Over night package took 8 days
I sent a package overnight. The package took 8 days to arrive. UPS claimed there was an old label on the box which caused this problem. I received an email stating "hazardous materials irregularity occurred with this package. We'll contact the sender with additional information" . Exception Resolution: The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city. A couple of days later I received an email from UPS indicating the package was incorrectly sorted which may cause a delay. The package was sent from California to Colorado. It ended up in Kentucky. The label for this package was created online and dropped off at a local UPS store. They attached the label and placed it over an existing label to cover it. They accepted the package. If there was a problem with the box then it should have been returned to me to correct or at least contacted to see what I wanted to do. The contents was a frozen item. By the time it was delivered it was no good and had to be thrown out. I think it is reasonable to refund payment but they are stating that there are no guarantee. Seams wrong when they can use any excuse not to be liable for their mistakes. It is also extremely difficult to reach someone to talk to. When I did talk to someone they said there was nothing she could do. I asked to be transferred to a supervisor which she did but I was left on line for over 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Charging for scheduling a shipment day change and not delivering on the day paid for
I am writing to complain about the service I experienced on a recent shipped item 1Z36W7310348281383 after a paid delivery change. Of course after seeing the delivery day changed during shipment from Thursday, to Wednesday, to Tuesday I realized that the shipment required me to be at home to assure the very large package wasn't left out in the rain on that Tuesday. So I PAID to have a scheduled delivery Wednesday. Of course no delivery was made and my wasted time waiting all day was of more concern than the scam of charging to schedule then to deliver not on that day but whenever UPS damn well pleased and keeping the money. I jumped through hoops online chatting, on the phone with a representative and just got the run around and would not take care of my refund for the scheduling and wanted me to make calls the next day on hold and messing with the incompetent UPS system. Scammers, that's what UPS is all about. UPS should be ashamed to pass the buck with a smile knowing you just screwed the customer. UPS is trash, pure trash.
These people are full of it. They did the same to us more than once. I'm here now trying to figure out how to get to them for a package they should have dropped off at my house.
They did the same thing with us twice. These people are not being held accountable for anything. This is why they keep up this crap.
I will be certain to keep them in my mind as a company to definitely NOT do business with under any circumstance. I mean I'm so serious about having nothing to do with them that, even if they are the last courier service on the Planet, I would walk or drive with my package to deliver it.

Damaged package and claim not paid
I mailed a package to a buyer on Ebay and the package was destroyed by UPS. I filed a claim and it was approved and was sent a letter to say where to send my claim payment. That was in December. After over 20 calls or more they informed me that my money was sent to Ebay who didnt own the package or the contents thereof. I sold it on Ebay that was their only involvement. I have been trying to receive my payment since December and I either get" call Ebay and I call Ebay and they said call UPS." It is not Ebay's responsibility to pay for my claim it is UPS's claim as they destroyed my package. It is not my fault that UPS sent the payment to Ebay. It has been three months since my package was damaged and still no payment even when they agreed with my claim. I have been transferred and sent to every person who works with UPS and always they say we will get back to you and never call or send me to a supervisor who never helps. I have been going in circles for months and still need help. My claim number is [protected] and package was picked up on December 2. (three months ago).

I have now had 3 issues with packages that this facility has handled and/or lost. The first one was back in Aug 2020, a package from QVC sat there for over 2 weeks and never left the place. Then in Jan 2021, again a package from QVC arrived in Hodgkins, they then decided it needed to take the scenic route, sending it to Ogden UT, then to Salt Lake City UT, oh wait, lets go south and it was sent to FL. Back to another facility in IL, and back to Hodgkins. Egads, I live 2 hrs away from Hodgkins, I would be better off to go pick up my own package. And the 3rd, oh yes, from QVC, arrived there and hasn't been touched since. Thank goodness QVC has great customer service and sends out replacements, the original shipment on the 1st & 3rd have never been delivered. I don't know if someone thinks they are getting something good by taking the package or what, but something has to be done here. If it's happening to me, it has to be happening to many others. Your driver sitting at the end of my street smoking weed
You can see the light at the left f the screen that's your truck. I started this video about 5 min after he got there we live on a dead end street. This driver is known to do that but in different places around my neighborhood. There is no one that lives down there. So there is no reason for him to be there. I dont have anything against people doing what they want just dont do it on my street we have little 5 and up that live here and where he is sitting is where the frazer trail runs. I think that is really stupid thing to do why not just wait till you get home. Baffels me I would love to have a job like that. Funny how those who would appreciate a company and what it has to offer never get hired and those who take it for granted always do. Additional charges: billable weight vs dimensional weight
Having sold an item on Ebay, I put in dimensions and weight which Ebay discounted 47%. A total of $18.95. They the later went into my checking account and took out $42.80 for shipping cost. When I filed a complaint through the BBB, Ebay replied, through email that UPS had calculated it Billable weight vs Dimensional weight and therefor UPS denied me a refund in the difference of cost. Ebay has nothing stating the Billable vs Dimensional weight on their shipping page. Ebay was the one who is at fault and they themselves have denied me a refund. They need to change their shipping page to keep sellers from suffering financial loss.
Desired outcome: Honor the shipping cost that they had when that item sold and refund the overcharges due to their site.
lost Apple computer returned to Amazon
I ordered a lap top computer ORDER Number [protected] and returned it to Amazon.After one week, Amazon return site said they hadn't received it and the same thing after two weeks. Finally after some time, I called Amazon and they said they received the box, but there was nothing inside. Amazon did not report this until much later, so that I had no time to respond to this situation. The computer was lost maybe in transit or at Amazon . However, it is the fault of Amazon for not letting me know about this problem before my time to make a claim. It would be wise for Amazon at least to report to the customer that the item was not found in the box. Amazon has not responded to this problem even though I have all the documents related to this situation. Misleading information
I had to pay custom fees for a package. I paid online and on the website was written that a payment proof would be enough for the driver to leave the package, but when the package arrived the driver refused to deliver, because it was applied on his system. I'm pissed off, because it's not encouriging to pay online, but delay payment or give money to the driver during this pandemic (when this has to be discouraged).

As you see in the attached tracking details the package moved to Mesquite TX from Livonia, IL in about 4 days. That is fine. It is such a long distance. However from 12:03 AM on 2/25 it has been with Mesquite UPS facility. My house is just about 8 miles from this facility and today it is 3/1 2:30 PM and still it is not delivered.
On 2/27, it was loaded in the vehicle for delivery, but was not delivered. Today again it Out for delivery and I am not sure if it will be. The weather has been warm and nice for the last several days here. There are no slow storms to contend with. It is strange and awkward to see that you say it is due to weather.

I was tracking my Amazon order. It stated that it would be delivered by UPS. So, I then saw on a specific date when it was going to arrive. On that day, at 6 something in the morning it arrived at the UPS site. That site is ONLY 20 MILES away from us. It then stated that it would be delivered by 8PM. That time came and went.
Now, the next day I went back to Amazon to track the order. Now, the updated delivery is up to 3 MORE DAYS to be delivered.
The UPS site which I have been to, is as I said 20 miles away.
Three more days for the item to go 20 MILES?
Give me a break. I also gave a complaint about this regarding Amazon.
Over billed twelve hundred dollars
On Feb.10th. 2021 I was overcharged $1223.21 for a shipment that I had sent which was supposed to cost $217.00 the package was 30x16x16 in. in transit it was supposedly audited and was determined to be 77x31x27 in. which has the dimensions the size of a refrigerator ! How many refrigerators do you see UPS deliver rediculas. Trying to get the billing department to reverse charges they say there is nothing they can do? guess I will have to take it to the Better Business bureau / Social media?

I saw this UPS driver on the road today. He was changing lane at full speed without turning signal or emergency signal. He turned around and cursing at people on the right of way. That is not how UPS should let their drivers run on the roads.
The truck license plate number is 1075700 or 1075708. He was on Watson Rd 63119 on 2/24/2021 at 4:47PM. There was a number 3 right behind his driver seat.

I have been trying to deal with my package since Sept 2020. I went to the Louis Vuitton Store on 9/26/2020 and ordered a $1400 bag to be delivered to my house. The bag NEVER showed up. I have been contacting UPS and Louis Vuitton about this issue and they will not help me. UPS keeps telling me that the package was delivered but to WHO? Hello I just noticed the UPS driver in my area in Palmdale, CA. He was parked on Ave S2 and 32nd
st. E. License Plate number# 528341N1
The driver was parked smoking weed in the UPS company truck and afterwords speeding through my neighborhood. please do a drug test on the driver or check him once he gets to warehouse and you'll find out. Also by tracking the vehicle and you'll see her delivered a package them stayed in truck smoking his weed right afterwords. Very unsafe being high while on the job, and especially driving.

i ordered a dog door that was scheduled for delivery on feb 19, tracking said it was on the truck for delivery before 8pm then at 9pm it said couldnt be delivered due to weather (clear roads) so now i have to hire someone to walk my dogs while im working in another state all week and if they do get around to doing there job i wont be here to get my 400 dollar package, hopefully porch pirates wont strike! Since the cold weather snap and the problem with the homeless in this neighbourhood, the landlord has been leaving the outside door - which has no buzzer - locked.

On Feb 11th at approximately 12pm our UPS driver refused to take our load due to our COVID policy restroom users. He frequently has an attitude on this route and does not show professionalism to his required service. Our address is 19255 San Jose Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748. This person must be reprimanded and a formal complaint be issued.
