Refund / flexible booking cannot be done
1. I contacted them 8 times and every time, it took more than an hour to reach them and my issue is not resolved yet.
2. They advertised flexible booking on their website and then say that it's not applicable for budget airlines during calls. They finally wanted me to pay for the new booking out of my own pocket and then, they'll refund the money if I raised a claim from their website.
3. They had technical issues and that resulted in me getting within the 24 hour limit for flexible booking. Then they said that I may have to pay penalty for any fee which the airlines ask. I had to explain so much to make the agents understand.
4. They advertised medical insurance in their website and when I asked for a refund of that as well, they basically said it's under a different "department" and I have to call them directly for that. I didn't go to a separate website to purchase it. So I don't see why I have to call them on top of the ridiculous amount of calls I had with these people.

Booking confirmation and refund
I booked two flights with you, one from OTP Bucharest to PARIS with Wizzair company for 29th of May 2022 and one for return from London with British Airways FOR 5th of June 2022. The problem is that even though I paid for both flights, I received confirmation for only one, for the return flight from London ( reference code O5EIXN). I need to know if you have cashed in the money and what is going on with my first flight, do I receive a flight confirmation or not. Or should I have a refund from you for the non confirmed flight. Still waiting for the invoice from you. Later edit: I spoked with Wizzair and they said that did not received any money from you. Who is lying, you or Wizzair? It is 2th of December today and you are still [censored]ing me! Stop lying to your clients and give them their money back! I am waiting for your answer!

I booked the above flight to travel to Port Harcourt Nigeria on 9th November and retuning to London 23rd November but took the insurance policy to cover for the eventuality /flexibility of changing my date of my return.
I called and spoke to one of your agents called Kim on 20th and asked her to changed my return flight from 23rd to 30th but she said there was no flight on the 30th so asked her to change it to 29th November. She asked me to pay £225 for the change which I could not understand as this should have been covered by the insurance taken to cover this. She assured me I would receive an email confirmation of the flight and date change within 24 hours. But got no such confirmation. As you know, i needed the revised changes on date of travel and flight details to complete my travel documents on COVID. Anyway paid it as she said the insurance would refund it to me. However, Kim did not make the changes requested. Called after 48hrs and spoke to another agent named Zian, after checking her system, she advised Kim did not update your system with the changes. She assured me she will escalate as an URGENT request as my date to travel was drawing very close. Again, received no email to confirm return flight changes. Tried calling eDreams but could not get to speak to anybody. Out of desperation, ended up buying a new ticket from Alternative Travels who promptly confirmed with e-ticket and email to enable me to complete my COVID requirement documents for travel.
am now asking eDreams, to refund me the additional £225 charge for a change that never happened and the cost of buying a new ticket to return to the UK which cost me 534, 738 Naira making a total of £1203.096
Desired outcome: I am expecting the full refund as I am not claiming compensation for the inconvenience and tress caused.

Shady, dismissive attitude by providing no reasonable explanation and hidding terms and conditions as a basis to not let me rebook my flight.
Due to these uncertain times, I was forced to rebook my flight of December 1st 2021 at 8.45am from Vancouver to Brussels and postpone my plans due to professional reasons. For that, I did request a rebooking through the edreams platform and I got an e-mail from them saying that they were processing my request. This was Saturday November 27th. This was the last notification I got from them. The last few days I have tried to contact them via chat and their phone number to no avail. I was able to talk with someone through their chat and they have told me that they have tried to contact me via phone and sent me another e-mail but that was simply a lie, since I did not get any e-mail or phone calls in the last days from unknown numbers and no e-mail in spam or trash. They then told me to call their main number to rebook. After waiting more than one hour one the phone I was able to talk to an advisor just to be told that according to the terms and conditions of my booking I could not ask for a rebook or cancel. I have tried to find the terms of reference or any information regarding the conditions applied to my reservation but I could not find them. I contacted edreams again and they told me I could not analyse the terms and conditions because they were not available to me! Furthermore, they did not provide any legal basis or explanation beyond that. I have tried to discuss this matter with the department that issued that order but I was told they would not get on the phone. This was a very shady, dismissive and dishonest response from a company that should not be allowed to trick people like this.
I have also contacted Lufthansa directly and they told me that the flight could be rebooked. However, if they did that instead of edreams charges would apply reaching a very high amount (almost 500 GBP).
This meant that I have lost all the money invested in this transatlantic flight (638 euros). I will have to reschedule all my plans and lose a lot of precious time and a new flight will cost much more money now.

I booked flights with you for travel from malaga to manchester on 23.12.21, returning to malaga on 2.01.21. you never sent me a confirmation email with the booking reference.
spain have announced that passengers who are not vaccinated cannot travel into spain. As we are not vaccinated I need to know what we can do.
I have used your online chat and twice you have said you will send me my booking reference within 24 hours but it was never received.
I cant speak to you by phone as you request my booking reference. I have tried to speak to Ryan air but they require my booking reference also. I have asked my bank today to raise a dispute as essentially I have paid for flights that are of no use as you've taken the money and not provided me with anything.
if you manage to do something about this I would like to know if I am eligible for a refund as spain will not let us travel due to the restrictions.

over prized for car rental
on the 24/11/2021 my credit card was debited amount of £612.40 for the car rental with BLU in South Africa, the car was rented from the 03/11/21 to 22/11/2021, Booking reference ZA566990280, after few day of using the care there was a bulge on the left front tyres, for my safety i requested the charge of car which was granted and i did understand that there would be charges for that tyres damage however that does not amount to the payment of £612.40 when you consider South African Rand vs Pound, this means i paid the double amount of the car rental which was £ 372.99, therefore i will request a refund because the total amount invoiced by Blu R13800 on the 3/11/2021, why have i been charged £612.40
Double payment
To whom it may concern,
On the 7th October 2021, we booked a car through E-Dreams brokers to be picked up on the 19th November and returned back on the 26th November. It had to be a 7 seater van. The booking reference number is FR559995280.
On the day of arrival at Paris Orly, the offices of Alamo were found to be closed and hence we had to take a taxi to go to the hotel. We were left stranded at the airport with 3 small kids and luggages at 9 o clock in the evening. The times on the offices read 8.00 to 20.00. The timings on the booking confirmation paper stated 8.00 till midnight.
It should be noted that our estimated time of pick up was at 5pm however we got a delay by the airline and ended arriving in Paris at 9.00pm. We did not look into calling the rental agency because the timings on the booking stated till midnight and not till 8pm. If we had been guided with the correct timings then of course we would have contacted the office and advised accordingly.
To our astonishment we went to pick up the car the next morning and the car agency stated that e-dreams had marked us as no show and hence we need to make another booking and pay again to be able to pick up the same van which we had booked. A pure rip off because the van was there and noone had booked it because it was ours and we had paid for the van for a week. Why were we asked to book it again. the Car agency stated that if edreams contacted them and advised about issue, change date of pick up then they could happily give us the van but unless they do so we need to repay again. On the other hand e dreams stated that the car agency did not want to help us because through information from a phone call we call had the customer care of e dreams contacted the car agency and they did not want to assist us. When we clarified this with the offices of Alamo they said that noone contacted them and that this was not the first they are faced with issues with e dreams.
We are demanding our refund back for the full payment paid on the van in view of the fact that we have paid double for the same product which is unethical and unhuman. No one pays twice to buy the same the product or service.

Flexible travel date
The flexible travel date policy is totally worthless. Irrespective of the policy, there would be a USD 250 penalty for changing travel dates per person and they charge you for the fare difference. For a round trip you cannot change travel dates after you initiate the travel, for the return ticket. The travel date policy is a scam and I suggest nobody takes it. Its better to book directly with the airline.
I have problem with ticket refund
I bought a round trip ticket for my son. Vancouver to Stuttgart and vice versa on August 17, 2021. They changed the time of flight with no notice. My son could not match with it and he decided to cancel ticket or rebook it. Nobody answered me except a robot, it was disgusting. So, he cancelled it on August 18, 2021.They sent me only a few meaningless email. Four months has been passed and I do not know what can I do right now. Nobody answered my call. Nobody gave me a clear response. Terrible Customer service. I think is a kind of fraud.
Fraud charge
I have booked in this agency website many times, and now they say it is my mistake and they cannot do anything.
I booked a flight in the American website (as always, since I am living in Canada) and the price for my flight was less than 300$ (290ish). The next day just checking my account balance I saw that they did charge me 454$ instead. I talked with Edreams several times, with the airline and my bank, and of course they cannot do anything because it was already purchased.
The problem here was that they charged me in GBP instead of in dollars, which doesn't make any sense since I truly know I was watching the American website and prices were in dollars ($), but apparently the website did load somehow that it changes to the British form. And, of course this happened only at the last step, the payment. So those 296$ became 296£. This is completely their mistake and they are not taking any responsibility for it which is a shame. I asked them for a refund or a change in the flight but nothing is going to be done.
I do not know what else to do, because they did scam me and they are not going to solve anything.
eDreams travel website is a scam.
eDreams is fraudulent website. They have no customer service at all. You cannot change or cancel your ticket. They offer very cheap tickets then cancel the ticket and the there is no way to contact them. I am surprised that Kayak.com has eDreams. Stay away from that side.

Incorrect name printed on confirmation
We need to resolve an issue with eDreams who have confirmed my booking with the wrong name. It is their error as had correct details, both from a booking I made with them recently through the same process and via my credit card payment. I have been on calls for 3 hours with them today to resolve and they tell me it has to be cancelled (at my loss) and then I need to rebook a whole new ticket. I find this incredible policy as it was their error? The more I read I see others have had the same situation - how can this be resolved before my flight?
Flight Cancelled by Airline and Edreams wont help change flights or refund me
I booked a flight with Edreams on 30/09/21 to fly from Melbourne to UK on 20/12/21 to fly home to see my family.
On 8/11 I received an email from Edreams simply stating that my flight had been changed and to login to see what the changes were.
I logged into the website only to find out my flight had been cancelled and that they were in the process of giving me a credit voucher. (NOTE: I paid $200 extra to be able to change my flight without incurring any additional costs)
I then looked into the 'Help' section of the website which advised to contact the airline to rebook the flight, so I called the Airline who then advised that as it was booked through Edreams I had to speak with them.
I then downloaded the Edreams app and it said the credit voucher was available so I managed to rebook my flight and it said 'pending request'. It has been stuck as this status now for MONTHS.
Since then I have emailed them numerous times asking for help on any email address I can get hold of, their website is really really poor and they have made it virtually impossible to get hold of anyone.
I have called their contact number so many times and each time it says 'you are not a premium member' and it hangs up. There are only 2 telephone numbers I have been able to find any neither of them have worked. I then tried to message them on Facebook and through their Live Chat channel and could not get past the automated replies.
Finally, the chatbot switched off and they put me through to a human who advised me that I would receive a callback within 72 hours which never happened. I then contacted them again through Live Chat and they said I had to pay extra if I wanted to change my booking, they completely ignored the fact that I paid extra money already to not have to pay extra fees! They then said they would check with the airline and get back to me. Again no one has. I'm now on Live chat for a 3rd time and obviously very very upset and no one is even bothering to reply to me even though it says I am connected to a human.
All I want is my flight changed as per what I paid for, a credit voucher or a refund but it is impossible to get an answer from this company. It seems like they are happy to take people's money and then when things go wrong they refuse to help. I wish to make this complaint in order to get my money back from them totaling $AU 1364.52

Didn't received refund for cancelled flight
I booked an Air India flight in the month of March to Travel to Singapore from Mumbai on 12th Apr 2021. The flight got canceled by the airline. I called to eDram customer support Mumbai number. Customer care support confirmed, "the flight has been canceled and the amount is fully refunded by the airline and I can use the same amount to book another flight."
As the flight was not available through eDram site. I had booked from another vendor. After returning to Singapore I called eDram Customer Support and request a refund for the canceled flight. They took a request and advise it will take six months for a refund.
To date, I have not received a single penny from eDram.
Appreciate your help in this matter.

EDreams, non stop emails unwanted
I have the same complaint about eDreams, I receive none stop emails that keep taking me to marketing sites if I try to unsubscribe.. how do I make this end. I have reported as junk, spam and yet it still hits all my mailboxes
Clicking unsubscribe just takes you to multiple different marketing groups. Not a true unsubscribe link.

Paid for flights but we were not listed
Paid and received confirmation of flights from Manchester to Prague and Prague to Manchester we had a problem with checking in and they could not help at all, told us to go airport and sort it out directly with airline, we did this and we were not even listed for the flight only the return flight. phoned Edreams from airport they did not want to know, we had to but new tickets at the airport at a very high price directly from the airline, Edreams still disputing and blaming it on the airline, they book with own credit card and change your email making it very difficult to get information, proof sen to them that we were not listed and demand for our money back and also compensation re paying for new flights for something that was out of our control and we paid them in good faith, out of pocket for their error, still waiting on reply and what happened. Never use Edreams again and would not recommend to anyone.

Edreams charged my debit card without my consent..I was looking at the flights I choose tickets for me and my 2 boys I put all my info but changed my mind and never went forward to agree with purchase..After five minutes I got an email your booking is comfrmed...I tried to call unsuccessfully I downloaded their app I couldn't speak with nobody, I called many many numbers no answer..They are fast to take many from account but not so fast to answer on the phone...I spent 3 days calling number that I found on internet and nothing..How is possible they charge a card without an consent...That is ridiculous I will never ever recommend this company to nobody! My father is dying from cancer and I need to go to see him and now I don't know what to do at this point.
6.90 fr per month on my credit card
Hello I have a serious complaint. Since my last trip, Edreams takes the liberty of taking 6.90 CHF from my credit card. Prime its called I think. Impossible to cancel (your website makes it impossible to find), could you please cancel my inscription immediately. I have no idea how I became part of this, but I do not want to remain in this group.
I have sent three emails on the subject, no reply. I would like this to stop immediately ! I just got my last credit card bill an Edreams has again taken 6.90 CHF.

Refund/ Scammed by them
I was forced to pay twice as they stated the my first payment did not go through. i have beem trying to get a refund for almost 2 months now. my airline has refunded the money into their account and theu are not willing to rwfumd my money to me. i have made many calls and have tried getting in contact. customer service is very bad. would not recommend

Edreams charged me twice for the same journey. What's more surprising is that the other ticket was booked for an unknown passenger.

13/11/21. As can be seen on my statement, the transactions were made differently, the one amounting was taken only by Edreams, as if the system knew that it was a double booking and therefore took the full amount. The other transactions on the other hand was split up between Corendon Airlines and Edreams. Why would you charge differently for the same journey if there wasn't something you were well aware of? You knew that the 466 euros were a double booking and took it all. I called shortly after the booking when I saw that you overcharged me and was told to send a bank statement and that you would readjust. A few days later, you said that you would not refund me. Why? Why such methods? You either refund me or I would make it my duty to dissuade as many people as I a can from using your services. You have left me without cash flow and cause me great inconvenience while abroad with my pregnant wife. I shan't rest idly by if you don't address this promptly.
