Gas perks
Stopped at the getgo station for a tank of gas on 10/03/23 got my receipt and then proceeded to try to give some good reviews on the survey, but there was no information on the site! I spent 55.00 on fuel and my code is [protected]-[protected] I would appreciate if I could get my 10 perks because It wouldn’t let me take the survey! The points are extremely important to me!

I am very disappointed in the number of burnt pretzel stix in the bag that I purchased on 9/17/2023. I purchased a 16 ounce bag and found that many of the pretzel stix were overcooked and inedible. On the back of the bag it states that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee or double the money back.
I have photos of the bag and some of the bad stix if I need to submit evidence. I also still have my receipt.

Yeah I hear all of you and wish none of that never happened, I want to help if possible and do my best too but I just started working at prepared foods and I get treated poorly by certain coworkers sometimes in front of customers, my issue really is that I feel kinda out of place with some people or not listened too. Also no one really pays attention to one's mental health or diet which can help employees work better too if there were more people that care. I feel like I don't have a voice sometimes. I really miss my manager who was an amazing person and I'm not trying to throw anyone under the bus but I just started and am already stressed.
Desired outcome: I would just like a bit more open minded fair communication from others, I can't have self respect if people around me are miserable, I'm trying to be a leader asap and help as many customers as I can without feeling out of place.

On September, 9, 2023 I went to the website at the bottom of my receipt and it tells me that this survey is no longer available. I can not access the survey that is offered no matter which link I open.I have had the same problem in the past. Is there a problem with your site?This is very discouraging to have happen over and over again. Does Giant Eagle not really want to know what their customers think?

I regularly buy gas at GetGo #7546 at 8080 Oaklandon Rd, Indianapolis IN 46236 and look forward to earning points for gas purchases. I have done this about every 2 weeks for the past 2 years. In recent weeks, my gas receipts have not directed me to a survey to earn points for perks. Today was different.
Today, the bottom of my receipt dated 8/26/23 directs me to survey3.medallia.com/gg to complete a survey and earn perks on gas. However, that website indicates that the survey is no longer available. How do we earn perks if the survey is no longer in use? Has the perks program been discontinued?
Desired outcome: I would like to know how to earn perks if the survey is no longer in use.

Our company purchases thousands of dollars of gift cards from Giant Eagle every year. We give them to our employees and customers as gifts. Recently I stopped by my local Getgo in Carnegie, PA. I purchased what I thought were 3 Giant Eagle gift cards for $100 each. (Not to mention the thousands of dollars per year I personally spend at Getgo.) I also purchased 4 $25 gift cards. When one of our employees when to use their gift card at that same Getgo they were told that the card was not for Getgo. I went onto the gift card website and found that these cards are for "small businesses" in Pittsburgh. When I complained to the Getgo manager I was told "too bad all sales are final". She couldn't help me at risk of losing her job! What kind of policy is that GIant Eagle? You guys screwed up, your managers should be empowered to make things right.
I called to speak to corporate customer service. (She was horrible by the way.
She had zero patience or empathy.) After I explained everything she said that you are all aware of the issue but there is nothing you can do about it. (If that's true why are the displays still set up with the Giant Eagle gift cards still with the NON-Giant eagle cards?!) She said I could go to Cashstar.com to exchange the gift cards. They told me that I can't because i bought them at Giant Eagle. The whole this is ridiculous. I expected SO MUCH MORE out of Giant Eagle. I always thought you guys were a GOOD company. This is very disappointing as I count on using the fuel perks to save money at the gas pumps. I shop at the Giant Eagle, North Center Avenue, Somerset, PA. I shop weekly and appreciate the fuel perks and try to take advantage of the different ways I can accumulate points. Also, this particular Giant Eagle has some exceptional employees that I would like to recognize through the fuel perks survey.
Rosemary/lemon baked chicken

My name is Renee Turner and on 08/10 I purchased your 8pcs package of baked Rosemary/Lemon Chicken for $5.99 at the Center Ridge store in Rocky River. It was excellent. It was so good I tried to hunt more down for myself and my 90yrs old mom. I found some at the Buddulph store
two days later and purchased two at $9.99 each. It was horrible, as though someone forgot to put the seasoning on it. I feel like I have 16 pcs of baked plain unseasoned chicken, it has no flavor at all. Surely you can't taste rosemary or lemon. I am so upset, first because I was telling my mom how good it was, also the price change. I would like to think there is a standard recipe for this type of product from store to store. Was I mistaken. I feel like now I have to try to doctor this chicken up now to least make it have some type of taste.

The last three times I have to reach your new perk site it does not work. I am getting very tired of you doing nothing to fix this problem. Is it simply your way to screw your customers with a false program. since you done in GetGo Listens it has not worked. Made fuel purchase on 8/10/2023 at 3061 E. Main St. Plainfield IN. It appears Big Giant doesn't give rats patootie about their customers.

Just to let you know that I've stopped shopping at Giant Eagle and now Get Go. My complaints are all the stuff that you put in the aisle. So much stuff that I can't get through them. Next, I was getting my prescriptions but not any longer. Again, too much stuff put close to the aisle and very difficult to get to the cashier.
But today was the last straw at the local Get Go. I've been going to Giant Eagle and Get Go for years but even at Get Go you have placed a rack of stuff by the checkout that makes it very difficult to get out once you've paid for your items. But today I was buying Marlboro which you have a special of buying 2 packs to get $170 off if you buy 2 packs. I have been buying these 4 at a time for as long as you have had this promotion. But there is one lady there that always gives me a hard time about doing this. So there was 2 people in front of me and this same lady was laughing and joking with some guy that she knows for about 5 minutes while me and the other man waited. They couldn't help the other guy so I went up and ordered the 4 packs but wanted to pay fo them 2 at a time to get the discount but she told me that she wasn't allowed to do that when there was a long line. Well, there wouldn't have been a long line if she hadn't spent so much time with her friend. I've been at both Giant Eagle and also Get Go when other people pay for 2 items separately. So I took my money and let and will never return.
I know that you really don't care about one person but I'm going to tell all my family and friends about what happened. Most of the people at this Get Go location are nice and friendly but this lady always give me a hard time. So I just won't show at either Giant Eagle or Get Go anymore. There have been other instances of stuff that happened to me but this was the straw that broke the camel's back. Goodbye forever
