Refund for a canceled flight
I am waiting for a refund, for a flight that was canceled more than two years ago.
I bought the flight tickets from EDREAMS for a flight with Virgin Atlantic.
EDREAMS claims that it opened an application for a refund with Virgin Atlantic only in January 2021 and has not yet received the money to return it.
From a conversation I had with Virgin Atlantic, I was told that the money was returned to the company (EDREAMS) in August 2021 and also indicated to which credit card number the money was returned.
Unfortunately, there is no one to contact, you can only have a conversation with bots.
EDREAMS owes me $ 1747 on airline tickets, and they do not want to return.
Desired outcome: I hope that EDREAMS will show fairness and return my money, which was returned from Virgin Atlantic.

Illegal withdrawn money from people's accounts
We have not received a reply from edreams prime concerning the withdrawal of 54,99 euros from my account ONE MONTH AFTER I bought two plane tickets. I bought two tickets a month ago and paid for them 398 euros. But, I got a notification two days ago that another 54, 99 euros were withdrawn from my account although I have already paid for the tickets.
Therefore, It is illegal to withdraw money from people's accounts ONE MONTH AFTER they have ALREADY paid for the tickets.

They will never refund you even airline refund them
So even airline refund them immediately they won't give the money to you. I have contacted airline, they refund in the same day but now a month has passed, I never received eDream refund.
I will consider to make legal actions to them. This is unacceptable, it should be immediately banned from Canada.

This is a follow up email to finalize our re-booking, since none of my calls have resulted in tickets.
The tickets are in the names of the Cosmano and Parente families. We bought the tickets for them and are working on changing the dates on the tickets for them.
As a summary please be advised that we purchased 9 tickets through eDreams on March 21, 2021. Those tickets were for flights in December 2021. On September 3, 2021, we requested for those tickets to be converted to open tickets in anticipation of re-booking in December 2022. At the time South Africa Airlink offered open tickets with no fees for up to two years.
Several calls have been made to eDeams as we began the process of re-booking. In each call I was told that the change was recognized and that I should get an email or phone call confirmation within 48 hours; none were received. I have listed below the timline of these calls. This was one of several unfulfilled promises that I have received concerning this issue.
I have included a list of dates and names of the people at your company that I have contacted over the course of the past 9 months.
It is imperative that this issue is resolved quickly and that someone from your company will confirm with me the re-booking. As a reminder I want all 9 tickets re-booked to the following flights:

October 15, 2021 ? I called again to confirm we could book by June of 2022 for flights in December 2022. He confirmed that I could change tickets to an open booking. Airlink policy allowed a two-year open ticket according to their website.
December 7, 2021 Jian He turned tickets into open tickets with the requirement to rebook by June 30, 2022 with no charge if the ticket prices were the same.
May 23, 2022 Muskan I asked to rebook tickets for Dec. 26, 2022, CPT to HDS and Dec 29, 2022, HDS to CPT. He told me that I would get an email within 48 hours with the new tickets.
June 4, 2022 Abhinad He told me that the request is in the system, and I should get an email or call back on June 6 with the new tickets.

June 14,2022 Khyati She told me that they are still waiting to hear from airlink. Promised to escaplate and to expect some response. I told her that I have heard this before and expect at least a response with some further information.

June 23,2022 Anwesha I explained the issue to her , she put me on hold and tried to contact the airline with no success. She said she would have someone call me back in 24 hours. I was confused! I receive 2 different confirmation. One from airlines with cheaper charges and from eDreams with higher charges! They took close $50 more and they pay with different cc so I think is a scam. I have to call airlines and them to make sure I wasn't double booked Crazy Be careful!

No confirmation Email received
I made a booking on 20/06/22 for car hire in Alicante from 13/09/22 - 24/09/22 through the eDreams Prime app and i have not received any confirmation email. I can see from my bank account that i have been charged for the booking. I took a screenshot of the booking reference when making the booking and no one at edreams seems to recognise it.
I have spent an an hour on the chat function in the app and the agent could not help and gave me a number to ring. I rang the number (eDreams 'Prime') spent half an hour on the phone with someone who couldn't understand English who said he couldn't help and told me i needed to ring Rental Cars - after half an hour on hold on the number he supplied they have said they don't even work with eDreams? eDreams seems to be an absolutely shambolic company and the 'Prime' membership, improved customer service, is laughable.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and the booking confirmation email for the car hire sent through to me ASAP.
Please see screenshot taken below when making the booking. Still no confirmation email received, or any contact from eDreams even though the last phone call i had they on Friday they confirmed a Supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. (more lies)
I Was Charged for a Flight That Never Happened
1. On March 11, 2022 I booked a flight, trough eDreams app, for the next day on March 12, 2022;
2. This flight was to depart from Jakarta (CGK) at 17:00 and land in Bali (DPS) at 19:50, local times;
3. The flight was to be operated by Lion Air;
4. eDreams booking number is/was: #[protected]
5. After paying €77,88 trough eDreams I waited for the confirmation to arrive on my email/app;
6. That confirmation never occurred, so after a few hours I contacted costumer support to clarify or provide refund;
7. Costumer support pushed me around but eventually stated that refund request was issued internally and: (i) I would get email confirmation of such request in 2/3 hours; (ii) I would receive the refund in 48-72h
(proof os this is attached below)
8. The next day, the same as the flight and shortly prior to the flight time, the booking status on the app was of 'Canceled';
9. It's been 3 months and so far I haven't got either the refund request confirmation or the refund itself;
10. eDreams collected the payment from me, but never bought the flight with Lion Air, therefore literally stole my money thus far;
11. I've tried to reach out to eDreams multiple times but: (i) they never pick up the phone; (ii) they don't respond to emails; (iii) they also stopped responding trough the in app chat
This situation has been costing me a tremendous amount of time and acute emotional distress and for the sake of my own health, I need it to be solved as soon as possible.

I have booked my flights and received confirmation on my credit card. The page refreshed and I do not have a reference number. I have phoned, talked to that robot and unable to speak to someone on the phone phone because I do not have a reference. It is beyond frustrating.

I know it doesn't mean anything! They ask 100 more questions before they start telling me the status of the refund and give same excuse as previous service rep for not returning my money and ask me to wait for few more months/years/whole lifetime!

"Some time" is how much time?- How much time do they need to give the reund!
They will then say- "I am really sorry I feel ashamed to tell you wait again but I also have to follow the terms and conditions for that I really want to help you with this I will escalate this matter to my management to look for the best option for you...
I am really sorry for that but it is only pending from Airline we are requesting them regularly for you...

Forget urgent... The refund is not even processed on humane basis. It's inhuman and extruciating! Airline cancelled the flight & never even got the money!
And also it says on edreams website that "Airlines are currently taking up to 3 months or more to respond despite the fact that, under EU Regulation EC261/2004, airlines are bound to refund within 7 days." !
Desired outcome: Please refund the money that all this time that you have taken and pain that you have made customers go through! these are suc difficult times and you are scamming these normal people!
Refund not processed within promised timescale
E dreams booked us onto the wrong flights, sent us conformation of booking onto flight LS274 departing from Alicante at 2205 at night, but booked us onto LS272 departing at 1005 in the morning. Jet 2 confirmed e dreams had done this, e dreams admitted liability and have twice now failed to refund monies when they said they would. We also incurred extra monies for accomodation, car hire and alternative flights home, e dreams have not responded as to whether or not the extra expense will also be reimbursed

I was booked a flight from Birmingham uk to Nairobi Kenya. and on the 3/4/2022
returning on the 16/4/2022. on arrival at the Birmingham airport. on arrival at the air port 0500 in the morning to fly out at 0750 the same morning of the 3/4/2022, suppressing their was no one at the desk and no one did not anything at the airport. tried to make a call no answer, I decided to find another way to fly to Kenya. on returning back on the 19/4/2022 I requested my refund. I was told by your customer service they will take up to three months, i made the call on the 19/6/2022, the customer service started to say i did not have any claim made when I repeated several times he said that the had not received my complain.
Desired outcome: I payed my money to edream services but this service was not received so i want my full pay of all the money you received from me.

So I contacted edreams by phone and they said they would email me my voucher. No email so I contacted edreams through the app and they said they would email me. Got the email saying I am not getting the voucher. I contacted aer france and aer france said they had no communication with edreams and I am entitled to a voucher. I have been trying to contact edreams all day and they keep cutting me off, not talking to me. What is happening. I had to do everything myself. Why did I book with an agency. Cancelation and changes
I purchased a ticket 4 days ago for a friend with my account. I made sure that the name and the information of the passenger were correct. Even though I introduced the correct information, the ticket came with the incorrect name (the name of my account). Now they tell me there is nothing I can do to fix it, they said is a non-refundable ticket and that I have to lose the ticket and my money. They did not even try to find me a solution. I hope there is something it can be done because it is not possible there is no other solution than to lose everything.
Desired outcome: I would like a refund or a bonus to use later please.
Trail Subscrition
I was booking a ticket on 19 June 2022, through their website at the checkout time they asked I must subscribe a trail else they will charge more money.
It was a trail which can be cancelled anytime during 30 days of subscription.
I booked the ticket and cancelled the trial subscription on 26 June 2022 within 30 days (trail period).
They still charged me for the renewal of annual subscription which is totally unacceptable.
This shows their fraudulent system / trap.
I want my full refund, I already disputed the transaction and post it everywhere for such poor service.

I booked airline tickets with edreams on June 16 for $2493 US for flights from Israel to Cuzco, Peru, roundtrip (booking reference [protected]). The flight departure is July 10 and the return July 26, 2022. My credit card was charged for this amount and a second charge for $1709 was added. I have no idea what this second charge of $1709 is for.
