I registered for the "Jewel Osco" app today. I wanted to, somehow, use the weekly ad sheet to get a discount on Squirt soda. But the EXACT DETAILS of how to use the app and to get a discount are NOT AVAILABLE ANYWHERE! I wasted two hours of my life to try to use your system. I did get registered, but I can't figure out EXACTLY HOW TO GET A DISCOUNT ON THE ADVERTISED SODA!
No, don't bother to get back to me. Years ago, cutting out a paper coupon was never difficult and was not a bother and it worked. Your new system does not work for me. Someday, I may go back into your "app" and delete my name and password and other details. But not today. Your system is inane and non-transparent to a new user. And NO, I don't have the time to waste to try to work my way through the labyrinth that you call an app. It is a Quagmire.
Desired outcome: Make your system worth the effort - but not for me. I will FOREVER remember the insanely complicated app you've made and how useless it was.
Osco Drugs
Pharmacist was very unprofessional. Tried to get a prescription transferred from Walgreens to Osco. Pharmacist called Walgreens and Walgreens did not answer the phone. Suggested to the pharmacist to try at a less busy time. She said they will only try to transfer a prescription so many times. This situation was not my fault. Does that mean I do not get my medicine because they can’t get through? This situation was not my fault. Pharmacists are medical professionals but I am finding that they seldom act like one.

I live in a town home community where my address is repeated by street or place. I pay for the subscription service and have been waiting on a refund and a callback from a manger since july 30. My order was delivered to the wrong address. The picture doesn’t compare to the prior pictures on my account. The lack of accountability and service from Jewel is horrible. A manger should not take a month to return a call. Two escalated cases and no resolution or response from anyone.

At this pharmacy there is a new manager, short, long white hair. She has stopped all rx discount cards. When I talk to other pharm managers they cringe for some reason. She has us using the store discount plan (200). Which has doubled the price on some of my prescriptions. She also has the other pharmacists and techs lying to us, telling us our cards have expired when they haven't. They don't seem very happy about it. Because I have been shopping there for me and my deceased mother for approx 14 years and have always had very good service. They were always very helpful for anything the cutomer asked. I don't think she has the authority to make her own prices for us. It seems very dishonest for her to change prices to her own liking instead of going by company standards. A lot of us are retired and depend on any money we are able to save. Iam now in the process of finding another pharmacy that respects our use of rx cards to help lower prices. The thing that rubs me the wrong way is that she is making her staff lie to her valued customers and cheating us on the prices we pay. Which I think is so wrong in so many ways. Delivery service
I recently used the delivery service and ended up having a good portion of my order missing. Now I double checked and noticed another item missing. My eggs arrived with 3 broken. The order was sitting on my porch in the hot sun with no call from the delivery person. I put in for a refund and have to wait 24-48 hours. I would rather have these items re-delivered with no charge for delivery.
