7-Eleven Lack of safety precautions in not wearing masks due to Covid

Walked into 7-11 near my house. Located on Woods Edge Road, Chester, Virginia 23831.
No one was wearing a mask, not employees nor customers. I personally am wearing a double mask for protection against Covid. There wasn't even a sign recommending wearing a masks. What is wrong with people. There is a pandemic going with the Omicron variant infecting so many people.
I personally will NEVER enter that store again due to lack of safety precautions against Covid.

I went to the 7/11 near my work to get an egg salad sandwich for breakfast this morning (12/13/21). The clerk was in such a hurry to get me out the door, I did not get a receipt. The sandwich expired yesterday (12/12/21). I would like a refund for my sandwich, but I am not even sure how much it was because he did not give me my receipt. The bread is turning a very dark brown around the edges.

7-Eleven Air pump

Look, I get it . 7-11 airpupmps are not owned by them . But you are getting rent from the company that own's the air pumps for using your space!

So when I went into the gas station (on Maitland rd store, lake destiny, in maitland, ) to complain I was shocked that the manager Brenda already knew of the problem! At this point I'm shocked she knows, and I wasn't the only client to complain. According to an employee, they employee was the person who turned around to tell Brenda the manager " oh it happened again?". Believe it or not " Oh it happens again " was her reply as well . Im even more shocked when Brenda says she will not refund my money .

I called the air company after a kind customer helped me find it on the air pump( Brenda did not have the number, nor did she knew where I could find it.

I then called the air service number . They were concerned that the manager Brenda had already known that there was a problem with air pump before my ordeal, yet still did not put an out of order sign up .

When I called, I they made sure I verified twice that the store 7-11 on lake destiny road in Maitland, fl would not give me my refund. The air company customer service agent was very kind and said my 3.00 would be mailed to me. She was very polite and apologetic about the ordeal .

Im still with out air. No! 3.00 is not a big deal ! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. Even if you don't feel like it Brenda, as a self employed black business owner . I can assure you it MATTERS

7-Eleven Service

Attendant at Broadbeach mopped floors in front or customers' watching in widow . Did so for 20 minutes and refused spitefully to let the customers in. Very frustrating as a long term customer trying to buy a few things before bed. Please do better in the future.

7-Eleven Nacho cheese sauce

I love me some nachos and 7-Eleven took away the best nacho cheese years ago out here in California. They replaced it with some plain ol suck [censored] chedder cheese sauce. I heard they use to use Old El Paso Jalapeño cheese sauce. This was the cheese from the 80's, 90's and early 2000's. (Memory lane) please bring it back. That and the breakfast sausage

7-Eleven About place

This huge 7-Eleven store. 24 hr services. With gas stations. Of Northern blvd and Woodside avenue. We are driving cab at newyork. No bathroom for customers. This is really painful. This is totally unfair. I buy gas i ask to employees can I use bathroom. They directly say know .you're should have a bathroom for customers. Very disappointed.

7-Eleven Unauthorized charge

I went to 7/11 a year ago, yes a year ago and i am still waiting for them to refund on an overcharge on my credit card. I got gas that was an exxon but the store was 7/11. The charge of my gas was correct. I went inside and purchased a bag of cheez its and a band energy drink and the next day i looked at the charge and it was $56 . The gas charge was correct but the charge from the 7/11 was inaccurate. The charge was more like $5.60. I even put in my rewards number which you would think they can pull up all the purchases through that but they cant. I called the actual store and they said if there wasnt a receipt then there was nothing they could do. I told them to watch the tape and it would show what i purchased and they said they dont do that. So then I called 7/11 corporate and long story short, I have been through 8 different case numbers and they all get closed without any resolution. People tell me to just dispute the charge on my credit card as fraud, but why should the credit card company pay me back and 7/11 gets away scott free with money that isnt theirs. I even said I would just take a gift card cause at least they will get the money right back but a year later and still no resolution

7-Eleven The store was closed and a note on the door said taking a lunch break

Hey, I went to the 711 at 4:30 am and the store was completely closed!
711 are supposed to be opened 24 hours a day. A group of about 8 people were with me waiting for approx 1/2 hours and the truck with stuff in it. Finally the guy in the truck said he had to leave with the stuff and he drove off. I stayed while all the other people left. I pounded on the door but no one answered. Whats going on?

7-Eleven Car Wash Damage

I would like to express my disappointment from your unsatisfactory level of service. I have expected much more from a prestigious and reputed company of your standard. Unfortunately, I can't help but submit this letter of complaint hoping for a fast and adequate resolution.

On October 4th, 2021, I purchased an automatic car wash in the hopes of getting my car nice, shiny, & clean. As soon as I went to enter the car wash the moving platform jerked my car onto it. I then put my car into neutral. So that way the platform can move my car along as it's washing it. Very strangely, it kept pushing my car all the way to the end of the car wash. The car wash never ran, no water, soap, bubbles, nothing. Just as I was about to reach the exit the moving platform then jerked my car backwards making my car run into something on the side of the car wash. This has caused sustainable damage to my vehicle. Not to mention the gigantic hole it popped in my driver side rear tire. My tires are all brand new. After this I got out took pictures and put my donut on my car. The clerk that was working was very busy, so I gave him my phone number, email, and name and asked him to tell his manager to contact me ASAP so I can file a claim.

I had been waiting patiently for someone to get in touch with me. Weeks later a woman named Holly Edmonds contacted me. She claims that she watched the video footage and that I put my car into reverse, which is not true at all. Why would I reverse my car when the car wash scared me and I wanted to exit ASAP? I am very disappointed at lack of accountability in this company. Is this how this company treats loyal customers? Blaming me, when I did not put my car in reverse. This is unjust.

I hope you agree with me that this is not acceptable under any circumstances. I trust that you will deal with this issue in a top urgent fashion. I also trust that you will take the necessary precautions to prevent such incidents in the future.

7-Eleven Intentional overcharge

I am a repeat customer of 7-ELEVEN STORE# 25653. and on 10/18/2021 I visited 7-ELEVEN store# 25653 to purchase something to drink. Before making my purchase, I had confirmed with the person behind the counter (whom I think is the store manager/owner) the advertised price for two 20 FL oz bottles of Pepsi is 2/$3.50 is correct. But today (10/22/2021) came across the receipt from 10/18/2021 and realized I actually had been charged $2.89 each for 20 Fl oz bottle of Pepsi plus a ten-cent deposit totaling $5.88. This is the second time I was charged more than the marked price of the product I purchased at this store.

The first time I caught an overcharge was at the time of purchase. When was presented with the total I was surprised?
because it was more than what the price that was marked/advertised. I asked the store clerk why so much? They said that's the price, but it wasn't so I pointed out the marked price and was met with a change in tone of voice as well as body language that I felt was negative and it made me feel uneasy so I didn't push the issue. and instead, I just left This is the first time. However, I am sure there are many other times I have been overcharged and didn't catch it. I will be mindful to check price, confirm marked/advertise prices are correct and current on any future purchases I make at all 7-ELEVEN if I decide to stay as a loyal customer to 7-ELEVEN.

I am writting to complaint about the expired drinks been sold from your outlet (7Eleven Garden Avenue Seremban 2, Malaysia) that I purchased drinks which brand of Tropicana Twister on 15.10.2021, been already expired date 13.10.2021. Wow I don't know who owns and operates this 7-11 located on West Broward Blvd, but they need to come in and watch how their employees act and carry themselves at a work environment. For management to be dishing out their money to employees whom clearly don't care for the patrons as well not trying to draw more business. Just right down pathetic how they are dragging a good company to the ground and seriously if you care for your business you need to investigate.

7-Eleven Staff behaviour

I went to 1291 Hawthorn today at 2110 pm. The customer service agent name is Kumar (Indian) and his behavior is one of the worst I ever experienced with 7-Eleven. I am with 7-Eleven last 11 years and I never had any issue with any service agent. This guy was used f* word on me when I ask for apps discount. He is telling me that he can't scan from window then when I request him he told with rude tone that my apps discount is not valid and don't even tell me to lock the price which can be done with 30secend. His face was no smile and I feel like I am the most unwanted customer. Please watch your CCTV footage so that u can see his face reaction.

Desired outcome: I will go to Australia consumer affairs to file a official complain if 7 eveven don't take any action against this staff.

7-Eleven Melton high street 7 eleven

I have gone into this 7 eleven multiple times and the past 3 times I've been there and this old lady with grey hair has been working she says the 7 eleven app isn't working and it's only ever if she is working, my mother just went in and the same thing happened to her and she didn't even attempt to help her so I believe she is just doing this to make sales, disgusting and will be taking this further if nothing is done about it.
