I purchased a front load washer at a discount because it had small knicks and scratches in which I can deal with. Well when I went to pick it up there was a dent on the side that was not visible when I picked the washer up. I asked the rep at pick up will the dent cause any issue to the washer and he stated no but allow me to ask my store manager EL. Well, I was told no by both. So, I went ahead an took it home and tried using it the next day and the thing literally shook and busted a hole in my wall. It as well shook so hard that the backet on my living room wall shook loose. I have been calling the store and corporate leaving messages and no one seems to care to call me back. I have gone to the store and spoke with Kembo and he stated that he would swap the washer out and that has yet to be done. I went back in the store and Kembo them stated that he passed the information along to his store manager EL and that he was to contact me and get it switched out. Well, lo and behold that day has yet to come. I have also sent a message to the district manager requesting a call back and still nothing.
I must add that a technician from GE came out and stated that I should have never been sold the washer because they knew of the damage but GE see's a lot of damaged goods from this company. GE will not repair this washer.
This place is a joke and full of LIARS. I will NEVER waste another dollar in this place.
Desired outcome: I would love a new washer and an apology being that I have been pushed off by corporate and lied to by the store
