Amazon Prime
We pay for Amazon Prime and suddenly things are taking four days to arrive, instead of the promised two that it used to be. They use excuse after excuse as to why it takes longer and do not admit when they have problems that cause delays. They have been dishonest with their many prime members by not honoring their original marketing plan that caused us all to buy prime. Very disappointed.
Desired outcome: Refund at least a few month's of people prime accounts. First it was Covid and now it is some "tech issue" (rumor is it was a cyberattack). What will be their next excuse?
The Amazon delivery time is way out of the working hours
Many times, Amazon gave the delivery time is at 9 PM or 10 PM. Even it is the prime same-day delivery or one-day and it was 9 or 10 PM on that day. It is the time that people went to sleep already or you can not do anything with it at 10 PM. The working hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM and the delivery window should be in the working hours' window. If Amazon delivers at late hours, same-day at 9 PM, or next-day delivery at 9 PM, it is useless. It looks like two days of delivery instead.
When Amazon couldn't deliver on the promise. It reschedules and gives me the option to cancel and it just said SORRY, that is it. There is no penalty to Amazon and I missed my works for not delivering on the promise. This is unacceptable.
Desired outcome: Amazon needs to fix this ASAP.
don't forget there is still a pandemic going on so that means they are short staff for drivers and warehouse workers. on top of that more people are home ordering from amazon. both combined means more stops for the drivers. your package may have been 1 that was not delivered within working hours because of this.
Amazon app and return policy on food items
In late November my fiancee completed purchase of several grocery and Christmas wrapping items on her Amazon app. She began by ordering a box of 180 dairy creamers. She completed the purchase then moved onto purchasing several other items. She did not notice that she moved onto each new purchase the dairy creamers at $20+ per box were going back in her cart. So when she received her order she ended up with 13 boxes of creamers at $20+ each. When we attempted to file for a return on Amazon policy states this item is not returnable. With an expiration date in July we cannot use 2340 creamers by their expiration date. On a limited retirement income we cannot afford this error caused by an app that needs to be fixed. We received several other duplicate items because of the same Amazon app problem but we decided to absorb the cost for later use. We cannot do that with the 13 boxes of creamers.
Desired outcome: Acceptance of return on 10 sealed boxes of dairy creamers
delivery driver
I was on the front porch retrieving 2 parcels from and earlier delivery, a prime driver pulls up has 2 small packages in his hand greets me on the way up on the porch, I reply how you doing, ill take those and stick my hand out. He walks around me and puts our parcels on the porch floor take s his picture and walks off. It is hard to pick parcels up off the floor of our porch, there could be no mistake I lived there, I was in my sock feet and no jacket with the front door open. This was about 5 pm on 12-06-21. the parcel #s were TBA095653561104 and TBA095857821504. If it was a covid parameter, he had no mask on and knew before he got out of the van I was standing there. If it wa covid he could have asked me to step back so he could safely make his delivery. I call foul on both counts.
Desired outcome: Better training and awareness for drivers about customer service
i don't know about their current full policy, though i do know they MUST show proof of delivery which is why he needed the porch picture. as for why he didn't hand them to you maybe cause of the pandemic stretching them thin so he had other deliveries to complete before his shift was over. with that said he should have still took the pic then handed them to you or at least apologized before running off as you say he did.
Calling me
I have gotten calls from numerous different numbers claiming that 700 dollars has been charged to my account. I look and have no recent orders. Just a heads up Amazon. Scammers abound at Christmas and you are being very used. I answered one call, it's an Arabic sounding foreigner that answers, " Amazon. How may I help you?". Please get a handle on it. It's been 6 numbers today.

This debit appeared in my account, and I did not make any purchase or authorize any debit.
I kindly request the refund of this amount and the deletion of my bank and personal information from your files.

Scam calls?
Ssince the first of December I have received at least 6 plus scam (?) calls saying I have ordered $729 in mdse from Amazon. The call claims to be from Amazon Dayton Ohio. but they are from various places in Texas and I need to press 1 (gee isn't that Long Distance?) to speak to a rep.

Sonim xp6 and sonim xp 7
I unfortunately am concerned that I was caught up in ongoing Amazon cell phone scams related to the rugged military phone Sonim sold by Amazon XP6 and XP 7.
I purchased an Sonim XP6 that was advertised by Amazon to be a 4G however when I tried to obtain phone service from ATT and T I was informed that the Amazon Sonim XP6 advertised as a 4 G was really a 3 G. 3 G and is basically obsolete not carried by most phone services any longer and will be discontinued by all cell phone service in the USA shortly.
I researched the Sonim options for XP6 and was informed to purchase an Sonim XP 7 for 4 G and ATT and T compatibility
I made a purchase of Sonim XP7 from Amazon not realizing the phone was used until after the purchase when I reviewed the order.
I called Amazon to cancell and was informed that Amazon could NOT cancel the order because the phone was not shipped directly from Amazon but rather shipped from some off shore cell phone company and that off shore cell phone company would get back to me in a few days...

Delivery of Packages to Condo Complex in Chicago Lincoln Square
Amazon must adhere to strict security measures by protecting packages and safeguarding their delivery according to an acceptable and responsible protocol. One breach of security is unacceptable. Amazon's delivery of packages to the condo complex on 11/30/2021 about 2pm was sloppy and resulted in a severe breach of package security. The Amazon delivery person left packages outside on the sidewalk in broad daylight where anyone could steal. The Amazon driver was hostile and refused to accept any guidance about where to place the packages, the driver would hear none of it and walked off. Because of package theft, we need the packages to be placed in designated locked area or, if not locked area, in an out of view secure alternate location. The driver would not listen, did not care, and gave a raised mid finger. During this peak rush holiday season, the spirit of the holidays should prevail despite package load. This is not an issue with UPS. They listen, accept instructions, and help and gladly place packages where they belong out of sight and protected. We have photos of the amazon truck and package delivery. (Please note that the delivery truck has no truck or telephone number other than its license plate.) If a package becomes lost or stolen again, to prevent complicity in missing and stolen packages, and to prevent the before mentioned delivery behavior, we encourage Amazon to better train and screen driver attitudes. PS: We don't want this delivery person to deliver packages to this address if unwilling to work with us.

False advertising and misinformation
On February 18, 2021, I purchased a Samsung tab S7 + tablet on Amazon.ca from the Samsung store.
On the product page it is stated "visit the Samsung Store". It is also stated "Samsung offers a convenient Door-to-Door service in case your Galaxy device requires repair, with free pick up and return shipping included". Nowhere on the product page it is stated that it will not be guaranteed in Canada. I learned this morning from Samsung Canada that this is not guaranteed in Canada, that the serial number is an American product. Serial number that is written in the tablet itself, so you don't know until purchase is done. This information is not listed on the Amazon product page. When I click on my order, there is a "get product support" button that opens a Samsung CANADA link. But when I look at the invoice it's sold by Electronic Exchange Inc. This information is not shown on the Amazon page in any way, so you don't know until purchase is done. I want to file a complaint about amazon.ca for false advertising and misinformation. I want my tablet repaired, or a new one.

that is strange, THOUGH when you open a product page it lists under the product name the seller. it sounds like this one was being sold by Electronic Exchange Inc not samsung in canada.

though it does say above in the product info in your picture sold and shipped by amazon ca they have have it in stock to ship from them. sometimes it says that but the seller is another company. with that in mind it looks like you bought it from the exchange and not amazon itself.
Amazon providing inappropriate packaging that allows products to be damaged in shipment
Happens over and over. Amazon tosses a heavy item into a flimsy shipping bag to save time and money, then the item gets damaged in shipping due to being inadequately protected from normal shipping/handling activities. Latest example is a BB pistol that is as heavy as a regular handgun. First item arrived in smashed up product packaging because it was shipped in a thin bag. Returned to Amazon and explained in a detailed note as part of their Returns process that the item is heavy and needs to be shipped in a box with appropriate padding. Received the replacement today shipped exactly the same as the original and with the same results - product packaging broken and damaged as a result of inappropriate shipping container (flimsy bag). Amazon asks for your comments/input on returns, and then ignores them.
Desired outcome: Amazon provide appropriate shipping packaging instead of the lowest cost/quickest solution that doesn't adequately protect the product.
amazon is like a retail store and shipping company, it only posts listings of products people wish to sell on their site. then once you buy a item they pick it up from where it is [if it is not in their warehouse] to deliver to you. it sounds like you where shipped from someone to amazon in their bag before it was sent to you.
Car parts
I ordered a 'genuine' parts for my car, and the item vanished from tracking system for days. When contacted the seller, they blamed Amazon, carrier, Covid and holiday season, and promised delivery next day. When the item missed the deadline I was told, neither seller nor Amazon looked into it - pointing fingers to each other. Finally when the package showed up 2 days later, the box was unsealed and the parts was in a regular plastic bag, with no manufacturer's log. Total chaos and zero customer service. Avoid Korea Motor Parts and Amazon. Thank you.

I have ordered new graphics card on Amazon. The package I received contained a completely different graphics card, on top of that it had signs of usage with dust on the fans and scratches on the frame. The mailing box was sealed without any signs of being opened, however the box of the graphics card itself came without any safety wrap or seals.
After that I have left a review of the product on Amazon and attached photos of the used graphics card. Then I contacted customer service and followed their instructions. They told me to send the graphics card back to Amazon. Upon receiving the graphics card I was told that I won't get the money back because it was a different card. However, I don't have another card, I returned the only card sent to me by Amazon. I was refused a refund and the card I've returned was disposed.
Our family are regular customers at Amazon. Out of all the purchases we haven't returned anything except this graphics card.
Customer service cannot help me.

I returned home today to find my package in the yard by the road, damn near in the ditch. No where near my front door, as if it was just thrown out the window as SHE was driving down the street. Yes, I passed her leaving our street as I was returning home.

Continuous Late Delivery
I've been a loyal customer & reviewer at Amazon since 1999. I have lived at the same address for 30 years. As soon as Amazon began using the U.S. Postal Service for deliveries, my packages have arrived late 80% of the time even though I'm a long time Prime customer. The one time I complained directly to the USPS, they made sure my deliveries were even later! Payback for complaining, I presume. I never made that mistake again!
For the past 2 months, my Amazon packages have been delivered to Port Allen, Louisiana which is 300 miles PAST the city where I live. They literally had to pass my city to get there. I then get a notice that my packages will be FOUR days late! It took SEVEN days to deliver my sister an Amazon birthday gift card...and she lives near Port Allen, Louisiana. Unless Amazon can get control of their serious delivery issues, I'm leaving forever. Nothing is worth this much frustration and the exorbitant, rising cost of Prime and bad service.

I just learned that Order Number: 111-1327487-3645033 from June 2021 was never delivered. The "orders" part of the web site confirms it was never delivered. I do not believe that the charges were automatically refunded as they should be.
