Takealot Refund declined

I returned a duplicate order on Wednesday 25th October , 2x 2.2.1.1 grey couch cover sets in a clear bag in the original takealot boxes, that was collected by one driver, they refunded me for the one and said that they won't refund the other one as it was damaged, it was not damaged when I gave it to the driver, I want my money back and they are refusing to assist me. Ref: [protected]. This is absolutely ridiculous, they now want photos of the products to prove it wasn't damaged, I don't have photos but 4 witnesses that can vouch nothing was wrong with the couch covers sent

Desired outcome: I want my R750 refunded back into my account

Takealot Bought a Toner Cartridge from Takelot South africa - falls advertising

Hello, I ordered a Pantum PC210 cartridge last week and pick it up today. The picture on the website where I ordered it shows it in the correct Pantum box, with PC-210 on it. However, when I picked it up it comes in a White box with no Pantum name on it. Furthermore, it is a PL-C210 Toner. Not sure if it will even fit into my Pantum printer.

I did not notice the non-refundable, but surely if it is not what I ordered I should the choice to return it. It is falls advertising I am not in the wrong.

Desired outcome: To return it and to receive a full refund

Takealot Ny product has not been delivered for over a week

We orderd last wek tuseday morning and till now there are constant problems and excess

To why we cant receive our order

Every day there is a problem and constant excuses to why there is stul a dely now i am fef up never delt with service this bad

I wont oreder from you again very disappointed and disgusted at yhe atutude exuses and the constant problems i face with take a lot

Takealot Still waiting to get back laptop that was repaired

I logged a laptop that is still under warranty for return to Takealot on 28/09/2023 and it was collected from me on 29/09/2023. When I did an enquiry 2 weeks ago I was told the supplier is repairing the laptop. Now when I ask why my return has been cancelled on the app, I get no further feedback and I still have not received this laptop back. This is now so urgent because my child is falling behind with their online school work. The return ref : MRRN-GVP4X-XJMV

Takealot Not adhere to correct delivery adress

Good day

I bought Hisense year ago however its stop working them i have log call with takealot they came and colled in 1 September 2023

I have never get updates then i send email to takealot asking for update till was advise it was booked with supplier to check what could be problem a month later was advised tv has be assessment ex then supplier find out its Tv board was damage by cockroaches fine point take without fighting was provided Hisense number i called to fix then will pay amount was told TV already collect still today i don't have my tv mind.due i still have to organize somewhere to be fix i don't have my smart if today i have send emails still notbing today its 12 October 2023 im definitely not happy client

Takealot orders refunds returns

i ordered 2 items on takealot the 1 was wrong i than called and requested the order to be cancelled next thing its being delivered i than reject the delivery and the driver refuses i call and they than request a collection after 5+ calls to them fine it gets collected and states to be refunded now i get an email saying they sending me a replacement i than call again saying i did not request a replacement and get the run around again saying wait for sms than call us again to cancel the order i mean going for a week now trying to get a refund on one item and still not getting help what do i do please i call again and request to speak to a manager i get told they can only send an email for a manager to call me next week this is really fustrating and unhelpful

Takealot Hair Straightener faulty cable

I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company, Takealot online shopping. I bought the hair straitened which is still under guarantee. I returned the unit however the following message I received from Takealot.

“ Please note that we have rejected your return request due to the following reason/s:

-user damaged”

The cable of the straightener should turn around 360 degree to don’t damage the plastic which is protecting the electrical wires. Unfortunately the cable is not turning at all. For this reason the plastic cover cracked and broken and now the electrical wire are not covered safely. For this reason the unit is dangers to be used. Takealot refused to change or refund my payment. The are breaching a customer protection agreement. I don’t think I ever order or advise anyone to buy something from Takealot.

Takealot Konnwei 808 scan tool

I bought a scan tool and by whats in the box im supose to get an cd software with but theres nothing. So please it u can check into it it will be highly appreciated. On the foto that i will attach u can see what i ordered the konnwei 808 dignostics tool and on the foto you wil see that it includes a cd that i dindnt receive. Takealot Delivery

While i fail to understand that as a driver, we don't have any platform to lay complaints anywhere. Our branch managers are not doing anything with any of our issues we are dealing with. There's lack of security to start of with, the long weekend of the September month i worked more shifts but the "driver invoice" says otherwise. What happened to my other trips I worked for? Clearly this has been happening for a long time and people are being ripped off, while we use our own cars and motorbikes to help you service your customers but in the end what do we get in return? Is this because there's a large number of immigrants who don't even have proper documents in the country? We are working tirelessly as independent contractors but once we are in, its a different story. And once such issues are not sorted out Takealot will be left without drivers because already people are sharing their bad experiences as drivers and poor management from branch managers on social media.

Takealot Delivery #[protected]

Delivery time should be by 5pm. Yet your driver calls me last night after 7pm and just expects me to open the gate. There was no communication the whole day while I changed plans to ensure I don't go anywhere then he comes at night which is a safety issue and very unprofessional.

I believe you can do better on this front especially by giving clients a specif time delivery time and not expect them to be stuck home for no reason.

So today I'm available at 5pm. I hope no one tries to come before that I told him I'm not available during the day

Takealot Product and service

I bought a cellphone on the 30th of August 2023, in September the cellphone had a problem,. I returned the cellphone to them, they collected the phone on the 14th of September and on the 16th of September the return was declined and concluded because the phone had a crack on the screen, I was told that it will be shipped back to me but since, I'm still waiting for my phone and nobody is giving me the answer to where is my phone, I call them everyday and they promise to come back to me but they don't.

Desired outcome: I want my cellphone or my money back because the phone is still new.

Takealot Struggle with returns and refund

I've order a weed eater that is 800w with a 24v battery. They delivered a 450w, 12v Weed Eater. I think this ad is click bait. They advertise better specs and deliver something completely different.

Then I ordered a Navy hat, a black hat was delivered. I've send it back. It now shows that I received a navy hat on the 26th of September 2023. But I never did. I now struggle to get this sorted.

Desired outcome: I want to be refunded for both items. The money back into my bank account, not a TakeAlot credit.

Takealot Stolen Item

TakeALot Has stolen my fully paid item that was filled for a return. The item was faulty, still under warranty, paid up and it was returned back for an exchange. They have never returned the Item back to me. I have been writing emails to them and calling them but there is no response. I even requested to speak to the supervisor but they have never responded. They now stealing the item from me.

Takealot Short Payment of Return

I have been struggling for 3 days now, for Takealot to just credit my full amount paid and not steal R100 of it.

I gave them all the information, they don't even have to lift a finger, but it's still too much effort...

DIFFERENCE IS -R100 [short/stolen]

They can still not figure it out and rectify it.
