Ordered item to be shipped by UPS. UPS has changed drivers and there is now a new driver on this route.
Driver attempted delivery to an RV (TWICE), not the house we live in.
Called UPS and was PROMISED a Special Delivery the next day in the AM so since it has to be signed for I waited. Guess what, NO DELIVERY. Called UPS and they said the package is back with the inexperienced driver who doesn't know not to knock on an RV for delivery LATER today.
What happened to promised SPecial Delivery?
Why would you give it back to the same driver who obviously doesn't know where to go?
This is now the THIRD package in a month UPS has been responsible for shipping to me and I have not received ANY OF THEM.
What happened to your company ? It used to be the best, now I don't knwo anyone who would say that.

Our order was picked up on July 6, 2022, and should have been delivered in 3 to 5 business days, has still not been delivered to date, July 21, 2022. The domestic office indicated that they reached out to us for importer clearance information at 2:14PM, we responded with same, including online payment transfer confirmation at 2:48PM, and they acknowledged receipt of same at 2:52PM. Still our delivery has been updated to July 26, 2022, twenty days since it was picked up and originally scheduled to be delivered on July 11, 2022.
Desired outcome: We want delivery for tomorrow.
Entire company from the top down
Since moving to Montana we've had extreme fraud and abuse from UPS drivers, the joke of customer service, supervisors up to management.
Packages arrive anywhere up to 2 weeks late, ALWAYS damaged, open with things missing and damaged, drivers speed past our private property and the roads are private that we own and maintain.
We have 2 years of video, it's not our word against theirs. One driver parked on our property and opened the door and urinated on our property while looking at the camera. Clearly zero fear of accountability. We've spoken to several supervisors only to be told it's all been addressed and NOTHING changes. One driver provided a hand expletive in the camera.
We've asked if the drivers have an issue with us but we're told no. Because we've done nothing wrong. They're friends with our neighbors, they spend much time there like more than an hour and make up to 6-7 trips per day to that same address. Yet like today the driver has driven past our home twice and NOT delivered our package that's on his truck.
Since UPS even through the BBB won't resolve the Complete disrespect to our private property including the roads we own, now they're blatantly NOT delivering our packages that are valued at 2500.00 I guess it's time to use the internet to show the country the kind of no class trash UPS hires.
I can't imagine using someone's property as a toilet and to look right at the camera while doing so, that's a clear F*** you try and do something about it and see where that goes. We have video and pictures to prove every word and more. This site boasts a whopping 1800 complaints against them with almost 1600 unresolved, the BBB national UPS rating is 1.09, you can't go lower than 1, so a 1 is basically a zero.
UPS management has actually said to us to take legal action! Have it in black and white.
What needs to be done is a National petition to put UPS out of business. They're more than out of control. I've read complaints where drivers have Actually threatened to kill customers for complaining and they are never fired for that. UPS states they care in their handbook, " honesty, Integrity, reputation, respect for their customers and their company, yet the complaints which are Always the same type are enough in number to give this over 100 year old company one of the lowest ratings possible.
I wouldn't recommend anyone ever use UPS for anything. I do recommend they be shut down.

Refund of money for package and delivery
I ordered a bench vise online from marketplace, I was sent confirmation of delivery from UPS. My wife and I are retired. We were home all day and the package Never was delivered. I contacted UPS and filed a claim with them with them after speaking with robots and getting passed through the call system. I called after 4 weeks and was told that it was being handled. I called after 2 months. and was told that I should contact the seller. I have a statement claiming that UPS delivered the package
Breach of contract
February 5, 2021, I contracted UPS to ship a package with a declared value of $1400. I was given a UPS delivery confirmation that turned out to be patently false and this false confirmation led me to be unable to submit a timely missing package claim that UPS is using to justify not compensating me for my package that factually was not delivered nor returned. Because UPS refused to keep to their terms of agreement both UPS and I agreed to state arbitration. Upon conclusion of arbitration, with the findings being highly critical of UPS and determining UPS was indeed in breach of contract, UPS then federally preempted the case making it so the state arbiter could not rule on an award and to this day UPS is still refusing to fulfill their legal obligations by not compensating me for my package that mysteriously disappeared while it was in UPS' possession.

I bought a package off of eBay and I was supposed to receive it Friday July 15th. However it said it was delayed I called and asked what's the problem they said it was delayed she says it's in the air right now and you'll receive it Monday the next business day okay fine I said. Monday came it's still in transit Tuesday came it's supposed to be delivered I'm waiting here all day next to my front door and no package! I finally look up the tracking number again and it says it's being delivered to the access point the local CVS store. First off they never even bothered to deliver it to my door second I don't have a car and I have no way of getting it home from CVS. I told them to go out and get it and deliver it to me tonight!
I'm still waiting for a call back it's been over an hour, it is now almost 6:30!
UPS sucks I didn't think anybody could get worse than FedEx but you just topped the list

I had filed a claim on or about October 21 2021 and checked weekly for updates and finally called to find out what was taking so long and the service rep said I waited to long.At no time was I told to call to find out what the status was.The claims dashboard always showed the claim was in progress and I need do nothing as this.I believe UPS still owes me The $400 claim because I supplied all the correct information.Tracking no.1Z04599R0337609531 ship date 10/18/2021.

UPS lost two motorcycle tires! not like it's some tiny package. Oh, sorry it can take 14 days to solve before you can get your money back.
OK so I can't wait, I re-order from a different company. They ship UPS too. Guess what, two packages ship the same time, but only one shows up!

UPS customer service
Lied to by 3 of the UPS phone reps. UPS doubled bill me on import fees, which included a ridiculous brokage fee which was 3X the tax fee. First I paid the reduced fee to the rep then when the package was delivered the driver billed the person who answered my door the full fee again.
I called UPS 4 times and was told the fees the driver took would be refunded back to the credit card it was paid with. Waited for the money to be refunded and it wasn't, so I called again and was told, again, it would be refunded which it wasn't. During the third call I was told by the rep they couldn't see the charge that was taken by the driver and I need to provide a copy of the credit card charge. So I got copy and when I called in for the forth time was told the money was in the process of being refunded. Then next day I received an email stating the refund was being sent to my via a cheque!
All the UPS reps know if to lie to people to get them off the phone.
Will never use UPS again and would not buy an item it UPS is the only shipping option.
Too bad I can't leave a rating of less then 1.

UPS googles consumers who trace lost packages
UPS has admitted that they and sub contracted customer service representatives, both domestic and international, will at their discretion google a consumer and visit their website and the search does not add value to the relationship or transaction. It is not known, nor will they say what they do with the information and under what criteria a search can be conducted. This was confirmed by Scott Harris of the Atlanta office who is employed as a corporate customer relations manager. He agreed that upper management is aware and that I should not expect any communications from his boss Lonnie Perez operations manager, or her boss Steven Larsen. He was correct, as I e-mailed them, the CEO and several VPs. None have answered.
I discovered this when I learned that the Philippine outsourced customer service group accessed my website as I was tracing a lot shipment.
I am asking the Complaints Board to contact UPS on behalf of all consumers and request that UPS inform consumers that they will be googled or tell their employees not to do it, or reveal what they do with the information and what are criteria for such actions.
I truly believe that when a consumer calls to trace a package, they do not expect to be investigated.

um complaints board is a complaints site. they cant do anything to companies personally. the companies some times do see complaints here but not all companies do. As for who can help in asking them for disclosure...that's the FTC i believe [not positive].

Driver throws package into plants, does not use entry gate even though I have set up an account and provided the gate code.
Other drivers have gotten into the building, this person was just lazy. I called out to her and said “ excuse me” and she yelled bak “YO!” and just walked off. I tried again and she drive off like a bat out of hell.

This service is unacceptable.

Shipped bike arrived damaged. No communication or resolution now approaching 60 days since filing claim
I sold a bike on Ebay that was shipped UPS. It arrived damaged and the buyer rejected. I the seller and the buyer waited 4 days as UPS scheduled an inspection where the packaged arrived at the buyer in Vista California.
When the buyer signaled he was rejecting as the bike was damaged I checked tracking from the UPS regular portal and they were clean. I then went to tracking through a UPS box store and found an acknowledgement that the package was damaged in shipment, that UPS would continue shipment and notify me the shipper of the damage. The UPS tracking and words are in the photos below.
None of this was done. It took 3 weeks to get to Corporate to get someone that would get past the South American intentional dead end phone banks there to eliminate any claims. They sent out forms twice. I filled out forms twice. That was 90 days ago.
I had a carbon Bike my 10 th bike shipped, 3rd through UPS and first ever damaged. It was bubble wrapped with derailleur removed and as UPS recommends. It was packaged almost UPS proof. A forklift tine or something metal its size went through the side of the box compressed the down tube. It cracked, at the v-Brake both rear down stays and cannot be repaired or sold because of liability created by the damage and warranty now voided. The frame replaced would be $3800 as the Emonda Trek was new with 1221 Strava miles.
They assured me it was being addressed every time I contacted the them. I am now reasoning they never had any intention of paying even though I purchased additional insurance of $4000.

Amazon delivery
I love Amazon. BUT I do wish they'd stop using UPS for their so-called deliveries. They ship via UPS, but then UPS passes the packages off to USPS, and they are possibly worse than UPS... if that's even possible. I got a not from USPS that the package was too heavy (34 pounds.. which is the equivalent to a box of kitty litter). I have a note from USPS... "You need to pick it up yourself". WHAT? I shop via Amazon for the delivery vs shopping locally at... say... Home Depot. I called Amazon and they are now working with USPS to get them to deliver as they should have to begin with. When I called UPS, I got into a phone loop... no help whatsoever. What a bunch of professional losers they are.
Delivery not attempted
My parcel sent from Vancouver to Brescia, Italy is kept for warehouse scan from 4 days. No update. I tried so many times on so many numbers but they used to give more numbers to call. I did live chat, paid for that, but still no answer. It was very important package and it was promised me that if you will be delivered in 2 days but it's still in warehouse for scan. This is very frustrating because if we believe UPS service, then they should value our belief. I want this issue to be resolved today. Tracking ID of my parcel is 1Z751AW10495810078. If there is need to pay duties and taxes, pls at least inform me.

UPS rerouted my package from the provided address to an old address locked to My Choice (users are unable to edit or delete My Choice addresses, tech support must delete them for you, which takes seven days to complete). Filed a claim about the missing package, claim was approved, but the steps needed to complete my claim electronically cannot be completed, as the button needed to be used to continue the process does not exist in the user interface.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund and an apology for the low-quality and non-standard tech design and support resolution processes involved. Please use industry standards in IT, this is embarrassing.
working from home....and can not recieve package
Working from home and UPS can not seem to deliver package to my house...but receive notice stating must pay extra, but can not deliver the package or knock on the door...the notice was delivered with out disturbing the guard dog located in the house which identifies that the vehicle did not drive onto the property...Check the door all day and no notice, and then checked it last time ...bingo notice...pay on line of the package goes back...you have delivery men now treating you...called customer service ...ask for a supervisor...stayed on the phone for ten minutes...no action, had to recall back and the lady sated call back within and hour...it has been 3 days now...and yet still no package...terrible service they should have there license revoked...worst service ever...please do not use them...garbage !

My delivery was delayed by three days even thought it was promised to be the fastest one. They kept changing my zip code over and over again without any reason since I’ve never had problems with it before. Then on the actual delivery date they drop of one of my packages and leave a note about the second one. Nothing on package tracking did tell me I had to be home and what time it actually arrives. Am I supposed to stay inside my house all day sitting next to the door? The note that driver left send me to the store for a pickup. Why do I have to put in the effort for them to do their job? But it’s fine, I went to the store today, and guess what? They still don’t have it. The store is literally less than a mile away. So I tried calling them to figure out where my package actually is. The machine wouldn’t connect me to a representative no matter what and would just hang on me. Last time I had experience with UPS it was terrible as well. They deliver my new PC to the wrong address without requesting signature even thought pc was 5-6 times more expensive than this package. Tracking is terrible, delivery is terrible, customer support is terrible. If I had a choice I’d never choose UPS.
