actually delivered to our porch on Monday 08/15/22. When I called the UPS Ontario CA hub that I had in record [protected]), 'Eric' answered the phone and told me that 'they were not handling anymore the (North) Fontana area where we live'. He proceeded to give me this other number [protected]) that was not the right one for the purpose. I had to call 'Eric' back, then he gave me a different one [protected]) that allowed me to talk to that new section or department specifically covering our geographic area, etc. During the next 3 days I talked to several employees there (Kaitlin? Guevara, 'Liz', etc. regarding my misplaced box. When I talked to Kaitlin G. Monday, she advised me to call the UPS toll free number [protected]) to ask for 'a Hold' of the package so I would improve my chances for delivery the day after or Wednesday otherwise. This parcel with trak of 1Z1228160391461911 reappeared in the system next day, Tuesday 08/16/22, 'my box', not the other one wrongfully delivered Monday shortly after noon. Next morning it showed up in the system as 'in the truck' and to be delivered before 4:30pm. During the course of that afternoon, the delivery time changed progressively, two more times, up to "7:00pm" the last one. I was home part of the day waiting for that parcel but because I had a doctors appointment @ 4:00pm, I had to ask my wife to take some time off work to cover for me –I'm now retired and 'at home' 98-99% of the time– for the approximately 2 hours it took me to keep my medical visit. At 8:00pm the box delivery was still 'on' but by then I knew that my woes with this botched UPS delivery was doomed, that something else 'had happened'. Next morning I called the [protected] local UPS number again and that's when 'Liz' advised me that "it was in the process of being returned to the sender", simply incredible, what a saga! If you have any other questions about this matter, please talk to your employees mentioned or call the sender's rep I corresponded with during all this 'delivery odyssey' this past week, Jeffrey Clauss, from Chapin International, at [protected] Ext. 3145. Thank you!
Desired outcome: At the very least, UPS should refund me for the shipping charge I paid for that parcel, $7.75.
Service complaint
I would like to complain about a 53lb. Package that 3 ups drivers told lies just not to deliver this package. I work for ups so I am able to track this package with great detail, I can see the notes that were placed on the tracking number that was not correct. The package was supposed to be delivered august 16, 2022. The first delivery person said not in 1st attempt to deliver not true someone is always at my home my sister is retired and was watching out for the package. August 17, 2022 I was home ill and was expecting 2 packages received the 4lb package but not the 53lb package later in his notes at 10:13 pm. He said the package was "damaged". Next day august 18, 2022 package had a physical scan at jefferson st. Hub, if it was damaged "why would you attempt to deliver the package?" delivery driver arrives at my home at 8:18 pm rings the bell did not wait was going back to his truck and states not in 2 second attempt, I caught him and said bring my package it was finally delivered, but he had the nerve to have a attitude. Terrible service! What happened to customer service!
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response.
Driver
We had a large box delivered today and asked if he would Bring it in, to the house because of the threat of rain. H smirked and asked, you want me to bring that inside? He brought it halfway in our home and left the door open. The other driver we had was so polite and well spoke, polite. I would give him water and once m, add him a bag of popcorn.
What is up with Florida a horrible service representative? We love it here but they all have an attitude.

Desired outcome: Don’t sent him back to our house, the other one was fine.
Drop off customer service
I was returning an Amazon return today when I was screamed at by Brittany. I really don’t know what she said because I was so shocked. The manager was there and saw the whole thing. I asked if he allowed his employees to scream at the customers and he supported her. I heard Brittany screaming at another Senior lady a couple of months ago. I suspect she does it often. I am still upset even though it happened about 3 hours ago. The manager is unfriendly and seems like he doesn’t like his job and is miserable being there. No professionalism. If he is like this it’s no wonder his employee Brittany is rude to customers. I do not believe that if a customer has a complaint they should be screamed at under any circumstances. I continued to tell her in a speaking voice to quit screaming at me but she did not. She wasn’t even waiting on me. I was being helped by the pink haired girl that was was being very nice when Brittany interrupted with her screaming. Is this common for UPS? Do they not realize that they’re not doing us a favor by being there but customers do help provide them their jobs.
Desired outcome: Reprimand Brittany and the manager. Have Brittany take anger management. She gets so angry that it could get dangerous. Train manager on how to train his employees on how to speak to customers.
Hold at Location
If you can't deliver a package to the address on file, you're going to charge the customer $7.99 to hold the package? For the customer to drive to one of YOUR facilities to pick it up you want to charge $7.99? What. The. Hell. I paid for next day delivery from Verizon Wireless and it looks like I'm not getting the package for another 5 days while you guys figure out where to put the package because I'm not paying you $8 for you to hold it at your location. Also, why give the option to correct the address if you can't correct the address?
Desired outcome: Don't partner with Verizon Wireless. I'd rather have DHL, the Spirit Airlines of couriers, deliver my package.
Return of my Amazon shoe package on Monday 8/15/22 never processed.
It’s the UPS store located at 5004 Honeygo Center, Perry Hall, Md.
No one answers the phone all day it’s on Fax mode. It doesn’t open at 8:30 as posted and only number listed is [protected]. I have never had this experience with any other UPS location. The clerk took my paperwork that I had included in the shoe box and threw it in the trash. As of today, I have not been given credit for this return and will have to go out of my way to revisit the store.
He gave me a slip with no name only a tracking number 1ZR9Y317905668944.
Desired outcome: Credit my return to Amazon now.
The delivery drivers
This happened today 8/13/2022 around 5 PM. The delivery driver left a temperature sensitive package in the sun on the side of the road. I have attempted to contact customer support multiple times but they have either hung up on me, been incredibly rude, or simply said that they won't do anything about it as delivery location is not up to the driver. That it is up to me to set the location the package is to be delivered. I had the location set to my front door. This is not the first time this has happened. This happens with every single insulin package that is delivered to us. This is incredibly infuriating as one of the inhabitants of our home is insulin dependant. It has also happened with packages that are labeled fragile. The drivers won't even get off the truck or pull into our driveway. We have plenty of room for them to turn around so that is not an issue. I have caught them multiple times simply throwing the packages out of the door of the truck into the ditch or into our driveway.
Desired outcome: For the driver that is to lazy to do their job to be fired, to receive a written apology, and for the customer service department to receive more training.
Driver(s) is leaving packages on a location of my front porch that can get extremely wet and damaged if it rains (not fully under the roof). The package needs to be delivered further into the front porch (well under the roof), at the front door, or on the metal bench on the front porch.
Thank you

Delivery in west Las Vegas
Purchased a large patio set and it was delivered a day late, but that’s ok. I wanted to look at the merchandise before the driver left because on Wayfair website, it states that I am allowed an opportunity to inspect my purchase on arrival so that if there is a people it can be logged with the driver. The driver dropped everything off without even ringing my doorbell or knocking at my door.
Is this the new norm? This is how business is conducted today? As consumers, do we no longer have an opportunity to assure our packages arrive without damage? Why are we not allowed to hold the carrier accountable if the products arrive damaged?
Come on UPS, check up on your drivers, audit some of the deliveries to keep them honest. Do your damn job!
Desired outcome: I’d like an answe to each of my questions and an assurance the corporate office will enforce the needs of their customers. Because if I and others stop buying online, your company will begin to shrink and lose profits.
Paquete
The driver is totally rude and unprofessional(Bognor Regis area)
Hello, I am writing to give details of my dissatisfaction with ups Bogor Regis driver. My central complain is that the driver(UPS employee )is being very rude and unprofessional refusing to pick up parcels and complaining about every possible thing. Being rude to shop owners(ups access points) being rude with my wife etc. It's been months like this, due to his rudeness and complains the shops are not taking parcels, UPS should not be amazon partner. AMAZON needs a new partner.
Delivery
I get notification that UPS will deliver between 12:00pm and 3:30pm then out of the blue they change it to 5:30p-8:00pm. That is horrible when someone has to be home because they cannot access my property and one has to not go to work thinking they said between these times they will deliver. They always change it. So what is the purpose of them even posting the times.
My city is lower and upper they choose to deiver upper after being close to my street and leave to go upper. I hate UPS with a passon. Mondays they are supposed to deliver early that is why I choose mondays. I won't be shopping on Amazon anymore.
Desired outcome: No outcome because they don't care and people have complained and they do nothing.
UPS's HR Department
UPS's HR department, in one word, SUCKS! First off, they outsourced their HR, can't even keep it where their world headquarters is. Cutting corners I see UPS. So, they call me for an interview. Well, the person who interviewed me obviously didn't look at my application, because they asked the exact same questions I had already answered on my application. Also, they put me on hold for several minutes at a time. Can you say grossly unprepared? And then, after the interview, they tell me that the position has been filled. Now, a week later, they call me again for an interview, FOR THE SAME POSITION. This time, I guess it's not "filled". When I complete the "interview" they want to set me up with an appointment for a road test at the nearest location to me. I am in Connecticut, they want me to go to Alabama. I ask the "interviewer" if UPS was going to pay for my time, my flight, my hotel, and my meals, they said no. No wonder why UPS is a sinking ship.
