I ordered from amazon, I live in hinsdale nh, 20 minutes from keene nh, and they didnt deliver my package I waited all day for! This isn't the first time! Ive contacted amazon, and they always make it right, and its not there fault! I found living in hinsdale nh, the driver tends to drop packages of at the local post office to get out of makeing more deliveries! From now on I wont be using your service!
Delivery and or customer service
I have two packages coming today which have been delayed. But they are here basically right down the street at the ups facility. I called to see if I can pick them up since I will not be home on Monday the new date for delivery nor will I be home the following two days and wanted to have them hold the package at the facility so I can just pick it up on Monday. Also sender has a no address change so no neighbors or anything. So I was told they will try to deliver mon. Tue. Wen. And then they are going to send it back to the shipper. They refused ti let me pick it up they ended up hanging up on me. This is the worst experience which is saying something since I just got done saying the same thing the other day when they returned to sender a package that I couldn’t pick up because the store said it wasn’t there and they couldn’t tell me who they sent it back to so I couldn’t call them to have it resent. I could keep going but today has left me beyond frustrated. they know I’m not going to be here won’t let me pick it up and will send it back after three attempts. Wow

Last Dec 13 2021, before Christmas I ordered gifts from China for Christmas, Dec 15 the package departed from HK and arrived in Ontario CA, going through warehouse scan, import scan. Dec 21, they said on line " Your package has been released by the government agency. on the way". Dec 27 "UPS has received the information needed to submit your package for clearance." Christmas was over but I didn't hear anything From UPS, no one even tried to contact me as a consumer, Dec 29, I filed lost package claim. Today Feb 23, 2022 I haven't recieved any information from UPS for my about $2,500 goods. No one gave me any explanation. UPS asked Sparks office to do investigation they didn't even receive package, security said they couldn't look into the case. What's going on? What a horrible service! Notary services at the UPS store
RE: 14027 Memorial Dr, Houston. The store is dreadful. Employees are extremely rude, inattentive, and have a "big attitude." Their displicense or indifference is clear. The employees act as if doing a favor to the customers... I have always behaved politely and respectfully to the employees. I question their training and monitoring.
I need documents notarized at least once a week...There is another UPS store where I go instead because of the attitude. You are also losing money as she twice as not charged me as the notary hates the extra work. Thanks...

I live at Sylvan Heights Condominiums in Portland (7600 SW Barnes Rd). It is filled with rather narrow, winding roads leading to the condos. There is a sharp turn into one lane leading to my condo at the bottom of the hill. The driver partially blocked the entrance so it wasn't feasible to get through. I asked him to move his truck. Instead, he made his delivery 200' away from where he was parked. I assume he felt it difficult even for him to negotiate the turn so he parked at the entrance. My complaint is there is plenty of room before and after the entrance without blocking it, but he said he would continue to park the way he did and that "you could have gotten through". I wasn't willing to take the chance I could make it through in a brand new car without damage just to please him. I was so angry that some "kid" would be so rude. I told him I hoped he had a bad day (not normally me). I have known several ppl who drive or have driven for UPS and I have been told it is crazy to get through the day, but this incident was preventable. Sometimes it only takes one bad experience for someone to be turned off from using your service. I'm sorry, I have no lic plate#, driver name. He was a dark-haired squirt with bad teeth. FYI, for the driver that doesn't want to turn around in our lane (many do), he could have pulled up to the next lane ahead (that I suggested) and used that way to follow around out of the complex! He wouldn't have even had to turn around at all and I wouldn't have had words for him.
Desired outcome: I want an apology and for mgmt to tell drivers they can get out without turning around on that level by pulling up and to the left. DO NOT BLOCK ENTRANCES. PERIOD.
Package damage
We’ve received several damaged packages lately. This last one was bashed in and anyone could reach in to grab something. Delivery date is February 15, 2022. Package was left in driveway where no one would see it in a timely manner. We have a front door and someone is usually around to receive the delivery.
Desired outcome: I hope someone will be notified of the unacceptable condition of the shipments.

Drop box in Columbia, SC
The Secretary of State sent me a very important package on Jan 26, she put it in a drop box, and no one has picked it up. The tracking number is not available. My documents are lost in the drop box or some drunk truck driver lost it after picking it up, and never scanned it. UPS really suck. If anyone is actually reading this, let me know what is missing.

Dangerours Driving
In San Leandro, California @ 6pm, delivery truck plate number 75542B2- RAN a Stop Sign(!) DIRECTLY in front of me coming onto Manner. Then, Mr. 'Hot Shot' turned Left on Wicks, floored the accelerator...(because he's Mr. 'Hot Shot' & knows I'm pissed...turns South on Wicks Blvd...THEN (suddenly!) takes a hard Right with NO TURN SIGNAL at the next street.
I recommend you teach the little s--t a lesson in driving AND manners & tell him to KMA!

Tell the drivers if you see the house has a doorbell you might want to use it!
Second time they have not delivered package and saying they will come back another day because an adult needs to sign. No one rang the doorbell and they definitly didn't knock. There is a sign that says do not knock if you are selling or a solicitor as the sign reads! if you are delivering something that means the person ordered something and is expecting you to deliver, there is a doorbell and each time it was not used! this is the driver trying to get done and forgetting that part of the job is to get the packages delivered! the no knocking sign is partly because I work from home in the basement and had hip replacement surgery so if anyone knocks we won't hear it, and, secondly for solicitation and uninvited people!
Delivery
I have never in my entire life been treated so poorly. I ordered 2 day shipping from Nova Scotia to Nova Scotia. The distance between locations is 2 hours and 14 minutes. A total of 196.1 km It has been 21 days today. I have been hung up on multiple times. I have been lied to, saying the package was out for delivery and would be delivered in the next 15 minutes only to call back 20 minutes later and told the package was delayed by weather. The weather has been bad 2 days out of those 21 days, both of which were weekends. My company does the apparel for a with a Veterans
Healing company. This package contains 4 Hoodies. The lady who purchased these shirts, has a son who died in Afghanistan for our freedom. Her son's name is on the back of the shirts. Another of the shirts is going to his widow. I have informed UPS of this multiple times. I am ashamed that a company can be so completely disrespectful to someone who son gave his life for our freedom. I cannot even put into words my dismay at how I have been treated by this company, only asking for a resolution. I call multiple times a day, everyday! I run a business and I spend hours on the phone daily with UPS. This is wrong. On so many levels, this is wrong!

Delivery person leaves package at steps, doesn't ring doorbell
I have complained so many times on the UPS driver leaving packages in rain, on the snow and I have a dry covered box on my covered front porch for him to put packages, but he is too lazy to walk op the two steps to do that. I have request he never leave my packages unless I sign for them... he doesn't even come up on porch much less ring the doorbell. I have had prom dress package soaked, furniture ruined and all because of incompetent delivery person. He is a horrible delivery person and should be fired!

First time I tried to receive an order - UPS said it was delivered. I total lie as I was home all day waiting for parts - filed an investigation but nothing comes of it after 30 days.
Ordered the same parts from the same vendor, next UPS tracking number and once again UPS says they attempted a delivery - another lie WTF is wrong with this company? Now I get to wait on the phone for 20 minutes to talk to someone who can't even help and only start another empty investigation.

Damaging product
So I waited for a package to be delivered from January 9th, today January 26th, found out they damaged and discarded the package! The horrible thing of it is, the poor small business has to eat the loss! UPS should have to cover the loss, not the small business owner who pay's a great deal for shipping! Shame on you UPS! The shipper is Buy Coffee Canada, they package really well, and they have had so many emails of damaged packages due to UPS, and IPS did not or does not reimburse them!

non delivery delivery
I ordered some flooring from COSTCO Canada. Two packages were shipped by UPS to me. The tracking number was 1ZE555V42045612566 It was supposedly delivered on January 13 2022 at 13:15 hours and left leaning on my garage door. I have a proof of delivery but no delivery was made. When I called UPS no one seemed to care and I was told to phone COSTCO for another replacement of the product that was supposedly delivered. If a driver supposedly left the box where is it? Nobody at UPS seems to care that a driver can say it was delivered and it was not so I would imagine lots of parcels go missing without a care by this company. In future if i have a choice of delivery companies UPS will not be my first choice

Let's talk about real experiences!
1. UPS no longer rings door bells or required signatures for parcels - so if a parcel is stolen... how actually will pay for a new one? UPS drivers toss your parcel onto steps and walk away - they are too lazy to climb the stairs.
2. Pay a fee to UPS to change the date of delivery - Yes it is $2.10 BUT instead - they dont bother to show up on the new date - they say they attemped to delivery on the orginal day planned - state they were there (Cameras show no one arrived and no notice in mail box) and then decide to send messages that they are coming on the day you arranged - still no one comes, call in, person said - they will come on the monday now, still no one, say on tuesday it coming, then says on the way... what a nightmare - then read this am that it was returned to sender as per my request. Yet I was told it was being delivered to me TOMORROW. Wow. Call and spoke to one guy and then his manager and then promised that the upper management would call me today between 5-630 pm - NOPE. Problem is that the people on their side can make changes to the MYUPS account for us when we call in. My two ladies made changes and made wrong ones. I took two days off work so that i could sign for my package and prevent it from freezing (two have frozen from the same company via UPS already), Then spent 6 hrs on phone calls, approx one hr per day to be told package on its way with new dates and such. Then to be told - opps UPS is sorry, but they wont reimburse me my $2.10 for my delivery change notice or pay the shipper for my shipping costs OR pay me for my time! At least FED Ex Sends gift baskets and hand delivers packages when they mess up. Purlator rings door bells and puts your package in a better spot! The company that is using UPS has launched their complaint as well now! This company now must reship my package at their cost as UPS wont accept their mistake. how does a report from UPS that says: deliver for Jan 14, between 5-830pm happen when no one shows up? Then Jan 17, then a day after they return it to a shipper. WOW. They stole money from the shipper and myself. $2.10 is not alot but it was a fee that I paid on my credit card to ensure my delivery would occur. And No one calls you back as promised!
3. If your myups asks you to sign for your package before accepting - DONT DO IT. The Shipper says that they require it, UPS has now changed the rules so that they can drop off without it and take no responsibility. I refuse to sign off without receiving a package - that way UPS is responsible - How many customers have signed off and not recieved there package and there is nothing you can do about it? lazy UPS who blames it on Covid.

I was trying to return 6 quarts, unopened, of Amsoil synthetic motor oil. To Arlington, TX.
I was told by customer service at Amsoil, to use UPS. That is who delivered it to me.
First, I went to The UPS Store in Richmond, Tx. The man there was very polite and helpful. However, he told me he couldn't ship my package because it was flammable liquid. He said I had to go to the UPS distribution center in Stafford TX. He even provided me with the address.
Second, as I was entering the UPS costumer area at the Stafford Location, around 11:30am Friday, January 21, 2022, I noticed signs saying masks were required. Many places, now, have these signs, but do not enforce the masks be worn. So, I went in. The lady behind the desk was not polite. She informed me you do not provide masks and I would have to leave. I just pulled my t-shirt up over my face and went on in anyway.
I was then informed that only licensed shippers, like Amsoil, could ship oil. It was flammable, Hazardous. And was rude about it.
Third, I went outside and called your hazardous material number and was informed that she was wrong. After being transferred to three different people, this is what I found out. She gave me a reference number to have anyone call and get the correct answer.
Fourth, because they were 5 minutes from closing, I went to another The UPS Store in Sugar Land, TX. The people there gave me no trouble. They knew if it was new, unopened, it was no problem to ship it.
I am complaining about the lady at the distribution center, not being educated enough to know, and being rude about it.
Desired outcome: An apology for being rude, and wasting my time.
One more complaint I would add. If you are going to require masks for customers, you should provide them. Very few places require them now. The few, medical, places I’ve been, do provide them.
Pay extra and its delayed!
This is the worst company and i'm going to stop buying from companies that use them! I cannot get a package on time or without damage! I pay extra for next day shipping, I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, now it's delayed twice, each day until the next day. This is gd ridiculous! Quit giving dates you can't possibly make and stop charging for services you cannot provide! Just stop it! These people are pathetic, below mediocrity, lazy and don't deserve to be in business any more! I'm done! I'll buy local or from anyone who doesn't use them! In the summer of 2020 I ordered a new iPhone 12 Mini from Koodo. The shipper they use to ship their phones to customers is UPS. I was told by UPS that the package would be delivered some time on a Friday afternoon so I stayed home from about noon onward. By about 5:30 there was no sign of the package so I contacted UPS by phone. I was told that the driver would be there in about 30 - 40 minutes. Still no delivery so I contacted UPS by phone again. I was told that the address on the package did not exist and the package could not be delivered. I checked the address associated with the tracking number and it was correct and I confirmed with the agent on the phone that the address was correct. I asked the agent if I could pick the package up from the airport on Monday morning. He said sure and put a note on the file to that effect. On Monday morning I went to UPS at the airport and after waiting about 45 minutes to talk to an agent I was told that the package was on a truck to be delivered at my house and that they were not permitted to allow me to pick it up at their office. I asked how they were going to be able to deliver it if the driver was not capable of finding the address on the package. The woman in the UPS office could not answer me and so just disappeared into the back. So I called UPS and talked to another agent and asked the same question. He couldn't answer me either but insisted the package would be delivered some time that morning. So, being at their mercy, there was nothing I could do but go home and wait. The package did eventually get delivered. It is my opinion that the driver didn't feel like delivering my package on the Friday because it was the end of a very hot day and so said he couldn't find the address. If he had said he had ran out time, that would have made all the difference in the world.
Desired outcome: Let the public know that UPS provides terrible service
My neighbor saw UPS drop off packages at a vacant house, just left the boxes outside the front door, He went to investigate, turned out the boxes were for me containing prescription medication for my dogs, I would have lost the order if he didn't see the drop off, the driver never checked my address, oder # [protected] from Chewy.

Concerning UPS in Charleston WV, As far as I'm concerned, are a bunch of toothless, junky thieves. This is the second time a driver (this time of whom I've never seen before and had a look of guilt on his face when he drived up) tries to hand me an EMPTY bag which had contained a $200.00 computer part and ask me if I will accept it and take it to UPS to file a grievance. "A grievance?!?" I said. "This is somebody who has nabbed my [censored] off of YOUR truck. Let me remind you, there was already a two day delay for an imaginary snow storm that never really turned out to be anything. On the 19th whehn my package was supposed to be delivered, they bring my fiancee's order which is usually lady stuff and my order remained on the truck for an additional two days after. Surely to be "scoped" out and hoping since there's a package in my hand, that I will forget about MY 200.00 order. The next time this happens to me I will be giving them a visit and I will be getting NAMES! UPS will do nothoing, I certainly WILL! [censored] UPS!
