UPS Delivery or lack thereof!

See photos below with tracking numbers. These two separate orders were dropped on the steps of another house house down the road from us here at 818 Burnt Gin rd. My name address and tracking numbers are legible so please straighten out all the problems the Spartanburg, SC delivery/freight center has had for some time.
And below is what just happened within a week ago (see track#7933 below) and is my "Reply" to your Registered customer service questionnaire sent to me via email.
QUOTE:
"That Spartanburg Freight Center has nothing but delivery MANAGEMENT problems, it seems this happens whenever they put temporary or fill in driver on our route, 818 Burnt gin Rd. Gaffney 29340. Our house sits back from the road blocked by trees out of plain view of drivers going by. In the past year we have had packages left at the road in plain view of traffic driving down the road. Just recently I called UPS requesting #1Z91V56Y0220727933 be left on the front covered porch knowing we might have problem with a package due to supposed missed"delivery"day Notation:"1:14 PM
Potential delivery delay due to unexpected circumstances.
Spartanburg, SC US"It always seems our delivery problems arise fro a Temp Driver running late! That is when our packages are left out by the road or not delivered at all, IMO.
#1Z91V56Y0220727933 was supposed to be left at the front door at 7:39,"Your package was left at the front door or on the front porch."> At this time I was sitting at the dinner table in plain view of the front doors that have, full length view through doors and no one came up our steps to the front door, and if he had the dog would have barked as he always does even when a truck or a car drives back to the house on the driveway!
At approx. 7:50-8:00 I was notified on my pc a delivery was made at 7:39, so we went and looked, THERE WAS NO DELIVERY AT THE FRONT DOOR ON THE PORCH! We even hopped on the 4 wheeler and rode out to the road to see if once again another package was half assed left out by the road, to no avail. We actually had one package left out by the road on a Friday, in plain view of traffic going by until it was Sunday that we next went out to go into town and found a missing UPS Delivery that had sat out by the road for a day and a half in the rain uncovered! So that is why I'm disgusted with UPS Spartanburg, SC. I left a message with a UPS customer service representative to have the"Manager"of the Spartanburg Delivery Center to call me back the next day to complain, Never got a call!"

UPS Delivery

I was expecting a package yesterday (8/4/21) from Ring. The kid who was driving, clearly didn't make an effort to drive down our driveway, but instead delivered it to a neighbor that we have ongoing problems with, to their front door. He parked the truck on the side of the road and just dropped it on their front porch with the number of their house CLEARLY. visible to him! Thank God my bf was home and witnessed it and quickly went to retrieve our package! It is all caught on my ring camera! This is unacceptable! He needs to make the effort to find the right house instead of just being lazy and dropping it wherever he feels! I'm not happy at all with the driver who did this, as this neighbor would have kept our package. He's done it before! I hope this doest happen to me again! Just pure laziness on this kids part!

UPS Driver

For about the fourth time, I was almost run over by one of your drivers at Logan airport. Last night at about 9:10. He had to slam on his brakes. Your drivers all seem to want to pull out onto the road without looking for people on the sidewalk. It's a problem that's been going on for years. Last nights incident was terribly frightening! I am on the sidewalk, I have a reflective vest, and a light on my bicycle. What is wrong with your drivers? I hope we can resolve this. My next call is to the state police. I don't think it's much to ask to stop for people on the sidewalk. They also have a terrible habit of parking on the lawn in front of the building blocking the sidewalk. I don't know how MASSPORT lets them get away with it.

UPS Not delivering packages to my home

I've made several complaints to the Aiken, SC UPS office speaking to Carol Lewis phone number [protected] about my packages being left at the street where they can be stolen. When I originally started with my dismay about leaving my packages 700 feet from my house back a couple of years ago a note was put into the system to put the deliveries up at my house under the roof on a bench just down from the garage door. I had to make up several signs to direct the people delivering said packages. (See pics)
I called Carol today to tell her my new cell phone was left on the ground next to the entrance with the signs but she said that she just came on to her shift and had to call me back. A half hour later I explained what happened again. I said that this has happened too many times before and that I was ready to go on TV to lambaste UPS for their terrible service. I said I was paying to have my packages delivered to the house not to the street. She asked me to wait a minute to check her computer and thought we should put in a note to the drivers. She read what she saw telling me that we had already done that. Then she told me she would send a note to the supervisor in charge. I said that we have done that many times before and asked if I could speak to the manager. She basically blew me off making up excuses saying there was a new guy only being there a week and that he was off. She didn't know his name when I asked for it skirting the issue saying she could only send a note to the drivers boss. I stated that I would make a complaint to UPS Corporate HQ's and she said I should continue on addressing the issue. In essence she said that she knows that these things are happening and went on to say that their short on workers, etc.. All in all, my complaint fell of deaf ears once again ergo this complaint.

UPS undelivered shipment

Hello,

I ordered from Tractor Supply, order #[protected] with a UPS Tracking Number of 1Z55EV030315056871, arrival date 7/23/21. The item never arrived and I've been waiting for item. Today, I finally looked into it and UPS tracking states, "Merchandise is missing. UPS will notify the sender with additional details. / All merchandise missing, empty carton was discarded. UPS will notify the sender with details of the damage. PORT CHARLOTTE, FL. This is impossible to all be missing, as this is a 45-lb bag of dog food. I called the sender, Tractor Supply, and they were never notified and I was never notified either. This is an item I need and my local store seldom has the item, so now I am out of it and have to figure out some type of alternative. I request a refund from UPS. Thank you

UPS Unethical behavior

There is a UPS driver that lives at 725 W Gary Dr, in Chandler AZ. Based on conversations with other neighbors and a quick nextdoor (neighbor application on my computer) search I believe Brady/Brad/ or maybe Bradley Baker is his name, and his UPS issued truck sits outside his house, running and beeping loudly, repeatedly throughout the day, every day that he works. During work hours he returns home multiple times driving his truck and in uniform, and sits in front of his house or even truck, (and sometimes in his backyard according to close neighbors) in his uniform smoking a cigarette, or yelling and cussing at people on his personal phone and shouting obscenities, or has a female friend pull in his driveway and disappears into the home for up to an hour, and I have seen him sitting in the Walgreens parking lot in his truck, (Dobson and Warner intersection) also on the phone yelling and cussing, and even on video chats or talking/texting while driving the truck . I now work remotely and have had to move my office to the opposite side of the house, into my kitchen so that I can work without his continuous disruption, which can be heard by consumers calling in. I AM NOT EVEN THE IMMEDIATE NEIGHBOR WHO ALSO WORKS FROM HOME. I cannot imagine her amount of disruption and she has young children with bedrooms right next to her! Several neighbors have similar complaints and some have even had to return to the office as a result of his disruptions. He also stomps his way through yards and foliage of other neighbors and tosses packages down, to avoid coming to the door and I am shocked at the behaviors allowed by your company, and if this is the standard your company allows, it is no shock that packages are often late, lost, and stolen. Please address your careless employee and please improve the standards that you hold for your drivers, as he is the face and representation of your company, and he is not the standard I would assume that you would like upheld. This complaint is relative of all of the neighbors on our street, and has come up in gatherings as a nuisance to the neighborhood. When the concerns have been directed to him/his family in person, he is very hostile and his family reacts similarly. Please address this nuisance.

UPS Tractor trailer driver complaint

While driving on the 285 east just before exit 18
The driver of truck #245231 trailer # bowz900801
Was driving erratically he not once used his signal to change lanes. I watched him for 6 miles driving unsafe. He proceeded to cut off cars making them hit their brake hard. This is not safe or professional I have video of this issue. I've been a professional driver for 20 years & this is not ok.

UPS Samsung watch

I sent a SAMSUNG watch valued at 349.91 to Best BUY warehouse 6/1/2021 thru ups 1Z30Y81R9094105611 I got a letter 6/2121 stating that the watch had been stolen just an empty box I called Best Buy credit center and they did a resolution and said it was my fault how can that be I sent it to Best Buy 600 PARK LOOP RD SHEPHERDSVILLE KY40165 PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND PAY THIS

UPS UPS Driver

For many years we have had the same UPS Delivery guy who has ALWAYS brought our packages to us on the 2nd floor. Since Covid he has STOPPED bringing them up and his REASONING is because "HE DOESNT WEAR A MASK" We have complained about this before and were informed that he was "Fighting for his job due to the amount of complaints and other reasons. This driver is back on our route and continues to leave our packages downstairs at the door.. This is a Business and it is located in an area where our door would be stolen if it wasnt on Hinges... The doctor has even offered him a mask so that he can bring the packages up .. They are almost always heavy packages, and HE REFUSES TO WEAR A MASK to BRING OUR PACKAGES UP... Can this PLEASE get looked into.. I have left complaints with the complaint department and Headquarters... Thank you

It is a violation of his personal bodily autonomy to require him to wear an unnecessary medical appliance for any reason not directly connected with an immediate medical diagnosis of his personal health. Remove your obnoxious masking requirement and I'm sure he'll deliver the packages to your door once more.

PS: Not one CDC study references the efficacy of masks at preventing the spread of coronavirus or any other respiratory illness. The best the CDC has is that a "professionally-fitted, surgical-grade mask, MAY help REDUCE the spread..." The unwashed cotton masks worn by 99% of people do absolutely nothing. As you are a doctor's office, you should be aware of this already.

UPS My shipment package 📦 to my customer was damage

On May 28 2021 I went to a Moncton New Brunswick Store number 314 to send a package to Ontario to a costumer
but the package was damaged
the costumer couldn't inspect the package because of the Covid restrictions the driver drop off the package when the driver left the customer approached the package and the package was damaged and he did not have a chance to Talk to the driver
So he contact me and send me the pictures of the damage package and complained to me the goods were damage inside
So I contact the store 314 in Moncton New Brunswick And I spoke to ( Ketan Shah ) On the phone and he told me he would look after this so I wait for two weeks didn't hear anything from him so I contact him again And he told me it takes a while before they will respond to us
I ask him if he can send me something on email if the paperwork was done
he responded he will but I did not receive anything from him so
One week and a half past bye so I tried to contact (. Ketan shah ) and the was no answer or the lady answered the phone and she told me (Ketan Shah )was not in he will call me back
so I didn't receive the phone call from him I decide to contact UPS customer service I give them the tracking number I explain to them what is happening and the answer was there is no claim have Been made
So I Contact the store again and spoke to (Ketan Shah ) He sounds a little bit upset and he said he will do it and that was on June 29
a month later I don't think so it was handled right especially when I have insurance on the package and i spoke to him so many times And nothing has been resolved
Since first week of July 2021 I tried to contact him on many occasion but there is no respond so I contact the UPS customer service again and provide them with Tracking number and the claim number and they told me the claim has been void
I don't think so that's Far to me because nobody ever contact me at all
To me that sounds a little bit fishy why did he wait for almost a month to make the claim or he could told me I have to do it myself none of that happened
I had to replace half of the goods For
Something what has been done On delivery between Moncton and Ontario
I hope we can resolve this issue soon

UPS No communication if parcel is delayed

I was supposed to receive a parcel on the 27th of July 2021, nothing. They did not bother to inform me. When I enquire my emails are not responded to. I can not even track the package now it just says 'information not available'

UPS Delivery left outback over night at commercial property

Date of incident: [protected], Time 3:24pm

UPS Driver went to the rear of our building and unloaded 5 boxes (total value $5, 000.00) and left them by the back warehouse door unattended. He appeared to walk towards a door on the rear of the building but the video jumps, not sure if he knocked or not. I have another video that shows 3 vehicles in the front of the building as he pulls around back, boxes were left out over night and it rained. Boxes were found the next morning by techs that were arriving to work. Attached is a video of the incident, can't believe what I am seeing! Not sure that the video uploaded, not seeing a confirmation

Desired outcome: If no one is here, don't leave boxes outside, if someone is here let us know.

UPS My letter. Where is it?

I have left my letter at my home mailbox, and the delivery man received it
on July, 30th. But it's been 18 days, my receipt still hasn't received my
letter. I wondered WHY? Did my letter get lost? Did something happen?

I left information and what I wrote on my letter here:
"From: Lisa - 3766 Jackson Shoals Ct SW, Lawrenceville, GA 30044
To: Leticia - 2775 Gray Road SE, Smyrna, GA 30082 (LOT 9)".

UPS Lying about attempting to deliver package

My package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday. I waited at home all day to make sure I got the package. Around 3pm, I checked the tracking status. It said the driver attempted to deliver at 2:41pm but missed me. This is a blatant lie. Not only was I at home all day, but I have an outside door camera. Nobody ever came to my door. I received the package today (Monday) and it even had a note on the address sticker saying to "leave package at door if no answer." More proof that the driver never even attempted the delivery. The problem here for me is the lie. Don't say that you tried to get my package to me but I wasn't there to receive it. I was there the whole time waiting. At least be truthful and say you ran out of time or whatever your reason was. This is really bad business.

UPS should really start to realize that their drivers are continually in view of some kind of door camera at all times, and this "I'll just pretend I made a delivery attempt" nonsense needs to stop. During a new driver's orientation they should be told, "If we receive video confirmation that you failed to deliver a package and faked a delivery attempt, you will be terminated immediately." No warnings to drivers; make them sign a notice at orientation stating that they understand this policy. Then, follow it and start dropping these bozos into the unemployment line when they do this.

Paid for early delivery. they still cant find the package.
no one has any answers at all.
i have called "customer service" 3 times. all getting a different answer.
with todays technology- you should be able to find a package you scanned in.

no one is willing to help or give out local numbers.

there is no customer service with this company.

there is no accountability at all.

Florida we sent out a duffle bag full of her military stuffs and all of her uniforms after a week she received a package but the package was the wrong package trying to find out where her duffle bags no one can explain what happened to her original package, they are just kept us going in cycle...

UPS Claims customer service

6/21 at 5:28 pm my package is in possession of ups I have emails from ups stating my package wasn't picked up or scanned in by the driver I have a conformation from ups that it was picked up that they are starting a investigation that was 5 days ago I can not click on link provide and file or submit a claim at this time im still not able to access my find my package on the login site its showing not in system im getting no were with support or customer service this going on for almost 3 weeks I have screen shots and proof from emails and receipt to proof I can not submit a claim because my tracking number is invalid 1z38130e0679236583 im not getting any were or help from ups

UPS Package opened and valuable items removed.

Tracking number- tracking 1Z30A5730493125787
Let e start with some background. I shipped a box from Australia to South Africa through ParselAbc that used UPS as the service provider. The package was delivered on 2 April 2021, but the two valuable items, an iPhone and Tablet, were not in the box. There was no visible damage to the package. I reported this both to ParselAbc and UPS. UPS then reluctantly lodged a claim, but the insured value was only $ 300. I could never understand why this is an insurance claim and why UPS is condoning the theft in its warehouse.
I suspect there is organised crime in the JHB warehouse unless there is an explanation of how two items disappear from a sealed undamaged box. I can only assume a UPS employee removed it. How is it possible to take it off the facility without security and logistics help?
Yes, I think UPS should take responsibility for this internal issue and indemnify me, but that has become secondary for me. The primary problem is the obligation to expose the criminal activities in an international organisation that one would expect to reputable.
I hope you understand my concern and will see that it get the appropriate attention and action.

UPS refusal to deliver packages to addressee

On many occasions, over several years, the UPS driver has refused to deliver my packages to my door as addressed. Several times I have been told I would need to pick packages up at a hub. Several times the driver has indicated that I either refused the package, asked that it be held or that the driver didn't feel there was a safe place to deliver. The most recent incident is a package sent UPS to be delivered by USPS. Unfortunately, UPS decided that they would be in my area and they would deliver my package. This was 6/28/2021. Their website showed that they would be delivering my package on 6/28/2021 by 7 pm...they did not. Next day, 6/29, their website showed "On the way" with a delivery date of 6/29 by 7 pm...they did not deliver again. After the 7 pm deadline I went online to find a way to contact UPS, they make this almost impossible. I finally found a chat line after a 30+ minute search. The representative was MOST unhelpful. I was basically told package was still being 'processed' and I just needed to check their website daily. My package couldn't still be processing as to load it on a truck to be delivered it had to be scanned. On 6/30 I checked the UPS website to see a message that said "check for delivery update tomorrow". On 7/1 and today 7/2, I have checked the UPS website to see a message that says "Information not available". I have managed to send a couple of emails to UPS asking where my package is. They send an email back acknowledging that they have received my email but then I hear nothing else from them. I am looking for someplace to get information on how to file a legal complaint against them for discrimination against a senior, theft and possibly other charges. They refuse to do their jobs and seem to believe they have the right to pick and choose who gets their packages and who will not. Maybe if we all stop using UPS or doing business with companies that use their so-called service and UPS takes a large profit hit they might start doing the job they are paid to do.

Desired outcome: GET MY PACKAGES DELIVERED TO ME.

Had a parcel that supposed to be delivered yesterday. UPS driver rang the buzzer in my apartment which I attended right away. No one came at my door so I decided to come downstairs at the main door to see the person and receive my item. Disappointingly a note was left that “item will be for pickup from an access point as no one was available in 1st attempt”.
What a jerk! Dont know if guy’s lazy to not do the job or what not but hell I wasted my time waiting for nothing. And worse I will spare an extra time to go to that access point just to pick up.
