The pharmacy in Bozeman repeatedly sent texts that prescriptions had been filled, then when I arrived it had not done so. I could wait, though I was traveling but others arrived expecting that the prescription had been filled and had to leave because they were from different towns. The staff was rude and intolerant, especially to older people. The manager...

Patient call provider office on tears due to the experience she had at CVS when she went to obtain the prescription for her transgender care child who is protected by the Fl. Law, our patient is 16 years old who is under mental health care and medical care Dr who specialized on Gender Identity.
I called the Pharmacy myself to find out if something was wrong with the prescription, this pharmacy Tech. explained to me that he has the right to deny this medication, cause many studies support his beliefs, he used his own judgment to deny the testosterone who is been prescribed by our Dr since 02/2022. This technician overpowers the rights of my patient who is a minor and vulnerable, he ignored the civil rights and the law who protect kids who are already transitioning. This Technician is a threat to vulnerable community and is uneducated.
We encouraged CVS to please take care of this issues for providers we still having trust in CVS, and we can continue treating our patients without personal beliefs.
Desired outcome: Parent will proceed to file complaint. and Dr Office will call his manager. Incident took placed today 07/21/2023 at 9:am
Prescriptions
This is a serious problem in the Barnesville Store #5683. This is not a one time issue, but a recurring monthly nightmare. It's like the pharmacy has no one supervising the section. I was told to pick my prescription up anytime after 12:00pm on July 20, 2023. But since this is an issue I decided to call to see if the prescription was actually ready for pick...

I've been a customer of the CVS on McWhirt Loop, Fredericksburg, va, for over 30 years and never had any issues until the last few years. The employees never open the second register anymore, when before they always would when more than 3 people were in line. Today it was 5 deep and still no one opened it. It seems to me there are fewer employees too. I had...

Incident 7/12-2023 thru [protected] I have transferred all of my prescriptions from your store back to a competent, well staffed, pharmacy. My Medicare advantage only covers CVS. I tried to transfer all of my prescriptions to your store on Cerillos in Santa Fe and experience a service vortex. I pull up to the drive through, I am handicapped, and my...

I moved to Ohio at the beginning of June 2023. I have tried to get in touch with the CVS on Bragg Blvd in Fayetteville, NC but cannot get them to answer phone. The CVS on State Rd in Parma OH has also had the same problem. This has grossly affected my getting one of my prescriptons.l CVS in Fayetteville keeps refilling my prescription which precludes the CVS in OH from filling it. I even had my former provider with Aetna change the CVS for my prescriptions. All are ok except one, the one for acid reflux. The CVS on Bragg Blv in Fayetteville is shorthanded but it is ridiculous that they won't even answer calls from the CVS onState Rd in OH. I will be getting a new AETNA provider/principal physician up here in OH and if this is nt resolved, I will change all prescriptions to Walgreens.
Desired outcome: I want to be able to get my prescription filled at State Rd in OHIO. I also want to be assured that CVS is doing something about the poor serice at the Bragg Blvd store in Fayetteville
Pharmacy customer service
Registering a complaint concerning Pharmacy Customer Service. In Little River & North Myrtle Beach, SC pharmacy a person never answers the phones! When going through the drive-through, no one comes to the window! I'm handicapped and struggle to walk. I've had to get out of my car, go to the prescription counter and retrieve my prescriptions! Poorest service ever! For this reason, I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere.
When I asked for a manager, the workers seem to have no one managing them?
CVS Pharmacy, 1370 Highway 17, Little River, SC 29566 - No one answers the phone, no one comes to the drive through window.
CVS Pharmacy, 1010 Highway 17 N, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 - no one ever answers the phone.
Desired outcome: For the sake of your business and for handicapped and senior customers - improvements. I'm not a complainer, but this whole experience was absurd!
Pharmacy
As I stood in line, by myself, no other customer around, being ignored for two minutes, the pharmacy decided to put the gate down in my face and tell me they were taking lunch for an hour. This is shortly after I had received a text telling me to come in to pick up my script. This action was totally disrespectful and inappropriate. I understand people need...

On 7/13/23 I drove up to pharmacy window and I know I was in nick of time because it was 8:58! I honked on horn and looked in over and over and over but nothing so I hurried over to the front so I could make it inside. I walked in it was 8:59 and I was told pharmacy was closed. When I told employees I had been waiting outside one black employee told me she didn't see anyone or didn't hear anything. So she implied that I was lying right away and I told her I don't think she can see very well then and another very nice lady came up to me to check me out. While this transaction was occurring I could hear this employee making fun of me to other employees next to her and laughing at me in the background.
I am grateful for this other employee she is always nice when I come there but this other girl I have nevef seen before maybe she should learn not to judge pantients before they arrive and actually stay open until you are suppose to close! I am a 30 year cancer survivor and a chronic pain patient and being judged by employees because of your outside appearance is not what you do! I did not fit the mold of being sick in her eye I suppose?
Desired outcome: I want this employee to be severly reprimanded and taught not to judge patients by their outside appearance. Also keep her comments to herself and not make fun of patients especially in front of their eyes!
Violation of Hippa
On 7/12/23, I went to the CVS pharmacy (why650 San Ramon Valley, Danville) to pick up a prescription. He did nothing else to relieve the ever growing line. I completed...

CVS on Ulster avenue, Kingston, NY 12401. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes and nobody answers the phone. So i hung up.
I called the front desk and they transferred me to the pharmcay for another 15 minutes with no answer. On hold now while typing this. This is absolutely horribe customer service.
I called on 7/13/23 at 10:45. Still on hold
Desired outcome: Just pick up the phone and help your customers.
Customer service is lacking
CVS drug store on Cortez road, Bradenton, Florida
At about11:30 AM, Wednesday, July 12, 2023
Went there to pick up some prescriptions. One, I had to wait for, which, on text message said it was "processing" much earlier.
While I was waiting for my final prescription, I went to use the restroom. The store policy has one use a key. Got the key, and was locked into the restroom. Presently, some one is trying to get in the bathroom, and unlocks the door!
Instead of saying I'm sorry, the clerk blames me for not yelling out I was in the bathroom. I didn't say anything because I didn't realize that there were other keys, and that it was a clerk. Had I known that, I would have called out that someone was in the bathroom.
My complaint is that she did not apologize, but blamed me for her busting into the bathroom when I was using it! (It is a single person bathroom)
Also, when my name was called to get my prescription, I had to wait additional minutes, in line, to pick up my prescription. Since I originally waited in line
for my other prescriptions, I thought I should have precedence over others waiting in line. Just annoying, waiting in two long lines. (not my major complaint)
So, customer service seems to be a service of the past, or maybe you could ask employees to be a little nicer, and be more civil to customers.
Desired outcome: For employees to treat customers with respect.

CVS (in a Target store) on 3527 W. Florida Ave. Hemet, CA. 92545
To whom,
After a prior visit to this pharmacy, I submitted a survey, as always requested on receipts. I could afford no kind words of my experience there. Again needing a prescription refill, I returned to the above address. Again, most of the pharmacy personnel, including the pharmacist, could not identify me if my life depended on them.
They are robotic. They never make eye contact, never as much as grin, much less smile, appear to be humorless and are void of any sense of dutiful customer service behavior or presentation or common propriety. I am made to feel that I am an inconvenient intrusion on their time and not worth a “Hello, how may I help you?”
Please do not assume that because I do not and never worked in a pharmacy that I know nothing about the requirements of customer service. I spent over 13 years in a high-volume, high intensity customer service position. These CVS employees are in desperate need of intense customer service training.
I am taking the time to tell you that the people who represent your company are doing it a severe disservice. Ignore this condition at your detriment.
Sincerely,
A CVS customer, for now
Desired outcome: To the benefit of your customers and the company, a change in the attitudes of CVS employees would be beneficial.
Pharmacy complaint
CVS in Goshen, NY on July 7, 2023 at around 11:00 am. The service is horrendous. They have two cash registers in the pharmacy area and never open the second. Wait time is more than 15 minutes on any given day to just pick up medications. Most of the time I call in for refills and get an automated procedure that never has date fill information correct. I end up having to speak directly to the pharmacist. Waiting to speak to a pharmacist can take up to 20 minutes. Today my big complaint is that my doctor called in 3 prescriptions on July 5, 2023. Two were ready and one was not. I spoke to the rude pharmacist and she said the script would not be filled until tomorrow. I explained that I did not want to drive there again tomorrow. She refused to fill the prescription one day early. This pharmacist is totally uncaring for her customers that are mostly senior citizens and find it difficult to stand in lines for over 15 minutes. They have one chair in the area and that is for people waiting for injections. Unfortunately, my town has one pharmacy. If I had a choice, I would shop someone else.
