Answering system
I have been a customer at CVS for almost 40 years. I am about to switch to a local pharmacy because of the answering system that CVS has installed. When I call my local CVS I get a long message about CV19. I then get a choice of options and buttons to push. At that point I get another long message about CV19 and then get asked to speak and say what I need...

Covid testing
After having symptoms I wanted to test in order to not only protect my family, but also notify employees and co workers. I went online unable to get a rapid appointment but I was able to get a PCR test appointment at the same location. The same location offers both tests. I am still baffled at why the choice can't be made at the CVS location. The CVS wa...

At 8:27 I looked up the CVS website for directions on how to get to it because my prescription has been called into the CVS in Troy Ohio. I called and had them transferred to the one at 4901 main Street Dayton Ohio. I have screenshots proving I was there 5 minutes before 9:00 and when I got there the doors were locked and the employees saw me outside but...

Went to the pharmacy to get diabetic syringes for my grandmother. I asked for the size she needed and was told they don't carry that size, yet it's a standard size that every pharmacy has. I worked at CVS pharmacy so why she lied to my face is beyond me. I proceed to ask her what size she does have and she responds with "I can't disclose that information."...

Hello and thank you for letting me complained... Problem is and it won't be the last time that when I call the pharmacy they won't pick up, I'm in the phone right now and I can hear when they pick up and re put it back in hold... For at least two weeks CVS pharmacy has been advertising Charmin Essentials 12 rolls equals 48. I have been to the several stores over the past two weeks and no one has the product. Today on 3/28/21 again an circular came out with this product as part of the $10 Gift Card promotion. I went into two stores and neither had the product. When I went into the...

I purchased two batteries for $13.78 on March 24, 2021. I opted to have the receipt sent to me via e-mail. I returned the batteries on the next day, March 25th. I could not find the receipt in my e-mail but I thought the store would have a copy if I provided my phone number. The store did not have a copy and stated they could only give me store credit for $10.31 because the batteries had gone on sale. I accepted the store credit of $10.31.
My wife had a copy of the e-mailed receipt and forwarded a copy to my e-mail. I went back to the store but was told I could not get the difference ($3.47) because I had accepted the store credit. It does not make sense that I cannot get my money back given that I returned your merchandise. Moving forward, the lesson learned is to ALWAYS request e-mail AND a hard copy of your receipt. The outcome of this incident will be shared with Nextdoor Neighbors. Thanks in advance.
Desired outcome: Refund of the additional $3.47.
Not Delivering my meds
I have complained several times already and am NOT getting a response. I have my prescriptions delivered to my apartment from the store at 53 W. Olive Ave because I do not have transportation.
They have my phone number, my address, more than one email address for me and in fact send me automated texts about how I need to come pick up my prescriptions all the time. Again. I DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION! Picking up the prescription is not something I can do. Hovever, putting my medicines in a bag and sending them in the mail is not only something CVS can do, it is how I was getting these prescriptions until by some weird fluke it just stopped. I am beyond angry and if I do NOT get a response I will change pharmacies and tell everyone I know why I did so. The worst service I have ever received from a store in my life. And I'm 90. That's a lot of service.
Desired outcome: I want my prescriptions delivered and no more mess ups
Organization
1, I was notified by text that I had 4 prescriptions to pickup and when I went to the store they told me they did not have my insurance information which was true so I gave them my card and while I was waiting I got a text message telling me I needed to scan my insurance card. Then I was told the prescriptions were not filled because there was no insurance information which they could have sent me when the prescriptions were due for filling.
2. I use Diazepam for panic attacks and it seems that only Teva and Mylan produce it. Although I have been told that all generics work the same I know for a fact that this is not true for me and Diazepam. The Mylan brand works and the Teva brand does not work at all it seems. In the past CVS has always been nice enough to order the Mylan brand but now they say they can't do that so I have to buy it at another pharmacy which is not a network pharmacy on my insurance plan.
I have been a CVS customer for many years but I think if things don't get better I will be looking elsewhere.
Thank you. I shop at the store located at:
12490 Seal Beach Blvd., Seal Beach CA 90740

Prescription Delivery
I have a complaint about CVS. I have prescription delivery service to my apartment since I do not have transportation. However, I ran out of my heart medicine, Diltiazem, and asked for a refill, it has not been delivered. Neither has my other refill that is at the store, Restasis, for my dry eyes. I have contacted CVS customer service. I have tried to text and email the store I go to at 53 W. Olive Porterville CA. I do have a delivery account with them. I have gotten no response from Customer Relations since I contacted them Two days ago. I just keep getting texts that i need to come pick up my prescriptions. I DO NOT HAVE TRANSPORTATION!
I really need this taken care of.

Desired outcome: I want my prescriptions to be delivered

I've been going to CVS same location for 25 years. The store and customer service has gone down drastically. Today, March 25, 2021, I visited the CVS store at 4730 Fredricksburg Rd, San Antonio, Texas at 2:44 PM. A clerk named Diane was helping another customer whose transaction lasted well over 45 minutes.
When she attended me I complained about the wait and she was extremely rude to me. I'm an 81 y.o. Senior Citizen and I don't appreciate your staff treating me as a
non-entity.
I've complained multiple times against your pharmacy personnel, especially the younger ones, who continue to act condenscendingly towards me.
Perhaps you should train your younger staff to respect their elders. Victor SOTO

Covid 19 Vaccination at rehabilitation facility
I have been informed that CVS is not returning to Lodi Rehabilitation hospital to administer the second dose of the COVI 19 vaccine to the patients. CVS administered a round of doses in mid February and when I inquired with hospital administration when my mother would receive her second dose, I was told that CVS had declined to come back, and that the best they could do was to suggest we see her primary MD upon discharge. I find this negligent. Upon calling your customer service line, I was transferred repeatedly to various departments with auto response assistance. In this climate, I am astonished that a corporation of your standing, would be so remiss in fulfilling your ethical responsibility. Obviously, I will have to facilitate taking my mother to get her second shot, somewhere. However, I need to have her mobile to do so, which is problematic, and why she is in a rehab facility. It is being investigated regarding the legality of your actions, and will be pursued to the fullest extent. I may be reached via email at [protected]@gmail.com.
Truly,
Melani Baird
Desired outcome: Second covid vaccine provided to the patients of Lodi Rehabilitation Hospital
Racist comments by Staff at CVS store
I watched with disgust the attached video (https://www.instagram.com/p/CMvnYEHjbRH/?igshid=17zd7ksz2j54p) Which was taken at the CVS store in Redwood Heights, Oakland, CA Store #9378. I understand pharmacy techs see some real questionable characters ; but this technician gets a very nasty demeanor every time I call and provide my information, and she sees the medication I'm calling about.
