Was walking to the self check out and slid on an orange peel someone left and thankful caught myself but told the lady who worked there and she proceed to not say a word to me rolled her eyes and at least picked it up. Never asked if I was okay, if I actually fell or anything. Not really one to many a big deal about anything but she was very rude for something someone else definitely coulda made a huge deal about and might have tried to sue you guys.
butterball turkey
Last week Butterball turkeys were on sale for $15 3-5 kg so I jumped in my car to go get one on the first day of the sale, well there were none in the freezer so I asked the gentleman at the meat counter and he said he didn't know if they had any out back or not but maybe his coworker was going to get some, so I said can you ask him, and he said he wouldn't be able to hear him so I waited for a good 5 mins and no one came so I went up to the cashier to pay for my other products and asked her is she could check and she called back to the meat department and they said no they did not have any. So she suggested I get a rain cheque at customer service so I did. Today again I went to Superstore to purchase my butterball for $15 and picked one out went to pay at the self check out and I could not get it to come up for $15 without assistance so the worker said I would have to go back to the meat counter and ask them to change the tag so off we went and then after another 5 mins. I was told because the rain cheque said Butterball Frozen turkey I could not get it because the one I had picked out was not frozen. So two trips to Superstore for a turkey and still no turkey, think maybe I will just go to Sobeys or Walmart and put this turkey business to bed.

Used click and collect 3 times and never again. It's never ready. And never paid for with card on file. I have had to pay for all 3 orders and none were mine. I would like to know if it is common practice to add more into the total, thereby extorting money from paying customers?
I spent over 400 dollars the other day when I did my grocery shopping. I saw a comment from an aquaintance a while back about stores final charge being more than actual amount. So for the hell of it, I checked my receipt from your store and was shocked to find out you made me pay almost 10 dollars more than what the actual total of the bill truly is.
So your store, on top of already being extremely wealthy, also feels the need to steal from customers whom are shopping there for the deals that are supposed to be there.

I am concerned about your false advertisement for onion, potato, carrots at 10lb bag/ $2.98 this week. Today I went to superstore on mavis in mississauga, and all the shelves for those items were empty. This is the 2nd day since you advertised. This tells me you have no clue of merchandising and your customer base or you just don't care as long as money is coming. Being out of stock is not a big deal for you while on the other end customers are unable to keep up with your unpredictable way of doing business. I get one day off from work to do all the errands and when go to the store they are out of stock.
Your customer service and people on the floor are true sample of what's going on in the headquarter. No one offers a rain check or tries to find out answers to the customer questions. It's a shame. I have decided today from here on I will never go to your store for food, medicine or any other need. Food basics at least has courage to offer rain check openly.
You are doing a third class job in your head office, not knowing what's happening with customers you keep inviting to shop at your stores.

Wow pay 5.99. For. Taylor's they where over cooked and box was only half full. Not impressed by no means If the staff is. It trained properly then maybe they should be re trained reads in the box 600 grams and including the box the weight is 379 grams. I should have bought my own fries at least I I wouldn't have over cooked them I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Two days ago I purchased fresh peaches and cherries. Upon cutting open the peaches, they appeared ripe but they were dry inside . There was no juice.
I also purchased a large bag of BC cherries for an exorbitant sum total of $10.00. Again these were not number one quality as most weren't ripe, not sweet, dark color but almost bitter.
I now know of two fruits to not buy at Real Canadian Superstore.

Four of us went into the strathroy superstore, we are all in our sixties.
I wanted to purchase some mushrooms, there was no price on any package or no sign on the bin .
Asked a nice young man who was working, he had to run and find out the price for us . No problem .
Then went on to purchase a kohl rabi again no sign of a price anywhere, or even the name of the vegetable ..
We then went to purchase the ink cartridges that were on sale for 10% off . No sign, could not find anyone to help us, the scanner did not work .
So we decided to check out .
My husband and I went to one counter and our friends went to another .
First off they did not ask us if we had an optimum card so we missed out in total of 1170 points, and we forgot because we had all these questions to ask about our purchases.
Things were going good until the young lady cashier got to the kohl rabi, and she had no idea what it was, we could not pronounce it correctly .
So help was called .
Then came the ink cartridges, we asked what the sale price was on it and and the girl had no idea, out comes the flyer, but still couldn't figure the price out, to make a long story short, we manage to hold up the line for nearly five minutes, while 3 other women were trying to figure out the price . My husband said we didn't want to hold up the line any longer, so they suggested we should go to customer service to figure this price thing out, so we paid for the groceries that had been rung up, and over to customer we go . Eventually we were given a 10%discount as advertised, Mean while our friends at a different checkout were having the same issue with their ink cartridge, and the same lady that agree to give us the advertised cost, refused to do the same with them .
It was a very frustrating shopping experience, as we traveled 30 minutes to shop in your store.
In the future it would be very beneficial if clear prices are posted, or maybe just prices posted .

My friend used to work here at real canadian superstore 26th avenue once, she had a very bad experience working at front end. Specially, the front end manager smiksha, she assigned her computer modules as her homeworkk. This is kind of funny. I mean in canada where nobody works for anybody for free.
