UPS Killed my dog

I am writing this in years as we just laid my baby to rest. It was a normal day and I had packages coming from UPS, I go out to get my packages and my dog who follows me out of each and every time followed, I got my packages, and told him to come on, the UPS driver then floor boarded the truck and took off running over my baby TWICE, once with the front tire and second with the back tire, I chased the truck screaming for them to stop, and waving my hands, he continued speeding off, I go back and check my dog and his head is completely crushed into the ground, I am traumatized that I had to witness my baby who've I had for 8 years since he was a baby die in such a horrific way, the fact that UPS seen me screaming and waving my hands for them to stop and they didn't says a lot about how much they care about you or your pets. We live at the end of a dirt road and there's no reason to be going 20-30mph coming and going, the fact that he's seen my dog numerous times and knows to watch for him and slammed on the gas when leaving is baffling. My dog was killed in my front yard, what if that had been my small child, he would have just kept going, he killed my family member, he is my family. I have called and left a complaint with UPS, if justice is not served for my baby boy Boo I will sue the company, press charges on the driver and notify the local news. We do not have a leash law or a fence one either, we live out in the middle of nowhere, why wasn't he checking for my baby, why didn't he stop when I yelled and chased the truck to stop, why didn't he care? I have witnessed the most graphic thing in my life and its playing over and over in my head, he completely crushed my baby unrecognizable. Someone needs to do something about this! Please help me get Justice for my baby boy, he was my baby who I've had since he was 5 weeks old, his birthday is in April where he would have been turning 8 years old. His name is Boo and didn't deserve this. Please help me!

UPS in Apollo PA withholds packages. Customers best bet is to cancel the credit payment as UPS offers no delivery alternatives. Make sure to mention problems with UPS when disputing your credit charge. To dispute a credit charge call your credit card company and request to dispute the charge, or do it by website. UPS Delivery

The package with your tracking number 1ZX910310399070693 dated 11/16/20 was left on the roadside near our mailbox. I discovered the package upon returning from grocery shopping. Also, on December 10, 2020 another UPS package was discovered on the roadside next to our mailbox. I do not have the tracking number for it. It was a package from LL Bean. Please understand that our driveway is about 700 feet long, has an easy turnaround at the top and the mailbox is not at all visible from our house. Thank you for your time.

UPS Scheduling a pick up, customer service agents etc.

Our business has an account with UPS. I scheduled a pick up from the business I work at on monday dec.7, 2020. It is now thursday dec 10 and I have not heard from them nor has my package been picked up. I have contacted ups four times to get my package picked up. The last time I called, I was very upset the agent told me that someone would be contacting me in 30 mins to make sure my package would be picked up. That was 4 hours ago. This company basically refused to pick up my package.
I am literally forced to go elsewhere to get this parcel sent. We will be closing our account with this company.

UPS Package

On December 7, 2020, I receive calls from my landlord about a package that got delivered to the wrong trailer. The tracking is 1z08683A0302246956. The box has a lot of 10. So why did trailer 22 received a package? This is the second time package was delivered to the wrong places. Now u need to tell ur drivers to look at the boxes before giving it to another trailer number.

12/2/2020 This UPS store keeps closing and is currently closed. When they are open they are not sorting incoming mail, and refuse to give a cohesive answer as to when they will get around to sorting and putting into individual box holders boxes. There is a notice on the door to go to a UPS hub in Port Angeles to drop off packages for mail. No indication if...

UPS False reporting

The package was supposed to be delivered today between 10am and 3 pm. However, at 8am it was already marked as "attempted delivery". Thing is, I have a video doorbell and needless to say, there were nobody at the door. Called UPS and they gave me some vague excuse about why they decided to postpone the package, admitting they didn't even try to deliver it (yet the tracking report pretends the driver was here).

UPS Delivery of package

Monday November 23rd, 2020 UPS delivered my package to another address and I called, and called explained what happened and just got the damm run around about they would send another driver to pick up the package and deliver it to me, today I was told that they cannot find the package and I should contact the sender so they could trace the package, this is their fault but they will not take any action to find the package that their employee screwed me out of my package, this is the second time this month that i've had an issue with them and i'm very pissed off with them, they will sit on their [censored] and cover up for the driver that messed this up and as the customer you have just lost they lie to you each time you talk to them and do nothing unless you are a major business or a rich person whom they will not messed but as the person who depends on there service they could care less about you.

There is only one person at this location who does the mail forwarding. Apparently she was out sick and never forwarded our mail to us. We have been going by the post office (we had our mail sent to general delivery) everyday for the past 10 days. When I called to inquire where our mail was she told me she never sent it!

UPS International shipment 1Z!A89A46767695655

To Whom It May Concern:

I recently shipped an international package through UPS to Switzerland, and my experience (with the exceptions noted below) was so poor that I felt compelled to write to the company directly.

My odyssey began once I shipped the package and received notification that import duties were due. I followed the instructions on your website and package notification to pay but to no avail. It was not evident why I could not pay the amounts owing. Then your customer service came into full play. First to actually get to a live person is a super human ordeal. I quickly figured out that only if you say you want to ship a package do you get a live agent. All others tough because after all you already have your money.

What can I say about your foreign call center agents. I went through three agents and a supervisor (who by the way was the rudest, least helpful and least informed - Mark) with varying explanations of why I could not pay:
1. Website not working.
2. Website not currently accepting payment try again. Please give us your contact number so we can call you - still waiting.
3. Contact local office where I shipped package as only they could rectify problem. That is a whole other story. Contacted the store where I shipped only to be told only the manager could deal with issue and he would call me. Still waiting for call back.
4. By the time I got a supervisor he was clearly annoyed that I had the temerity to request a supervisor and that I was not happy with the level of service. Mark's instructions consisted of call Switzerland and gave me number for customer service there. Suffice it to say if you don't speak German, Italian or French good luck. He was not only rude his suggestions were absolutely worthless. I only wish I had his complete name to ensure that this complaint is reflected in his personnel file.
5. But third time was the charm and a gentlemen by the name of Jordan actually said call the brokerage division as they should be able to help you.
6. Thank God for Taylor in your brokerage division. She not only rectified the issue, she returned my call exactly as she said she would. My package was delivered after duties were paid.

To say that training is lacking in an understatement.

I only hope that you actually care about customer service. For me this was first and last time I ship anything internationally via UPS.

Sincerely,
Yolanda M. Suarez

UPS Unauthorized broker fee

Hello,

I have received a bill in the mail today requesting for payment for an item that I had not authorized UPS to clear on my behalf.

On October 18th, prior to the shipment of the item, I had sent an email to UPS (see below) advising that I will be self clearing the item.

Indeed, I did not authorize UPS to act as my broker and did not authorize UPS to custom clear anything on my behalf.

However, on October 19th, the item was delivered at my door and a payment was requested. On the same day, I contacted the customer service line and spoke with an agent who advised that someone will contact me within 24 hours.

I have since not received any calls from your company.

On November 15th, I received an invoice in the mail requesting for payment.

Please contact me as soon as possible as this invoice is illegal as I have never given my consent to UPS to act as my broker.

I can be reached at [protected].

Sincerely,

Amanda Appasamy

UPS Freight worst freight / deliver service ever!!

If I could give zero stars or negative stars I would. We ship LTL freight regularly for our business. We have shipped with many companies and have NEVER had an experience as bad as with UPS Freight. We scheduled two shipments with UPS Freight thinking they should be a reliable company, like other big-name companies such as FedEx Freight, Central Freight, or YRC. What a tremendous mistake! In summary, Shipment #1 was picked up days late, lost, found weeks after the shipment was due, never actually delivered by UPS Freight (we had to pick it up from their terminal), and damaged. Shipment #2 was picked up 2 days late, they failed to deliver it during the "delivery appointment" time or even on that day, and failed to notify us that it would be late; then delivered it on day that we could not accept the delivery after saying they "definitely would not" deliver it that day. If you would like the details relating to each shipment, please read below.

For the first shipment, UPS Freight failed to pick up the freight on the scheduled pickup day. They picked it up a couple days later with no notification of the change. We requested a delivery appointment time because it was fragile freight and I wanted to ensure my warehouse manager would be available to oversee unloading of the freight, and paid extra for the "delivery appointment". The freight didn't arrive. I called UPS Freight and they could not determine where the freight was. They said they would contact the local terminal and someone would call me back within an hour. The next day I still did not receive a call. This repeated for 3 days. On the 3rd day they told me they had no idea where our freight was. They said it wasn't lost; they just didn't know where it was located. (That sounds lost to me.) About a week later, the freight was finally delivered to the UPS terminal for the destination city. They told us it would be another week before it was delivered to our warehouse (it was originally supposed to be 3 days from shipper to delivery to consignee, our company). It was now urgently needed, so we asked if we could send a truck to pick it up from the UPS terminal. Our driver arrived at the terminal and the freight was off of the skids and damaged. The freight consisted of 3 hospital beds wrapped in protective wrap and secured to skids. They severely damaged one of the beds and blamed it on the shipper improperly securing it to the skids. The shipper ships hospital beds wrapped and secured to skids on a daily basis, and they have never had this occur. We receive beds wrapped and secured to skids regularly and have never had this occur.

Shipment #2 included two very large, heavy crates (154"x 74" x 68"and over 1800 lbs each). Due to the size, we needed multiple employees present when the freight arrived to assist in unloading. Therefore, we requested a delivery appointment for this shipment also. Due to the size and weight of the shipment, UPS Freight called the shipper to arrange pickup. Then they failed to appear on the day THEY scheduled. The shipment was picked up 5 days later. After calling the shipper to schedule the pickup, they gave no notice that they would not arrive to pick it up. They then called to schedule a"delivery appointment", giving a 6 ½ hour window during which they would (allegedly) deliver the freight. We arranged to have extra employees at the warehouse on the day of the delivery. But the freight didn't arrive. And once again, we did not get a call letting us know that they would not deliver during the appointment time or even the same day. After again calling to track down the freight, I was told it had not yet arrived in the state, much less to the delivery terminal. They said they would call me back and let me know when it would be delivered. Again, we received no call. I called UPS again the following business day and was told that it would arrive at our local terminal on Monday, that they would call to re-schedule the delivery appointment, and they"definitely would not"deliver without calling for an appointment first. Monday morning the first employee arrived at the warehouse to find the UPS truck in the parking lot. Needless to say, they had not called to re-schedule the appointment. Unfortunately, our forklift operator had taken the day off so we had no one to unload the freight because they said they"definitely would not" deliver it that day and without re-scheduling the appt.

The employees of UPS Freight have lied and failed to keep their promises repeatedly. They were not careful with the freight and caused extensive damage. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY!

UPS Customer services and delivery.

They are rude, arrogant, poorly educated and trained thieving [censored]s. The wrong item was delivered to me and they cannot explain where the proper item went, or what happened to it. Now they will not accept responsibility for their mistake. I'm sure some staff member is not sitting at home with a new bike.
This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. They have no morals and just do not care. They should sack all the staff and close this flea ridden company down.

UPS Service

I want to file a complaint. I am very angry and disappointed in your service! I shipped a next day air out and you guys screwed it up! 1z183x781334726842.
When I shipped it out at your customer counter later that day I realized I forgot to put the apt # on it. That night I logged on to ups site. I went through the bother register my account. I put in for a change of address. This should of fixed the problem! The following day I even received a phone call from ups in daytona to verify the change. The women said it would be added to the label and it will be delivered that day! All day long I tracked that package on my phone because it was a very important parcel. Every hour I would check on the progress and kept getting a green out for delivery response. At about 6:30 pm I got a yellow address information required message! I frantically called ups at the 800! Gentleman said he would message the driver to deliver it. About a half hour later I get a phone call fromups in daytona from naomi who told me the driver was back at the building and the package would be delivered tomorrow! Totally unexceptable! I ask to speak to a manager and naomi told me she was a manager. I highly doubt that! I asked for her last name because I was going to file a complaint and she wouldn't give it to me! Ups totally let me and the person that was receiving the package down! I am very angry about this! You have all this systems in place that should take care of things but seems like nobody at ups pays any attention to them!

As much as I hate UPS, YOU failed to put the proper address information on the label, and UPS was unable to make the correction in time to fix YOUR blunder, so THEY are the bad guys, do I have that right?

UPS Package deliveries

For years I have refused to use your service because of your I don't give a [censored] attitude to your customers, but every once in a while a shipper I deal with sends me a package using your service and it confirms everything I have ever thought.
While every other delivery service is shipping and for the most part getting the job done before it needs to be done like 1 to 2 days early you guys can't even get the job done two days late.
What a [censored] hole you are.
