Stolen Package
Tracking# 1EZ101R80348985287 I had an package which was deliver to a UPS facility on 2/2/21 in Easton, PA. Few days later received confirmation emails that my package was out for delivery on Thursday 2/4, Friday 2/5, Saturday 2/6, and Monday 2/8. Each email and notification I received showed the driver in my area stating expect my delivery soon. Let me first say the package was on a delivery truck for 5 days in my area and I was receiving notifications that I should expect my delivery soon with a time frame. The system also shows on the map of the delivery truck within my area each day and he never deliver my package. The package contain special edition sneakers I ordered from Nike in which I cannot re order them because it was a limited edition only. I made several complaints because I believe who ever was the delivery person stole my package. This type of behavior is unacceptable and it needs to be address to the extreme measures. Few months ago I have taken pictures of UPS delivery showing how my Nike packages has been tamper with and open sent photos to UPS all they can say they are sorry. It very strange that my package was on the truck since Feb 4th and few days later and now it disappear.
Mail box rental and owner
I went to this UPS Yesterday, Feb 10, 2021 to purchase a mailbox. The owner of the store finished with a mailbox customer and when finished he turned a spoke. I responded and stated I wanted to rent a mailbox, also. He replied "another one". I replied and I don't have one at the moment. He stated it would be a while and walked away. Sorry delivery, packages demolished
We have a business, Veterinary Clinic, not all of our deliveries are controlled substances, but some are. Today we got a delivery Tracking # 1Z7491544213497356, which was controlled substance not to be left at door. they came while we were on 1 hour lunch, left package at door. we have people come all of the time while we're at lunch. I've told the drivers this before. That's not the only complaint I have, when we do get packages they're almost always smashed/demolished and covered with at least 1 inch of dirt. we get other companies delivering out here and they are never covered in mud/dirt. I'm not surprised the drivers aren't conserned about the bad job they do, because UPS has it set up where you can't talk to a live person. they don't care about your business, so why should their drivers. This is not just about one time, this [censored] has gone on for years.

half-hour later, doorbell rang, package was found, seems it was deliverd to the wrong address !
Call UPS office to pick-up, 1.31 pm, was told that pick up would be between 1.30 - 5 Pm. 5.30 pm no response from UPS for pick up. Called UPS was told that pick up would be right away !
Now Wed, 1/27/2021, still no pick up from UPS ! What kind of service is this ? Now I have wasted 2 whole days, lost $2000.00 in income !
Drivers
Drivers are rude as hell... They park in front of my house all the time in a no parking at any time zone. When confronted by this they merely shrug and say 'it's ok were allowed to do that"... As far as I am aware only emergency services have the right to park anywhere, and only when appropriate.
In addition there is no way to email or contact them without 'signing up' to their system... It's almost like they know they suck and don't want to hear about it.

UPS lost my merchandise and won't refund my belongings I don't recommend anyone to use this service. I have been on the phone several different times since November 23, 2020 I made my complaint in December and still hasn't been resolved spoken to representative at the representative and everyone keeps emailing me the same email that lead you to a dead end

Looks like someone tried to open my package or look inside of it from the bottom, as soon as it was dropped off we brought it inside so it wasn't sitting outside and no one else touched it outside of UPS. ?

Deliveries
UPS have a policy to beep the horn in the neighborhood when making a delivery to alert where there are dogs. Sets my dog off and I work 11p to 7a so I sleep during the day I'm a nurse so I need to sleep. Several neighbors have complained to the local UPS depot to stop beeping the horn and we were told it's their policy, I personally have asked the drivers to not do this. It's starting to affect my sleep and health. The driver now goes around the block several time just to beep the horn in front of our house. Just to make a delivery at a house he had passed by before, we have cameras at our house so they can't say that they don't do it. The driver today just drove up the opposite and beeped the horn again. I think it's harassment

Customer service call center an employee answered phone for customer service and has a rooster making noise 4 times before I hung up. I informed him that when you work from home you must be in a quiet area. That I would be report him.

I had a package that required a signature so I took off the day it was suppose to arrive after checking several times through out the day it stated it was still suppose to arrive between 1030-215 at 150 after the ups driver dropped off a another package it stated the delivery had changed to Monday I called talked to several people at your customer 1 which did not even speak English so he immediately transferred to another no results it took 30 minutes to get through your crappy automated system your service is terrible I will never use your service again your customer service department is the worst I have every talked with

1. They never did what they promise to customer.
2. And the UPS website never did what customer has purchased over the website. And I never can find out where can I have a print receipt for what I order and purchased through the UPS portal.
3. They only read the terms and conditions and force the customer to listen.
4. They never help customer, and they only say, I have to go now. I submitted what YOU REQUEST. And it is very rude and irresponsible. And within the timeframe it never show up.
5. All they said is request customer to open Choice account. And nothing is for regular customer, but ask you to use it and recommend is for public.
6. People use 1 day to process online ordering, UPS has to wait for the package come and delayed at least 8 days to did the work and never follow up, and always aborted the request with no notice.
7. UPS like to choose which customer they think is important.
8. But I think all the customer should be treated the same.
9. They would not think of self practice on job, or change to a suitable job, but instead they give a hard time to customer which asked them a difficult and complicate question which they though but actually is the staff is more empathic, the question is asking for advice to buy UPS service.
AND THE LAST COMMANDS is the phone line recording for public should change, is outdated for long long time, is sounds like UPS employee benefit center. There is no help for customer.

Amazon return package pick-up
Contacted Amazon on December 25th about a gift return. Amazon, contacted UPS. UPS site says a return label was generated on the "25th." I have contacted Amazon about 10 times telling them it has not been picked up and it is January 5th now. Contacted UPS Customer Service about 6 times and keep getting the same response, operational problems, they are going to pick it up. I has not gotten picked up. I have until February 1st to get a refund from Amazon. This is crazy. Now, I have to contact UPS Customer Service yet again.

Lost parcel
First time and last time I will ship with UPS. The parcel was sent to the US from Canada. They attempted to deliver it twice to the receiver who was not available at the time. As it was with the required signature, they didn't leave it on the porch. Good? Nope! Instead, they "lost" it somewhere between the UPS facility and the receiver address. I hope the UPS employee who kept it for themself is enjoying it. As it had no insurance, they are safe! You guys deserve to close your doors. You are the most dishonest carriers out there. And your customer service? No words can describe their s****y service!

Left package on front steps in rain
Carrier left my package on the uncovered front steps in the pouring rain on dec31st, 2020 although I have no walkway or drive up to these steps. (Our driveway leads to the back of the house where there is a roof- covered patio area that items can be left under). Package was in a box that was covered in some plastic covering that was not waterproof. Rain soaked the box and mailing label that the company attached since the items included are to be sent back to the company.
