I was playing the game of candy crush saga and clicked on checking out how much it was going to cost to buy more time to play and it went straight to saying thank you for buying on two diff times on the same game. Its taken me quite a few days to complete level 289, I finally managed it today with 4 moves left was so excited I done it, then a error message appeared on the page and I had to refresh the page, but it didn't move me to the next level and didn't even take my score, now am very very upset because it to me so long to complete this level, is there any way to fix this!

I opened up the game one night after I got home from work last week and noticed that all 52 of my gifted lives were gone. I had no idea what happened. Now, one week later, after I managed to accumulate another 15 gifted lives, they disappeared again! I have no idea what is going on. The one thing I suspect is that there was a brief power outage at my house where my internet went down. My modem had to be reset...could this be the cause? This is really frustrating! Please give my gifted lives back!

I was charged twice in Genuary 2013 and once on the 19th March 2013 to my credit card. It just have the FACEBOOK.COM*NWES422AD and total charged of 7, 80 € . Please explain what happened and refund the full amount immediately because I don't wart more to use this games. Email me on the update of my querry at giuseppe.libbi3@tin.it

Candy crush wouldn't connect to Facebook so I followed some advice and uninstalled/reinstalled the app. Still doesn't connect to Facebook and now it's taken me from level 200 back to level 1. Screw candy crush.

I have recently been playing Candy Crush. I the past 6 or 7 days have I have squandered about $30. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong but now I think there's a hitch somewhere. When I go into to get extra moves it will buy them and then it will take me back to the quit or play screen & want more money. It won't take me to play and if I go there on my own it wants to take more moves.
Now I think this will just post as a comment. Does anyone know how to get a person to help? KJensen

I keep losing my gifted lives on my ipad mini. This has happened to me 3 different times. I just logged on thinking I was going to have over 40 and I have zero, only one request to send from someone else. Talk about a sick feeling. I worked hard for those lives. How do I get them back and how can I make it stop? It has happened to my nephew also...HELP!.

Please stop the advertisers from interrupting the games. I lose 3 out of 5 lives because of this happening. Short of my continuing to write nasty comments on each of their pages what can be done? SO FRICKING FRUSTRATING

My friends send me lives and I go to use them and they ARE NOT THERE! I have also bought extra lives, PAID FOR THEM and did not get them! This game is a scam FIX IT, you cheaters!

I keep losing my lives that have been gifted and also we should think of something u can do if u just want pass on a level it gets really boring after a month or so of being on the same game! I like playing but if I'm never gonna get this dang level I'm sooo bored and over it

The phone app updated this morning and every time I try to open it, it crashes. I can't get in.

I have played candy crush for a couple of weeks now and last night and today 5 times I got threw doing what it said to do and it said sugar crush, things flying around and then it gave me no more levels! This was at least the 5th time and I am truley aggravated playing this, can you please fix my score and I hope it doen't happen again! thanks

Don't have Facebook but do play Candy Crush. Am sick of paying out money for some levels and just get close to winning and it tells me I can't spend anymore and to contact apple support. Have probably wasted $50 to $100 over the levels at a couple dollars a time. Not happy Ell.bell

The game asks for three tickets to move on my son sent me the last ticket i needed twice and nothing. Where is my ticket and or why am i not allowed to move on getting frustrated waiting.

I'm getting fed up of playing this game, my free lives disappear, takes to long to complete a level. Some of the levels are outrages, so you are expected to buy extra moves, if you want to pass. Then you got to unlock stages and if you loose your friends gifts, you have to pay 99c to go onto the next stage. The free 100 lives, is a joke! I did everything I was asked, and still NO 100 FREE LIVES! Read people's posts as they are all saying the same thing... People are going to get bored and fed up, if he problem is not fixed!

I am just about through with this game. It crashes whenever I do anything. Try to send a life - crash. Try to use a life - crash. Try to play a level - crash. I have been playing this game since December and have not spend a single freaking dime on a single booster and am at level 323. I have emailed the makers (Kong) several times and they keep telling me the problem is on MY end. I try their suggestions or other suggestions I have found online and all it's done is caused me to lose about 1, 000 total stored lives in the process! This problem is not on my end! It's on YOUR end. I never had any issued until the last 3 updates. Now they have made it so I can't play the game at all. Guess that's what they wanted!

I had completed level 65 which then it advised I needed tickets to get into the train to get to the next stage of candy crush However it would not connect to my Facebook (yet people a minute before had asked me to send a life) I then deleted the app and re installed it but now it's telling me that I need to complete level 65 again when it has taken me over a month to complete as it is! I want this fixing! Not impressed

Was on level 90 finished it and said I was out of time. Had to do it again it was completed with no time limit just amount of moves. That level was conpleted. And now its having me do it again. To buy more lives.

When I finish an episode and request tickets from friends they do not show up on my game. (I know they were sent) I have to delete the app and reinstall the game to get the tickets but then I am sent back several levels and have to beat levels I already completed to get back to where I was. Please fix this.

I got sucked in & bought the upgrade of 3 lives, which says I would permanently have 8 lives instead of 5. The took my money but I still only have 5 lives. And I can't find any info of how to contact them to find out what is going on! I'm not impressed!

I play level 211, , only 1 moves i left, , i buy itunes to get 5 moves to clear this level, but this level is not working, , its hang when i touch the last move, , its cheat you know! Its not 1 time, , its 2x when i play that ###! When i can back my itunes money! This game is cheat! Every time I start a new game of candy crush. The screen either freezes and lose a life or freezes and does weird freezing with flashes. Please fix this. I M on level 110.

I used up my lives on Level 213 and I just PAID FOR MORE LIVES so I can get ONE LAST JELLY in Level 213 and the game kicked me out saying I had no more lives! Either give me money back or start me at 214 please!

Hi I had over 220 lives and extra moves and on level 303. As I was playing the game the battery on my phone died and when I got back onto the game my lives and extra moves had all gone. Please sort this out for me

I have tried getting the "free 100 lives/50 lives/200 lives" and it has NEVER worked. I follow all the instructions on numerous occasions, step-by-step, and nothing. I posted the problem to my timeline to see if I was the only one, and I am not. SO, what is being done, if anything, to stop the problem? I and my friends are surely not the only people having the problem. O my iPad I pay for the lives and than go to play and it freezes up and goes back to where I pick the game. It keeps doing it and I keep paying and than I lose lives. I think it sux I can't get these lives or play when I paid. I want my lives!
