A fraudulent account was created with my information at a UPS store in Broken Arrow, OK on 5/30/2022 and I received a bill for a shipment I didn't make. The complaint department rescinded the charge but refuse to take action against the account. With the account still in good standing, I can receive more bills for shipments I didn't make. I asked them to remove the account and they told me they can't. I did open an account on June 19, 2022 to try to resolve the bill issue without help from the complaint department but obviously couldn't. Prior to this issue I did not have a UPS account at all.
Desired outcome: Fraudulent account permanently removed and perhaps an investigation to find out who in that store created that account.
Bad driver and seattle hub supervisor is rewarding him
S notices saying we weren't home, yet never knocked and never rang doorbell.
4. I showed him my NOTICE one day when I was helping a disabled NAVY SEAL. Driver said: WHAT ABOUT IT? That's weird because it was a small package still sitting on his truck and he refused to hand it over.
5. He started filling out UPS notices in his truck and claiming we agreed to pick up packages at Seattle HUB.
6. He then had our packages redirected back to New Jersey and Tennessee, even though DISPATCH already said they were going to have a DRIVER SUPERVISOR go with him.
7. He again refused to DELIVER a package for a MILITARY SPOUSE on FRIDAY and his SUPERVISOR said: He's not going to deliver to YOUR ADDRESS!
8. He then said he would make sure we had OUR PACKAGE on FRIDAY, it's SATURDAY and again DISPATCH said there's nothing they can do and maybe we'll get package on MONDAY. Again the DRIVER lied saying we'd pick up the package with NO UPS NOTICE left at our HOME and NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT.
9. He LIES and says he feels UNCOMFORTABLE, yet MOST DRIVERS just leave packages and don't cause problems for CUSTOMERS. He's lying because he knows exactly what he's doing to MESS with OUR ENTIRE FAMILY and STUDENTS who needed their BOOKS he sent back to TENNESSEE.
10. SEATTLE is playing the PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE game on STEROIDS thinking it's funny to back up a DRIVER who clearly doesn't care about SEVERAL CUSTOMERS. He's not only doing this to us.

Shipping
Had an item that was supposed to arrive Friday. I go out for an hour, of course that's they hour they stopped by and left a note explicitly stating I can grab my shipment the next day from the UPS store - in the notes section it says to come to the UPS store tomorrow. Saturday I do just that and the lady helping me asks when I got it. I say yesterday (the slip she's holding is literally dated) and she launches into 3 different excuses as to why they don't have it, using a tone that implies I'm stupid for expecting them to. I check the shipment info online and it isn't going to go there til Monday now? The store is a mile from my residence, where on earth is the package? Why do I have to wait 3 days past the delivery date to think about looking at it? Why fo UPS employees work in tandem to humiliate the customer and make them feel stupid?
[censored] UPS. I'm going to go out of my way to try not to ever use them again for anything, even specifically requesting things not be sent thru them that usually would be, as they are by and large the least reliable, most annoying "reputable" shipping company in the US. Shippers: use FedEx or USPS where you can.

Heather at the ups store located at 23110 state rd 54 lutz fl said there was not a cheaper rate to mail my package to New Hampshire. When I told her it only cost $10.96 to ship it to me, how could it be over $25 to return. She said it coat more to send usps, and the package wasn't considered media mail which was true. However, felt she was deceitful since the company used ups and it only cost $10.96 to ship it to me.

How outdated can a company possibly be where they dont show you how many stops away they are like amazon or bother contacting the receiver on arrival at an apartment complex? Then the people on the other side of the phones are so unhelpful and nonchalant you wonder how they even have a call center as useless at theirs is. I hate ups and most importantly their workers are the absolute worst better customer service from a dying carcass.
Desired outcome: upgrade they offensively outdated system get with the times like amazon.
Theft with-in ups

1. The package NEVER left Bellingham WA. “Apparently” it left the ups store.

3. AT&T knows the person and the number linked with them who stole the iPhone and tried to set up a new account but is unable to give the officer or myself any information unless we get a lawyer. They were kind enough to give me the last known location. As stated it NEVER left Bellingham. #upsclaims stated the packaging was cheap & packaged poorly, in which I bought the packing at the UPS store & packaged it right in front of them.
Been getting run around for months now. They deny the claim for lame insufficient packaging. No one helps or calls back. Declared amount and paid extra for shipping. Sent pictures to ups store and did everything on our end. They are doing nothing.

Won't deliver packages
Ordered package on 05/31/22, joined UPS My Choice so I could put it on hold. I put it on hold on the 2nd of June until the 9th, so it should've been delivered on the 10th. Not delivered. I have other packages, two more orders, from Amazon that should have been delivered by the 10th also, but not delivered. Interestingly enough, UPS did deliver to my house on the 10th, but not the packages I am missing. I'm missing 3 orders. When I put one of my deliveries on hold, I could see on my home cameras (I was away from home) that it was delivered and then removed. So, they have the package and could have delivered it with my other ones the delivered on the 10th, but they didn't. Of all my orders delivered by UPS, the most important one was never delivered, so it ruined my weekend and wasted my time, the time I had to do a home repair I needed the parts for I never received. I needed parts for my furnace, no heat in my home and UPS failed again. It is not the first time. They've left my packages by the road; they've confirmed a delivery they never made, and I never did receive the item. They've delivered items to my house that aren't mine etcetera. I have never had a similar problem with FedEx. So, I canceled my UPS My Choice membership, because if I had a choice, I would never choose UPS.
Desired outcome: UPS goes out of business and gives the world some relief.
Delivery of package
I had called UPS (Tracking# 1ZR0571AA796930425) concerning a delivery and signature of a package to be delivered between 2 - 7 PM today 06/11/22. I explained to customer service I would be at my residence until 2 PM and needed for package to be delivered at that time. Driver arrived at my house at 12:30 PM for delivery of package. Driver failed communication to follow through with information information.
Also called customer again with complaint about delivery. They gave me confirmation# C-[protected] and said a dispatcher would call me back about re-delivery. Dispatcher called me back and said they could not re-deliver until next business day. This piss poor service and I do a lot of business with UPS. This dishonest and very unacceptable. This was a lousy deal from UPS!
Desired outcome: a apology and to be delivered as soon as possible. I need before 12PM.
Refuses to deliver to my house
In the past 4 months I have had to call UPS 20+ times to deliver packages to my house. Almost every time I have a UPS package, the driver changes it to pick up at location. I have never requested this. It is literally the craziest thing. Some packages I never got and I'm out over $100 because of this. I live in a very busy area, zip code 30097 and it makes no sense they would not deliver here. There have been packages I call and speak to someone and they tell me every day it is going out the next day and some how the exact same thing happens 5 days in a row.
Desired outcome: I would like to figure out why UPS won't deliver to my address and how it can be resolved. I also dislike how they make it seem like I am the one requested the change of delivery to pick up which I never have.

I shipped couple of my home keys from San Diego to Santa Clara, CA. When the envelope is received at Santa Clara, it was torn from corner and keys were missing. When contacted UPS, they said create a claim and it will take 8 days to process the claim... Still waiting for claim to process. Talked to the originate UPS store and the guy said I can not do anything, I am still struggling with UPS from last year claims.. you can’t do anything..

Audited dimensions and weight
This happened to our company on March 12, 2022
We shipped 2 packages, both weighing 17 pounds with dimensions of 76 x 24 x 11. We were audited at them weighing 121 and 214 pounds with dimensions of 94 x 29 x 13 and 94 x 29 x 15. These were both Foam strips that were .5 x 5 x 76" each and are light! How they got those weights and added over 20 inches to the length is beyond me. I have been trying to get a resolution to this major issue as our bill went from $492.52 to $3102.70! I have been getting the run-a- round ever since with no help.
Desired outcome: I would like for our invoice to be credited for the incorrect audited and weight dimensions!!
Porterville UPS
package tracking 1Z88Y0300300230709. I had done as the manager had asked and showed up in the car with my neighbor. It showed that the package was delivered to the Porterville office. Received by Daisy on 05/25/22. I have a very rare genetic condition and it limits what I am able to do. The package was there on the 25th per what you had notified me that it was at the Porterville office. My neighbor and I showed up together. I waited in the car as was agreed upon with your store manager Chris. The date was 05/26/22 and the counter personnel informed us there was no package for me to pick up. This is well above and beyond what I need to do to get my packages in the first place. The package was to be delivered to my home. I informed my doctor I was ordering an ice machine because of the effects that sticking my hand in the freezer can have on my condition. If you do need to know my neighbor and I came in after my following up testing from an abnormal mammogram that may indicate my condition is worsening----Not that you need to know that this was my day off work due to the fact that many things are not easily covered and this is another item to hopefully decreased the wretched burning wounds I get that is beyond any pain you could imagine.
Desired outcome: I would like my items shipped to my home as they are directed. I work from home and I go to college from home anything else needs to be addressed directly with me.
delivery to wrong location
5/27/2022 CVS package delivered to second floor landing not our first floor condo. we both have mobility problems (parkinsons and back injury) that make it difficult to climb stairs. my husband tried to get the package but slipped and suffered multiple abrasions. we have complained several times to UPS and to vendors. the driver claimed to have left package at a "porch" which does not exist.
Desired outcome: deliver packages to door of condo on first floor not to nonexistent "porch" on second floor.
package delivery
In my area UPS uses subcontractors to deliver packages.
However, UPS is still responsible for the subcontractor's behaviour.
UPS packages, according to driver, were left at the front door.
That is a lie and happens every time.
The package is NOT left at the door but left at some convenient store without even making the attempt to deliver to the door, as expected.
The convenient store makes no attempt to notify recipients and only after a lot of asking and trial and error do we find out where the package is.
I'm not the only one. It happens to many people in this area and it happens constantly.
Please advise your subcontractors to either state where they left the package or better, actually deliver it. It happens not only in the winter and has nothing to do with accessibility/icy roads, etc.

UPS states in tracking package "street number is incorrect "
When entering the following tracking number 1Z2AFG9280378183584 on 5/25/22 the message "street number is incorrect." This has happened three times in the past four years despite making deliveries at the address in question. County government, USPS and GPS have the correct address and street number. Why not ask these sources for assistance?
Desired outcome: Find and address problem where it exists. Personnel, outdated street number information? Insure problem is addressed with all concerned
UPS abandoned my package and tried to scam me for more money in Mexico
I sent a package from Victoria BC Canada to Colima Mexico April 9th 2022, and after it was received by Mexico UPS a week later and they at first lied and claimed that there was no contact info which was not true and they said this :
This shipment was tendered to UPS. We are unable to deliver this parcel because a contact name, phone number or email is needed/Mexico charges warehouse fees of $7.30 per day per package..
All the info was correct in the first place but When they were provided with additional information then they asked for medical documentation and business documentation which does not exist.
Then they asked for a Cofepris permit which should not be necessary for the personal gift of some vitamins,amino acids,essential oil and hair accessories.
Then they said they would charge every day for keeping the parcel in their warehouse and although they would not give the package to the receiver , they said it would cost me $153.47 just to have the package returned to me. If no response to either thing then they would say the package was abandoned.
This happened a few months ago in Colima Mexico as well as it is a scam they use to either steal packages or profit from sending them back. I had already paid to send it there. If they are to return it then it should be for free. These actions are completely criminal.
Now they are asking $400 to return the abandoned package.
I did not send with UPS so I could be charged extra for no delivery, nor did I need to waste my time making phone calls to scammers. I expected my package to be safe from these kinds of thieves.
I paid for a signature which also was not signed in Mexico.
The UPS customer service has been horrendous. Noone is looking into what is really going on.
Desired outcome: To have my package returned and money refunded, and have them look into this criminal scam so it doesn't happen again.
Management staff
My husband has worked for UPS now for almost 4 years. He started as a package handler on the night shift and then was promoted to a part-time supervisor on the day shift. He has been working with this new boss for over a year now. When you begin a new job, you expect your management team to treat you with respect and support you. There is zero respect for employees at this company. When something does not go right, the management team explodes on their supervisors. Specifically, they use foul language and degrade their employees. My husband comes home each day wondering why the work he does is never good enough. There have been multiple times where the management team abuses their power on purpose just to show their employees who is in charge. The management team is also so protected that employees feel they cannot even take their issues to the HR department. My husband has tried multiple times to sit down and calmly talk to each member of the management team and he is greeted with anger, foul language, and an asserting of power. It is a hostile working environment with managers that do not care about their employees. From my own personal experience, employees are the ones that make the job happen. When employees are unhappy and mistreated, it is reflected in their work. It's also ironic to me that the employees are forced to take a "harassment" training, but none of that training is reflected in the management staff.
Desired outcome: I would like an investigation into the management staff at the Rockford, Illinois UPS and how they are treating their employees on a daily basis.
