Whataburger service

We have complained numerous times about how slow and terrible the service is here.
Haven't been in a while. Tried it again tonight.
Video of the drive thru experience. Always always always 20-30 min wait to get to the window...
Always always always wrong order... What will it take to have somebody in corporate office of whataburger to understand how slow the waxahachie whataburger is in texas.

Employee ignored my presence for more than 10 minutes and when asked to replace my meal remake from previous night she snatched my receipt glanced at it and stated they remade my order last night and kind of shoved my receipt back in my hands and walked off .I felt very disrespected and felt like y'all lost a customer because of this employee nasty attitude.

Whataburger wacky pack grilled cheese

I buy at least two wacky pack grill cheese every single day and have for many years. I have two children with autism and that is their staple diet. I'm not one to complain, but multiple times my children (range from 7 to 12) have received white, soggy, wet bread that clearly has not been cooked. The bread has not even been toasted. Absolutely disgusting. Look up my name and all my transactions - I have spent thousand of dollars with your company. My children deserve decent food.
The service at most of the sonics i've been to is horrible to say the least. And for goodness sake, change your grease. Everything, including your beverages taste like grease. Whataburger makes an outstanding grill cheese and less expensive. I would be glad to frequent them more than I do. (they are 20 miles from my home or I would)
The sonic in oologah, oklahoma allows shirtless, shoeless and sleeveless hairy armpit men and women to walk right into the area where food is prepared. Putrid!
I don't care if someone works there or not. You represent the company on and off the clock. Not to mention, i'm sure there is a health code violation somewhere in that scenario. Absolutely trashy!
Do something about it. I'd rather drive an hour one way somewhere else than to give this establishment anymore of my business.

My wife. Ordered a bacon burger and they didn't put bacon on it and they put avacdo on it and then refused to remake it this is stupid y'all lost customers for life i'm never eating there again they food is lousy and the place is dirty all nsed to be shut down and need to hire new help I dont recommend y'all to anyone so either fix this or i'll never spend my money there again

Whataburger breakfast on bun

Unbelievably slow service made me pull to the outside lane where I sat and sat and sat until they came out caring several orders for the people behind me and then dropped mine off my order number was 558271
Usually the food and the service is good there however this morning was extremely terrible delayed me very much and where I had to be the girl didn't seem to care at all just dropped it off and ran away and I told her what took so long I watch people go go go go they kept driving through paying and leaving while I sat and I sat and I sat and I thought hey this is it right so I'm gonna go ahead and make a complaint so that you're aware of it they weren't that busy but the problem is people are getting served behind me all I got was a glass of water and a breakfast on a bun that doesn't take that long to sit there and sit there and sit there the way I had to I guess mine was such a small purchase at the little customer doesn't matter shame on them that you are now well after looking at this issue that I need to include more words to wear this will actually be looked at in observed normally I get good service today but today was terrible terrible terrible terrible I had to sit sit wait the girl came out took my money right away but didn't do anything I didn't see her for a while traffic it coming through people were paying moving on paying moving out and I was sitting in the outside lane sitting and sitting in sitting and finally she did come out but you carried a bunch of other orders with her as if she wasn't gonna make a special trip out bring mine just let me sit and waste my time until it was convenient for her to bring other orders and she dropped them off and then I told her she was in this year to take a long time and she's yelling at whatever and Trica didn't even care I think that was pretty pitiful for that

Whataburger incorrect product served

Friday 9/27/2019, order # 559503.
I ordered 2 meals, a # 2, and a # 13, both with Diet Coke as drinks.
Upon returning home, we discovered we were served 1 - Regular Coke, and 1- Regular Dr Pepper. We are both diabetics, therefore should not drink full sugared beverages.

This isn't the first time for errors at this particular location.
I feel like my entire purchase should be refunded.

Dine in Only 2 other customers in the dining area 6 employees behind the counter Took 22 minutes for 2 chicken burgers and 2 burgers meals. Whataburger Health

My 16 year old son Adrian Melendez started his first job at Whataburger in Copperas Cove in July a few weeks of being there he contracted Hand Foot and Mouth disease.
Asdrian was instructed to clean the fryer, the store has 1 pair of heavy duty black gloves used for cleaning the entire staff uses the same gloves. Adrian said the gloves were sticky and wet.
This happened on a Wednesday. Adrian woke me from my sleep at 330 am Thursday complaining of his throat and hands as well as his feet hurting. I looked at his hands and they were covered in red bumps. I took him to the ER and after examining him the Doctor said he had Hand Mouth Disease. He had red bumps and swelling in his throat feet and hands.
Adrian explained to the doctor that the itching started a couple of hours after using the gloves.
The Doctor couldn't give him any medicine to cure it I was told it had to run it's course.
Adrian was in constant pain for 2 full weeks the swelling in his hand and feet was painful and he could barely walk.
To make matters worse my son Jose Melendez contracted it. Jose was sent home from his job at the bank. His throat was hurting and he was not feeling well, later that night he had the red bumps on his hand and feet as well.
Adrian's called his job and spoke with his supervisor explains what had happen to him and he was told by here that he was not telling the truth and she needed a doctors note and that only children get that disease
I called the Copperas Cove Health Department to report the disease. They sent someone out to the cove location to address the issue. Soon after Adrain received a workers comp claim form in the mail. Workers Comp can't begin to take care of Adrian and Jose's pain
I am taking this higher, I will be contacting an attorney. That location is filthy and unsanitary and ran by unskilled people. Who provides one pair of heavy duty gloves for a staff of over 35. Unexceptionable!

Date 8/30/19 order number 579849 time 6:28:35 pm Went to drive thru, one car in front of me, got to window, paid, got receipt. Must have been shift change, food was not delivered to me at the drive thru window until 6:40 pm, waited 12 minutes, no one spoke to me, explaining delay. When food was handed out, the personnel lunged the bag at me, no thank you, no nothing. Was very disappointed with this experience.
