I am a 74-year-old male with a disability who is unable to walk short distances I require accessible parking, clear entryways, and availability of mobility devices.
I feel that the store is not adequately addressing my concerns. Therefore, I am considering reaching out to an organization that specializes in ADA compliance or a legal professional who can guide the matter. They will offer more specific advice on how to proceed and whether contacting the Americans with Disabilities Act National Network or a similar organization could benefit this situation.
All customers must have a positive and accessible shopping experience. Your inability to provide feedback shows a lack of concern toward this important matter. Winco Foods is required to ensure they meet these standards.
Attached are pictures of my concerns.
Thank you,
Lawrence Anderson
Desired outcome: Stop blocking entrances during the morning and move mobility devices (electric carts) toward the front of the store.

WinCo Foods, it seems you've got some serious gaps in accessibility that need addressing. Mr. Anderson, at 74 and needing accessible parking and clear entryways, shouldn't have to jump through hoops just to shop. It’s disappointing that his concerns haven’t been taken seriously, especially when ADA compliance is the law. If you don’t step up, it looks like he’s ready to take this to someone who will. Time to fix this before it becomes a bigger issue.
