We happened to lok around and noticed a man sitting at a table near us with no shoes on. We mentioned it to our server who said he told the manager. NOTHING was said or done by the...

We stopped at the clearwater fl location with our service animal. We travel extensively and have always put our dog in a carrier on the seat (first because he alerts on sugar levels and secondly floors in restaurants are not always cleans). We have never been reprimanded until today. Manager craig told us he could not bark (which he did three times) and he...

Nick cuddingham manager for the laredo tx market was not able to service our party of 12, 7 adults and 5 kids. The location was not pack full his reasons were not enough waiters to wait our tables. Unacceptable service for a monday when flow is low. What would it be on a weekend? Don't want to even think about it. Manager lost some good customer's and some...

11/04/2019 I ordered the outlaw ribeye steak medium rare and steak came out cooked correctly but it was cold. Ask the manager Dave Wiley to have another steak made and he said sure. After a few minutes he came out and stated he needed another 45 seconds to reheat the same steak and it would be back out. I told him absolutely not that I wanted a new steak...

Arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse with a party of 4 @ 2:30 on Sunday afternoon . Waitress was very pleasant and took our order. The salad, appetizer and drinks were good. The salmon was good, as well. The 2 outlaw steaks and hamburger we ordered were all overcooked. The medium steak arrived well done and the medium well steak and hamburger arrived charred...

We walked in at 4:00 on Friday, November 1st and there were 5 other couples sitting in the waiting area. We were told that there would be a 10 minute wait because it was shift change. During this time we watched 5 employees come in late to work. The restaurant was empty except for 5 tables. There was NO urgency to seat customers by the hostesses. They...

LongHorn #5488 Table 45 10/27/2019 Sunday Transaction #[protected] - 8:11pm My family (party of 6) attended my birthday dinner at the above location. We all ordered our main entree and was very angry about the time we had to wait (30 minutes or more) and this was just for the salad. People that were seated after my family, were all receiving their food. I...

My husband and I went to Longhorn today to celebrate my 74th birthday. I had rexeived a coupon for a free dessert - after eating our dinner I showed the waitress the coupon and she said she was unable to honor it because it was for a dinner entree. It did not matter that this was our dinner and the fact that we had spent $56.17 - she was very apologetic but...

To Whom It May Concern,
My name is Teresa MacInnes and my husband and (Charlie) I went to Longhorn Steak House Friday 10/25 at approximately 5:45 pm in Palm Bay, Florida, off Palm Bay Rd. My husband had been out of state for five months and went out to dinner to celebrate him coming back home.
We were sat immediately, however we were sat a table for six, there was only two of us. I went to go pull my chair out to sit, and my hand touched a sticky mess. There was a lot of sticky stuff on the back of the chair, very noticeable once you looked. I ask the hostess, an African girl, young, no name tag, which not one employee in the entire restaurant had on a name tag, including what I assume was the manger, hanging out on the divider in the restaurant, to wipe the chair. First of all, you would have thought I ask her to go clean my house, I went to the restroom to wash up, and of course when I came back, I went to pull the chair out and she had not touched it. So, once again I had to go wash my hands because it was a sticky, because of the sticky mess on the back of the chair. Actually, another customer was amazed at the stuff coming off my hands. I asked our server to wipe it and she did, and what I saw and smelled was vomit on the back of the chair. This is an extreme health hazard and if I get sick, your restaurant will be named because your employee would not clean the chair. I actually, took a picture of a table they just cleaned, crumbs still left on the table, so you could see the lack of concern for customers health. I watched this same hostess/employee clean two more tables. She used paper towels, and a spray bottle and barley wiped the table and NEVER touched the booth benches. She used the same paper towel to wipe the next table down. Before she put her knee in the booth to reach the back of the table, she wiped the small section where here knee went and never wiped the rest of the booth benches. Once again, only concerned with her needs not the health concerns of the customers.
The server NEVER came over to my side of the table! Slid my glass of wine across the table over to me and handed my husband his beer. Same scene when our dinner came. How disrespectful, server treats my husband with respect and treats me like a second-class citizen, ARE YOU KIDDING ME! Flirt and fall all over my husband in front of me, seriously? Slid my food across the table to me and hand him his, REALLY?
My husband has hemochromatosis, and can eat very little red meat because of the iron content. He ordered his steak med well, and of course it was served rare. Picture is attached.
What a terrible expensive night at Longhorn. I DO NOT WANT ANYTHING! however I will be on social media talking about my experience at Longhorn Steak House in Palm Bay, and how the employees could care less about the health aspects of the restaurant. Health department may be interested.
the whole meal
2 steaks were overcooked. They should have been medium well, but were well done. 1 steak was under cooked. It should have been med rare, but was rare. The food was cold, but picked up at the scheduled time. The potatoes were over cooked and dried out. The steakhouse Mac and cheese was burnt. Only included 1 loaf of bread for 5 orders, and did not include...

I have lived in wh my whole life and I can't let this go. I went this evening to wh branch and I ordered the salad wedge.
