Customer Service
It is nearly impossible to contact their customer service team, basically requiring you to trick their automated system into letting you talk with a representative. There is no clear distinct way to know if you'll be transferred to a representative or if they system will hang up on you. It's very frustrating, and is unbecoming of such a large company.
Desired outcome: Suck less
Package delivery
A package was delivered to my home on May 3rd at 4:50 p.m. with obvious damage, the box was rattling with screws and glass sticking through it. When I called to complain I was instructed to repackage the box in the original packaging, presents another problem I am disabled and unable to it. I was then instructed to asked a neighbor because the package would not be picked
Desired outcome: I would like the package picked up w/out me having to do anything to it. 1Z6632320398129281 Claim #[protected]
Package not delivered
-April 21st, 2021 -1ZA2027W1362680944 Item was ordered. Item was marked as "The receiver has moved..." There is a For Rent sign out front. The landlord is going to remove that. Ignore it. I contacted UPS. I am here! I told them. Ignore the For Rent sign. UPS just returned the package to the distribution center. Three times. I contacted UPS again. PLEASE bring me my package. nope they returned it to sender.

I ordered a package through Best Buy, where I deliberately didn't select the 'signature required' option, but UPS decided it needed a signature anyway.
We had two packages that needed to be delivered that day. One didn't require a signature, and the one from Best Buy that they arbitrarily decided to require a signature for. They delivered the first one to the side door rather than the front door, and left a slip for the second pasted on the side door.
Then, the UPS guy didn't even ring the doorbell when he came to my house, so while I was there and definitely available, now I have to wait up to two days for them to deliver it to a distribution center for me to drive over and get it. Granted, the side door doesn't have a doorbell. But if if you don't see a doorbell on the side door, that should indicate to a competent person that they have the wrong door.
On the ticket, they listed 'customer not in' as the reason for not delivering it. Yeah, the customer wasn't in the driveway, which was the only place you checked.
Desired outcome: Actually deliver the package like you were supposed to, or at least ring the doorbell
Where is my refund?
I had a package of Easter cupcakes sent to my daughter in NYC. The tracking number is: 1Z7R65990333869151
I provided all the proof required from Goldbelly.com for costs, pickup of package and tracking.
However, you say that it was delivered at the door. People were home ALL DAY and there was no knock or doorbell ring. Furthermore, UPS could not verify delivery with a photo or by other means. When I filed a claim, I got no response and had to track it down myself. All you note in my claim is that you could not find the package!
Some of the WORST customer service in the industry.
Desired outcome: I want a check or deposit for the $70 I spent on Easter cupcakes, for which the driver and his family probably enjoyed!
Lost 34000$ order and gave $300 in damages. Unethical!
A shipment with 34K worth of goods were supposed to be delivered to Septa office in Philadelphia but instead the consignment was delivered to MAACO, an auto body shop next to Septa.
The entire delivery route was only 30 miles, hence a new hire in our company was not aware of the insurance. A claim was forced to be taken up by UPS and in the end they would only pay 300$ in compensation for a shipment that was misdelivered solely by their negligence. This too was only after I put up a fight for well over 4 months.
While big corporations are helping business survive by providing help in terms of loans and grants, here is a company that killed a business that was using their services for well over 8 years.
Desired outcome: Compensation
UPS drivers deliver my package to wrong address
This involves multiple dates and deliveries over several months. The same driver does not deliver where I live. I live in a garage apt so my street address is the same as the house in front of me, but I have an apt number and specify on the address label that it is a garage apt, for the purpose in hoping that they will read the address properly. I am tired of searching for my packages and hoping the neighbors are honest in giving them to me. Given the choice I would not use your service. I can never speak with a live person. I now hesitate to order anything unless I can opt for USPS.

Desired outcome: Deliver my packaged to the correct address.
Lost my 37lb box of clothes
UPS charged me $72.48 to delivered someone else ugly wreath flower instead of my box of clothes to where I shipped it to, I can't wear a wreath flower on me, UPS needs to shut down for good, I won't be surprise cause it's suck, too many lazy junkies who love money and hate to work . I' ve been working for Amazon since 2009, if I have to be the only person to handle customer items with care and respect I will cause I order online on a monthly basis to give to family and friends, I know how it's feel when they receive their items in good and respecful condition I'm glad. Sorry UPS, you are a past to me, I'm no longer interested in your business, you can keep the refund you wanted to give me for losing my clothes.
Desired outcome: Stop hire lazy junkies who love money and hate the hard work
Delivery
4/12
Package left place of origin weighing 5lbs. Got to NC Shelby, got delivered weighing 58 grams... How disgusting and disrespectful can a company be. I left the post office service to be a loyal customer to you guys... But you hire scumbags... Who would steal from their own child... Only have ever been stolen from in NC the Charlotte area... The post office and now UPS are the worst. How you would let this internal scheme continue is beyond rational thinking.
Desired outcome: Prosecution of Driver or In hub thieves
Such a scumbag service... How long do they think they can steal before they are dealt with? 5lb box to a 58 gram box in NC
Delivery delay (again)
I was informed my motorcycle was to be delivered TODAY, between 10am and 5pm. NOW, on day of delivery, I get a call saying it won't be here till next week! I took off work to be here for this, now I'm out money and delivery of the motorcycle. I was informed it was in Phoenix and for whatever reason it was delayed. I also know this is a teamster job, I am a teamster. This should have never happend. If the truck was delayed, or broke down. It should have been repowered and continued to it's location of delivery. This is unacceptable. I'm losing money and time waiting for this unit. Simply due to a poorly dispatched crew. NOW, I've been told the earliest delivery will be next week, DURING THE WEEK. So now I need to lose more money, so I can stand here and HOPE the bozo actually gets it here. Pathetic.
Desired outcome: Delivery ON TIME, compensate me for loss of time, money, and for the lady on the phone being rude.
Speeding!!!!!!
Today April 8, 2021 at 3:36pm your driver that is delivering in Ida, La hit my daughters dog ( my daughter is 4 years old and shouldn't have to see that outside playing on her swing set. The speed limit on Buffalo Road is 25 not 65! He throws packages at people's front porch also. Something needs to be done! Now I have to explain to my daughter about her dog!
On going deliveries
We have recently had to lock our building down due to new homeland security requirements so have had to revert the UPS and FEDEX deliveries to our loading bays/shipping department. We have had several issues with some of your drivers who are unwilling to comply and just drop packages off outside the front of the building. Today a sensitive piece of equipment valued at $5000 was just dropped outside in the sun and left. This needs to be resolved immediately.
Desired outcome: Drivers to comply with new delivery location in the building
It's obvious they don't care.
Firearm Delivery
I bought a rifle and had it shipped to my gun shop which is a FFL holder. The driver arrived, found the business closed which would not be open until the next day and left the firearm outside overnight. The owner of the gun shop called me to notify me of the problem as this had to have a signature to deliver. I believe BATF would have a problem with this.
I would like a Manager to return my call. I have the drivers notice stating he left it at the front door of the business.
Desired outcome: I am requesting a Manager call me. Russ Hearter [protected]
Maybe a driver needs to have some time behind bars for violating federal law? And the company would prefer a nice fat fine?
Items packed by UPS for shipment from Orlando FL to Odessa TX
My items were packed by your shipping center with care, marked FRAGIL on all sides and I received ALL boxes with damage to the contents. Toaster oven/air fryer bent & caved in, china broken. Those boxes were bent up, torn and looked like they had been drop kicked to the back of the truck. The packers did a good job but your people moving these items obviously don't know what fragile means or don't care.
Desired outcome: It seems to me that your workers take no pride in there work and that is the fault of your leaders.
pick up CCS62944847
I booked this pick up over 25 hours ago and am being told UPS cant pick up due to bad weather. My location is a half mile away and the sun out and no rain. So I ask to speak to a supervisor, then I was told they will be at my location in two hours, which is 2 hours after closing and I waited, and nothing. So I call back and ask what going on. Now I being told there not going make it. Thanks for wasting two hours of my life
Desired outcome: There a need for a new dispatch or supervisor
UPS Delivery Scam
I ordered from a company that was sending through UPS. I live in a condo building that requires that all drivers use a system that requires they call from the lobby so that we can let them in. They are all quite familiar with the system and some trusted drivers even have their own key fobs to get in. UPS claims to have tried twice and are threatening to send package back to the manufacturer. They say they have left notices for me. No notices have been left, nor have I been called from the lobby to let them into the building. Now, in order to get my package, they are forcing me to change the delivery location to a store nearby and are charging me for the change they say is my doing. It seems that there is a certain driver who does this with our building as not all of them do this, but apparently, one of them has found it more profitable to not deliver packages. Maybe UPS likes this idea too.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and I want them to do their job and deliver the package. They should be calling when they arrive, but I truly believe they are just leaving instead of even trying to deliver.
No delivery
So for the past 20 years UPS has delivered to the addresses on Hawkview Lane in Oakland Oregon 97462 with no issues.
There are 10 residences on this road that receive UPS and FedX and FedX has no issues. About a month go we were informed the road was to rough by UPS and they would not deliver.. We spent 500.00 in Rock just for your drivers. Everything was dandy, today I receive a call stating they will no longer deliver again... You have drove this road for the 20 years we have lived up here, in much worse conditions than what it is now. Due to the fact you have a driver that tends to do 20 miles an hour on a 15mph road does not help the fact. Also the extra time and added shipments that UPS has, does not warrant the non delivery to this road. At one time, packages were dropped alongside the road at the bottom of the driveway, very unaccemorning.
Very frustrating, and driving 30 miles to wait in line for 1/2 hour while a bunch of brown coats are trying to decide whom is delivering to where and when, like I had to do this morning is ridiculous.
Delayed delivery
I am an over the counter shipper 547E38 account #. I shipped a package for a customer to Florida, Next Day Early on Friday, March 19 to be delivered Saturday, March 20. Item number 1Z547E381541962063 to zip code 34224 which my customer paid $166.25. When I put the information in, I did not receive any alerts that it would not be delivered on time. The...

The driver came into the building with no mask through the whole building. When asked why he is in the building without a mask he had a rude loud comment that we should have someone to help him and he doesn't need a mask. At that time I demanded he get out of our building now. Still arguing with me as he got in the truck. Never had an unprofessional rude driver ever.
When you find an actual study that states masks to anything other than ease the worry of [censored]s, I'll consider this complaint to be legitimate. Even the CDC statement is that a "professionally-fitted, surgical grade" mask MAY help prevent the spread of coronavirus. Since this is far from a conclusive claim, it is not your right to demand a violation of another person's bodily autonomy.
YOU were the unprofessional one.
Drop off of my phone to my house
I've just about had it with this place. This business was supposed the have dropped off a phone from my network provider to me at my address today. What I went and saw was a note on my door today saying "sorry we missed you".
This is not the first time they're coming to our house, not ringing the bell and leaving with our package. Now I have to figure out how to leave classes to get it.
I don't know how this company keeps getting jobs. This is upsetting. I don't drive so I'm either gonna take Public Transportation or walk to get my package. I don't know who work for this company but I find these people to be very sleezy.
This is ridiculous. I mean, what would be the purpose of turning up to my house with my package and leaving with it without attempting to get me? Are these people trying to steal my product or something?
Desired outcome: Take my package to my home and not let me have to waste my time to go to UPS for it.
