UPS UPS prepaid pickup

Have a new AC from homedepot that I'm returning. HD prepaid for return shipping and hired UPS for the job. 4 people living in my house, all work from home. HD couldn't tell me when UPS would arrive other than within 4 days… no problem… I work from home.
UPS shows up three days later and drops off the tracking papers… no knock on door or doorbell. We see them getting in their truck but couldn't catch them… prepaid shipping… AC on front porch as I told HD it would be… UPS guy puts papers on top of AC BOX…

I call UPS… tell them driver didn't take the AC… they said I should have been on porch to "hand them" the package… I tell them I was told they would arrive within 4 days and asked if they expected me to wait on the front porch for 4 days looking for the pickup… they said yes… that's our policy… I asked why the driver didn't let us know he arrived… they said it's not their job to notify me…This was "customer service" supervisor … asked to talk to their supervisor… he said there was no one else I could speak with…
Just paid another $12 for pickup… still waiting on porch… it's cold and raining… would drop it off but just got out of knee surgery… no way o can deliver it…
Good to see our UPS is running so well… like a fine tuned turd 💩

UPS local UPS driver delivery late at night with loud beeping

Local UPS driver delivery late at night at 10:20 pm with loud beeping at 9723 Windham Dr, Dallas, TX 75243 - while delivering package late at night, the truck was beeping loudly and disturbing the peace. I went out to ask the driver why there needs to be loud beeping while she delivers a package to my neighbor across the street and she explained that this was for safety.

Desired outcome: don't deliver packages after 10:00 pm

UPS Carrier: UPS - Canada Tracking Number: 1Z6088772056877323 - first attempt - june 29, 2021 at 5:24 and second timeune 30, 2021 - 10:53pm

I ordered this portable air conditioner from Lowes and it includes the shipping. No choice in your courier service. You have to go with whoever they have contracted with and unluckily they contracted with UPS. UPS is the worse courier company I ever experienced This is not the first time I have encountered UPS. Anyway, what happened was they gave me a time slot of 3:30 to7:30pm on June 29th, 2021. So I waited and waited I was home all day and then at 5:24 pm they texted me and said they came by and no one was home. I could not believe they came because I was home and no one knocked or anything. I was furious. I called UPS and told them to come at 5:30 pm the next day, June 30, 2021. and don't come any earlier because no one will be home, you know what happened, they came at 10:53 am and just left the air conditioner close to the sidewalk from my house, On top of that, the air conditioner was not even securely wrapped with those wired type straps. it just had an open-end box on top of the appliance. I was appalled, the accessories felled out, luckily I had a dolly and I was able to put the dolly underneath and roll it to the back of my house. I had to rush home from work and move the appliance to the back of my house so that no one can see it. From now on, whenever a merchant says they will be shipping their items with UPS, I have an anxiety attack because I know my items would not be delivered in a nice way. I hope all merchants that use UPS to ship their items would reconsider using FEDEX instead their service has improved 100% .

UPS Lot packages 3 times

I purchased a 20 ft awning from sunsetter. If has been 6 weeks and I have not receive my packages. The packages have been lost 3 different times. UPS FREIGHT should close down

UPS Incompetent delivery service

On May 25, 2021 I placed an order with Amazon who shipped my package via UPS. I received several emails from UPS saying my package (Tracking # 1Z9X26000327838085) was scheduled for delivery to the United States Post Office located in Cayuga, TX 75832 where my PO Box is located. I later received emails that the package was "not deliverable" and that another attempt would soon be made. Seeing that the delivery attempt was done after the Cayuga Post Office closes at 1pm, I called UPS to let them know this and requested that the package be delivered BEFORE 1pm. The rep said she would get the info to the driver. Another delivery attempt was allegedly made, but again, it was made after 1pm so the package could not be delivered to post office personnel for them to place in my PO Box. I called UPS again, but I still didn't receive my package. On 6/14 I called UPS at [protected] to file a complaint, and was told corporate would call me within a day. No one called. On 6/17 I called UPS at [protected] to file another complaint and was told someone from corporate would call me within the hour. I still haven't received a call. UPS has now sent my package back to Amazon.

After speaking to the Postmaster at Cayuga, I recently learned that since the regular UPS delivery driver for this area (Randall) has been on medical leave the other driver(s) seldom deliver the packages to the Cayuga Post Office before closing. The packages are often damaged after being on the UPS truck several days.

Earlier this year, one of my packages was returned to sender because UPS didn't get the package to the Cayuga Post Office before closing. Last year when I requested that UPS deliver to my home address at ZIP 75751 instead of to my POB, the package was either left on my open gate or on the ground by the gate instead of being delivered to my doorstep. It would be very easy for the package to be stolen or blown away by the wind.

Please take action to enforce prompt and professional delivery by your delivery driver(s) who are responsible for delivering to the 75832 and 75751 ZIP codes. I would also appreciate a professional phone call from UPS corporate within 24 hours regarding this letter. Thank you.

UPS 1Z6555AA0397927308 NON-DELIVERY - LYING ABOUT DELIVERY

Ordered a product through Amazon. UPS record stated they delivered the parcel on 06/02 and no one was home. Then they sent an email stating it was at CVS drop store at 7th Street & Indian School Rd here in Phoenix. When I went to pick it up, it was not there. I have been in contact with UPS, Amazon & Crosslink, the vendor ever since, all to no avail. It all comes back to UPS. Finally, yesterday 06/14/ I finally was able to speak with a human in customer service and she told me she would track it down. This very nice lady, Lola I think, called me back today and told me the parcel was, in fact, at the CVS store and I should ask for 'Jonathan'. I did that. The cashier at the CVS store when I arrived today around d 3:00 PM Phoenix time, said there was no one named Jonathan working at the store. Can you tell I am frustrated? A few days ago I spoke with a lady at Crosslink who said they would send me a new item at no charge until they got a message from UPS telling them that I had, in fact, acknowledged receipt of the package, which is a lie. We have never received it, nor have I ever confirmed we received it.

UPS Package Was Not Delivered but Seller …..

I never received my purchase that was scheduled for different delivery dates. It was initially scheduled for the 9th, then 14th. After noticing my package was still not shipped I sent a request to seller for refund. Seller then updated shipping status to shipped on June 13. The morning of June 14, I received an delivered status at 2:00am by UPS. I have not received a package and would like the driver(s) to be liable for missing package.

UPS has the worst delivery. The email stated it was delivered at 1:42pm and left on the front porch. It was not. I called the CS number, I had a hard time hearing the CS agent because her kids were fighting in the background. I asked for someone to call my local UPS hub. and was told they could not call. I then requested to speak to a supervisor and was on hold for 32 minutes so I finally hung up.

UPS Delivery

UPS's service has gone down in the last 2 years. I had ordered 6 items from H&M which was scheduled to be delivered on 6/8/2021 according to your website. When it did not arrive and had NO UPDATES on the status of the order I contacted customer service. I ended speaking to someone in a foreign country who I could barley understand and was of no help. I went back to your website & filed a claim After, I filled the claim someone called me from customer service and assured me they'd investigate and most likely find the package. 4 days later there is no updated info on my UPS dashboard and I called again & spoke to yet ANOTHER unprofessional, unknowable customer service rep. I am so disappointed with your shipping service! This was a birthday gift to my niece and difficult to get & replace because they don't offer the size in their stores. Why are there so many packages mishandled by UPS? It' makes me nervous to order anything when UPS is the shipping provider. I have packages delivered all the time from other shippers and have never had as many problems as I do with UPS.

UPS Banned from my property

I pay Amazon for their premium "Prime 2-day Shipping". UPS does everything they possibly can to screw me out of the benefit I pay Amazon the price for that premium service. I have finally had enough. I wrote to Amazon's legal department and told them that UPS employees are never again allowed on my property, so any attempts by Amazon to ship any of my orders via UPS will be automatically returned. My local driver knows he is not to step one foot on my property or law enforcement will be called. My problems with UPS sucking as bad as they do are no longer a problem for me. Amazon has lowered UPS to the bottom of the list of available carriers for my deliveries, and told me that there may be times that UPS WILL be chosen, and I told them that at any time my address appears on a shipping label that has been given to UPS for delivery, that package will be coming back to them undeliverable, and they will have paid UPS for handling a shipment that will NEVER be delivered. My property, and I will say who enters it and who doesn't.

Not happy with UPS at the moment. I was returning an item to Amazon, and they paid for the return. All I had to do was be available when the driver arrived. I am home all day long. The driver placed the shipping label on the ground outside my door and never knocked or rang the doorbell. My roommate has a couple of dogs and they would have gone nuts. So my roommate happened to be pulling into the driveway when he was putting the label on the ground. She came in the door and asked me about it. I was in the kitchen, and the box was waiting by the door. She took the box out to him and got a receipt. The issue is, I would have had to schedule another pickup, and the item being shipped back is a portable ac unit. They need to get the old one in order to refund my money. I have the hottest room in the house, so that is why I bought an ac unit. Meanwhile, I am suffering with the temps so high. I am disgusted by his disrespect and unprofessional act of putting the label on the ground! He should have knocked or rang the doorbell!

UPS parcel not delivered, requests for help ignored.

UPS informed me twice of delivery date twice, both times nothing. They updated the system to say the parcel was in customs. I inquired into what was happening after two weeks, was ignored. I called several times it's impossible to speak to a human. Twitter was better as they replied, but didn't listen. The standard response was, "someone from our local team will contact you." They never did. My parcel is now three weeks missing, UPS didn't haven't replied to me. Twitter UPS team fob me off with repeat statements of "someone will be in touch" I have emailed the CEO as I'm really at a loss and don't know what else to do! I feel like a nuisance asking them to deliver my parcel.

UPS Delivery

1. No notification for package in transit for delivery.

2. Tracking number produced a delivery date of May 26 and a delivery attempt on May 25th.

3. Delivery to a business after business hours. Went to delivery and there was no delivery notice.

4. Same-day another attempted delivery notification after business hours went to business and there was no delivery notice.

5. Went to UPS site to change delivery address but that is not possible without the number that is on the non-existent delivery notification.

6. Called the useless overseas call center and they changed the delivery to a UPS pick-up center supposedly located at 1430 N Mc Kenzie Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90059. That seemed strange being 15 miles away from my zipcode when I know there are UPS facilities much closer. Unfortunately, UPS's cubicle drones can't do anything except follow their scripts.

7. May, 27th no fewer than 4 cubicle drones verified that address as the location where my package was and that I had no other option but to go there to get my package. Since there is nobody with problem resolution capabilities at the call center I was left with no option except to go to the address provided by UPS. Half a day wasted first by being on the phone to the call center and then fighting my way to and from heavy traffic to that address. There is no UPS pick-up center at that address which is at the end of a dead-end road on the side of a hill in a residential area.

8. I can't begin to express my disgust for a company as big as UPS and so automated that it has no customer service when it cannot correct its mistakes and make a simple delivery.

9. Here is my tracking number; 1ZE141W50397112259. Can you please tell me where my package is and why it shouldn't be brought to me on a silver platter for all the time and expense you have caused my small business?

UPS Customer service

I contacted customer service about a matter regarding my package I paid for to be delivered today 05/20/2021 but somehow I received a email stating my package was rescheduling for tomorrow 5/21/2021 I contacted customer service regarding the matter and he was rude and then I called back again to explain my concerns and the order customer service agent hung up on me. I am so disappointed and probably won't do business with UPS anymore.

UPS unsafe driver

truck number 863966, this morning this truck was driving very unsafely on the freeway. when my wife and i pulled up beside the driver to video, he was doing 80 miles an hour! and i have it on video! to make matters worse, when he saw us recording he started to wave and treat it like it was a joke! there is no reason for a commercial vehicle to be doing 80 mile per hour! the speed limit on the CA freeway is 65. i would like someone to contact me at [protected] so this issue can be talked about in detail. and so i can send you the video

UPS Home delivery from ups

On Wednesday, 5/5/21 a package was left at my front door. The instructions on the box to deliver to SIDE door were covered by an UPS label.
A sign on my front door states all deliveries to side door on left side of house!
The box was clearly Mark HEAT SENSITIVE...the box was placed directly in the sun! The contents were chocolate covered cookies and candy, completely melted! Happy Mother's Day to me!
This is very poor service and pauses me to think twice before using UPS for anything ever again.

UPS Package that has not been delivered in a month

I am complaining about a pkg that never made to my husband for a whole month. It has been up and down New York and then when the employees at SLIC 1119 told me that they do not look for pkgs on a trailer if it is only one was absolutley disrespectful, when I know for certain that its not true. The 800 reps told me that the reason it was sent back was because it was in the hub for 5 days and that was a lie. they called to tell my husband that the pkg was there, he drove 30 minutes to the hub only to be told that they cannot find it but they would go look. The next day when I called I was stold that it was on a trailer and they tried but could not locate it. So in essence you told my husband that a pkg wa there and you had it when you did not That is lying. I have been on a many of trailer looking for pkgs for my customers, because it's our job to ensure they get their pkg. Now that it is being RTS it s been sitting at SLIC 7519 for two days today makes the 3rd day and has not moved. This is the shippers hub and I cannot for the life of me understand why its just sitting and when I call this hub no one knows anything. I have never treated any customer that I have had at UPS this bad if at all. We really need to change the way we do things. My husband is very angry and someone or several people need to be held accountable for this run around that has been a month. If they gave me the run around I can only imagine how they really treat customers. 1Z3E784W4261622708 when it came back the second time it wasn't even an attempt to delv. and we gave the 800 reps the address almost six times and they still did not do it. They didn't put any of the notes in the system at all. This is ridiculous coming from the 800 reps and these two hubs.

UPS delivery

on 5/5/2021 at 1:15pm I noticed my package delivered from a ups worker was tampered with and opened I have video and pictures of the driver and my items have been stole from the package and she left a note on the front of the package a total of $78.98 was stolen by a delivery driver I'm very up set. This is horrible service when people make purchases and find that the delivery drivers are stealing items and opening items taking what they want I hope this issue is resolved in a timely matter because I don't have money to throw away I don't trust ups to deliver my products. When they are hiring thieves.

After a BBB complaint we were contacted by UPS (above). If UPS does not help you dispute your transaction and cancel your payment with your credit company. When ordering from vendors let them know that UPS has become a persistent problem and DO NOT SHIP UPS. If you have to put "DO NOT SHIP UPS" before your name on the address.

Desired outcome: UPS should blow itself
