I am Kalwin Carreathers. My wife Veronica and I have been ordering from Amazon Prime for a long time now. Ever since we moved to our new home in Yukon, Oklahoma we have yet to receive a package to the right address without filing a complaint. Your delivery person has failed to deliver to the correct address on each occasion. They have delivered to the opposite street every time! The last time we were told the was for sure getting fixed. We were told several hours ago today that our package was 10 stops away and the truck never showed up. Received a notification after several estimated delivery times that the package was sent back to the center. This has become a pattern with Amazon! The same exact things keep happening! I am a very stressed out Disabled veteran. What is it going to take for this consistent issue to get fixed once and for all? Do we have to lawyer up and file a lawsuit? Will it take an act of Congress to get proper service? We were really hoping Amazon was truthful and had given us confidence that the issue was taken care of. For 4 months of living at my new address, Amazon has continued to fail paying loyal customers! This is literally making me sick to my stomach. Stop sending our items to NW 20th! It should be SW 20th St!
Desired outcome: Someone seriously needs to be held accountable for the mishaps and screwups!
Issue on account
I purchased an item on Amazon.de for delivery to Austria. I live in South Africa. Received the billing information. Now every time I log into Amazon it tells me there is an issue on my account. Then directs me to a page whereby I must input all my details again because it has detected suspicious activity on my payment, which has not gone off my account. I cannot get past this page to resolve the issue and have no way to contact anyone to find out what the heck is going on.

Amazon app deactivated my account
My Amazon account does not have an email address. I always use my phone # to log in. A hub representative advised me to add an email add so that I get email notification about my delivery. So I added my email add and the app asked me to create a pw. Upon updating my profile , my account was revised where it refreshed and no way for me to view my order history. Amazon just created a new profile for me. Most agents I spoke with didn’t know how to resolve my issue. In fact no one was able to help me retrieved my previous account. Plus, delivering items to a hub locker is a pain! Customer service is a waste of time.

About Amazon Gift Card
On Saturday I bought a gift card from the store and I loaded it into my amazon account, and two days later when I logged into my amazon account again, my balance disappeared, along with it There is my top up record like I never did, then I try to top up again and it tells me that the card is already loaded into my account and I have to go to the store where I bought the gift card again and they Told me it was amazon's problem and they canceled my balance and they wouldn't be responsible for it, then I tried to contact customer service and they asked me to provide a receipt, which I provided quickly, and they told me to contact the store that sold me the gift card , or just made me wait, 48 hours have passed and I still haven't gotten any response, no one to solve the problem, and nothing to say
Delivery issues
I ordered my package 21 Dec 2022. So, we know I have waited a whole week for said package... I recieved a notification on my phone that the package was delivered. I went outside to look for it and low and behold was not there. I waited for approximately 10 minutes to ensure that I was not wrong. I then submitted the negative review that my package was not delivered. I was then contacted by Prime Customer Service person "Jdee L". I informed her about the situation that happened. She looked up on her computer and stated "The package is at your door." I informed her that it was not, and I needed her to find my package, and that I was waiting a week for it. Jdee then informed me that the package was still on the delivery truck. I asked her why would the driver scan my package and tell me it was delivered, when it was still on the truck? She said that the driver made a mistake. I was starting to get angry with Jdee. I informed her that I want my Prime membership cancelled, and I still do! I also said that I wanted my package now, when she tried to give me an option to cancel the order and get my monies back. I told her "NO! I want my package delivered NOW!" My neighbor informed me that the driver delivered my package to his house. When I told Jdee this information.. She said "OH my GOD!" At this point in time, I was extremely angry and hung up.
I cannot believe that Amazon would hire individuals that would BLATANLY LIE to the customer about the package still being on the truck when she did not know one way or another. This is totally unacceptable.
Desired outcome: I would like to see Jdee either recieve additional training or she needs to be terminated. Amazon cannot afford to have people that are going to LIE to customers about the package being delivered or still on the truck.

After several months of Amazon refusal to clear up the incidents of delivering packages to tenants apartments I am filing this complaint to rectify this problem. Tenants can not get to their building mailbox’s and an accident of trips and falls may occur as there are elderly tenants that can be hurt.
Please clear this situation as we are not being treated with respect and packages are thrown in the front building and this is not professional and we as customers are paying Amazon shipping and handling fees to deliver our holiday packages in a timely respectful manner.
These situations are weekly, monthly and are repeated incidences and reported to our landlord in our building.
Our management office as advised me that if the problem is not clear all Amazon packages will be returned back to Amazon corporate office.
In addition I have attached photos of the employee who refused to deliver all packages and referred to Amazon not paying him enough to do extra work in going to each tenants apartment.
I would appreciate your immediate assistance in this matter.

Amazon pay rejected then accepted later

I ordered a product at brooks brothers and chose Amazon pay. It was rejected. I reordered the same product and paid with my credit card. Then I got an Amazon message that the payment went through. I have spent over two hours trying to get this resolved with Amazon customer “service” and never have I communicated with such ignorant people. The chat went on for over an hour with no resolution. Two phone calls were also useless because they spoke with heavy accents and once hung up on me when I asked them to slow down and enunciate. I tried reaching brooks brothers to cancel one order and have not reached them yet.
Desired outcome: I will have to pay shipping twice to receive and return this item to brooks brothers. Amazon should reimburse the $20.00. I want the Amazon pay to stick with their decision

I love amazon, but I look back at all the years I've used amazon and this year's experience has worsened by a hundredfold. I'm sure amazon use this as tax write-offs, but it's just simply astounding the amount of money amazon wastes.
The first quarter of this year, I recorded a 33% loss in product shipped to me due to amazon employees not adequately protecting the fragile products during shipping. 1/3 of the product's value destroyed! Hundreds of $! I was forced to reorder products so often, I actually reached my limit (!?) and I was blocked from reordering. And now, LOL, 'adults' are shipping (unbreakable) rolls of plastic sheeting, shipped to me in separate individual shipments (Shout out to NJ), in huge boxes that could easily accommodate four of these products, well packed with large amounts of costly paper packing. All to a limited capacity locker, which it seems I will be forced to return several times to pick up a shipment that would have fit in the original two delivered boxes, but was wastefully packaged and sent individually in SEVEN different boxes!
People I'm telling about this just laugh! It's so freaking sad it's actually hilarious. "Best Christmas present EVAR" Think about it, the amount of amazon waste (Shout out to NJ) could likely feed and house a majority of the world's homeless. It is stupefying how much lumber, oil, and co2 they are wasting! Merry Christmas.

Amazon whole foods and amazon customer service
So I ordered from Whole Foods through Amazon at 12:30 AM for guaranteed delivery for 9-10 PM. At 7:44 I received a text message that said my order was packed and ready. I called Amazon at 9:55 because my order had not been shipped. I was hung up on by customer service, had to call back, tried chat as well and at 10:45 was told my order was going to be cancelled because they had no available drivers. No one seemed to really care one way of the other! Amazon used to have great customer service, but not anymore. I never even received an email, text or call to let me know I wasnt going to get my order, they were just going to never bring it and I wasnt supposed to notice! Ruined a lot of my Christmas cooking plans. Customer service even tried to blame the weather for the delivery never arriving, like I dont know what the weather and roads are like where I live. There has been zero rain snow or ice, so the roads are fine.
Desired outcome: I would like a response, and an explanation as well as an apology. I have been a prime member for years, and was a customer when you only sold books!
Customer return tool pallets online
On saturday 17, 2022 I order a pallet from this company everything was fine but after I pay and they send me an email acknowledging my pay I notice that the address was wrong immediately on that same day I send them a couple of emails letting them know and since I did not receive an answer that the address was corrected I keep sending emails to a total of perhaps 14 or more of them, finally today they answered and told me that they could not change my address and either I could see if it was send to a relative of mine and I could ask him to sent it to me (which is ridiculous, I do not even know who live at that address) or call the local post office to change the address which is impossible now. I requested either my money back or another pallet but no answer from them.

Tshirt charged for twice not received
I have ordered the same item twice, I’ve been charged twice, but Amazon cannot seem to get this gift for my grandson delivered. It’s impossible to get satisfaction from their app. The first order is almost one month old, still no refund. The second item was to arrive today, here in Colorado, but instead it went to Providence RI. Again, charged twice, never delivered!
Desired outcome: Refund immediately! Both orders!
amazon/third party does take up to two weeks to refund an order. I complain on day 15 and refund occurs within hours.
Laptop not working!
The laptop I bought from Amazon.com.tr has been causing problems since the first day it arrived. After discussing this with customer representatives about 100 times, they requested an exchange certificate from the service, which took 40 days. At the end of 40 days, it was reported that there was a problem with the motherboard and fans of the computer and that it had to be replaced.
Due to the fact that the product is an expensive product, the customer representatives always read the same story and stated that permission should be obtained from the higher authorities. We returned the computer to service a week ago and nothing has improved for a week. Amazon.com.tr takes my computer and my money and does not respond in any way and every time I call, they shake it saying that they will call you within 48 hours.

Delivery driver
The delivery driver that comes to Stoney Brook Apartments in Fultondale, AL left a HUGE yellow bag full of boxes at the front of the apartment complex near the mailbox station. A neighbor took a picture and will most likely forward to you. Last night, the bag was very full, this morning, there were four boxes left in it. These residents here had a LOT of Christmas gifts stolen from out of that box. There is absolutely no reason for that type of laziness and those packages should have been delivered to people's apartments.
Desired outcome: Tell that employee if he doesn't want to deliver packages, he is in the wrong business. Get another driver for this area. This should never happen.
Delivery to the incorrect address
I have been ordering from Amazon over the past couple of years and spent lots of money. My packages have been delivered to the incorrect address lately, and it’s quite disappointing when you’re expecting Prime delivery. I’m not sure if it’s because of the holiday season but it is ridiculous. Not once, not twice, and not three times but too many times that my packages are delivered to the incorrect address. I refuse to order anything else at this time.

Order#: [protected] placed Nov. 21, 2022 and shipped by Amazon Nov. 23, 2022. Upon receipt we determined the watches were more than what was needed and geared to sports enthusiasts. Amazon was contacted and we requested Amazon initiate a return pickup which was made by UPS Ground on 11/29/2022 Trk #: 1Z 9WX [protected]. The two reference numbers on the label indicates the two Customer Reference #'s the package contained. Tracking the UPS package # [protected] confirmed was delivered on Dec. 5th, 2022 to Suie 3, 100 W. Thomas P. Echols Lane, Shepherdsville, KY 40165. After not seeing of any credit issued, my wife contacted Amazon and was told that it takes about two weeks to receive the credits. After calling again on Dec. 14th, Amazon Retail in Seattle issued a credit for 1 watch? Questioning the disposition of the second watch she was told that the receiving center has of not noted the receipt? My wife questioned how this can happen as the two watches were in the same box? The CS said she would put in a request to the receiver. My wife asked to speak with a supervisor as this return process is taking forever and we are now being charged interest to our Amazon credit account. The "supervisor" ( Daisia Washington) basically told my wife there wasn't anything she could do, upon which my wife asked that I take over the call. I asked why someone can't contact the receiver and question why only one watch receipt was noted and check on this problem? She again said that there is nothing else she could do. I asked her for a phone number or email that I can contact at Amazon and was told she doesn't have that information and to look on the web? I asked if there was a particular dept. or name and she said to ask for Jeff Bezos! I can tell you, as a former plant operations manager for years in the premium client, high volume fulfillment/ distribution services, this conduct addressing a client would have ended her job! The bottom line is we are still waiting for the second watches credit return, and still paying interest on it. Attached you will find photos of the two watches in the box before sealing for return shipping and the UPS Ground shipping label we were provided. We have always experienced good customer service with the many Amazon purchases and never encountered this bazaar "no nothing" customer service. Good afternoon, I have just had my parcel delivered today by your driver and instead of ringing my door bell he opened my front door and came into my home dropped the parcel on the floor and was about to leave before I opened the door and asked why he didn't ring my door bell. Your driver was extremely rude I am a young woman who was alone and was not expecting your driver to open the door and let himself in.
Your driver was also spotted taking photos of my property after already sending a proof photo of my parcel in my porch why take a photo of my house?

Just found out today there is no way to remove archived items from the system. I have reached the predetermine number and can no longer archive items. A company the size of Amazon should have the ability to install a delete button or some form that can be used to remove these items. I order a lot and now the orders section will become filled with items ordered/received with no place to put the information. Can't something be done to just add a way to remove archived items?

Cancel order and refund
Placed order for Laroche Posay cicaplast balm on November 16,2022. States it ships from Amazon. Never stated it was on backorder or out of stock when order was placed or at any time. Keeps changing delivery date and will not allow me to cancel. No way to reach customer service. It’s been over a month and now saying will receive in January 2023. I no longer want this product
Shipping refunds
As a brand new customer, I odered five items july 10, 2022. Next, I was notified that it had been shipped and that I could track it, but for weeks it didn’t track. My package seemed to have dissolved into thin space I suppose, so I never received it.
I couldn’t cancel, I couldn’t get a refund because I didn’t have the items.
I subsequently re-ordered the items because I did need them at that time.
Now months later, as I go back to amazon to order for the holidays, I realized I never got my refund. I contacted customer service and clearly it shows in the order, I never received these items.
Amazon now tells me I only had one month to request this refund. I was waiting for it to arrive in order to make a refund
But let me repeat, amazon now tells me I had one month to do that.
I was a new customer. That was not on page one of my ordering. So how was I to know that?
Regardless you can see clearly in the order that I never received the items why would I re-buy the same items weeks later if I had received them so amazon you know you are keeping the money that belongs to me.
It’s in black-and-white I never received the items you took my money amazon you owe me $150 and now you refuse to give it back to me.
Desired outcome: I want a complete and total refund For the order that they charged me for and I never received
Oh yes also when I went to cancel prime which they say you can cancel at any time they told me I would still be charged for the rest of the month so what I prefer to be reminded at the end of the month so I would not have to renew I said yes please. two more months I get charged beCause they never notified me and they never canceled
Their refusal is a state and federal crime. There is no refund time limit!

Amazon Movies Theft.
After not using Amazon for a few months access to my account was revoked. When I tried to access my account I was informed by amazon customer services that I needed to create a new account with the same email address as the old one.
They did not inform me however that this would result in me losing access to all movies that I had ever purchased on this account. Daylight robbery is what this is.
Desired outcome: I would like access to my old purchased materials which I still have receipts for.
